This RV park is an OK 1-2 night park. It is very heavy with seasonals which is alright, but there is just something about people with patios and flags and huge barbecue grills next to you that takes away from the RV campground ambiance many of us like. The park is really clean, the people are friendly and many, if not most, of the sites are decently spaced. Trees are in and around most sites but not woodsy. Campfires are allowed but I noticed that many of the seasonals keep the fires at very low levels so as not to smoke out the neighbors. Wi-Fi is free but terribly slow. They need an upgrade in this. Security is really good. Nobody enters the campground without a supplied security card to open the gate. Would stay here again if passing through but this would not be a destination park for me. We camped here in a Motorhome.
We camped here in high season, but the spot we were in (pull-through) was quiet. Many season stayers. Swimming pool is free for campers, you only have to pay for the watherslide. Very friendly staff, good beach nearby. Weekly rates available. Pull-thoughs mostly level, our spot was. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
This is an older campground with all of the short term sites in a well treed area. There is one row of pull-thru sites but they have not been leveled. The rest of the sites are fairly close together and relatively small with cars parked along the edge of narrow roads. There is an extra charge for the pool and water slide. We camped here in a Motorhome.
