We arrived at this campground planning to stay one week, as originally reserved. We were given the choice of two sites, both of which were occupied when we drove to the campground. We chose a third site, but were told we could not stay there. Long story short, we stayed one night, and moved to another RV park the following day. This is a small, but clean RV park. Checking in is inconvenient , as you must do so at the hotel. It is totally paved, which can be a plus in keeping the dust down when windy. We never saw a park host. The pull throughs were not big enough for anything longer than 35-36 feet (if that), and were very narrow. There would be no room to park your vehicle. The trek to the casino was difficult due to the fact that you had to navigate a great deal of construction between the RV park and hotel. We stayed here in a fifth wheel, but would not do so again. Sidenote: The lady at the check-in desk did not believe us when we said our assigned sites were already occupied! Also, when we arrived, the park was about 10% full. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

For a small Casino RV park, this is not bad. It is all paved (no grass) with large sites. It is off the main street so it is quiet. Guests have full access to all Hotel amenities. You must check in at the Hotel front desk, which is strange, and a ways away from the park. Maneuvering your big rig thru the parking lots can be difficult, but doable. The park host is very friendly and helpful. We will stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Basic small park. A little tight but ok, pretty much a parking lot with bathrooms, small [one or two machines] and showers. Bit of a schlep [long walk] to the casino, not well marked as to finding the park for the first time then getting into the casino—actually we went in a freight entrance but the guard was nice enough to walk us through to the casino instead of making us go the long way around. Leaving the casino was also not well marked as to the route out so we wandered around finding the right gate. Great resort, excellent meals at coffee shop [for a coffee shop]. Overall very clean nice resort, won far more at blackjack then the whole stay cost. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Here on a monthly rate. Nice park with great views of the mountains. The laundry room and restrooms are spotless. Great staff and lots of things to do. We love the pool area. The town is cute with nice people living there. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park is pretty wide open which leaves you susceptible to blasting winds and blistering heat. The park itself has modular units dispersed among the RV sites. Our site wasn't very even and left the front wheels off the ground when leveled. The park is neat and tidy and had very clean and modern pool and laundry facilities. Wi-Fi was non existent. For the price you would expect something more resort like. I would prefer more of a park like setting than a parking lot if I should return to the area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Nice resort however is not computer friendly at all which for the cost is surprising. More of a model park than for RV's. Well run has all except for computer needs. We camped here in a Motorhome.

As stated in a previous review, Oasis RV is basically an asphalt parking lot with full hook-ups. There is a perimeter of grass if you need to walk the dog--that is a big issue for us. For a casino park, it is fine--better than many. There is a phone on the building at the entrance to call the office and give a credit card then go over after parking to check in. There were very few rigs here during our stay, so maneuvering was not an issue. The row of sites by the street were not level--interesting fact--while we were at the Oasis, the unlevel sites by the streets (possible noise) were the ones that were mostly taken. There are some trees behind those sites for a little shade. We parked in one site for the shade, and realized that we could not get satellite. Later moved to another site---and DH parked under a tree--so still no satellite!! OH well, there is cable. WiFi is available for a fee from the hotel. I did not use it, but there was a fairly strong signal. We will use this park again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very small spaces, unkempt with little security. Basically a parking lot with hook ups. No one on site to check you in, you have to walk to the casino to check in. We stayed one night just passing through to Lake Powell. Wouldn't want to spend anytime here. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This RV park is basically a paved parking lot with hookups. The sites are tight ,but do-able, and I can attest to this since I am new to RVing and could maneuver around. However, you should definitely walk to your assigned site before driving to it with your rig, to make sure it is suitable for your rig. If you call ahead and make a reservation with your credit card, then when you arrive, simply pull into the park and use the red phone at the entrance to let the desk know your arrival. You will then be given a site. If you don’t like the site, then you can just use the phone again and tell them what site you want. We were told that we had to check in at the desk when we arrived, but we just drove to the park instead. The sites are about 46’ long and most of the rigs extended beyond the site. If you want a site with hookups, if you want a casino and to use the swimming pools, then stay here. If you don’t need hookups, then there is a large parking lot across the street that could be used for overnight parking. In addition, the casinos CasaBlanca, Virgin and Oasis are all owned by the same company. Virgin, however, no longer has hookups, but just dry camping behind building 9. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
