This is an amazing place with great staff. Kid friendly with crafts, miniature golf, fishing, animal shows, and so much more. I wish I could upload my pictures of this fabulous quaint home away from home. The staff treated me like family and went above and beyond a typical campground! Love this place. A+ We camped here in a Campground Cabin.

I really enjoyed this Campground. This was only their 3rd season open and you could tell how new everything was. Our site was large and overlooked the lake. Although there was no shade, it was mostly cloudy the 4 days we were there so it didn't create an issue. The owners and staff were real friendly and the bathrooms and laundry room were emasculate. This CG was convenient to the Falls and Canada. We will camp here again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed here because of the proximity to Niagara falls. The water pressure was 30 psi, WI-FI was inadequate. For families there was a lake for fishing, a zip line and a swimming pool. Very kid friendly. Large campsites and level. We felt a little over priced but we felt everything in New York was over priced. Rate is with 10% senior discount. Staff was nice. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Pros: This park is wonderful for families with children! There are cabins to rent, fishing, pool, play scape, zip line, crafts and endless activities. Cons: We arrived at the park and found our site to be a very thin gravel uneven site. The park was dusty. We had no shade and the sites were set at almost a 90 degree angle to the road which made it very difficult to pull maneuver in and out of. There was only 1 washer and 1 dryer in the laundry room... I realize this is a new campground.. however, someone didn't do their homework as far as the layout of the campsites, etc. Ease of setting up is very important, especially on an extended vacation. The best advise I can give is, make sure that you have your passports so that you can go over to the Canadian side of Niagara Falls because the U.S. side is not safe. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Resort? Misnomer! Gravel dusty narrow access road within park, dirt/gravel-in-dirt pads. Three main facets of this facility. 1) Activities for children are best we've experienced. Great variety! 2) The management. Effort to please leaves little to no rules enforcement. Might help a few, but to the detriment of most. Allow cars, pickup trucks, and toads to be parked extending into the interior access roads. Or parked every which way in the entry road to the park adjacent to the park and on the interior roads. On busy summer weekends a big rig cannot enter or depart without asking owners to move their vehicles. Wash rooms and baths are not policed either. 3) The RV site experience. Price escalates to $85 on weekends. Size of reserved pull through was exaggerated. Barely long enough for 41" MH. Toads park on grass. No SATV because of the trees. No cable TV. Local OTA TVis difficult because of trees. Water pressure measured an unsatisfactory 31 psi. On busy weekends the washroom and showers and restrooms became filthy messes mainly because they are undersized for the user population. In the evening, we could not stay outside and enjoy a campfire because of raw sewage smell. Narrow interior roads often blocked by other tenants vehicles hinder big rig movement. In short an overpriced RV park with an overly flattering web site and description. It is not a RV "resort". Of 31 RV parks that we've stayed in this summer, this is the worst. However, for tents, and small TTs, or small 5vers the park is acceptable. We will not return. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed here for 4 days while visiting Niagara Falls. This is an excellent RV park and we would stay here again. Park management is friendly and very helpful in providing directions to sites in the area. Restrooms and showers are extremely clean and well maintained. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This park would have gotten a 10, had it not been so expensive. They charged us $95/night holiday rate, plus $5 per child for a total of $110. On top of that, is their activity fee of $20/night to use the boats and zipline. I didn't mind paying that so much, but they make you do all your nights here, and instead should allow you to minus one, since check-in is in the afternoon and check-out is in the morning. The other negative is that their wireless was awful. They need more routers and to place one in the back of the park. They also advertised a heated pool, but it was freezing. Aside from the above, the site is very clean and the sites themselves were spacious and nicely put together. The lake is wonderful and the ziplines are fun (though only available for one hour a day). The pool was clean and the overall look of the park was certainly resort like. The location was great for Niagara Falls, only 10 minutes away. Enterprise will pick you up for a car rental, which is what we chose to do. Our stay was very pleasant and I would recommend this park, as long as you aren't gun shy about laying out the dough necessary to stay here. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a really good campground. It's really centrally located to Niagara Falls, Canadian border crossing and to Buffalo. Very well laid out sites, good hookups, very level, all back in sites, but plenty of maneuver room. They had activities for the kids inclusive of the price. Really good WiFi and a nice catch and release pond to fish in. Friendly staff that were really engaged in maintenance while we were here. Would have been a 10 but for the lack of cable (for the price, good OTA though) and they very puzzling single washer and dryer. It's puzzling because they have nearly 100 sites and a pile of cabins. They have obviously put a lot of thought and planning and money into developing the place, that's why it's puzzling that they would have such an underserved laundry facility. We waited with at least 10 other folks in the line to get to the washer and dryer. Hopefully expanding the laundry will be on their list of upgrades. That notwithstanding, I would not hesitate to stay here again when visiting Niagara Falls. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a wonderful park, especially for family fun. It is easily accessed and convenient to the Niagara Falls area. At check in, there are four choices to make to get the type of site desired, which determines the rate per night. There are too many activities to list. Staff is friendly,efficient, and helpful. Facilities are well planned and very clean. This park is only three years old, and the families involved are very active. I would have given the park a 10 if the laundry contained more than 1 washer and 1 dryer. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This was a beautiful campground with a lake, a pool, a zip line, and plenty of room for playing soccer or throwing a frisbee. Many of the kids were able to easily handle the kayaks and canoes by themselves on the lake. The pool was nice but small and had a center concrete island which cut out a lot of potential swimming space. Our kids loved the zip line and it was pretty well organized by signing up ahead of time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Some of the younger guys on staff played a pick up game of soccer with some of the kids. They do charge for these activities by selling an activity pass for while you are camping at the campground. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

What a wonderful place! Immaculate bathhouse and grounds. Great staff. We had an issue with another camper letting their pit bull run lose and went to the front office to discuss. Management handled it for us and followed up at least twice to make sure that all was well. We had concern that the gravel might be difficult to level our big rig on but it is level and packed. Road is well maintained with no pot holes. We decided to stay in a 30 amp site so that we could enjoy a beautiful view out our front window of the lake and woods. Verizon has good service here. Be sure to eat breakfast/lunch on the island at McMahon's for good homestyle food and local character. Wegmans and Wal-Mart are a short drive and easy to swing by on your way back from the Falls. We camped here in a Motorhome.

One of the nicest RV parks. We stayed four nights in order to tour the Niagara Falls area. The Falls are a short 5-6 miles away. Campground is on level property surrounded by trees. Sites are level and wide, with lots of elbow room. This campground is only a few years old so all facilities are top notch. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We camped with a lake front view. We definitely will stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a new park and is well laid out. We had lot of rain and our site became a lake, there was about 2 inches of water around under and around our RV. I had to make walk way to our steps with one of my leveling boards. From what I could tell there were only few site that had standing water. The next day the water was gone. I'm sure management would have moved us if we would have asked. Roads are gravel and sites are gravel and level. Our site did not need to be adjusted. All sites are easy to get into. We had a pull through. The campground has two Wi-Fi antennas of which only one worked. I was able to get a weak signal from the front antenna by moving my computer around. The Wi-Fi is free. There is a lot of stuff for the kids at this campground. And, is a great place to stay if you are here for Niagara Falls. The falls are only two or three miles away. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a beautiful park, but mostly for resort campers. WiFi only works on the porch of the store. There is only one washer. Not set up for through RVers. When we made the reservation I asked about both and were told they have good WiFi and a laundry. So in that way it was a disappointment. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a beautiful park, very clean and the people in the office were very helpful and friendly. The park itself is quiet, off of the interstate, but not too far. We passed by the KOA park and it is right on the interstate, no thank you, I prefer quite and shaded. We will definitely stay at this park again and would definitely recommend it to everyone. Request full-hookup sites with Electric, water and sewer. We try to provide quick, objective reviews of campgrounds. Visited for a few days in late August 2011. Took in the “falls” sights of course, but don’t miss the Beaver Island State Park while you are on Grand Island. Pros: This is a new campground, only two years old. The facilities and the condition of the campground reflect that. Cabins (although we didn’t see one inside) are beautiful and most overlook the campground lake. The lake was good for fishing (catch and release) and kayaking. The facilities for kids are great – a pool, zip line rides, hayrides, a beach at the lake, activity center, sand volley ball… Landscaping is beautiful and natural. Lots of path for walking the dog. Small trash receptacles (for recyclables too) all around the campground, which were emptied regularly. Cons: a little pricey. We recommend Branches of Niagara. It’s one of the nicest campgrounds we’ve stayed at. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

The park is very convenient to I-190 and Niagara Falls. Sites are level, a reasonable distance apart and easy to access with a gravel pad, a fire ring, and a picnic table. The dump station is easy to access as you leave. There is a nice pool, a lake with two zip lines (which were a big hit with the grandchildren), and kayak and canoe rentals. The price is reasonable considering the proximity to the Falls. We found the staff to be very nice. This is a nice, almost new park so the amenities were in great condition. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This is an outstanding park. If they had Wi-Fi, I would have given it a 10. Our sites were level and large. A few sites had shade, but being new, the current trees have a ways to go. The only complaint I have is the large number of vehicles driving up & down the road at too high of a speed. Lots of things for the kids & adults to do. Bath house was very clean. People in the office were nice. A great base for visiting Niagara Falls. A number of good places to eat without leaving the island. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Staff was great. Our site was good and level. I thought it a little tight when the adjacent spot was occupied. The water view sites were 30 amp so I had to settle for a site away from the lake view since I needed 50 amp service. New campground so maybe they'll have 50 amp service on water view soon. I wasn't impressed with the configuration of the pool, and the water was a bit chilly. The cabins were located on water front. I thought for the premier cost per night, there should be an exercise room and a pavilion for children, especially on a rainy day. Overall we enjoyed our stay, although we had a pretty good rain one night and some of the spots were partially flooded. We were told one spot with tent campers had to be moved to a cabin. I thought that was great for the staff to take care of the people. We would stay here again. I will say some of the roads in New York are like riding over rocks. No fault of the campground. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This campground has something for everyone: putt, putt, cool pool, canoes ($) and kayaks ($), zip line ($), playground, large life-size tic-tac-toe & checker board, bocce ball, horse shoes, wagon rides, arts/crafts for kids etc. Trash and recycle bins located throughout park. We peeked in the cabins you can rent and they are very nice as well. Grounds were well maintained and bathrooms were spotless. We stayed in lot 65 that overlooked the lake. It was an awesome spot. The only "wishes" would be cable TV and better water pressure. Overall, this is the nicest campground we've ever visited and I would highly recommend it. Just a short 15 minute drive to the falls. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Branches of Niagara is a beautiful RV park! It rained most of the time we've been here, but it's location is very close for a visit to Niagara Falls and I'm sure in the summer this place is very busy. The sites are very spacious and the bathrooms and showers are the cleanest I've seen. The only drawback is they only have ONE washer and ONE dryer, so for a full park, it would not be sufficient. No cable TV, but the WiFi worked very well. Very nice people working here as well and very helpful. We'd definitely return. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Rate reflects an off-season Good Sam discount. This is a new campground that opened in May of this year. Some of the landscaping, etc., shows that, but should fill in well in time. The sites are fairly level, and the hookups are well placed. The staff person on duty was pleasant and helpful. The WiFi worked well, and there are plenty of local TV stations available from Buffalo. I would have rated this campground a little higher, but the pull through site we were assigned was too short to leave our toad attached to our 33' coach, and as best I could tell, none of the other pull throughs were much longer. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This was a GREAT C/G. All the amenities were just as described in the website. They have a wonderful staff ready to assist campers when needed. They even provide maps of the local attractions, and are only a few miles from the falls. The C/G is only missing cable TV hook access, but I am sure that's in the works. While we were there a storm rolled through ruining several awnings on our row. Several campers came out to assist others patching up the mess. It was a great support for those who were in need of help. The day we left the owners let us keep our camper on the site (all packed up) so we could go to the falls and enjoy the area. Just in the event they are not able to do that for everyone, the state park does permit camper parking for the same price as a regular care rate. So if you have to take your mobile house to the falls they do provide parking at a reasonable rate and you can tailgate in the lot to. The cabins seemed to be well placed and very clean. I will be back and hope to bring more people into this c/g. They are great people with a wonderful place to stay while visiting the Niagara area. They would have got a 10 but no cable. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Stayed here at the end of August. Can tell it is a new, developing park. Has a few shaded sites. The other reviewers seem to think that these sites are "large." I would beg to differ. Some are nice size but most of the RV bigger rig full hookup sites are not. They are not awning-to-awning but in a new park, these could definitely have been made much wider. Length and levelness seem to be OK. The pool is nice. Kayaks can be rented. Playground is small. We would go back if visiting again but there is a state park a few miles away that I would prefer. Owners are extremely nice. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a new campground. The sites are mostly a nice size. The wi-fi worked well, bathrooms are nice and clean. One bad item is there is only 1 washer and 1 dryer, so you really need to go to a local laundromat. What is great is easy access to the highway to get to Niagara Falls State Park. Nice new park opened in May 2010. 6.5 miles to Niagara Falls and easy access. Large sites and well spaced out, all sites were level, what a nice change. Everything is fresh and new. A few drawbacks are no pull through, but the size of the sites make it worth backing in. Being a new park, no shade trees. Wi-Fi repeater did not work in the back of the park and the owner acted like he could care less, possible a third party service. We were there for 2 days and it never worked. Price jumps from $50 for 30 amp to $66 for 50 amp service, which is quite high. Hopefully the new parks owners will get realistic. After seeing the other parks in the area, we would stay here again in a heart beat. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We are doing a coast to coast trip from CA to NY and when looking for a place near Niagara Falls, we only found the KOA and a state park. For our big rig 45' towing the KOA would only let us have a patio site at $110 night plus $5 per kid (3 of them), we found Branches on this site the night before our estimated arrival and WE ARE SO HAPPY WE DID!!!. This is an awesome park, big spots, super friendly people working here, and it is brand new and so meticulously maintained. The showers and bathrooms are very clean, the pool is very nice. Lots of space between spots, even the closer ones have plenty of space. Plenty of things for the kids to do, from playground to open areas, boccie ball, horseshoes, etc. I would highly recommend this park to anyone coming to the area. We drove by the KOA and saw them packed in tight as a drum, barely room for slides (we have 3) and we are so thankful to have found branches. Make sure to call ahead as they are being found by everyone looking for a good place. We camped here in a Motorhome.

I made my reservations via email and booked a specific tent site. I received my confirmation via email, with no problems noted. However, upon arrival we were told their tent sites were not even developed yet. The map of the campground on the website does not reflect this: it shows the tent sites as existing. They did give us an RV electric site at no extra charge. However if we had known prior to our arrival, we would have brought our electric items. Has an excellent pool and bathrooms. Cabins are next to the small lake but have no trees surrounding them. Only the outer loop sites have trees and shade. We camped here in a Tent.

We stayed at this campground Friday-Sunday. This campground is new: only opened for one week when we arrived. It is very, very clean. Beautiful park. Pool is very nice. Bath house/laundry area very clean. Very nice cabins. Lots of good sites available, some with shade, some with water views. Kayaking and canoeing available. Really neat playground. We will be back!! We camped here in a Motorhome.

Overpriced. The rate of $70 is for Fri, Sat, Sunday and the use of 50amps. Weekdays run $66 for 50amps. AAA discount 10%. Sites are gravel and the pull throughs are only 60feet. Narrow roads for maneuvering. One washing machine and one dryer. No cable TV but antenna reception works. Park is quiet and off the highway, no road noise. There is a pool, picnic table and grass at each site. Bathrooms/showers are new and very clean. Canoes are for rent to use on the small lake. Playground for children. No clubhouse. We stayed here in a 35ft 5th wheel w/3 slides, ample room to extend. Owners were very friendly and helpful. We chose this location because it is only a 30 minute drive to Niagara Falls. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We picked this campground instead of the other high priced campgrounds on Grand Island. Because the park doesn't have any activities,it is very quiet, which is fine with us and our dogs. We started with just booking 2 nights at the Passport rate. After a couple of days, we found so much to do in the area we asked if we could get the weekly rate rolled into what we had paid. The owners said no problem. We ended up staying 2 weeks. Room to walk the dogs. Our Sprint/Hot Spot worked well. Had our pick of sites, found one for our roof top satellite to get a clear view. The bathrooms could use a little updating, but they are usable. If you just want a quiet place at a good price to visit the area, this is it. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Rate based on weekly. This little gem was such a welcome surprise! The photos do not at all do it justice. I expected a small "parking lot" behind a motel, but wasn't worried because we'd be out and about. Instead, the sites are well spaced, all backing up onto wooded areas, in a u-shape, with a large nicely landscaped garden & picnic area in the middle. Bathrooms are spotless! No Wi-Fi, but our hotspot signal works great. Good cell phone signal too. GPS took us straight to Niagara Falls State Park in 12 minutes. I respectfully disagree with previous reviewer that one week in this area is too long. Perhaps true for people who are not physically active. But we could spend a month here doing all the hikes. Two days at the falls can easily be filled, with a $33 combo-attraction pass. Then head up to Lewiston to hike the gorge trail. Then there's the Whirlpool State park (free). Then there are the other trails at the falls (also free). Work up an appetite? How about a short drive to Buffalo for some famous Buffalo wings? Catch a view from the other side, in Canada. I could go on and on. Great place, great parks. Two thumbs up! We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a small size campground, but your big rigs will fit. The best deal here is either for 2 nights at the Passport America rate of $30, or a weekly rate of $200. Otherwise you will pay $60 on a night to night basis. (Includes tax and they do take credit cards.) 50 amp is an extra $25 a week, so all the campers were crammed in the 30 amp section because no one wants to pay for 50 amp. There is also a small motel on site. They do have showers for the campers, and a nice grassy area with gazebo, but that is it for entertainment. The strangest thing about the campground is the laundry. The men's room has a single washer/dryer, and the ladies room has a single washer/dryer. If you have 2 loads of laundry to do, your husband will have to help you. The other con of being on Grand Island is that you will have to pay a $1 toll every time you go anywhere. All in all, a decent deal for the location. Would stay here again, but a week in Niagra falls was tooo long. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We were pleasantly surprised by this campground. The PA rate of $30 made this a good deal. Some of the sites are very tight and with all the trees, it's all but impossible to get a satellite signal. I don't know why this park is not more crowded. Maybe because this is not a "destination" park for kids. The KOA a mile away is packed. The location a few miles north of Buffalo is perfect for seeing the sights in the area. This park is clean, the sites level, the managers friendly. It has trees for those people and no trees for us people. Just make sure you have reservations so you get the type of site you want. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Rate reflects Passport America rate. We had doubts about this park because of earlier reviews, but we actually liked it. There is a line of big rigs up front, that get packed very close together, but if you can get one of the spots in the back, the sites are nice and shady, and we were one of only two rigs. It's convenient to visit the falls, which is what we were after. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a good basic campground to use as a home base while visiting the area. Level sites, though a bit small, but full hook-ups. Rear sites are quiet and away from traffic. Road in the rear is a bit narrow and may be difficult for larger rigs. Our 33' MH just fit onto our site. The price was right considering we were just overnighting here and needed hookups; did not want to pay the $75 other campgrounds were asking and did not need any amenities (ie pool, game room, etc). We would camp here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a very nice campground, quiet shaded level spaces. They have a large grassy area in the center with a covered pavilion and lots of trees. The staff was very friendly, the place was clean and well kept. The only strange thing is there's one washer & dryer in the Ladies bath house and one in the Men's, so unless you're a couple you can only do one load at a time. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return if in this area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The park itself was nice. My site was horrible, my awning was almost hitting the guy next to me.The price was crazy,$45.00 would have been more reasonable.It was a last minute decision to see the falls, and they had 2 openings. Kids liked the pool, I liked that it was close enough to the falls.The store was nice, but they have a sales pitch for a falls tour one package price. After doing it on our own I would have been dissapointed with the price of that tour. If you have a smaller camping unit, there are nice sites towards the front.Just stay away from the highway side. We stayed for three nights to visit the Falls and surrounding area. The campground is located behind the Cinderella Motel (let your imagination run wild). When I called for the reservation the manager stated he was a cranky old cuss and on the phone he was abrupt but after awhile he seemed OK. I don't recall seeing him at the campground and was registered by a rather nice person. In my opinion it is an OK place to drop the camper and use a base camp but not would stay if you have children who need activities. It is a bare bones site as far as amenities but was clean and quiet. Since it is located on an island you have to pay a toll each time you go to the Falls area and the toll for our 5th wheel was pricey. There are virtually no restaurants, maybe one or two, so eat off the island. Cable TV was only available only for the 1st 6 sites and they were long term guests. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Passport America Park. Manager is a hoot! I can understand some people taking him the wrong way and saying he was rude. That is just his way. I registered and gave his remarks right back at him and we ended up sitting in the office for a half hour just chatting about life in general. We enjoyed the place, good sized lots and generally a nice place. Close to the Niagara Falls and all the touristy places but quiet to come home to at night and get a good rest. Would recommend to anyone on a tight budget looking for good value. We camped here in a Motorhome.

You can not believe the incredibly rude treatment we received from this campground. I had called weeks before looking for a campground on Grand Island (I had found this place on the internet but they did not have a website of their own). The gentleman that answered the phone when I called told me there was no need to make a reservation because "people don't keep reservations anyway." I asked for a brochure and he told me I had to put my request in by mail, which I did. The brochure stated 'we treat you like family' and 'pets welcome' so we decided this was the place to stay. When we arrived in our 35' fifth wheel I went into the office to register. The man barked at me "how many people?" I replyed, "two adults, two children." "Got any pets?" I replyed - "one small dog." "Don't take dogs" was his reply. I told him that I was sure I read something that stated that he took dogs and mine was a ten pounder and we always clean up after her. "That's what they all say" and "we don't take dogs" were his comments. We spent the next two hours looking for a campground that was open - it was April and the Grand Island KOA wasn't open yet. We did find the Niagra Falls North Lewiston KOA off Robert Moses Blvd and that was great. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a clean, shady park. It is very easy to access Niagara and Buffalo from here, by city bus or by car. It was the end of the season, so the pool and some other amenities were not available. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially in the office. I was able to get directions and travel hints before we set out sightseeing. The Wi-Fi worked great, but not having cable TV was disappointing. They also have tandem sites, which means you could be parked right next to another camper. Overall, it was a good experience and we would definitely go back. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The Wi-Fi doesn't work from 6:00-11:30 when the park is full because so many people are trying to use it. If KOA would just stop packing everyone in like cattle I would stay at them more often. If we opened our window we could have touched the trailer next to us. They had plenty of sites that were empty to spread everyone out in so I just don't get it. The bathrooms are nice and clean, lots of stuff for the kids to do. I just hate that you are nickel and dime to death with the little paddle boats and the lay-down bikes. I mean at $70.00 a night give us something more. Because of the price we won't be back. The pool is nice but we came to this park to go to Niagara Falls, so we didn't even use it. Besides, at $70 we can get a hotel closer to the falls. The purpose of camping is suppose to be cheaper for families, I don't think that some KOA's are getting that memo. This is kind of pricey but it is so convenient to seeing Niagara Falls that it was worth it. The people in the office were helpful and they will accept mail which was nice. Our site was level and there was a tree for some shade. It is quiet despite an amusement park next door. We were a bit concerned being so near the office but it turned out really well as there is a small pool near this spot also. We took a Bedore Tour of the US side of the falls one day and went to Cave of the Winds and for a ride on Maid of the Mist. The next day we took the same tour company for the tour of the Canadian side. We went to the Behind the Falls portion and the Skylon tower and then to a few other places. This is the way to see the falls as the drivers know where to go easier than we would, have close parking places and know the history of the area. This company comes to the park and picks you up and drops you off which is really nice. I would recommend them for sure. We will come back here again when we are in the area. Pros: convenient to falls, Pleasure Island amusement Park next door, grocery store, drug store and post office. Two swimming pools understand one is heated with tube slides, many nice cabins in pleasant settings some are new. RV sites near office available with concrete patios, furniture and grill but expensive. Many tent sites with picnic tables, electric and water. Cons: OVER PRICED, Bridge tolls, RV sites 601-640 are along noisy main interstate and narrow, mostly grass and gravel, small trees interfere with slides and awnings. RV Sites near office are mostly gravel/grass, old blacktop, warning many are double sites that you back into each other. This makes for very close neighborly camping. Laundry room had 12 washers but only 3 working dryers out of 6 machines. Office staff was mostly young and lacked knowledge of operation at times. Getting mail at campground office was a problem. I use FMCA mail forwarding service sent by USPS Priory Mail. Office staff stated NO mail was received and actually it was never picked up by KOA manager from the local Post Office. I drove to Post Office on Grand Island to get my mail that was sent to the KOA campground. I would not return to this KOA. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park is *not* where you want to stay when visiting Niagara Falls. There is a toll bridge between the park (in Grand Island, NY) and Niagara Falls, NY (which is the actual location of the Niagara Falls.) Based on the parks advertising, and a previous review about highway noise in the 50 amp sites "at the back of the park," we opted to pay more for the "newer" 50 amp sites. In advertising, they appear to be wide open sites with no "back to back" utility connections. That is not the fact. These sites are set up for "back to back" hookups. They are also "next door" to Fantasy Island amusement park, which is also noisy. They are gravel; and, few of the sites have a patio. Ours had mud. We were not satisfied, at all. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We have missed feelings about this campground. The location worked fine for visiting Niagara Falls, but other than that, the immediate area around the campground offers nothing within walking distance. Public bus service to Niagara was very convenient, with a stop for Bus 40 directly across the street. It was a $2, 20 minute bus ride to the falls departing every 30 minutes. Coming home in the evening though, the service slips to every 90 minutes so beware and research your return times. There is a wide variety of sites here from concrete patios with patio furniture and gas grills all the way down to grass sites without utilities. Some sites would be very conducive to satellite while others are not. There is no cable TV. The electrical utility was fine for our stay. The water was poorly done. There was a very wobbly water pipe coming out of the ground, not supported by a wood post or anything. It was a challenge to thread the hose while trying to keep the water pipe from moving. Water pressure was adequate. Our site was reasonably level but did require 1 block under two different tires. The site itself needed more rock and was not well maintained - lots of weeds growing up through the rocks. There was two different pools and a good variety of kids amenities and activities. The west restrooms had no working air conditioning which was very unpleasant during 90 degree days. You'd hope to get much more for your money here, but we understand that this is New York and Niagara Falls so the cost is what it is. We were satisfied with our stay, but we'd research other options if we came back. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We rated this campground at an 8 strictly based on how crummy the WiFi was. I'm not sure if it was better in different locations of the campground, but based on our site (612) it was pretty slow. The staff we came into contact with were very helpful. Upon arriving at the campground, we were led to our site. We disliked the site and requested to be moved. The escort went back to the office and got a list of other available sites. He then drove me in the golf cart to inspect and choose a different site. The staff indicated that it would be no problem to change location and that they would take care of the reservation alteration. We only needed a 1.5 inch block under one side to get leveled. The sites had adequate grass between campers. There were adequate dumpsters within easy reach. We would utilize this campground again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed here for a few days to see Niagara Falls in late May. If you can plan it, visit this campground during the peak season and see Niagara Falls on the weekend (fireworks) and evening (they light up the falls). It is spectacular! This campground is an older KOA that is in the process of remodeling – a lot of work in place. The sites are somewhat level and a lot of places need some watering or repair. The staff was new as they were short-tempered and had a hard time paying for the reservation. We asked for help refueling our propane tanks but they would not help us take them out – that’s okay as we are in good health but every other KOA, they refilled us without us lifting a finger – we were spoiled, I guess. In the long run, this was the best RV campground they had in the area but it has some shortcomings. Again, slow or inconsistent TengoInternet Wi-Fi and no cable TV were big and service was not what we have wanted. This appears to be a great place to bring kids. We would have given it a better rating but after seeing so many great campgrounds and no cable, we have to give it an honest 5. This is a pricey KOA but we still would suggest you go for a premium site. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here for several nights and don't believe we got our money's worth. Our site was a full hookup 30 amp site with nothing special. KOA should modify their pricing structure to take into account use of amenities. It had just rained and that was not the park's fault but flooding sites are something they could do something about. Our site had side by side hook-ups and we prayed no one would pull in next to us because we could all sit and watch one TV. To their credit they were working on some sites, but shut off our power and we were never given the option of another site. We will never stay at this KOA because you had to pay for everything including a morning cup of coffee. If you have children it is next door to Fantasy Island Amusement Park - a plus if you use the park - a minus due to noise and traffic. We could not use the restrooms and showers close to us because they were closed due to renovations - another reason why we probably should have been offered another site. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We had a "Patio" site which got you a concrete patio with furniture and a gas grill. There isn't cable TV so it is the antenna or satellite. This is a good park, but not for $70 a night. Are you kidding me? Gravel sites, close to freeway, no shade, and Wi-Fi seemed slower than a 56K modem and constantly went down while you were on it. For $70 a night, you would think that the pad would be paved or something, ours had big ruts from standing water. It seems to be a nice place for kids, and it is within 20 minutes of the falls, but we will never stay here again. This is a $35 a night park at best. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Overall, we were not impressed with this campground. Upon our arrival, we noticed that the office was being run entirely by baffled teenagers who weren't sure about what to do with our KOA card. We were escorted to our site. We were surprised to see that we would be sharing the site with another RV. We faced opposite directions, but the back ends of our rigs were only about a foot apart. Another perk was that our door opened next to the door of our neighbors on the other side of us. Awkward! The park is not big dog friendly. They do have dog areas, but they are very small. At that price, we expected to get more. We wouldn't stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

I rate this is as 9 for the site we had. We had one of the deluxe patio sites which was wide, long and level. The patio was nicely furnished and very comfortable. One nice touch was that the water pipe had two spigots, which means you can wash your coach, toad or flush your tanks without undoing your main hose. Now the back side of this CG has a lot of smaller sites, not totally level with limited amenities. From a ride by, I would rate them at no more than a 7 and some less. It is a 20-minute drive to the Canadian side of the falls and about half that to the American side. Very well located. I would stay here again, if we had the same or similar site. The others, I am not so sure of. We camped here in a Motorhome.

A great campground with lots to do at the park as well as in the surrounding area. The staff was friendly and helpful: we asked a lot of questions and they had a lot of answers. They can even arrange to have one of the tour guides come by and pick you up to show you Niagra Falls! We left the RV at home for this one and stayed in one of their cabins. It was clean and provided us with everything that we needed. Water was close by just as promised. The Wi-Fi worked well for the little that we used it. The bathrooms were clean, but it looked like the showers could use a remodel. The patio sites looked amazing and when we come back with our RV we will be sure to rent one of those. The regular sites were well maintaned but might be a little close together. All in all we loved this KOA and we will be back just as soon as we can. Loved the park, loved the area and we especially enjoyed the people. We camped here in a Campground Cabin.

Price reflects that we had a deluxe patio site, which was very nice. The patio was quite large, and had a table with chairs as well as a covered swing that we got a lot of use out of. Our site was roomy and level. Staff was courteous. The train leading to the amusement park next door was very near our site (#121) and we were worried it would be noisy, but it is closed on Mondays so that helped and the other 2 days we didn't notice it. No cable. Restrooms clean, adequate. Short, easy drive to Niagara Falls. Would stay here again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Prices in the main area of the park are way too expensive. However, for $19 per night, there are spaces available along the highway perimeter. A little highway noise, but inside the RV it wasn't bad at all. There are a lot of activities for kids. There is a store with a lot of items available. TV was adequate most of the time; no cable. Wi-Fi was reasonably fast. Bathrooms and showers were not really clean, but there were a lot of people using it. I would stay there again if I could pay the $19 rate, but not the higher price. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed here because of its central location to Niagara Falls and the area. The sites for the travel trailers and motorhomes are grass and level. Tenters need to beware as the sites may not be level; check before accepting a site. (Stayed in a tent years ago but they have not changed.) Not enough bathrooms for the quantity of campers, and the bathrooms are not the cleanest, but okay. Dish washing stations are in the bathrooms so you are limited. We arrived late and found night registration easy. Would not rush to go back and with other options in the area we will try these first. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Positives: Close to Niagra Falls. Friendly, helpful staff. Heated pool. Sites fairly level. Park well maintained. Negatives: WAY TO EXPENSIVE. Pull through sites were VERY tight and close together...not sure there is enough room to put out our awning. Pull through sites are close to the highway, and we could hear some road noise, but not a huge issue. This is a large campground with cabins, tents, back-in and pull through sites. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park was large and the sites were very roomy. The bathrooms were not clean at all. Also, we camped there for fourth of July and many of the people in the cabins were setting off fireworks and had their music blasting well after 11 pm. Not one person said a word to them. It was disruptive and dangerous. We also stayed on a value site which was 25 feet from the expressway, it made for very noisy sleeping. We camped here in a Tent Trailer.

Some nice amenities and an small amusement park next door for smaller kids which can be reached from the park on a KOA train. Be prepared for extremely small sites. Two awnings on opposite sites will touch each other and what you think is one site may be two sites end to end. It is expensive to stay here. The staff was friendly and helpful. This park was way too expensive. The park was nice, really big, we were able to get a nice spot with no road noise. The staff helped us get a tour where they picked you up at the site. I would recommend this as parking at the Falls is a nightmare. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Easy access from interstate and within minutes of Niagara Falls. Nice staff who were very helpful with change of sites and setting us up on a bus tour. Half the campground has nice paved roads. Great campground for children with nice heated pool and bounce mountain. Big rigs should definitely request the "deluxe" sites. Our first site could not fit us with 4 open slides. Traffic from the interstate could be bothersome for some when in a site 1-3 rows from highway. Would definitely camp here again if visiting the falls even though it was pricey. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Great campsite if you have kids. The heated pool was wonderful, and the kids loved the jumping pillow. You can catch a train to Fantasy Island that runs from the KOA. The staff was very friendly. The only reason this is not a 10 is the sites are very close together and there is no privacy. The pull through sites in back are close to the expressway-would not suggest those sites-but all the others were OK. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The staff was real nice. The sites are very close together and there is no privacy. The back half of this campground is old and the sites are real close together. We camped in the front half which is newer but unless you want to want to the premium price for the deluxe sites, you have to share the pull throughs with another RV. There is absolutely no privacy even in the newer area. When we camped here, the train station to the park was closed the entire 4 days. There are better places closer to Niagara Falls that are cheaper. There is absolutely no restaurants even close to this campground. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a great campground if you have kids. The staff is very friendly and the camp store is very well stocked and the prices are not bad. The kids enjoyed the jumping pillow which is included at no charge. For $20 a person you can ride a "train" from the campground and into Martin's Fantasy Island. We really enjoyed this amusement park and it was nice to go in and come out for meals or to get changed. This campground is located very close to the falls so it is convenient. The only negative thing we would say is that the pull-thru space that we had was extremely narrow. You can touch the guy next to you and so privacy is a huge issue. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

There is another KOA in Niagara Falls. This is the one on the north end of Grand Island, just off the I-190. Overall, this seems like a nice park for a family. There's an amusement park next door and many things for the kids to do on-site. The grounds were clean the night we stayed there. Easy access to the falls. Our site and the ones around us were not level and they were muddy. It looked like they carved a spot out of the grass and spread gravel on it. We were put in a spot that backed up to the freeway, so it was noisy. Way too expensive. All the parks around the falls are expensive, but $75/night is exploitation. In the 6 weeks of traveling coast to coast, this is the most expensive park I've been in. It doesn't offer that much value - least for me. I spent less in New Jersey with easy, cheap, walking access to Manhattan. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

I'm not sure I'm in the same campground the earlier reviewers have rated. Our site is level, roomy, full hookup, and 50 amp electrical service. We aren't near a highway, and everything in the campground is clean and tidy. This is one of the best campgrounds of our 5 month trip. We were so happy with the campground that we extended our stay 4 more days. We had originally booked 3 days, based on the previous reviews, but were so impressed when we got here that we went ahead and extended our stay. If we ever come back to this area we will most certainly return to this campground. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Once again, the most expensive sites are the poorest in the campground. This is an expensive place to stay, yet they still put the 50 amp motorhome sites right next to the expressway, crammed together, with no shade. Since we were only here for two nights, it wasn't too bad, but, come on folks! There are some nicer sites with trees, space, etc., but I think these are 30 amp. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This campground is in a tourist area. The sites are narrow. A small tree was strategically placed where I needed to open my awning. This did not cause a problem because I spent most of my time at Niagara Falls. The facilities were clean and the employees were friendly and helpful. I was escorted to the my campsite. We stayed here during the 4th of July in a 39' Class A motor home. They put us in a tiny pull thru spot right next to the expressway. The sites are only about three feet apart with the next sites water electric & sewer hookup in the middle of our site! Needless to say, we got to know our neighbors very well. The property was very poorly maintained, our grass was at least 2-3' tall on our site and all over the campground. They finally decided to mow a few spots at 9:00am on Saturday morning. Mind you there were plenty of open sites they could have mowed, but no, they tried to mow a site that was already occupied. The man was trying to clean off the front of his motorhome and the mower guy was throwing up dirt and rocks towards the visitors camper. Oh, and you better be out of your site BY 11:00am... They have people on golf carts making sure you are out on time... I told them if they were so attentive to the maintenance to the property as they were to get people out, they might have more repeat customers. The only reason I gave this KOA a 3 rating is because most of the staff was nice and helpful, the location was good, Marting's Fantasy Island was worth it (Buy the ticket at the KOA store and walk across by the train). However, they should be ashamed of the prices they charge for such a packed in, poorly maintained place. I will not be returning to this KOA, nor any other KOA again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very disappointing. The surrounding areas were a bit scarey. We made multiple space reservations well in advance ( 3 months ) of our arrival only to get there and find we were stuck in the back right on the highway. The ground was un-level with grass surface. The grass looked like it had not been mowed for sometime. We did go in to the office in the AM and demand that we be moved to a better location which they did but we had to fight for it. If we return we would not stay here, we would go into Canada. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The park itself was very clean and well maintained, the store was fully stocked and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. However this campground is located in a "tourist area" the sites are very small, mainly out in an open field so that you are packed in like sardines with little or no seclusion from the next site. We were unable to use much of our camping equipment such as the rain/sun canopy, Tiki Torches. To do this we would of needed two sites. The nights in August did get cold and we had to turn on the heater which really amazed us as how fast the temp. dropped once the sun went down.It was a great home base to visit "The Falls" and Canada but for true woodsy campers like us this campground would not be first choice to stay at again despite all the amenities it offers. We camped here in a Tent Trailer.

This is a big park close to a lot of things. The staff was very nice and the lots level. There is no shade in the very back where the newer larger sites are and the freeway is way too close back there but overall this is a good place to stop if you didn't come to enjoy the park itself. The front of the park is very nice with shade trees and away from the freeway but make reservations in advance as this was full up. With the trees the front area doesn't have much room to open slides. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Easy access to this camp ground while travelling between USA and Canada. Sites are side-by-side, providing little space for rigs with slide-outs. Although this camp ground was virtually empty when we camped here, the staff put another rig in the site next to ours, causing the new arrival to have great difficulty in setting up their rig. Very poor decision by the management. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Stayed here for a stop over during son’s competition in Buffalo. Staff was very helpful, I came in late and a staff member came over and escorted me to my site. Yes the sites are tight, but then again this is a campground near a tourist attraction. The electric water and sewer were available and easy to use; park is older but is in overall good condition. My back in spot was level enough that I did not use my wood blocks to level my 31-foot c class, and there were several pull though sites. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This was a nice, quiet campground. We stayed in a camping cabin. The cabin was clean and had electricity. The bathrooms were clean, but I remember the drains backing up alot. This park is a dump. Broken and overflowing sewer connnections, filthy restrooms, trash overflowing at drop area, sites so narrow you can barely extend a slide. I wouldn't wish this park on an enemy. Stay away from this one. We camped here in a camper.

This is the worst of the worst. The only good thing I can think of is that it was open. The whole CG is full of problems, to many to mention. Stay away and maybe they will fix them. We camped here in a camper.
