Ants are a problem. Raw sewage smell at all times even outside the camper. We were told the ocean was 1 mile away and you did not need a vehicle to get there. The ocean is 2 miles away and you must travel on 3 busy roads to get there. At registration we were not give the option to pay nightly and the person at the desk wanted cash. When we realized how terrible the conditions were and we knew we were infested with the ants, even though we tried to treat with ant spray and the other poisons they recommended, we asked for a refund for the remaining nights. They refused to give a refund even though we were not instructed about this at registration. Their registration form has a box with no refund / initial next to it. I did not mark anything in this box. After I registered, they marked it with a yellow marker. The showers and pool were old but clean. If you go there be prepared for the ants and the smell. And the beach is more than a mile away. We camped here in a Motorhome.
This is a very small campground. Most of the sites are permanent sites, there are very few nightly sites and it is very tight. The most I can say about this campground is that the owner is very nice, and the bath house was clean. It is just a parking space for your camper. There are no activities, no play ground and no pool. The price is good, at only $25 per night. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
