Sites are concrete and level, with good Wi-Fi (free) and satellite reception. Verizon and Sprint air cards are also good. Bathrooms showers and laundry look new and very clean. Pool and hot tub are delicious. Price is after 10% GS or AAA discount, and too high compared to Roadrunner RV park down the street ($16), which is where we'd stay next time. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park is easy to get to and had all the basic amenities one needs. The park is older and a little run down, but clean enough and seemed to have adequate security (glad for that!). The area is very loud with lots of traffic and a great deal of noise all night whether is was sirens screaming or loud people on the street. The receptionist was very nice and accommodating. The facility advertises an exercise area but it was just a couple of worn out cardio machines that need to be retired. We felt the space rent was far too expensive for what it was and the bargain breakfast was nothing to write home about. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

I would recommend this place to anyone. The campgrounds are not on top of each other. The camp host walks around the area and makes sure nothing is getting out of hand. I felt safe, as I was there by myself at the time. I have been coming here for the last 10 yrs and will continue to do so. We camped here in a Tent.

Out of 417 advertised sites, only 35 or so are kept open for overnighters. Huge place. Overnight sites are large, mostly clean, mostly level. Didn't use the bathrooms or clubhouse, so can't comment. It does look like this RV park used to be something to crow about many moons ago. But it's heyday has passed and things are sliding slowly downhill. Still, I'd use it again for a day or two if I had to. We camped here in a camper.

If you like spending time in a hot car park surrounded by tar, then this is the place for you. If you want a shade tree, prepare to pay about $70 per night. Do yourself a favor and check out the deals on hotel rooms and park your rig for free in the hotel oversized car park. We stayed one night here, then found a deal at the Imperial Palace hotel for $30 per night with a king size bed and stayed 4 nights there. Give this park a big miss. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This KOA at Circus Circus is amazing for an "in-city", parking lot RV resort. Adjacent to Circus Circus Hotel & Casino, it allows access to several close-by casinos and the "strip". The laundry facilities, pool and store are well kept and extremely clean. We saw many KOA workers performing duties in high temperatures to keep the park looking pristine. They even have a fenced in, doggy playground that is fully equipped with tunnels, playhouse, jumps and the proverbial "fire hydrant". WI-FI worked great. Great place! Can't wait to return. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Sorry to read of the pet limit problem of the last reviewer, but this is the finest military, and one of the finer all-round, parks I've stayed at. Very large pull-throughs, nicely shaded and landscaped sites and surroundings. Sure, the Thunderbird aeronautic team based at Nellis AFB fly by once in a while, but I consider that pretty good company. Nice, friendly people. No cable TV or I'd give them full grades. I had no trouble getting a reservation, but imagine that snowbirding makes that a bit tougher in mid-winter. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The park's website says pets are allowed if they are on a leash and picked up after. At the registration desk, they have a sign with little pictures of dogs and cats saying there is a 3 pet limit. We were not allowed to camp here because we have 4 parakeets. No dogs, no cats, no hamsters, nothing else -- 4 little birds all in one cage who never leave the rig. This policy is the most ridiculous campground policy we have ever seen. I hope no one with a fish tank ever tries to stay here! We camped here in a Motorhome.

As a military campground this is one of the best. Gravel sites with cement patio. Ours was a pull through and we're a 41 foot 5th wheel, and we had plenty of parking. If they have a swimming pool it is away from the campground and on the base mainside. They could use some "events" within the camp such as pizza night or pot lucks. Guess they figure those staying here will hit the shows or casinos. (We hit the casino buffets - great ). They offer reasonable laundry charges (.75) and they have a nice fenced dog run with grass and clean up bags and tools. The Sunrise Vista golf course ( 27 holes )has wide fairways and is reasonably priced ( cheap for Vegas ). Good wi-fi connection in our rig. Very nice/helpful office staff. Make your reservations early if you plan on being here during the winter season. We'd stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a small campground about 30 miles from Las Vegas. It's about 20 degrees cooler than the Valley because it's in the mountains. We had site #2 which is a group site which is why the price was so high. The site was long, level and very wide, with 30/50 amp power receptacles. The hosts were so nice. This campground has only about 10-12 sites, so if you want to go on a weekend, I highly recommend reservations. We will definitely stay there again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This was our first travel trailer camping experience, new to RVing. The Bathrooms were very clean, no showers though, water was available at a fill point. The camp hosts were very friendly and nice, paid $25 per night, all sites include 20a/50a power 3 different receptacles at the power box. The only negative was the fire pits were kinda tall and deep, so you get a smoky fire for lack of air, and the heat only hits your face. add some big rocks to the pit to bring the wood up higher that fixes that. The camp areas were very clean and lots of room on the paved camp area for your rv and chairs etc, paved path to fire pit and picnic table, BBQ's are provided (briquette style). Wood is for sale at the hosts and 1 mile away is the Mount Charleston hotel with starbucks, a restaurant and a bar, beers are $3 ea and extra bags of chips $1 (small bags) not many other sundries so bring most of what you need. The campground is kinda close to the main road, but it isn't a very busy road weekdays, especially at night. Weekends can be pretty busy in the summer at the campground, we have been local Las Vegans for 21 years, so we've seen all season up there. We didn't hear any traffic while sleeping. With a dry wash separating us from the road and some trees, we weren't too worried about the kids getting ran over, just keep a loose eye on them. Our are 3 and 4 years old. The campground was full, even though it was a weekday (summer), reservations are available for 8 of the sites and recommended, see website link for details. There are 2 double sites for slightly larger groups, 40 foot back in sites $25 for ea night singles and $38 for double sites. The turn around is kinda tight for extra large Motorhomes, our F150 supercrew and 19 foot trailer had no problems getting in and out. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Great knowledgeable staff. The security seems a bit excessive but they must feel it necessary and really wasn't that inconvenient. Sites were tight but for a short stay were adequate. Very busy area. Don't let the review that talks about how bad the neighborhood is scare you. We were in Vegas for the Nascar race and stayed for 3 nights. It was very quiet in the park, and very pleasant. Yes, the neighborhood is not the best, but not scary. Also, yes the park is old, but very well kept. We rode our bicycles to the race and never felt unsafe. We did hear sirens in the distance a couple of times at night, but that's about it. The owner was more than hospitable and so was all of his hired help. The food in the restaurant was excellent, too. The park itself was very clean, the price was right, therefore, we were very impressed. We will definitely be returning. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This park is in a great location for seeing and doing things in the city. It's quiet and near the Galleria Shopping Mall and has easy access to the Boulder Highway. My lower rating is due to 3 things: 1) Our satellite TV wouldn't work. However, others got theirs to work by switching over to Channel 4. Ours is locked at Channel 3 so the picture was full of static. The local TV station reception wasn't that good either. No cable. 2)The office wasn't always conveniently open. 3)We took a back-in space and we're kinda packed in like sardines. They are at an angle which means we all aren't looking into each other coaches but again, it's very tight and basically asphalt parking. Utilitarian and practical. Good news: We got a phone line into the coach so getting onto the internet was nice and easy. This is a great place to be with a pet because right across the street are huge grassy soccer fields. We'd probably stay here again but also would probably look into staying at Sam's Town Nellis Park, which was our first choice but was full due to NASCAR races. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is one of the best I have ever been to. Staff remarkable! Sites beautiful. Very wide and long. Gated with a 24hr guard. Pools were great. So quiet, yet close enough to the major casinos. This is a well maintained, secure Class A motorcoach resort with pools, spas and a real putting green. Each site is owned so there are variations in amentities. We were in 207 and it had a few problems. There was a dusty golf cart with a torn cover in the site. The incline into the space was steep enough that we had to raise the coach about 3" to a avoid gouging the pavement with the tow bar. The electricity went out a couple of times. At night the landscape lights didn't come on. On the bright side, we enjoyed the patio, grill and tiki covered tables. The park is in a newer part of town but only 6 miles from the Strip. It was nice to come back to the quiet resort after the craziness of downtown. Great Albertsons down the street on Blue Diamond. Would stay here again but not in that site. We camped here in a Motorhome.

WOW! What a great park. Rate reflects the fact that this website does not accept $103, which is what we paid for one of their premium, high-end sites with an outdoor kitchen, outdoor TV, the works! This is a great place. Don't stay anywhere else in Vegas! Convenient to the Strip and still far enough out of town to be enjoyable. Only complaint is the WiFi did not work well, thus the 9 rating. Verizon aircard was good, though. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Price reflects Good Sam discount. This is a nice looking park six miles east of the Vegas Strip. The staff is friendly and helpful and the gate has security 24/7. WiFi is excellent. Unfortunately, we were here when the temperature was 110, which is not helped by the all asphalt and gravel, grass-free grounds and lack of shade. There are only a couple designated areas to walk the dog. We would stay here again but only in the cooler months, and we would first check-out a similar looking park around the corner that advertises for $16/day. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is an RV Park within the city of Las Vegas providing excellent accommodations and friendly service from the staff. The amenities and facilities do not justify the use of "Resort" in the title. There is a terrific refreshing large pool, but no other features to meet my standards for a resort. There are three different types of sites, standard, deluxe, and premium. We had one of the deluxe pull through sites. They vary in length and are about 25-feet wide. The parking pad is paved and level. Access lanes are narrow and appear to have the potential to restrict big rigs with long tow vehicles. Hook-ups are at the extreme rear of the sites. We needed all 30-feet of the line to reach the 50 amp and 50-feet of hose for the water. We where not able to reach the sewer, though it did not matter for one night. The standard sites are completely paved with hot black pavement, which adds to the desert heat of summer. Those standard sites are all backins and very tight. There are scattered trees and none are large enough yet to qualify as shade at a site. There are numerous outstanding restrooms within easy walking distance. The WiFi is excellent and we had five bar service at our site. We will likely stay overnight again. The rate reflects a seasonal promotion and Good Sam discount. We camped here in a Motorhome.

I used to stay at Circus Circus and pay 3 times as much. Only $19 for a pull through site with full hook-ups and 50 amps. Great for overnight stays. A short walk to Casinos and the Freemont Street Experience. Located right off the freeway. Only drawback is they will charge your card $50 for use at Main Street Station. Refundable if you don't charge anything. I used mine for a nice dinner. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park is perfect for my needs now if you have children this park is probably not for you. If you need a place to stay in Vegas that doesn't break the bank this is it. Security i felt safe. Dog run a little out of the way but your dog needs to walk anyway. I will use this park anytime we are in the area. Oh by the way the dog will cost you a extra dollar included in price. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Now folks we have to remember this is downtown Las Vegas not a wooded site in the National Forest. The downtown transportation station is 1 block away, Fremont Street Experience is 2 blocks away and most people stay here for the great food and casino odds, not the ambiance. This is a full hookup park with adequate site space and 24-hour armed security patrol. We have visited this operation many times over the years and have never had or seen a problem. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Great adult and family pool. Beautiful with premium spots with a bit of tree shade. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing keeping this park from a 10, is ants. They do have a sign in the lobby warning you of the ant problem, however we spent two days here and spent 4 days trying to get rid of the ants. I would stay here again but when you get here, spray any part that touches the ground as soon as you park. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

What a great park! Last time in Vegas we stayed at a casino's RV park: what a mistake. Many friends recommended Oasis. They were right, Oasis was indeed a resort. Friendly staff, fun mini golf course, top-notch pool and clubhouse. Our kids loved the sand beach and waterfall at the pool. We also liked the level sites with plenty of room between rigs. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We came intending to stay a week ($140 inc. power) but extended to 3 weeks. The sites for those passing through are pull-through with easy access. Roads are paved and sites are hard gravel. This park has one of the best air-conditioned laundries we have used. They have multiple, new washers (front and top load) and 8 dryers that will completely dry your laundry, each for only $1 each. The park has many friendly ‘residents’ and guests passing through. There are many older units in the park; however, none of this brought on any problems. The managers are friendly and very accommodating. Although this is an older park, they are trying to keep it up and make improvements. Because there are so many full-time residents, the office is open limited hours 6-days and is closed on Sunday. They will return your phone call during business hours. We were able to receive mail with no problem through the office. This is the second time we have stayed here and will use this park again if we are in Vegas. If you come to the park from I-15 on Sierra Blvd., when you reach Boulder Highway, you need to turn left and go up one long block, turn right then proceed to Palm and another right. There is a barrier preventing you from making the needed left onto Palm from Sierra, something some GPS programs don’t know about. We camped here in a Motorhome.

What a dump. The place was filthy. If we had not been hard pressed for time, we would have moved on. I do not recommend this place to anyone. All of the spaces were set up for mobile homes, not RVs. So the dump station was too far away (about 50 feet) from our tanks. We were only able to get water because I had extra water hoses. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

I would not recommend this park. The facilities are very old and not clean. This is an extremely noisy park because of cars and airplanes. It is in a very bad location with street people greeting you on walks to the local stores. There is a Walgreen's close by and two small 7-11 type stores. Nothing else in walking distance. The free wireless internet is terrible, the worst I have ever experienced. The free wireless network often tested at 28.8 - 33.7 kbps, dial up speeds. The price is way to high for this park. There are many in the area that are clean and have many more amenities. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park is essentially just a very large parking lot with few trees and not a lot of space between slots. Most of the rigs are nice, and the place is clean and quiet with many long-term residents. My main objection to the park is that it is not really kid friendly—kids seem to be tolerated although not really welcome, and there’s no place for them to play outside. I’m really glad we came in November and it was not really swimming weather. l! Still, it’s a good value for Vegas. The bathrooms are clean. The laundromat is nice, and several are available on site. We had a wide asphalt pad—not completely level but gently sloping. The office has an excellent swap library and free coffee. We camped here for 10 days. The park charges by the length of your slot, and we were in the longest slot. Shorter slots are much cheaper. The weekly rate is also cheaper, but then you pay for electricity as a separate charge, so I averaged in the electricity charge. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Great park but many long term residents. Staff very helpful. Does not take reservations. Laundry and washrooms very clean. It is away from The Strip but a short walk will get you to a bus and for $1.75 that will get you to Caesar Palace. The only downside is that it is not a secure campground. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Improved RV customer check-in service. Used to be indifferent, lazy staff at check-in, but seems like that sour attitude is gone. Shuttles to the strip and downtown are finally somewhat reliable, but still pack cab fare, they may not return to pick you up. They feel real good about that BTW. Pool is just an unheated concrete hole. RV park a big parking lot. Sams Town food quality has dropped a notch, but still a bargain though I've tasted better in the military. They have purchased the Nellis RV park location so they now have more spaces. Park is wide open to the public so if you have security issues, don't call the Sams Town Security, dial 911 for a proper response. Nice casino, but the "Where locals bring their friends" claim is all baloney. Very tight machines. The locals have long ago since abandon this place for the Palms and Station Casinos and they know it. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

The park is your typical "inner city parking lot" style park. The good things about this park are the pool, free shuttle to the strip, on site movie theater and restaurants. The restrooms and showers are clean and there are a lot of them. The sites are large, and there are so many of them that you probably wouldn't have to have a reservation. Now the negatives; you have to pay for wi-fi, there is little to no shade, and it's windy so you risk damaging your awning and lastly, the shuttles don't run late enough to enjoy the night life of Las Vegas, and isn't that why most people come to Vegas? I know with it so hot during the day and the late sunset I would have liked to go later in the evening instead of in the heat of the day. We camped here in a Motorhome.

One of the nicest parks in Las Vegas. Nice clean pool. Big rigs. Not a lot of shade trees but for Vegas there were a few good ones. Best feature of all is the master mechanic living there who works right next door at the Master Transmission shop. Great service Great prices. Great workmanship. He lives at the park while working and Utah otherwise. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Rate is for Thousand Trail members. There is very very friendly staff. This facility is very well maintained, with on going maintenance. This is an urban park in the middle of a large city, so expect city sounds and sights. If expecting wilderness and lots of space, this isn't the place. There is a very nice fenced in dog run which is disinfected each week. The spaces are tight. We had a very level gravel site with 30 amp electric. The roads are all paved. There are 2 washers and dryers in each bath house, $1.25 wash and $1.00 dryer. It is an ideal place to stay to visit Las Vegas. Our Verizon phone and aircard worked very well here. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a membership campground in an urban setting and we have stayed here several times over the years. It is an older park and therefore the sites are smaller than most parks, but it is well maintained, very clean, and a great spot from which to enjoy this major American city. If you are expecting wilderness style camping this is not your spot. The staff is friendly and helpful. We camped here in a Motorhome.
