If you are a fisherman maybe this would be a place to stay but that would be the only reason. Our site backed onto a marina and it appeared that most of the RV's are seasonal. As noted there is sewer but it wasn't until we were hooked up that we were informed that it was grey water only. Trailer Life rates it a 2.5 and I think they are being generous. They also say the rate is $30 and when questioned the owner said they keep asking that the rate be changed in the book but TL won't do it. This park should cost $15 per night. We would never stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.
