I'd describe this campground as adequate for an overnight stop. We explicitly asked about the wifi when we called ahead as we needed to do some work on the internet, and they'd assured us it was all fixed and good. It worked intermittently and was so slow that websites kept timing out. There are lots of mosquitoes as well, so we spent the evening in the trailer. We would probably not return. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice roomy, level grass sites. Wi-Fi worked very well until a Caravan pulled in, and now it's slower, but workable. Friendly staff, and the park is very clean. Not a destination campground, but it looks to be an excellent spot for exploring the area. We will come back if in the area, or if we decide to explore more of the area than we will be able to do on this stay. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a nice little park, located approximately 15 minutes from Truro, NS. The owners were very friendly, and accommodating. The sites were level, and the park was very clean. Although the sites are side-by-side, there is so much open green space that the park has a very spacious feel. The Laundry and washrooms were well located and extremely clean, and trash receptacles were conveniently located throughout the park. There is a large play area for the kids, and a very nice swimming pool. In addition to the pool, the Debert River runs right along side of the park. Some of the tent sites are riverfront, and and there is a small beach access within the park for swimming and tubing! Very nice. An added convenience was that they sell propane. We travel with our dogs, and found plenty of green space to walk them. We would definitely return. Nice park. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Needed overnight stop over, my rig is "big rig" 38' plus toad. When I registered I asked the person at the desk to look at my rig and let me know if it was too big, they said no. Getting into the site was very difficult, barely was able to swing some turns, cars parked everywhere, Getting out was another matter, the only exit was through a road that was barely wide enough for the rig, with lots of branches hanging into the roadway. This resulted in a series of deep scratches along the passenger side of the motorhome. The site they put me into was new, it had rained the previous day and the place was like a mud hole. It was hot, we turned on our A/C, I checked the incoming voltage, is was barely 100 volts, the unit kicked out and we disconnected for fear it might damage other components. Radios blasted well into the evening, and fireworks set off. On the positive side the park looked like the perfect "kids" facility. Pool, water slide, games and plenty of room to play. Families seemed to be having a great time. My recommendation, if your looking for a site for overnight, don't, especially if your rig is more than 34 feet. And make sure you check the voltage! We camped here in a Motorhome.

Love this campground!! Lots of things for kids to do. Nice big open area in middle of campground for kids to play. Kids love the soap slide and animal barn. Very friendly staff and campers here. Great market just 5 minutes down the road. One to go to every year! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Very nice campground out in the country. Lots of activities for kids. Easy access to campsites. No broadcast TV services or cable. Our DirecTV satellite dish would not work at this location. Wi-Fi did not work while we were here either. Very friendly and helpful office staff. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
