A lot has changed since the review I read before coming here. Number one: they had a flood last year that covered the entire park with ten feet of water. That being said, they are rebuilding. We paid $35 cash for a spot with no septic, just water and 30 amp power. Even though this park sits right on the banks of the river, all of those spots are taken by full-timers parked every which way. Bottom line, the park was overpriced and we will not be returning! The showers aren't completed yet and they plan to charge when they are. We camped here in a Truck Camper.
