This brand new park is on its way to a 10! The park has 17 sites so far, the remainder are still under construction. The sites are wide, long and level. Several satellite dishes are placed throughout the park and Wi-Fi was excellent. The sites all have nice picnic tables, and several have fire pits. A short walk north or south takes you to 1 of 2 lakes. The lodge is on the larger lake and is well established with a good restaurant, small grocery store, bar and deck. Cabins and a pier at the lake are also available. The down side is the lack of completion. The owners and workers try to keep the dust at a minimum, but there is no landscaping, or grass, yet. We did cook out, but choose not to eat outside in the dust. The owners are very friendly and eager to make this park as beautiful as the surroundings and as friendly as the lodge. We anticipate giving them a 10 on our next stay. We camped here in a Motorhome.
