A long way off the road but a very nice park. Difficult hill going up to the campground. Wonderful heated indoor pool and hot tub. Beautiful club house, library, game rooms, pool tables. Lots and lots of amenities: tennis courts, ATV rentals, horseback riding, miniature golf, lots of things for kids to do. Large spaces, heavily wooded however I was able to get TV satellite find in section C. Dogs have to have vaccination certificates and be on leash, even though I was the only person in the park the week I was here. It rained all week and there was absolutely no one else here. Very quiet and peaceful. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
Long drive off the freeway to get to anywhere and last few miles are very hilly and narrow but OK for big rigs. Road was just repaved, so that was good. We went here for all the activities but found out that many are only available on the weekend. Nice recreation room with adult lounge and nice pools. Check in staff not knowledgeable about campground. It would seem they had never even seen it. I asked about satellite reception & they looked at the map & pointed to the trees on the perimeter & said we'd be OK. We found the entire campground is forested. OK Verizon cell & Internet connection but not great. We stayed here on our Coast to Coast membership. We camped here in a Motorhome.
