Do not listen to the office staff on how to enter. We were directed the wrong way, the clerk was more interested in talking with a friend then in us. The park was clean, laundry was busy and we even saw a rooster here. There are many long term people and some barking dogs. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The rate we paid is the Passport America rate which is 1/2 off. Level gravel sites behind a motel with lots of highway noise. There were lots of extended stay units and the park was not at all pretty. OK for an overnight especially at 1/2 price. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Check-in through motel desk. RV park in back of motel. Apparently many permanent residents. No information provided as to location of dumpster or rest rooms and showers, if there are any. Was charged $18.50 though PPA posted in PPA directory as $13.25. Could not get water from faucet morning of departure as it could have been frozen. Sewer riser about 12 inches above level of ground making it very difficult to empty tanks. WiFi available and free. I got strong signal but could never make connection. Was provided with name to call for assistance but it was one "Leave message and I'll get back to you." Same with desk at motel. When I called about not being able to get water was asked to leave message. The one positive was that location is close to I-10 and easy to fine. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is without a doubt the nicest place we have been to as of yet. It is a beautifully landscaped and clean resort. The restrooms and showers were perfectly clean. The unique pet walk area even had lights with motion sensors for night time walks. TV and WIFI worked real well. Price included a full hotel style continental breakfast. It is very easy access to the interstate and is great for overnight or longer term. We will definitely come back here in the future. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Always our favorite place to stay when traveling through New Mexico. This resort is very clean and has a "new" feel to it. Easy to access, friendly staff. We camped here in a Motorhome.

First the good. Park is very clean and staff is first rate. There is a great little gift store and they serve you a continental breakfast in the lobby each morning. Now the not so good. Park has no pool and the therapy pool they advertise is nothing more than a large hot tub. The weight room is the size of a walk-in closet with nothing more than some outdated exercise bikes and an ab-lounge. Bottom line, this is a great stop over park in Las Cruces but it charges you a destination park price, and this is not a destination park by any stretch. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Gravel sites, no picnic table or Bar-B-Q area. Dump station and trash dumpster are located on the drive into the park, not on the way out. Site was level and clean, and they keep the pea gravel well raked. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Very clean park. This has been a regular stop for us the last two years as we drive I-10 to Arizona. The view sites are setup with hookups on both sides of site so Class A's can pull straight in or trailers can back in to take advantage of the view overlooking Las Cruces. We will camp here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Wow! Talk about an R.V. park with friendly service, great management, clean, and well laid out! You have great views of the city and mountains. Sites are well groomed, plenty wide and long enough for Class A's with towed cars. Our 5th wheel fit nicely with plenty of room to park the truck. Roads are raked and smoothed daily. Cable, Wi-Fi, a nice dog walk and many other amenities make this a favorite of ours and we stop here every time we pass through. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a large, dusty gravel parking lot -- but this is the desert, where water and landscaping are at a premium. Site amenities may include a small tree and picnic table, but not much else; it's not an attractive place to relax next to your rig. It's very dusty (keep windows closed) in the spring. The spa was down during our visit; the wi-fi doesn't reach into the parking lot. It's very convenient for RV service, and they performed a repair with just a few hours wait, and that's a huge plus. Laundry has plenty of machines; there is a game room with free table tennis; free coffee during the day; friendly and helpful staff. Clean overall. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Basic campground. All gravel, no grass. When we checked in at 3PM and requested propane, attendant told us there was no one that could pump the gas. Suggested we drive about 1 mile to UHaul Center and purchase there. Since we were low on propane and nights are cold, we made the trip. When we got to UHaul, and were routed to rear for fill-up, found that we could not get rig with toad close enough to fill AND there was no way to exit without unhooking tow and backing out. Campground is conveniently located by I-10 and there are several excellent restaurants very close. We dined at Lorenzo's about two blocks away. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Gravel park - pull through spaces - not much shade as trees were quite small and sparse - dusty due to the gravel - we stayed 2 nights - convenient to everything Las Cruces had to offer up - friendly staff - Personally, would not stay for any length of time as spaces were closer together than I would really like - but it's fine for a night or two. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Close to Super Wal-Mart. Sites very close together. The guy in the trailer next door came outside to smoke, and we received the smoke in our trailer! Sewer connection was a bit high. Sites were level gravel. Wi-Fi sort of worked. Management was friendly enough. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

A nice small park with owners on-site. As promised when making the reservation, the WiFi was great! In fact, the best ever experienced. Sites are level and all are pull-thrus. Basic sand roads and sites (it is in a desert) which can be nasty when the wind really blows. Easy access to Interstates, but no noise problem. Staff helpful with local touring suggestions and house hunting. Park is not a resort so if you're looking for amenities beyond the basic RV park, you'll want to go else where. We will definitely stay again when passing thru the area. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Great place to stay! The owners and staff are very pleasant and helpful as were a lot of the permanent party who were our neighbors. As in all my reviews, I rate dog-walking areas. There is plenty of room for that here. Also, there is a grocery store within walking distance of the park that has excellent meats and produce. This park also has some of the best WiFi we've ever found. We would definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

There are level gravel sites. Both back in and pull through sites; some shade; attractive plantings with trees trimmed up high enough to allow easy access for motorhomes and concrete patios. Some have car ports next to patio. The laundry had four washers and dryers. The family shower rooms are clean and good water pressure. It is close in town so it is convenient to Walmart and restaurants. We used a Passport America discount. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This was a real treat after coming from the dusty, windy parks along I-10 in AZ and NM. Mostly grassy sites, very wide roads, pecan trees, a very pleasant place. Loved the private bathrooms and the extensive cable tv. Enough to do in Las Cruces area to hang around. Park takes GS, PA and Escapees discount at different times. Highly recommend. We camped here in a Motorhome.
