This park is okay for an overnight on the way to someplace else. Park is clean but is occupied by monthly or permanent guests. We have used the restrooms in the past, but not on this trip. They were clean at that time. Sites are short - we have a 34' 5W + 350 Ford Dually Crew Cab. We filled the site. We stay here as it is on the short cut to Dallas, where we visit relatives. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We're fulltimers going on 2 years now and I've got to say this is the worse RV park we have stayed at. We work on the road so we don't have a lot of expectations and just need a utilitarian site. This RV park couldn't even supply that. There is a stockyard in the back and we had to listen to cows mooing for 3 days, 24 hrs a day until sale day. We were told that they had 50 amp but none available. It was quite hot, we really needed to be able to use our AC. With 30 amp we can only use one, but can always use the dryer or oven at the same time. Not here, if we tried to turn on the oven, we would blow the circuits so we couldn't cook. They advertise a pool, but they have filled it in. Upon checkin we were told at least 3 times that checkout was at 11:00 am and if we were late that we would be charged. If we were not here on business we would not have stayed and will definitely stay somewhere else next time, even if we have to travel further to get to town. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very unlevel sites, the RV park portion of the property is an afterthought, the staff at the motel knows absolutely nothing about RV'ing. Add to that the busy railroad (all night) and the overwhelming smell of the adjacent stockyards and slaughter house makes this a desperation emergency stop at best. We camped here in a camper.
