Expensive for no water, no showers, no sewer and no dump. Water faucet by the restrooms is non-threaded so you can't fill tanks without a water thief. Pretty, fairly shady and quiet, but even the pull-through sites are tight for a bigger rig. Very nice walking trail through the woods. Camp hosts are pleasant. Coin-op firewood dispenser, $4/bundle. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park met our needs well. We had a good spot, shade and reasonably attractive surroundings. Our evening was quiet, but in the middle of the night we were awakened by a train, and two more. We hadn't realized that there was a line at the top of the ridge to the north of the park. The laundry was pressed. 4 washers and 4 dryers for the entire park meant that people had to line up in the late afternoon. WiFi worked well and there was a good cable selection, including Fox News Channel. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Based on another review, this state park proved to be accurate. Nicely understated with a ton of mosquitos. Yes, the train comes through several times, but the river is very near and beautiful. Can't hear the freeway. Nice ranger. Too expensive though, with no discounts. Pull through sites are adequate for our 34' towing a car. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This was our second stay at this park and should we ever come by again I am sure we will stay here again. Some of the cleanest restrooms/showers we have seen. The only thing that kept this review from being a 10 was there were several trees that were dropping seed pods that seemed to be coated with super glue and they stuck to everything including our miniature schnauzer. Other than that we love this place. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We have stayed here several times and were happy overall with the park. This stay was an exception, perhaps due to Spring start up. Hooked everything up and NO power. This was resolved. Then No TV due to bad/misswired splitter. No Wi-Fi. Lady in office very helpful but could not resolve Wi-Fi problem. BTW, my laptop worked fine at campground before and after. Showers and bathrooms were very clean and well maintained. We will stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

I was scheduled for surgery at a local hospital and my family and I made the decision to bring the RV over to stay for aftercare to make things easier. We started calling around about a week before we moved to the Missoula area. The difference in this park was evident from the first moment we got on the phone with them. They were courteous and actually seemed to genuinely want us to stay at their park. Other parks wanted medical "proof" to provide a medical discount, but Jim and Mary's offered us a medical rate without requiring us to jump through a bunch of hoops in what was already proving to be a very scary situation with the upcoming surgery. It was such a relief to have them walk us through everything so easily. They even held our spot with just a name and phone number. They made the reservation process so simple! When we finally arrived at the park, we were greeted with smiles and offers to help us in any way that they possibly could. I felt like I was staying with friends or family! The front office is just adorable with a wonderful little gift shop that is filled with items that are made right here in Montana. The park itself is full of beautiful trees and gorgeous flower gardens. The sites are wide with plenty of room to afford some privacy. It is so quiet and beautiful here. I just cannot say enough good things about this park. I would highly recommend it to anyone. They'll even help you plan activities while you are here in Missoula! If you want to stay with friends, stay with Jim and Mary! We camped here in a Motorhome.

We're willing to give the park a good rating for appearance since we've visited in the summer and it's beautiful. In this time of year, it's a bit bleak, and there isn't much maintenance going on. As a result of the sparse foliage, the train noise in "A" row is significant enough to affect your sleep. Hopefully they'll clean the permanents up in the summer also, since the piles of belonging is becoming unsightly. But there are so many good aspects of this park; friendly hosts, nice lounge and laundry, free Wi-Fi that worked well, and free limited cable TV. Verizon cell and data were strong, and because of the leafless trees, we were able to find the satellite - something not to be expected during the summer. Not as convenient to Missoula as another park, but easy access to the Interstate, and don't miss the Wheat Montana bakery in the corner truck stop. A nice stay, just a little far from town. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Every time I log on to this website, there is always a review of Jim & Mary's RV Park in the "new" reviews. Why does this park get so many reviews? I found myself in Missoula and decided I wanted to see why. Oh THAT'S why! This park is so cute! This is how an RV park should be! Nice flowers around, good shade trees. Check in was easy. Nice, long spaces. I had one of the pull-throughs and I wasn't paying attention and had pulled all the way to the front and put my stabilizers down when I realized the connections were all the way in the back. Well, I had extra extensions for my connections. The pull-throughs are in the A row, and as another reviewer mentioned, if you are in the A row, you will hear trains all night. There is good spacing between the sites. I didn't get to check bathrooms, but the laundry room was gleaming! Laundry was $2 to wash, $2 to dry: not bad. While you are doing laundry, you can go in the clubhouse area and enjoy a big screen TV and reading room. The office has DVD's you can check out and return. If there were any perms in the park, they weren't obvious. Now I know why this park gets so many reviews. Highly recommend if you are in Missoula! We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is one of the three best RV parks in the Missoula area. Access is excellent from I-90 and Hwy 93 but the nearness of several truck stops results in plenty of truck and traffic noise. A nearby rail line adds train noise. The park is beautiful with grass, trees and decorative flowers everywhere. All facilities were very clean. It's a popular park so call ahead or arrive early so you don't get turned away. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Nice park. Close to Missoula and Polson, an easy drive to both. Grounds are well kept - pretty flowers. Nice spaces for big rigs - easy in/out. Wi-Fi good from our space. Another RV came in and blocked our signal, but to be expected in any RV park. Verizon worked well. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a very nice park. We parked on the back side (site F-12) and had great satellite reception along with our Verizon air card. Lots of beautiful flowers. Sites are gravel with nice grass yards between each site. The utilities aren't in the best place, we have 35'of hose out to connect to the water. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Nice enough park. Very busy during our mid-week stay. Water pressure was very low at times. Sites are grass and gravel with paved roads. Limited places for pet walking. I really didn't understand the high ratings. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a very nice park. The staff is very friendly and even though this park is not new it is nicely landscaped with flowers throughout and lawn buffers areas between each site. Sites are nicely spaced with lots of shade for each site as well. Almost all sites are pull through. There are train tracks a short distance away but we were not bothered by the few trains that passed through. The biggest issue are the sprinklers that kick on at 11pm (no warning) which will soak your outdoor gear if they are not covered and your RV if it is parked too close to the lawn. I would certainly stay here again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This campground was immaculate! The showers and bathrooms were spotless and the WiFi worked, and worked well! How many campgrounds have you ever seen, that have their own greenhouse to maintain the abundant flower beds. It's beautiful! We will definitely be back, no question. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is one of the prettiest campgrounds we’ve ever visited. There are flower beds everywhere, even on campsites, and they were in full bloom in late August. The spaces were large, level pull throughs. Dumpsters were conveniently located at the front and rear of the park. Wi-Fi reception was acceptable. The staff was very efficient and friendly. There is a train nearby, but the sound didn’t bother us. We camped here for one night and would recommend this park. Posted rate reflects Good Sam discount. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We did an "overnight" here on our way to Glacier NP. This place is like a well maintained city park! A park with beautiful flower displays at every site. It was incredible. Our full hook-up site was great. The staff was extremely friendly and we wished we had more time to spend there. What a great place to relax and unwind! We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park was very nice with plenty of flowers. The site where we stayed was a pull through with plenty of width and length. Wild turkeys roamed the park, many of the sites had shade but we chose to not have shade due to our satellite. There was distant train sound in the early morning but nothing too loud. We met only employees of the park, but they all were nice. Our only difficulty was with the Wi-fi connecting. We stayed only two days as we were just passing through. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed here 2 days. This was a very comfortable park. The roads were all big-rig friendly. Sites were level and very large with mature trees for shade and lots of lush green grass between sites. This is the first review I have written because this park deserves it. It is immaculate, with the most gorgeous flower beds all over. Wildflowers, annuals, perennials. VERY wide spaces with healthy green grass in between. Lamp posts on the corners. Just the right size, not big. QUIET. The owners are SO nice. Facilities the cleanest and nicest I have ever seen. Dog friendly. Very easy in and out. I cannot say enough about this wonderful park. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed at this park about six weeks ago and were not very happy with the space assigned to. It was a pull through in row A under big trees that blocked our satellite reception. The site was not level, we had to raise our front tires off the ground a couple of inches and the cable TV was fuzzy. This time we were assigned a pull through in row E that we just loved. Very wide space, no big trees to block our satellite and the cable worked a little better. The park is very dog friendly, our space had lots of green grass and was plenty wide enough to walk the dogs in. Also the park is full of flowers that the staff works hard at keeping nice. If in Missoula again we will definitely stay at Jim and Mary's RV Park. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This campground is an oasis in the midst of mediocre campgrounds. Paved roads, level gravel sites - did not use levelers. Flowers abound and large grassy areas between sites. What a joy to be here. However, wifi is inconsistent and there was a water main break that produced low water pressure to the point the water was shut off for about 6 hours. Finally pressure was restored at 10 o'clock at nite. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very nice RV park, only complaints were the water pressure was not good and the WiFi wasn't good. That said the park was beautiful and clean and very nice. Laundry was nice and clean: but $2. for wash and the same for dry. Another thing though, is they are a year round park and we would have loved to stay for at least a month. However they don't give monthly rates during the summer? Whatever. Because of this we probably won't be back. Not because the place wasn't very nice. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

The pride of ownership does show through the care the owners take of all the flowers. Check in was easy. That's where the good ended. We were on the last row in front of a private residence. There was a big dog in the fenced yard that almost never stopped barking, day and night. It was terrible. There was some type of gravel or rock operation behind the park that started loading gravel at 5:00 AM. Check out time is 11:00 AM. At 10:30 AM on the morning we were leaving while we were disconnecting everything and hooking up our toad, a woman in a golf cart came by to be sure we were leaving. We lacked only 8 more minutes which was still before check out time. We won't come back here just based on that one fact alone. If check out time is NOT 11:00 AM, then it should be posted. There were no people checking in so we had not delayed anyone. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Jim & Mary RV Park is great. Lots of room between trailer with trees for shade. Friendly staff which had two ice cream socials. The WiFi was great inside our trailer. We stayed one week and would stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

If you are looking for a beautifully maintained park with great owners, nice fir trees, wide spaces and lots of gorgeous flowers, then Jim & Mary's is right for you. The park is near the intersection of US 93 & I-90, but very quiet. The sites are gravel, the roads are paved, and the landscape is spectacular. The owners love flowers and they are everywhere. The only reason I don't give a 10 is there is no pool. This is a great campground, but, if you have children and need to entertain, then see Yogi down the street. We stayed 5 nights and loved it. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Fifth summer of staying at this favorite Missoula park; did not make advance reservation so had to wait four nights to get space which on D Loop was nothing but dirt until grassy pull-through opened for remaining 2 weeks stay after another five nights. Appears one night guests are frequently given preferential treatment to best sites, some spaces/loops receive daily watering and care, others seem to be ignored with no grass and limited flowers & shrubs? Our first site D-2 reflected last winter's pine cones and needles and never received employees efforts of care. Will make sure advance reservations are made next year. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is the nicest campground anywhere. The sites are big enough to put out the awning, set out chairs and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Flowers are lovely, mountains are gorgeous, the staff are helpful and friendly. We will stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

The park is located off a main highway and is gravel paved. Our site was located at the front of the park and subject to the highway sounds of traffic passing in the night. The interior of the park is much more accommodating with grass and flower boxes and the traffic sounds would be better buffered. We were provided with a free entertainment night along with an ice cream social that was unexpected and a real treat. Our site did not have cable, however I don't believe we were given a discount. If we were in a site well away from the front of the park we would have found the park more comfortable. As it was, we stayed three days, leaving a day early. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Very nice campground. Helpful staff. Park is impeccably maintained with great flower plantings all over the park. Lots of shade. Laundry was a little small for the number of sites: had to wait until late evening but it's open 24 hours. Excellent WiFi. Cable TV is marginal but satellite worked well even with the trees. We enjoyed our stay here, site was very nice and facilities are well maintained. Check in was quick and efficient. Our site was a pull through, plenty long. It did have a slight downslope, we had to fully extend front jacks to level. Power, water, Wi-Fi, and cable TV all in good working order. The colorful flowerbeds are beautiful. Yes, there are train tracks behind the campground, but the train did not bother us. It rumbles, but no horn tooting. We would be sitting outside in our spacious "front yard," and barely noticed the passing train. For us, a non issue. We would definitely stay here again if passing through. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed here for one night on the way to Kalispell, MT. It is a very nice park with wide spaces and flower beds planted throughout the park. The park has nice tall pines for shade. This was our second stay at Jim & Mary’s and we would definitely stay at this park again. This is probably the best landscaped park we have ever stayed in. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Paved roads and gravel sites with table. Sites are sufficient length. Park has sites in trees and some partially open. Lots of flowers and grass. Our site was quite unlevel and the 50 amp service had a ground problem. Cable TV had many channels but was fuzzy. 3G Verizon service. Next to highway so get traffic noise. Wouldn’t stay here again. This park offered easy parking with shady, level, gravel sites. The operators had made an effort to make the park attractive with a few flower beds. I thought it was very quiet, with no traffic noise, until the early hours of the morning when 3 trains awakened me. A railway line runs along the ridge to the north of the park. Good cable, including FNC, and Wi-Fi were provided. There were too few washers and dryers for the demand. Folks had to line up to use them. We camped here in a Motorhome.

6th of 12 stops during family 28 day, 7 state camping adventure from California. This site was across the highway from another site (Jellystone RV). This was not the "newer" site of the two, but very nice. Biggest advantage was the amount of trees/shade compared to the newer site across the highway. Very clean and comfortable place and only a few minutes from Missoula. Would definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

If you want the fuller family experience, I would try the park across the highway. But if you want a great park that is clean, well manicured, and with wonderful landscaping, then this is your place. There are spaces in the open with grassy areas, and spaces in among trees but they are all very spacious in both width and depth. The TV and WiFi were fine. When we were here, we hired the son of one of the staff to walk our dogs while we took a day off from them. You might want to ask if there are any other pet care services they can provide. Now there is a train track close by, and the one or two a day could be loud for some, but we didn’t mind them at all. While the laundry here is spotless, if you want heavy-duty equipment you might try the Mullan Station Bar and Casino. (Yes, that’s right!) Located at 3420 Mullan Road. Also check out Rods and Dogs (Majestic Dr) to wash your truck, RV or dog, believe it or not. Finally, Wheat Montana has a deli and bakeshop in the Muralt’s travel plaza down the street at the I-90 interchange, with outrageous cinnamon rolls and great sandwiches. In addition to these, we also visited the farmer’s markets on Saturday morning (other days in season as well). Missoula is wonderful and this is a great park to use as a base. I could go on and on. I really like this RV park. We were here a few years ago and the owners have added so much more ambience in the interim including plants, flowers and the trees have matured to allow for additional shade in the summer. This is a great stop over spot as well as a place to stay a few days when anyone wants to explore the city of Missoula and its surroundings. Costco, Wal-Mart, Lowes, Home Depot and great Super Markets before you move on to the wonderful sights and places in this area. Staying here is quiet and within a few mile of everything. Clearly, this park has more flowers than any we've ever seen! And the staff works all day keeping the many beds looking great. The park is a pine grove with mature trees. Our space was level with pressed small stones providing firm footing. Between us and the unit to the right was a wide grassy area with a bed of flowers at one end. Lovely and relaxing. We loved this park. Very pretty, close to I-90, many trees between each site. There is some train noise as the train comes by every so often, but not loud enough to keep us awake. Spacious sites, nearby trail. Not really dog friendly as we were told we had to keep ours inside because he might scare the little dogs that other people have (he's just a lab, gentle as can be but he barked at a little dog). The sprinklers were on so much that we never had a dry yard. Overall it is a nice site but there was little help from owners as to our comfort and enjoyment. As a piece of land it's great but as an enjoyable campground, it failed miserably. Gardeners were extremely friendly, though. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a very RV friendly park, clean and well-maintained. The location is easy off I-90, about 6 miles from town. Easy entrance, interior roads, site easy to park in, spacious, fairly level. Paved roads, gravel sites with grass and picnic table. Mature trees for shade. The restrooms, showers, and laundry all clean and nice. Cable TV and Wi-Fi both worked excellent. My only complaint is they water the grass at night, and the sprinklers hit the side of our trailer right next to the bed, waking me up every night. Also a train passes close by occasionally. I am not quite as enthusiastic about this park as some of the previous posters. Park is indeed very nicely landscaped and the staff is very friendly. Main drawback in my evaluation is the fact that some though not all sites have trees with low hanging limbs that can potentially cause damage if you are not careful. A good pruning of the park trees during the off season should take care of this problem. Also some of the interior roads are a bit narrow. I had no problem getting in/out of my pull through site but I did watch a larger fifth wheel struggle to get into a back-in site. He eventually ended up driving over one of the flower beds in order to get into position. Park has no pool so if that is one of your "must haves" you should look elsewhere. Overall this is a nice park for an overnight stop that is convenient to the interstate but I would not plan on staying any more than one night at a time. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We have mixed feelings about this park. The sites are very spacious and level. There was a barking dog in one of the motorhomes and the staff was very responsive contacting the owners to stop the dog. The wi-fi was not very good at all. Our Verizon aircard worked fine. There isn't anything to walk to around the campground so be aware of that. There is a train nearby. It does not blow its horn by the park but it does make train noises as it passes. We stayed here a couple of years ago while passing through Missoula so when we decided to return for a couple of weeks, we knew this was the park to stay at. It was as good as we remembered. Very nicely landscaped with LOTS of flower beds. Sites are extra wide with trees so there is a real feel of spaciousness and privacy compared to most parks. All parks should be as nice. This place is a real find; I'm not sure we've ever stayed at a CG this nice at prices anywhere near these. Even though it's late in the summer, the entire CG had beds and pots of beautiful flowers; the entire place is irrigated so the lawns between sites are lush, thick grass. The space between sites is about double the norm at most other places. The sites are gravel, but quite level; the roads in the park are asphalt. Our pull-through easily accommodated our 40' motorhome and towed car. There is a lot of shade from large trees, but we were able to get satellite reception; it may be difficult on some sites, but there is free cable TV. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very nice park. Located about 1 mile off the interstate. There is a railroad track close by, but not many trains so is mostly quiet. Lots of trees but is still big rig safe. Sites are spacious and well taken care of. Most sites are well watered grassy site. Our only negative is that our site was not water so the grass was dead, dusty and ugly. The flower gardens are beautiful and impressive. The bathrooms and showers (didn't use the ones attached to the laundry) are spectacular and super clean!! The best we have seen. The owners and staff at this park have created a lovely, inviting environment. The property is heavily treed so most sites have shade but the grounds are still open and airy enough to support lawns and many charming flowerbeds with statuettes. The restrooms and showers are spacious, very clean and attractive. Sites are level and easy to access with generous buffer zones in between. Basic utilities were good, Wi-Fi was very good and cable TV was ok. There is some noise from traffic and occasionally from the very close rail line. The price reflects the Good Sam rate. Had the weekly rate of $170. Park is so pretty with all the beautiful trees and flowers. Some sites are more open and others are "in the pines". This is one of the prettiest parks we have ever stayed at in our ten-plus years of full-timing. The sites are nicely spaced, there are trees throughout the park providing abundant shade on warm afternoons, and the gardens all over the park are beautiful. We did not experience any of the problems with "young" staff members as an earlier review had noted. Yes, there were "young" people behind the desk and throughout the grounds, but all were polite and knowledgeable. There was entertainment one night with a free ice cream social after. A pretty nice park, sites are decently sized for big and long rigs. Yet, the park is built up against a residential community and train track that luckily only passes about 2 times daily. The biggest negative was the office staff. Both upon check in and later with a request the office personnel were flippant and unprofessional - two were very young, about 20, with little to no knowledge of the industry or needs of RVers. When a question was asked it was met with defensiveness or rebuking - I'm not sure which was worse. Because of the staff we will not stay here again. Too bad, it has fairly pretty views. Nice sites with a lot of grass between sites. Their wifi is slow at best and I had to have them reset the modem to get it to work. Verizon wi-fi and phone work well. Showers are great and bathrooms are clean. If you pull into a pull through unhook the toad first because the utilities are at the back of the lot and if you drive all the way forward you will need a lot of cord, hose, and sewer line. Charming little park convenient to Missoula attractions. The staff is wonderful. They even offer free DVD borrowing, which I thought was a very friendly touch. Bathrooms were spotless. Yes, there is road (and train) noise as previously mentioned, but certain spots, such as right next to the bathrooms, were quieter. That said, I wouldn't recommend camping here in a tent, but we were very comfortable in a trailer at night. The one thing I remembered from the last time we stayed here was all the flower beds and how well they were maintained. I peeked in the laundromat to check it out. It was very clean. Very nice RV Park, easy access off I-90 exit 96. Staff was ok. Great Wi-Fi and satellite reception from our site A-3. Cable TV was fuzzy. No Air Card reception with Sprint or Verizon. Bathroom / showers were newer and clean. I tried twice to use the laundry, but all four washers were in use, and one dryer was out of service. However, it was a holiday weekend and the CG was full. Only had one car parking spot for the laundry. Had brand new picnic tables at each site. Has a big gathering room for groups. Would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a nice park at the west end of Missouri (exit 96, off I-90). It was easy to access from the freeway. The gravel pull through sites were large enough for big rigs and were easy to maneuver into and out of. The staff was friendly. We did not utilize any of the facilities at the park (showers, restrooms, laundry) but we did enjoy walking around the paved roads with our dog. A fun day trip to see the Daly Mansion in Hamilton was an interesting experience. We would return to this spot, it was a good place for passing through traffic. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Great park! Only complaint is the frequent and loud train traffic from tracks close by, but it is fascinating if you enjoy trains as we do because the track is on a steep curve going into the Missouri valley area. We stayed a week at the discounted rate of $190. We had no problem with Verizon reception unlike what others reported. We requested and got a site with a clear view of the sky for our roof top internet satellite. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a quiet, lovely campground with many trees and beautiful flower gardens. The sites are spacious level. The bathrooms and showers are clean and well maintained. It is conveniently located near Missoula, which was a very surprisingly lovely town with good shopping and wonderful farmers' markets. When I viewed the Jellystone RV park across the highway I was very glad that we were at Jim & Mary's. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a beautifully well maintained park with nice staff. The laundry facility was sufficient for us as we only stayed one week and timed our wash during the low use times. It was very clean and had nice folding and hanging space. Very easy in to the park. A little trickier out if you are heading back towards I-90. We took advantage of the entertainment provided and really enjoyed our stay. Although there were some children in the park mostly it was occupied by adult full and part time travelers. We stayed at Jim and Mary's for 3 weeks. It was a pleasant stay. We were disappointed that they advertise trees, when there were 2 rows of NO trees and that's the site we got. The permanent residents have the treed lane. The laundry facilities were scant for the amount of campers that came in and out of this campground: 4 washers, 4 dryers and was very small. Pretty flowers, but this seems to be the main concern of the workkampers and owners. We would stay here again mostly because there are only 2 other campgrounds in Missoula and they get a much lesser rating. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

I stayed 3 1/2 weeks while husband was at St. Pats hospital. They were very accommodating, allowing me a open ended reservation as I didn't know how long I'd need to stay. The common buildings (laundry, showers, bathrooms) were updated and spotless. Entertainment weekly with ice cream. Lovely flowers. Lots of shade in most sites. The center rows didn't seem to be watered. Nice clean dog walk area. There is highway and train noise but it was not noticable inside my rig. Bad Verizon signal through most of the park. Stand south of the laundry building for good signal. Good WiFi. I never had trouble turning left onto hwy 93. There is a center turn lane to pull into. Park was quiet and friendly and I (woman camped alone) felt safe. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We loved this campground. It had great Wi-Fi, level sites, 50 amp service, sewer, water and cable. The entire campground is absolutely beautiful with the flowers and landscaping. The laundry room was large, clean, had lots of washers and dryers all in good repair. We would stay here any time for either a short period or an extended stay if we lived in the area. We definitely plan to stay here if we pass this way again. I cannot say enough good things about this campground. They had an ice cream social the night we were here with live music. It was great! A very nice park as others have noted. Some sites have no sewer, but they are clear when you reserve. Many trees may limit satellite service so ask if this is an issue. Nice wide spacing between units, gravel sites and paved roads. A little tight pulling into your space with a long MH but doable. Great staff. Park appears to fill in the summer so reserve. Jim and Mary's is a wonderful park and our rate is based on a weekly rate as we were here 7 weeks due to a medical emergency. It is just off I-93 and a good location for visiting Flathead Lake, Glacier NP, Bitter Root National Forest and many other site in the area. Easy access to town. Good local restaurants include, Biga's Pizza, Montana Grill, Hob Nob and Mustard Seed. If you are here in the summer the Saturday morning market is something we enjoyed. Good medical care in the area, nice views of the mountains. Owners friendly and helpful. Owners have many plantings in the park that are both unusual and beautiful. Free Wi-Fi and cable TV worked well. Power and water were good. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Felt like we were in the country, but Costco, Walmart, restaurants, and other conveniences were only a few minutes away. Nice small park with long, level, pull-thru sites. It is located along highway 93 but our site was far enough back that the only road noise we heard was from a little traveled local road that ran behind our site. There is also a train that runs close to the park but does not blow its horn and we did not hear it at night. The large trees, mowed grass, and flower beds though out the park have great eye appeal. We had made a reservation and glad we did because each of the 3 nights we stayed the park appeared full. The only negative we found was that getting out of the park and going south you have to cross a four line highway which has a lot of fast traffic but if you stay across the highway at Jelllystone you'd have the same problem going north. The park is spotless, including the shower houses and the laundry, and the grounds are just lovely with flower gardens on every other site. The sites are large, grassy, shaded, and are easily accessible for all size rigs. We camped here for 5 weeks and watched the hard work they put into planting the many beautiful gardens. The staff is extremely helpful and delightful to chat with. They went out of their way to help us when we had a mechanical problem with our rig. The Wednesday night free entertainment, and huckleberry ice cream is quite a treat for all. We can't wait to return and we will. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

The park is older as others have stated and does have quite a few long term residents. The sites were ample in size and everything worked well. The office was a bit 'hit and miss' but it would likely improve as they got closer to their busy season. They had lots of flowers ready to plant to spruce things up. They should also take a paint brush to the picnic tables as most of the paint is peeled off. The huckleberry marmalade they sell at the office was great. Would stop again if only for the marmalade. We reserved an overnight stay here based on previous reviews. Arrived at 4 PM and found the office closed (never did get to meet Jim or Mary). Instructions on the door directed us to choose one of six or eight level, gravel pull-through sites available on the north side of the campground. A sizable number of permanent-looking rigs occupied what shaded spots there were. The park is about a mile north of I-90 on a very busy four lane road, with numerous modular homes and double-wides close by. It's pretty obvious that in a few years this park is going to be completely overtaken by commercial and residential development. The set up met our needs on this trip, nothing more than an overnight stop while passing through, but we would not consider it for a multi-day destination. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a repeat visit as we stayed here for a week in 2008. We were in a new to us Class C w/o leveling jacks so a level site was important. We were put in A1 and it was perfect; no leveling required. The lady in the office was friendly and very helpful. They had no ice for sale in the office as it was too early in the season and she very graciously took her car to the local store and purchased a bag for us. A very pet friendly park. This is an excellent park! The staff is friendly. The sites are huge, with plenty of room between. There are trees, lawns and flower beds everywhere. Everything is kept in immaculate condition. Another overnight stop for us. This is an excellent RV park that may be 3 years old. It is of a modern park: having ample pad spacing and size, plus well designed, paved interior roads. Everything worked very well and the grounds are beautiful with many landscaping elements featuring lots of colorful flowers. Some places can be dark at night if the solar lighting starts fading. OK, this is a nice place, but it is right on the highway, so get a sight with a high number in one of the rows that will put you further from the road. Also, the south side pull through sites sit in the sun and have a construction sight behind them. It is well taken care of and the flowers are nice. I didn't use the showers, but the bathroom seemed clean as were the grounds. The interior back in sights are all in the shade, some deep in the shade. This campground is laid out very nicely with large, shady sites that are level and wide. Most sites have grassy areas in front of the campers. The laundry room was very large and immaculate. There was a large community room in the laundry building with a huge screen TV. The campground is very convenient to downtown Missoula which is a lovely town with neat stores and restaurants. Our biggest complaint was the construction site next door which started early and ended late. Unfortunately, our campsite was the last row right next to the construction and we could not move because the campground was full. There were campers here that seemed to be using the campground for their base camp while working in the area, but did not cause a problem. The campground landscaping was beautiful with flowers, fountains and green grass, which the staff really worked to keep that way. We liked this place well enough to camp here twice within 2 weeks. The park is located in the beautiful Montana community of Missoula. Laundry was clean with older equipment - $1.25/wash; $1.00 dry -- didn't use shower rooms. The only negative was the park hostess who can regard customers as the enemy. I called to change to another day (we ended up coming in on the original date) and instead of telling me she would check availability, she informed me that we could not expect to call one day and "expect" to have a site the next as they were quite full. I thought it a rather bizarre management approach to future business. Saying all that, I would stay again at this park because it is a great little park. Hopefully the camp hostess will acquire some customer skills in the meantime. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

It is a nice park, quiet and clean. The rrees provided nice shade in the heat. The showers and bathrooms immaculate. The Wi-fi is very good. If you are anywhere in the area this is a "Must Stay" park. It is beautiful. I am typing this from a park bench in the park using their Wi-Fi which works beautifully. The restrooms and showers are the cleanest we have ever seen. Unfortunately our plans are to only stay here one night this time, but we will be back. We totally concur with the other reviewers. This is a very nice park just north of Missoula right off I-90 on the road to Glacier National Park. Roads are paved and sites are gravel with grass between. Some turns are a bit tight for a big rig and car trailer but we managed. No amenities such as pool, exercise room, etc. Their Wi-Fi was exceptional for a change! Verizon air card also worked. AT&T cell coverage is very poor and was all over Missoula. Satellite is also tricky here due to their trees. We had to move several feet to get the signal and some spots wouldn't have a chance. Very nice park. There is some construction for a government facility just south of the park, but very little noise and no freeway noise. The sites ALL have plantings and shrubs. It is big rig friendly with enough space to leave your toad connected, if you wish, in the site. Flat and level sites, with paved roads. There is no pool and the greenhouse is not in use in July. It would be a ten with a pool, morning newspapers, and trash pickup at your site. We would certainly return. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Previous reviews about this park led me to believe I was in for an amazing experience. I found the park to be just a little above ordinary. Yes, the plantings are nice, but everything else is what you should expect from an RV park. Office staff was okay, roads were okay, water pressure and quality were okay. Note: if you are staying for more than an overnight, be advised that the surrounding neighborhood rises early. Don't expect to sleep in. If in the area, we would stay here again. Probably the least favorite park of our extended trip. Robotic like check in. The site we were given was not big rig friendly. The only dog in the park making any noise belonged to the owners. Not a good park for dogs. We had to walk out on the highway. Lots of road noise. Construction going north to Glacier from there was terrible. We changed our route back toward 90 in order to avoid it! We stayed here last year in Sept. after the flowers had finished blooming so when we pulled in this year, the flowers in the park were spectacular. The park was still neat and clean and very inviting. One thing that no one has mentioned is the fact charcoal BBQ’s are not allowed nor are braziers. No campfire rings are on the premises so you can sit outside and enjoy the evenings. I wish more RV parks had a ban on campfires since most RV sites are too close together. I have to say it was nice to be able to turn off the air conditioners and open up our windows!! This park is geared more towards adults and I have seen very few children here this stay and the past. This is a very quiet park and we'll stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

At the intersection of highway 90 and 93, this park is well maintained and features beautiful flowers and tree wooded RV spaces and grounds. Cable TV was poor and the many trees around our space blocked our satillite dish. We are stayed here several times. It is one of the most beautiful parks you will find because of all the flowers and plantings throughout the park. I wish I could submit pictures! The sites are adequate and spacing is good. We had a weekly rate of $190. It is a busy park in the summer - lots of in and out traffic and there is some noise from the highway, side road and train. Hookups are good and cable TV was fine. However, as always, the WiFi does not work all of the time. Has been a problem for the past 3 years when we have stayed there. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a fabulous park. The grounds are immaculate, with flowers professionally arranged around the park. I am 15, & I'm not too fond of camping, but this place was perfect! I loved it! We only stopped here because we were on our way to Yellowstone and couldn't make it all the way there in one day. But I am aweful glad we found it. The bathrooms were wonderful and clean. The showers were great! There was Wi-Fi & just alot of nice things. You could tell someone cared alot about appearance, because there was always workers out, either cleaning up around the garden beds, or mowing the grass, or cleaning the bathrooms. There was also a laundry place and TV room type thing that was well taken care of. I loved it all & I plan to be back as soon as I possibly can. Wow! What a park. I have been traveling for a while and seen many different parks, but I must say this is one of the nicest parks I have been to. The park lay out is great. Very easy to get in and out, very clean, beautiful landscaping. Clean restrooms. A great laundry room. Overall, the park is amazing. Great location just on the outside of Missoula with nice views. I would definitely return over and over to this park. The only complaint that I have is the man that worked in the office was not to friendly or helpful, but the overall park makes up for that and still well worth staying if you do not have to deal to much with the office staff. Heavily-treed park with quite a few perma-rigs. Paved interior roads with gravel sites. Long pull-thrus with excellent site spacing for transients. The gravel for the site parking is barely wider than the rig, with tight turns into and out of the site without driving on the grass. It was early in the season when we stayed, and most trees along the roads and between the sites needed branches trimmed, as several scraped the rig on the way in. Most 50-amp sites had new power pedestals. Site hookups placed very close to the rear of pull-thrus, potentially requiring unhooking of toad or extension cords and hoses. Great stop on our travels through Montana. It's very obvious as soon as you drive in that the owners are very proud of "their home" as they have a beautiful, yet very comfortable feeling park. The overnight pull-throughs are very long and easy to get into. All of the utilities are properly placed and cable is included. Laundry facilities were very clean and modern as were the bathrooms. They also had a gathering room with a TV for use while doing the laundry. The Park is far enough away from the highway and interstate to not hear any road noise. However, the railroad tracks about a mile away were sometimes noticeable as the trains applied their brakes coming down the mountain into Missoula. It didn't last long, but, depending on wind direction, can be heard at night. This will be our park of choice as we travel this part of the state. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Wow, what a great rv park, this is a gem!! Long pull throughs that are more out in the open and back ins that are under the trees. Flowers everywhere you look and long wide lush green grass between RV’s with a picnic table at each site. Multicolored gravel for pads that were attractive, level and drained well when it rained. The bathrooms/showers were tiled and clean as a whistle. Water pressure was very good, no problems with the electricity and sewer. Couldn’t get a good signal with the wifi (we were in E-11) so I used my Verizon Aircard with our booster antenna. Cell phone (also Verizon) was iffy, sometimes it would work and sometimes calls went straight to voicemail. We were able to use our dome satellite, otherwise they do have cable TV. The park is very big rig friendly with plenty of room to maneuver around with a tow car. Didn’t check out the laundry facilities but if the bathrooms are any indication, I’ll bet the laundry facilities were spotless too. Shopping centers (that we wanted to use) were about 6 miles away. Missoula has anything and everything!! There’s no pool or hot tub but we never use them anyway. The park is close to hwy. 93 but we didn’t notice any traffic noise at night. Also, there are RR tracks above the park but they didn’t disturb our sleep. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! As far as we’re concerned, this is what an RV Park should be like, inviting!! We camped here in a Motorhome.

This campground is a pleasant retreat with small english type flower gardens, ornamental landscape displays, mature trees and nice sized lawn areas between sites. The only negative comment I can make is about the surroundings, as there is train track in close proximity. The trains are descending a hill and their brakes squeak and squeal loudly as they slow the train down. This is usually for just a short period. We camped here in a Truck Camper.

This is our second visit to this RV park and it's one of our favorites. I can't add anything that hasn't been said already in other reviews, except this visit we didn't bother to make reservations and boy did that turn out to be a mistake! We arrived at about 1:30pm on a Sunday afternoon and got the last site available... a back-in right next to the office with no shade tree or picnic table. We still enjoyed our stay though. After we arrived we saw many RV's, apparently without reservations, turned away. We took a walk in the evening and the park was indeed full. The sometimes gushing reviews and the park website photos are a little misleading. We reserved a 30 amp,shady site and got a dirty, unlevel back-in without a blade of grass- BUT it was shady. The lush, grassy and long pull-thrus, which seem to be available only for big rigs (is their money worth more?), are not always in the shade. So on a hot summer day, ask for the trees and a pull-thru if you can get it. The voltage and cable tv had problems, and wifi signal was weak, for whatever reasons. The landscaping is really nice. Without having seen the other parks in town, this is still a good choice as long as you get in early and make sure the site is okay. We camped here in a Motorhome.

After having spent a considerable amount of time in "parking lot" RV parks, this place is like winning the lottery. Beaufiful trees, wonderful flowers all around, green, well-maintained grass, wide, level sites, good power and water. The management is extremely friendly and helpful, and this place has to have the mother of all wi-fi systems: Five repeater towers spaced throughout this small park and two systems operating at all time in the event one goes down. I don't rate a 10 very often. This is one of the best campgrounds around. The sites are ample and shaded. Their WI-FI at your site is free, fast and with a strong signal. They also have free cable TV. Their laundry room is clean and very comfortable that has an area where there is couch and chairs to sit and read or use laptop. Didn't use the bathhouse much but it was clean when I was in there. They take great pride in this park and they are constantly working on it. The landscaping and flowers are so nice and give great ambiance. Owners are friendly and very accommodating. I can think of no negatives. An absolutely wonderful place to stay. We loved this RV Park. It was absolutely beautiful and clean with spacious sites that had grass and trees on both sides (and a picnic table). Although it was right off of Highway 93 the traffic noise at night was very minimal, and there was zero light pollution. The laundry room had four washers and four dryers with extremely reasonable prices ($1.25 for a washer and $1.00 for dryers). The laundry room was a good size and had a nice table in between the washers and dryers for folding laundry. The bathrooms were sparkling clean, and the large showers had wonderful hot water and excellent water pressure. We would definitely stay here again! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

The sites are large with trees, but power and water hook ups are towards the back so we needed an extra hose to reach because of our toad. The sewer connections are somewhat far to the side of the site, but located in the middle. The highway noise can be heard at night. There seems to be a double standard about clothes lines. The rules say no, but it was OK for a long term camper near the office. We camped here in a Motorhome.

I had to visit this campground after reading so many good reviews about it on here. I have to say that I wasn't let down. They have nice big sites, and the sites are laid out so that even the treed sites are satellite friendly. We only stopped in for the night on our way to Glacier National Park, but we would make this our choice on our next visit to Missoula. They were upgrading the WiFi the day we pulled in and the new system was live that night with a strong fast signal. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a very nice campground. The sites are gravel and surrounded by mature trees. The grass and plants are well maintained. It is obvious that the owners are proud of their campground. The wifi did not reach to our site, which was in the back of the park but we were told that by next year the entire park will be covered. There is a train track behind the park but the noise did not reach us. We would absolutely recommend this park and would stay here again if in the area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is an example of a nice looking park completely ruined by a badly designed sprinkler system. In the middle of the night, an oscillating sprinkler head came on right next to the door of our MH and sprayed the side of our rig for an hour. I couldn't get out of the door to stop it because it would have sprayed water into our MH. The next morning I got outside to find our rig covered with white dots which wouldn't wash off. I ended up having to compound the side of the MH to get them off. We will never return!!! We camped here in a Motorhome.

A very nice campground with friendly and helpful owners. They take pride in the appearance and cleanliness of the park. The grass and flowers were well watered and manicured. We were on the back side of the park and had very little highway noise but the WIFI was very weak at our site. They are several miles from town and shopping. Great campground. The sites are huge and lots of trees. WIFI is free and can be sporadic depending how far away you are from the router. Most of the time, it worked OK for us. Laundry room was clean and they had a nice rec room too. Owner is very knowledgeable about the area and gives out great info and maps. This park is very clean, neat and has beautiful flower beds throughout. The pull-thru sites are very roomy with a fairly large grassy area between sites. The back-in site are in a nicely wooded area. We were there 5 nights and 1 night they had a local singer and an ice cream social and another night they had a craft program. The side of the park away from the side road is more quiet. WiFi worked great and we did not experience any water or electrical problems. The park was full all 5 nights we were there. Would definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Beautiful park with very long pull thrus. Shaded areas so only a few sites have satellite access. Would have rated higher but lack of sufficient water pressure and intermittent power losses, low power made for some inconvenience. This is a delightful RV park – aesthetically pleasing and quiet. Paved streets, gravel parking area is level, large grass lawns between sites. Half the sites are pull-thrus and all are big-rig friendly. About two-thirds of the sites are shaded with tall pines and deciduous trees. The other one-third are satellite friendly. Park is on east side of Hwy 93 just north of I-90 and convenient for on-off. Nice lounge adjacent to clean laundry room. Mid-day the water pressure is low, but otherwise it was sufficient. Every site was filled every night, so reservations are a smart way to go. We are full-timers and without question would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a above average RV park but nothing to rave about. At least it has paved interior roads which is rare in Montana. Jellystone across the street is newer and nicer but has no shade trees. This park has lots of shade trees to block the sun. Site itself is gravel but ok. Staff was friendly and helpful. I have Alltel cell phone and internet and both worked perfectly. It's about a 5 mile drive into Missoula which is no problem since it is all interstate. We played golf two days at two excellent golf courses. We toured the Elk Foundation and the Fire Jumper Training center and both interesting. We had to buy a new camera since our's broke. I love Montana - NO Sales Tax. I would stay here again if back in the area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

It appears they might be shorthanded. No assistance to your site. Cable TV was a little fuzzy. Asphalt roads, no dust! Park says no washing of vehicles but I noticed some doing it anyway. Picnic tables at site needed some attention. All in all a better than average RV park. Would stay here again but might look across the street at Jellystone RV Park. It's hot here in July! Very nice park. We did not have a reservation and were lucky to get a site to accommodate our motorhome. Were told they have sold out already four night this year and it is only mid-June. The gentleman in the office was very helpful. Got us a site where our satellite dish would site the bird in the sky and we could get Wi-Fi, which worked very well. This is a pretty park. The owners have a greenhouse and grow their owns flowers which are planted all over the park, not just at the entrance like some parks. The spaces are easy to get in to. The free WIFI is nice when it's working but every time it rains a little the WIFI drops off. The managers were very friendly and a park work camper, Harlie, was outstanding. He directed us to places of interest in Missoula including a great fried chicken diner and the local Moose Drool brewery!! Thanks Harlie! We camped here in a Motorhome.

We've travelled extensively in the western US, and this campground is by far the nicest we've stayed at. The showers and restrooms are immaculate. The sites are roomy. Very attractive park, and extremely pleasant staff! We parked originally for one night, but ended up staying 3 nights while our fifth wheel landing gear was repaired. The staff located a knowledgeable and competent repair service, Valley Mobile Home & RV Center, run by Herschel, who promptly drove to our site, analyzed the problem, and replaced a broken set of bevel gears, re-assembled the strut and sent us on our way for a very modest fee. The Park has paved roads, lots of shade, a quiet atmosphere, very little noise and the secret is out . . . they were full each night! We definitely recommend this place for any stay, any size RV! This is a beautiful park and has exactly what I look for in an RV park. The sites are grassy, well kept and large. The entire park has lots of shade trees, not so for the "Jellystone" park across the street. About half of the sites are pull through and most of them offer a good view of the southern sky for the satellite dish. The Wi-Fi works well. If you plan to stay in the summer when the temps are hot (100 every day we were here) you will definitely want to be here rather than at the other park across the street due to all the shade trees. We highly recommend this one and will definitely be back in the future. NOTE: You MUST make reservations as the park stayed full every night we where here. We camped here in a Motorhome.

I don’t usually post but these folks deserve a special mention. If you don’t like trees, stay across the road at Jellystone, if you want a little piece of seclusion and privacy and a sense of inclusion, stay here. We work on the road, have a mobile business that keeps us in gas and peanuts and really value a restful place to come “home” to after a hard day. The nights we stayed there, June 20-25 they had a couple of folksingers and an ice cream social on Wed and Fri nites, free. The grass is green and lush, the spaces far enough apart, the big rig pull through were excellent and we appreciated the friendly folks running the place who really care how they present themselves, their park and your experience. Maybe we were just lucky or open but we met several nice folks who were full timing or extended and were invited over to examine rigs, swap recipes and lies and just socialize. Reception on our Verizon Aircard was dismal but the free wifi was first rate. They have cable and apparently a phone access so no problem with net access. Saw plenty of folks using the Dish for TV. Definitely on our short list of places to stay again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

These folks were very helpful with our special need to arrive at 1AM. We needed water hook-up. Since most of the park had already been closed and "drained," they put us in a "permanent" site. Since we were conducting an event in town the next night and wanted to move-on to reduce our below-freezing nights, they let us depart at 10PM without paying for the night. Wi-Fi was strong. Verizon service was great. We used the uni-sex handicap bathrooms in the Activity Building and they were 9 of 10. We would return. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We have stayed here many, many times and just really like this funky RV park. It's always spotless, the office folks are fun and accommodating, the trees are huge and provide wonderful shade in the summer, the pool is clean, and you can reserve just about any kind of site you desire: from tents to fancy sites with fire pits, concrete patios and swings, and everything in between. It's close to just about any shopping experience you want to have and is very quiet at night. The airport is not too far away, so there is some plane traffic; but not late at night and unobtrusive during the day. Our dog loves the pet areas which are always clean and grassy. The WiFi is free and cable TV has just about any channel you could want. All in all, it's one of our favorite stops in our 5 months of summer travel. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

What's with KOAs? They always seem to be too busy to keep restrooms up with the human traffic going through them. This park was nice; however, noisy. Near highway. We have decided that we need to avoid KOAs moving forward. 3 times on this trip. 3 times pricey for what you get. The Missoula KOA was decent; thankfully the price wasn't too high. The spot we had had absolutely no shade, just a little dead tree stump. Luckily, the spot was pretty big. The pool was quite nice, but the pool manager was crabby and didn't want anyone having fun. The dog walk area was nicely shaded and had a little bench to sit to watch your dogs play. Our spot was right across from mobile homes right in the park, and there was traffic all the time, even late at night. The park is very near the newer part of downtown Missoula and just off a main road. Our gravel paved site could have used some raking since it was covered with tree debris and some smaller trash bits. Our site was located right along the main road through the campground. The road is used by the permanent residents to enter and exit the park and has heavy traffic in the commuter hours and is somewhat noisy. The staff was friendly and the site featured a large laundry and on site inexpensive breakfast cafe. Had our site been located away from the main road we probably would have felt more comfortable. However, because of our location we could only rate this park a seven out of ten and felt it was a little expensive for the area. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This KOA is located near shopping centers and within a trailer park. While some may not like this, we did not mind. The sites are a bit close together and there were no fire pits, but we were mostly out exploring all day anyway. There is a pool, nice dog areas and nice playground. They offer a good all you can eat breakfast for $7.95, with the coupon you buy one get one free. There is a lot to do in Missoula: farmers market, fly fishing, hiking, biking, rafting, Smokejumper center, visiting the breweries. So the KOA is convenient to all these things. This park has a pool, plus two hot tubs. There is a ice cream social every day. There are a special type of trike for kids to ride. Extremely nice staff, very helpful and courteous. Very well set up for dogs with 3 different fenced in dog runs! Within walking distance to a lot of stores and restaurants and services, which was very convenient for us. Nice shade from big trees, which are trimmed up so even the biggest rigs have no problems with overhanging branches. They offer a nice breakfast buffet each morning and ice cream in the evening (for a fee, of course). I have only 2 small complaints: the sites are a bit close together, and the bathrooms in the middle of the park are smallish. However, there are bigger bathrooms/showers by the office. As you see the prices were very reasonable due to giving us a Veterans' discount. Management is very nice. The store is well stocked. The campground main roads are asphalt and the sites are gravel. No problems with level sites though we did think it was a little close to make turns into the sites while avoiding the trees. The trees are trimmed but still could cause problems if you misjudge turning into a site. Guess that's the price of shade trees Campground is real close to a small mall: ask for the shortcut instructions! Laundry, showers and baths were well maintained. We would be happy to return if we go that way again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This KOA Park is surrounded by a mobile home park. Very junky looking. Asked for a roof top satellite friendly site and they put us in a site with a very large tree that covered our roof area completely. They then moved us to a site that worked. Gravel sites with grass. Fairly tight to maneuver with a 34' 5th wheel. Overall one of the least favorite KOA's I have stayed at.. Would not stay here again We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed there on an internet special rate at $26.00 per night. We had stayed there a year earlier for the University of Montana Homecoming game and came back again for this year's game as well. The location is great with an easy drive to the campus as well as an abundance of nearby shopping. COSTCO and Wall-Mart are just a few blocks away. They have Wi-Fi and Cable TV. As with most KOA's they have a pool, hot tub, miniature golf and a play area for kids. We plan on returning for next year's homecoming game as well. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is one of the biggest and best KOAs we've stayed in, despite the fact that it is mostly a parking lot. The proximity to good shopping -- everything from Costco to crafts -- and nice walking trails gives it high marks. The sites were big and wide. The facilities were clean. The Verizon coverage was great. And, there were plenty of the amenities our kids prefer. If you want the walking trails, head downtown to the UoM area, where the trails follow the river. If you want good restaurants, there are plenty within walking distance of the RV park. Do NOT expect nature at this KOA or you will be keenly disappointed. We stayed one night and would stay again if we needed to reprovisioning for Yellowstone! We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Location is great. Lots of great restaurants are close. Has a nice pool. Friendly staff at check-in. We stayed here because of RV repair needed in Missoula. We actually had reservations in Cheney, WA. We're very disappointed that KOA campgrounds have gotten so expensive for what you get. Lots here are very narrow. It rained and we had to walk in ankle deep water from the car to the motorhome. We've stayed in extremely nice campgrounds for $25-$30 a night. We camp here most trips at the beginning and end of our travels. This is a wonderful, clean, reasonably spacious and tree-filled park. Easy access to all sites, no problems with slideouts. Has a very friendly staff. Awesome WiFi. Can download files and stream Pandora! Even a paper on the picnic table in the mornings. This is our third summer in a row staying here at least once for two days. I was going to pass on re-reviewing the park but it has gotten some lame reviews recently (I am submitting this after at least one mediocre August review posted). Once again this park met my needs: FHU, cable TV, at site WiFi, and a pool (which was busy the entire hot weekend). Recent reviews mention speed bumps, having to drive slow, and lots of kids. I guess those are considered negative points for those who don't feel safety and kids are good things. Additionally, I have always considered the site size here to be above average, so I don't see the "closeness" issue. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Best KOA I have seen to date. Go slow, as there are lots of small kids on small bicycles. They just do not look and they are below your view when driving. Staff was very friendly, lots of people working on the plants and such. The dump station is a bit of an oddity, you have to be going out to get to it, which means driving around the park, then blocking a driveway to use it. My pet peeve is that they do not allow flushing the water line to help clean your tanks. There is a short hose to use in case of a spill, but at the prices we are paying, use of water to help flush our tanks would be nice. (They did not have a sewer site available for us.) WiFi was great, we were able to get on all the time, so that alone is a 10 in my book, most of these only pay for half the connections they really need. A great idea would be free WiFi, but then a second WiFi that a user could pay to use and have a good fast connection for those of us who need it and are willing to pay for it. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

First things first, follow the signs to this KOA, not your GPS. You will end up in an alley that is not too appealing. This KOA is off the main drag in Missoula. It is also surrounded by mobile homes. This is a little odd, but it is a good campground to stay in. The staff is nice and helpful. The facilities are a little dated, but the staff works to keep them nice. And talk about staff, they were everywhere working on this place. This is the most employees I have ever seen at a KOA (little ants running around). Sites were level and all hookups available. I did not have to unhook the tow vehicle and was not looking at the neighbors septic line. Store looked well stocked. Pool was nice for the kids and they let the adults have an extra half hour alone in the pool. Campground was within walking distance of stores. Being in a mobile home park setting was a little odd, but I would stay here again if I were in the area. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Nice park. Interior roads are paved. Sites are level gravel with shade trees and grass islands. 50A full hookups were flawless. Wi-Fi was faster and more 100% reliable over 8 days. Pool, hot tub, showers and bathrooms were spotless. I generally don't care for KOA's and tend to avoid them. But this one is nice. The location is great. All the shopping you want is across the street. There are plenty of places to walk on sidewalks or ride your bike. It even has 3 fenced dog parks right in the KOA. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very pleasant people at check in, and there it ends! I guess the best thing about this campground is its amenities for kids. Thank god we only spent one night here. The sites are narrow, the WiFi is non existent and the staff feign surprise and "no computer knowledge" if you ask them about it. Also, they apparently have a problem with gangs of teenagers stealing beer coolers after dark, or so we were warned by the staff. We felt it was what we imagine camping on a busy street corner in any city USA would be like. Avoid this place unless you are desperate. No recommendation from me. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We really enjoyed our short stay at this campground. The pool and hot tubs are sparkling clean and well managed, so that both children and adults can have a good time using them. There is plenty of shade and grass, very good WiFi coverage and some great views of the foothills. Although the campground is just 2 blocks off a main street with many restaurants and services, it is very quiet. I wish we had planned to stay here longer. It is just great. We will be back. We stayed at this park each way on our trip. The staff was very helpful and friendly with our site accommodations. The store carries many food and gift items: a good selection. Nice hot tub, pool, and good shower/restroom facilities. The park is within a short walking distance to restaurants and a mall. Use the instructions from the KOA guide or ask for instructions because GPS can route you through the back of the park which is very difficult to negotiate with a large rig. There really isn't anything that you can say bad about this place. It is close to town but very quiet. There is shopping two blocks away. This is an exceptional KOA in that you get your money's worth. Large sites with trees and grass, convenience to shopping, and extensive facilities, including an on-site breakfast cafe make this a worthwhile stay. Although close to the main highway, it's quiet and dark at night (once the kids get tucked in) and the landscaping maintenance is noteworthy. We stayed 2 nights. The cost was very high for what you get,but the only spots that had fire rings were $50 a night. The kids really wanted to roast marshmallows se we "splurged" for the premium sites. Overall the campground was decent,but had more than a few permanant type residents. Some of their trailers were disgusting. Run down,ratty,wrecks that needed to be in the wrecking yard. We were warned not to leave anything of value out as they had a theft problem at the campground. The pool was very clean and well supervised. When they finish the remodel of some of their sites it could be a very nice park. Kicking out the riff-raff wouldn't hurt either. This is a fine campground to stay in, there are a lot of site choices with pricing that varies. We were given a site in row D that was a 30 amp site. The next site to us was a 50 amp and the sites in row E were twice as wide. Just ask (or specify) what you want, they'll probably have it. The pool is seasonal and closes 9/15. Right in Missoula and close to shopping, the park has easy access, big rig sites, and shade and green grass. Lots of activities for the family. Cable and WiFi were free and worked well. We stayed here twice on this trip - 2 days in late July and 3 days in late August. For us, it's proximity to shopping (Super Wal-mart, Best Buy, Albertsons) and numerous restaurants (sit down and fast food) makes this a good park for a multi-day stay. We stayed here because of a "Hot Deal" they had on their website. $21 a night is a good value for a park with all amenities. Wi-Fi worked good and Verizon worked good. This was our first visit to a KOA and we were pleased with this campground. The streets are paved, which reduces dust, and the sites are well shaded. They have a pancake breakfast and an evening ice cream social, neither of which we took advantage of. The pool is small, but was adequate to cool us down on a 101 degree day. The campground store sells limited food items and souvenirs. The campground is located right off a busy commercial strip, so there is a fair amount of traffic noise, but the campground itself was very quiet. Stores nearby include Target, Lowes, and a Super Wal-Mart. There is easy access off I-90, but Reserve Road carries a lot of traffic and the stop lights seemed to last forever. Nice park with lots of shade. There are 2 hots tubs and a pool. We used the hot tubs every night and it was a great place to hang and chat with the other campers. Typically game room and bicycle rentals for the kids. They have breakfast and ice cream socials every day. There is also small KOA store with groceries/beer/shirts/etc. Wal-Mart is just a couple of miles down the road. Montana's largest RV dealer is within a mile. The main road, Reserve St., is very busy and the traffic lights take forever, but there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance from the KOA. Wifi access only worked about 40% of the time which was very frustrating, I would have been very upset if it weren't included in the overnight rate. The weekly rate is a bargain for a KOA with these amenities now a days. There are so many things to do in Missoula and the surrounding area we could have easily spent two weeks here. Make sure you go to the visitor center located on the far side of town. They have information on hiking and biking and all the numerous things to do right in Missoula. I would definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We arrived without a reservation and found the park staff to be very accommodating and friendly. The RV sites are as advertised. Ours was a gravel site, approximately 20 feet wide that easily accommodated our 5th wheel trailer with 3-slideouts. The site also has a grass area the full length of the site and approximately 20 feet wide. The only shade is from a single fire tree at each site. A wood picnic table is included. Most of the sites are not exactly level but with a good set of leveling blocks and a little work it was not a problem. Electric and water connections are convenient for hook-up but the sewer connection is located at the very back of the site and depending on the site, the connection may be uphill from the sewer discharge on the rig. We dumped our black / gray tanks on the last day of our stay. The bathrooms are up-to-date with newer fixtures and floor tile. Each bathroom had four sinks and four showers, including handicap facilities. The bathrooms were very clean. The park laundry room is clean. The four washing machines and six dryers are somewhat old. Trash dumpsters / barrels are located within a short walking distance from most sites. A very long pet walk at the south side of the park meanders up a grassy hill to a bench that overlooks the park. The park is fairly quiet. Interstate 90 is approximately .5 miles away and an airport is approximately 4.5 miles away. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

How you can rate this park higher than 6 is beyond me. Sites are way shorter than advertised and not level at all. We asked for a site long enough for our 61' at time of reservation, we got a site about 45' long, then were moved to another a little longer site, but with the sewer connection at the very end (and uphill). We have enjoyed two days here. All systems worked as expected and when a problem developed with the cable, they were right on it. Restrooms, showers and laundry were very clean. There is very little highway noise, certainly not bothersome. Staff was friendly and helpful and we would stay again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

The RV park just up the road was full, so we tried this one. They had lots of room here and were very nice at the desk. The pool is attached to the office and there were lots of unsupervised kids roughhousing there. They allow kids 10 and over to swim without adults. The bathrooms were clean. The Wi-Fi worked great: we got 5 bars and 3G of AT&T here. They have 50 amp service but very few/small trees for shade. They had an ice cream social with huckleberry ice cream! A good, one night stop. We camped here in a Motorhome.

For a park that touts itself for 'award winning 'this-and-that' I just didn't see it. A lot of sites (including ours) were not close to being level. Both ours and our travel partners RVs had to drive up on levelers. The pool was cold, dirty (saw a bandage floating in it), and cloudy from lack of chlorine/balanced chemicals. Picnic table was beat up. Rest room was not stocked with paper in the morning I tried to use it. Also, although not oppressive, we could hear road noise from the interstate and Hwy 93; same with jet noise from the Missoula airport. Some of the staff was friendly, some were a touch on the rude side. Be aware, it can be very hot in Missoula; it was 100 degrees when we got there. Although it wasn't a horrific overnight, it was not worth the $ they charge and there's really no excuse to have to use levelers in an "award winning" RV park. We would most definitely look for another alternative if we had to stay in that area again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Well maintained park. Easy on off freeways, did not hear traffic noise when all windows on our coach closed. We did hear the occasional train whistle during the day which came from across freeway. Interior roads are blacktop. Sites are gravel with grass patio areas. Electricity was good. Water pressure fine. Sewer good. But all sites are set up for 5th wheel sewers connections at the back of sites. We had to used two connecting sewer hose's. The Wi-Fi is good , BUT it's only free for 48 hrs. After that it's $4 daily. The staff were pleasant & helpful. Sites are pull-throughs with a total length of 60 ft. We unhooked our tow vehicle from our 45 ft coach and were able to park second vehicle across front of our site. I would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

For a highly rated park, we were not as impressed as many of the past who've stayed here. We arrived and asked for a good level site, as we were having a mechanical problem with our landing gear. We were given a site touted as the most level. Not so. We requested a different site, which was already occupied and finally a third site which was still not very level. The maintenance of the grounds appeared left untouched for a time, likely due to the pending end of the season closure. The store and office were nice and kept in good order. The sites were narrow and not the most level around. We stayed 3 nights and would likely not return. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

The name means overpriced for us. It was the only place in the area with space. At $38.50 for a gravel ( not close to being level pad in all directions) plus the septic was higher then the pad, not good. The woman if the office was great, gave us a site and off we went. The problem was I could not level my trailer, unless I unhooked and did some serious blocking. The septic was not reachable and uphill. I was given another site, happy with that. Planned on spending a couple of days in the area, but it was hot, the price too much for what we use so we moved on. The price was close to the other park we went to and we would stay here again if we had to. The facility was clean and staff helpful. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This was a Good Sam rate less a Good Sam $5 coupon. We were very disappointed in this park. We had stayed across the street last year but now have a roof top satellite which we did not feel we could use there. We chose this more open Jellystone Park for that reason. The interior roads are in horrible condition, the sites are not very level, and some of the RVs and toads barely fit. It appears that the owner must not be on site and there is very little pride of ownership at this park. If in the area again we would not stay here, even if it means not having satellite, we would stay across the street. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a better than average camp, but is mainly designed for families. It is clean, but sites need to be about 5-10' longer for big rigs and more level. There is nice spacing between. Trees are young, so little shade is available. But in this moderate summer climate, they aren't as necessary as in the south. Friendly and helpful staff which is always a plus. RV Park across the highway is prettier but staff leaves a lot to be desired. Having camped at both, I'd stay here even if other is more adult atmosphere because staff here is so much nicer. Campground is nice and the staff are very friendly. The pull throughs are a little short. Several large motorhomes with trailers encroached on the road when parked. WiFi works well and cable TV is good: although the cable TV only has a two day free trial, then one must pay an additional $30 per month. Since I have a small trailer I used the bath house. The bath house is nice to look at. The major problem was the lack of hot water. Most of the showers had no hot water. Of the two showers that did have hot water, the water was not very hot. I ran straight hot water to shower and I felt cold. I rated the campground a 5 because of the lack of hot water. An easily fixed problem that, according to others at this campground, the owner had ignored. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here based on the Trailer life ratings and review, but honestly had park envy with the park across the street. The sites are wide, but the grass in between looks like someone abandoned the park years ago: lots of weeds that have overtaken the grass and are in need of mowing. The sites are not fully leveled, but are graveled. Trees are still trying to get tall enough to provide shade. Pool was still closed (first of June). The 93 noise seems to be much louder than the I-90 noise but it quiets down at night. Not really a park feature, but the sewer utility has a nice graveled path that follows its sewer line at the back of the park, it is great for a walk (for some reason they choose to have the sewer line meander across the fields rather than a straight line which makes for a nicer trail). We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Great park with convenient location to MT93. Big spaces, easy roads and very clean. Hookups easy to get to except if you're in a motorhome, you need a really long sewer hose if you want to stay connected to your toad. Recommend 20' sewer hose if you want to stay connected to toad. This park has easy access from I-90, clean, roomy roads for making turns with no obstructions, 50 amp, good satellite reception, and level pull throughs. The only complaint would be that the sewer hook-up is all the way to the back of the site so must unhook your toad. Also, there is no security but we felt safe here. The rate we paid was based on a weekly rate. We would recommend this park for those with big rigs and would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed at this park one night while traveling from NC to AK. The park was clean, spaces were decent-sized. We did have a hard time leveling our pop-up. The rate we paid, was $35.75 (Good Sam Club) plus an additional $9 because we have three children, for a total of $44.75 with tax. I can never understand why parks that cater to families, charge you more for being one. But overall, the park was nice, clean, quiet. Bathrooms had passcodes. Pet area was the grassy area outside the park itself. We camped here in a Tent Trailer.

Over ratted park. After hooking up we had to ask for a refund. The gravel site was very uneven and just across from us was a trailer with 2 very loud barking dogs and the owners were not there. Like others pointed out, the site was not very level, luckily we had enough blocks to prop up our trailer on one side, and the sewer was quite some distance from the the rest. The restrooms are delightful and clean, and the people in the office were pleasant. The WiFi was Free for 72 hours, and was OK. (We did have trouble with our MiFi not getting a strong signal.) We stayed here for 2 weeks, and enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if in the area. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Nice park, nice people run the park. We came for a few days, and stayed for three weeks. Monthly/weekly/daily rates. Owner is very accommodating to extending your stay. For a travel hub, this is impressive, as it's a busy place for people who come and stay for a day or two on their way. "Award-winning" washrooms are extremely clean. Laundry is cheaper than local laundromats and clean. Pool is nice and clean. Yogi Bear (mascot) visits children in the evening! This park claims to be the #1 RV park in Montana, but it's got to be self-proclaimed!! The Good Sam rate is $37 and for that I'd expect a few amenities to be included in the price. Cable is extra, Wi-Fi ($4/day) is terrible and NOT included in the price and all kids are charged $3/day. Laundry is small (4 washers and 6 dryers, including 2 dryers that don't work) and kind of pricey. $1.50 to wash and $1.50 to dry. We've stayed in comparable parks that are approximately $10/day cheaper that included all of the amenities. The staff is very friendly and helpful and that certainly helps. A previous reviewer commented on the shortness of the sites and he's right. This park is okay for 2 people who only want to spend a night and move on, but if you plan an extended stay, best be prepared to pay for it! We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very nice park! We stayed from August until the park closed in October. Centrally located to the many National Parks located conveniently right off Interstate 90. Owners were very friendly and accommodating. Nice pool, laundry facilities, small store etc. Rest rooms were generally clean from my once or twice using them. Newer facility, shade trees are there and growing however, shade is not very plentiful. Roads are good, sites are fairly level. For the most part, it was quiet and peaceful. Had NO monthly rates! Somewhat pricey for the long stay traveler. Overall, I would recommend the park! We camped here in a Motorhome.

Well you can tell the season is winding down for this park, once you get past the main gates everything just looks a little run down or maybe just left untouched. We have stayed here before in the peak season and things are better kept up. Every time we stay here we say next time we are going to stay in the one across the street and we forget, well after this time we will. I don't know what is going on with the construction next to the park but this could be a distraction due to the fact there is no buffer for sound (trees etc.). Anyway everything works in the park: Wi-Fi, cable TV, and the laundry is in very good shape. In fact the front office is excellent: it just looks like they laid the landscape crew off. The sign in front says "Highest rated RV park in Montana". They have to be kidding. The park is way overpriced. The site we had was so out of level I had to lift the rear wheels off the ground to get the coach level. The sites are gravel with weeds and dead grass. The roads are black top but need some maintenance. The area around the office is neat and clean, but the rest of the place needs work. As noted in the previous review, this park is a little run-down. They keep the area around the office up well, but the sites are poorly maintained and the roads are in pretty bad shape. Also, in spite of what the office staff might tell you, Verizon service is very poor and Verizon air card is completely unreliable. Cable TV is a separate fee and Wi-Fi is $4/day. For a "city park" like this, they would do well to upgrade sites, give cable and Wi-Fi free and charge a few dollars more. If the drive from Polson had not had a lot of road construction, we would have simply stayed up there. We camped here in a Motorhome.

I have stayed at this park a number of times. It is getting a little long in the tooth. I did not see a maintenance person on the grounds the entire week I was at the park. The minuses: 1. Interior roads are paved but lots of broken pavement, 2. Grass is about 1/4 weeds and not irrigated, 3.) The space I was on was not level, 4.) Verizon service is poor. On the plus side: 1.) Rate was reasonable at $24 per day for the week, 2.) Better than the other RV Park and a lot better than the KOA - $50+ per night, 3.) No trees so good satellite TV, 4.) free Ice Cream social every night. I wish there was a better big-rig RV Park in Missoula but there is not so I will probably stay here again when visiting friends. The kids had fun! We had a special visit from Yogi at our trailer for my sons 9th birthday. Nice pool area and fabulous store and tv viewing room. Laundry was nice too!! The bath stall doors were not aligned and three of the four would not lock and the fourth would not even close. We didn't use the pool or playground. There was an RV a few sites down from us and there was grass about a foot high all around his camper. Poor TV antenna reception and extra cost for Wi-Fi. However, the staff was friendly, adequate space between sites, the store was well stocked and close to Missouri. Good for an over nighter. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Great family amenities here. Big pool with lots of chairs for sunning, and a small canopied area poolside as well. They even have a small splash pool with a fountain for the smallest kids. It was too hot to play on the playground, but it was a nice one. Mini-golf looked OK, but again, too hot during our stay to try it out. We only stayed one night because the temps were in the high 90s at the time, and there is no shade to speak of at this park. Downtown Missoula is about a 10 minute drive away. It was quiet even though right off the freeway. Level spots. Nice woman in the office. Fair price given all the amenities and proximity to town. There was also a huge RV sales/repair/supplies store(Bretz) a couple of exits east off the I-90 where they were selling propane cheap. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a good RV park but we will NEVER return. During our stay, there was a forest fire within sight of the RV park that enveloped the entire area in smoke. After staying two nights of our planned three night stay, we told them we simply could not handle the smoke any more and had to move on. They would NOT refund our money for the third night. Note that the park was at most 50% full and our cancelling would have no impact on reservations other than the loss of OUR $34. We moved on anyway. Rather than having a "happy camper" they chose to have 34 measley dollars. I put this down as seriously poor customer relations. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a super campground with mini-golf, swim pool, spray pool for kids, ice-cream socials nightly, arcade room, gift shop, friendly staff. They had sites for all types of campers from tent to huge RV. Not much for shade though. Bathrooms/showers were really nice and clean: even double shower curtains with the name "Jellystone" written on them. Wow! We were really impressed with the amount of "features" offered here. Seems to be well organized and clean. My site was loose gravel and way too much slope, front bumper was on the ground and the rear tires were off the ground. It looked like many of the sites had the same problem. Sewer connection was way at the low end of the site, about 30 feet of hose needed. The extra cost WI-FI provider was lame, connections were low and I was very close to the office. I could receive but not send e-mail as my ISP and this WI-FI were not happy together. Because the site was poor and WI-FI was not free this park doesn't get a good rating from me. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This place is a dump! First, the pool is not heated. 2nd, Yogi does not make an appearance, (we stayed on June 29, and apparently that is not in season-this was why we stayed there for the kids). But, the biggest problem is the water system. We couldn't even flush the toilet without water and air spraying everywhere-forget using the sink. When I went to let the office people know so they could do something before someone else came in, she actually said, "Well, there was nothing wrong with my water" and left it at that. Our friends also had problems with the water and said their water was brown. This place is HORRIBLE and I would never go there again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

I stayed here in June 2006 - see my comments below. A really nice park with nice pull-thrus. Good TV satellite reception. $30 per night was based upon the weekly rate. I stayed 9 days. I switched to Verizon this year and it may be a mistake. The Verizon cell signal is very poor in this park. I will probably stay here again next year and switch back to AT&T [Cingular]. This is a nice park and convenient to the sights in the area. The spaces are big enough to accommodate the largest rigs and each space has a small lawn area & picnic table. The only problem we had was that our cell phones did not work while in the park - we use a Verizon card to access the internet and were not able to while staying here. Paid 53.50 for "full hook-up". They advertised cable, wifi, and a pool. After I had already paid for the site, I was told that there was no cable hook-ups in the "big-rig" sites, the pool was closed and the wifi would be an extra charge. It is good for them that they already had my money, they shouldn't hold their breath until they get by business again. We will bypass this one everytime. Major ripoff, why so expensive with no amenities? Besides the fact, the sewer hook-up was so far from the rig, we could not use it. (We have a 20' hose.) Easy access, Big Rig Friendly, ice cream socials, nice pool, large spaces with grassy area, WIFI included in rate, very helpful staff, will visit again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Extra clean, quiet even through next to I-90 but below and no road noise. Big wide sites and easy in and out. Wifi worked great. Will stay again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Park is 5 miles north of Missoula off I-90 at exit 96 then 1 mile north on US 93. All but 29 sites are pull though, back in sites have water an electricity (20 and 30 amp) only. Pull through sites are long, level and well maintained. Shade is minimal as the trees have not had time to grow (park is only 5+/- years old). Great open field at the edge of the park allows you to give your dog some exercise. If you stay here plan for a side trip to Garnet Ghost Town or perhaps the Smokejumpers School -- both are worth a visit. We camped here in a camper.

This park has pretty easy access and the sites were easy to navigate in and out of. The managers were friendly and the park was clean. There were picnic tables at each site. They also have a store. We camped here in a camper.
