I see this hasn't been updated for 5 years, so here is a quick assessment of the place. Yes there are still many seasonals. Roads need some improvement, they are dirt/gravel. Site is a level pull through. They have several WiFi towers and they work fine at the site. Just used W&E and they were fine. We camped here in a Motorhome.

There are many seasonal sites here, but there are sites for short stays in the center of the campground. We had a large, level, grassy pull-through, with trees along one side of the site. We did not use the swimming pool, but those who did, mostly children, seemed to be having a great time. There is a path that leads from the campground to the beach. We used this park as a base camp for sight-seeing in the beautiful historic town of St. Andrews and for a long day trip to the Fundy Islands. There is a free car ferry to Deer Island, and another car ferry, for a fee, from Deer Island to Campobello Island. NOTE: If you want to go to Campobello, you must take your vehicle to Deer Island, as the ferry terminal for the Campobello ferry is on the far side of Deer Island, much too far to walk. It is preferable to take your vehicle to Campobello Island also, as the Roosevelt International Peace Park,(the summer residence of FDR) is a 2+ mile walk along a busy road. There are other areas to explore as well; a provincial park, trails, lighthouses, etc. We had no trouble getting a site at this campground, as we were traveling late in the summer. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
