A very old park but a new hard working manager. Site widths about 15 feet and 28 ft long. My trailer stuck out into the driveway about 7 feet as did just about everyone else's. The back of my TV was about 15 feet from the business bypass through town. You park the tow-vehicle on the patio and try not to block the front door. Forget slideouts and awnings. That being said, the grounds were very clean and well maintained as was the laundry room etc. The only problem is that they are kept locked and not always available for use. The daily rate was actually the monthly rate of $135, quite reasonable except that the owner then adds $10 for taxes, something that is included at most of the other parks. We opted to spend $15 more per month for a much nicer park with more in the way of facilities and security. At times, the Wi-Fi was quite good and at other times it slowed to a stop, quite literally. Most all the people in the park were working on a job, very few RV'ers but then it was May. There are a couple of motorcycles in the park (including the owners) but they didn't bother much. The pull-through sites actually sit on the driveway. We won't return because it isn't the kind of park we like but your "mileage might vary". We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
Very clean and quiet park on the outskirts of T or C. Owner was on site and very helpful with hook ups. Very clean clubhouse/restrooms w/free pool table, coffee and darts. All retiree's and snowbirds staying there. We would stay again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
Nice clean park with roomy sites, owners were on site to help with hook up. Shade trees at most sites. Small club house w/pool table cable TV and air conditioning. We camped here in a Motorhome.
