Came into OKC late and got a warning on our GPS that there was a big accident just south of the city. Decided to camp out vs plow through the traffic. Found "ABEs" with the GPS and called them. Talked to an extremely helpful person who, while they were closed, went ahead and took our reservation and told us to call them when we got to the park for payment. They did warn us that *most* transient spots do not have sewer. (they don't) And that this is about a 99% resident park. Upon arrival we hooked up and found one leg of the 50A circuit dead. Called them and they redirected us to another space. That space we couldn't turn into without hitting the trees. They then read off a list of spaces and said "pick any of these you want and call us back" We found a perfect spot within a few minutes and shut down for the night. There are a couple of fast food places and a loves travel stop within an easy walk. We never did see the owners/managers in person but dealing with them over the telephone was a real pleasure. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Rate reflects Good Sam discount. Very nice, helpful host. Kind enough not to charge us for the kids. A little hidden behind all the gas stations, etc. along the interstate. Surprisingly quiet at the park since it's so close to I-35. Hard to get level, concrete slab had sunk and cracked. Plenty of space for slides. The laundry closed at 4pm so that was useless. Some of the other RV's were older and a few of the residents were on the creepy side. However, there isn't much in the area so we would stay here again if we came to Oklahoma City. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We visited this park before deciding where to stay and were NOT impressed. We chose not to stay here after looking around the facility and going inside the office to ask questions. The teenager who was working in the office acted like we were bothering him and keeping him from his magazine he was reading. He offered no extra information and only answered the specific questions we asked. The park looks like a dump and the few RV's we saw looked like they had been there a while. One was a truck camper and was in very poor shape. The sites didn't look kept up and some where on dirt. The pool was closed because they didn't keep it up to State's standards. The price is high for what you get in my opinion. We chose another RV park instead and were VERY HAPPY with our decision. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

The sign says under new owners. There is signs of remodeling in the office. Nice lady at the desk. Said I could come to the office to use WI-FI. Flying J WI-FI is available if you subscribe. I'm not sure where it was located from the park. I think this may be a park for mostly permanent residents. Definitely, an overnighter. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Some concrete pads are too short, water & electric are shared between sites so some must run cord & hose under the RV, it was noisy some evenings due to loud music from the amusement park next door, we were able to connect to free WIFI from a nearby motel, campground was under new management, nothing fancy but ok, easy access from I-35, we stayed a week, and might stay again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed here a couple of years ago and were not terribly impressed, but the campground has
apparently changed hands and the new owners have cleaned it up and are attempting to plant trees and shrubs. This campground is located off a service road for I-35 and you get a lot of traffic noise day and night. It is a decent place to stay for a one or two night stopover, but probably not longer than that. I'm not sure how many of the 200 spaces they advertise are actually available, because there are a lot of permanent trailers in the back of the campground. It is located about two minutes from Frontier City Theme Park, a Waffle House, Love's, and Sonic-all right there on the service road. The lower rating is due to the noise. We would stay here again because of the location. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We have stayed at this convenient park several times and never had any problems. Owners are friendly and helpful. Sites are wide open and navigable. The park is fenced and seems relatively secure considering it's city location. Restrooms were clean and well-maintained. Laundry room has large machines that are clean and efficient. Interior roads have several large potholes, but I guess that slows everyone down. There is a considerable amount of noise from traffic and a nearby business. We stay here because of its location close to family, but there is no real landscaping or nature in this park. It's a decent place to stay if you need to be nearby. We camped here in a Motorhome.

I stayed here because of the good reviews, which haven't been wrong yet, except for now. This is the first time I have had a problem at any RV park, and at one rated so high. The park wasn't as good as I expected, cigarette butts on my site and just slightly trashy looking in general. Everything worked right, except the host was very rude to me in front of my wife and 16 month old. He was mad because I used a 50 to 30 amp dogbone adapter, which was not allowed. I messed that up, sorry and was very apologetic. He snapped at me and harangued me for calling him "bud", which I call everyone new, just a habit. He was older than me and was angry that I would dare call him bud. He ruined my night and did it with gusto in front of my family. Maybe he was having a bad day. From the moment I met him something seemed off but I shrugged it off. I want to give the place a one but that doesn't seem fair. I have been to 50 RV parks and haven't been treated this bad since my days as an enlisted man in the Navy. Good luck if you try this park, but don't call the guy in charge bud, because he isn't. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a nice basic park with level sites large enough for big rigs. Gravel roads could use some work but still passable. The laundry room was a surprise with multiple washers heavy duty style and one that could hold 4-loads. The owner is very nice and helpful both parking and the area to visit. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This CG is very convenient to sites in OK City and to shopping. Super Walmart, outlet mall, etc. just across the interstate. The sites are level. We did not use the Wi-Fi or the restrooms. You will need a code for the bathrooms. Having said that, the roads inside are a little rough. This is an industrial area and it is very noisy day and night. The noise is the reason for the 8 on my review. Overall, the CG is good for staying a few days to see the area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Great park and great owner and manager. We were totally broken down and the compassion we experienced was fantastic. We felt very safe here and that is so important in this day and age. We highly recommend this park. It is well kept, quiet, has clean laundry facilities, etc. But most of all, the staff gets an A rating for caring. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Gravel roads and space was level and ample room for our 38' 5th wheel and truck. Lots of grassy area to walk our dog. It is close to highways and a TA truck stop, but we did not hear any loud sounds. Looked like a lot of semi-permanent residents. We thought they were oil or construction workers. We stayed one night and would definitely stay again. It was very easy to find and get in and out of. It is on the west side of Oklahoma City. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

If all you need is an overnight and a dump station, I would recommend the Wal-Mart and/or Camping World not far from here. (Warning, there are 9-foot height-restricting barricades across all entries to the WM parking lot, except the ones nearest to the building.) I did a quick check on rvparkreviews.com knowing we would be passing through the area late, and it was hot enough that we would need power for the A/C, otherwise we would just use WM or CW for a few hours Council Road RV seemed to be OK, so I called ahead to check for vacancy and late-arrival policy. We were given the rate and instructions, and even though the office closes at 7:00pm, she would have someone meet us as late as 10:00pm to show us to the site. Our escort was there when we arrived at 9:30 and guided us down the somewhat bumpy road to our level, freshly graveled pull-through (removed the orange cone on his way through), pointed out the hookups and gave us the Wi-Fi code. All I did was hook up the electric for the night. In the morning, I checked the sign again to make sure this was the same park that was getting 8/10 star reviews. The late-escort and fresh gravel is where the charm ended. There was trash all over our site, including old coffee cups and fast-food bags. Old dog waste right next to the electric hookup, and dense spider-webs inside the water-box, which obviously hadn’t been used in quite some time. The park was not very occupied, with a lot of residential. I checked out the showers, which smelled terrible and had no bench or shelf for clothes or toiletry bags. One stall had an old dried up soap-bar in the drain, another stall had something unidentifiable (I could guess) smeared on the tiles. There was a laminated flyer asking for guests’ help in keeping this park “one of the best RV’ing experiences around” by following a list of shower rules. I hate to tell them, but they can’t just rely on the honor system to keep the place clean. The office was still closed when we left, so I was unable to offer my direct constructive criticism. Four Stars from Woodall’s? How is that even possible? We camped here in a Motorhome.

Level sites, some in the open and some shady. We wanted open for satellite, and it was fine. Nothing fancy but close to the city and shopping. We were toward the back, so the noise from the TA truck stop was not an issue. The side road we were near, was busy during the day but quiet at night. Plenty of room to walk the dog, which was nice. Urban RV park easily accessed from I-40. Nice, clean and level gravel sites with a friendly staff. Traffic noise from adjacent road is moderate. Some potholes in the campground roads. We stay here often in our 38 footer, when visiting family in the area. It is convenient to Camping World, WalMart and other shopping and many restaurants. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very nice park. Some very shady spots available. TA truck stop with restaurant across the street, but far enough away so you do not hear any noise. Many permanent residents. Close enough to OK City that you can get many digital HD channels, cable TV not really necessary. WiFi works very good. Restrooms and showers are very clean, only complaint was that the showers only had hooks in them, there was no place to put toiletries except on the floor. The showers needed some seating or shelving. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We spent several nights in the campground. We have stayed there several times. Staff is courteous and help us park the coach. The parking space was ample for the coach and the towed vehicle. Good placement for hookups may require detaching the towed vehicle. There was a great field for walking the dog adjacent to the campground. We camped here in a Motorhome.

I stayed here for about 4 weeks while working in the area. The staff was awesome, the grounds were clean and the sites were level. The only complaint that I had, was many of the tree limbs needed some cutting back to clear the rig a little better. Easy access to highway, gas/diesel station on same street and shopping close. My husband was here for a few months for work at a rate of $465 a month. The park is clean. Some sites up front have good shade. It is easy to get to. Sites are very small. There is no room to park. We had to park up front and walk to our camper, they don't want your vehicle in the road. When weather turned cold, water froze at the ground, so no water. They also left notes on all trailers telling them not to use electric heaters, as it would run up their bill. At 12 degrees you HAVE to do what you can to keep warm! We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

The park had many working people staying there as well as semi-permanent campers. The sites were not level, grass or gravel. I came into town to visit family for the Forth of July weekend. I'm not a full time RVer. I do not have things like cable TV. I rely on the internet. This is why I had chosen Council Road RV Park. The night of the forth, a storm was coming in. Due to the short storm that was coming through, they turned off the internet. Making it very difficult for some of us to track the storm. This is a good basic RV park, the kind I like. It has an uneven entry which is hard for motorhomes without a lot of shake. The site was a grass pad that was a little uneven. The overall grounds were well maintained as were the restrooms. Bunnies were around at evening. Trees provided shade for many sites but the row for the more transient RVers had few trees. They do not allow use of electrical adapters, so if you are a 50-amp rig, you need a 50-amp site. It was well controlled so minimal noise other than road noise. Felt very safe. Staff was very nice and friendly and apparently loves dogs. We camped here in a Motorhome.

I stayed here while visiting Oklahoma City's Arts Festival. This park is the closest one to downtown. The site was very level and I had very little trouble setting up. It appears that there are many "long timers" here. However, don't let that scare you as the park manager informed me that the park is owned by a former assistant sheriff and Oklahoma City police officer who have no tolerance for trouble. While the surrounding environs are not very pretty (it is next to a truck stop right next to the interstate), it is plenty quiet for a good night's sleep. A big advantage during storm season is that the park has a storm shelter at the front. It is a good thing that is has internet access, as my Verizon Wireless card did not work properly there. This park is plenty adequate for a short stay if you are in Oklahoma City for business or pleasure. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Busy road with trucks, passes very close to park, so expect some noise at night. Security was visible, but no issues during out stay. Wifi worked flawlessly. Easy on-off from I-40. Storm cellar if severe weather threatens. Only 1 road in/out and no cross-over, may require driving thru a field to get headed out. Friendly host. Office has ice maker. Laundry room was clean. This is a somewhat older park, but it is quite well maintained. The pull-thrus are not quite long enough for some tow vehicles to park lengthwise when unhooked, which required us to ask a neighbor to move his so we could exit. There are quite a few long termers here but most sites were quite neat. Security could be enhanced by completing the fence around the property, however we did not feel at all uncomfortable. The WiFi seemed to disconnect us a little too often. The staff was most polite and helpful. We would probably stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Whether you are just passing through or you are spending some time in Oklahoma City, this is a very good place to stay. It is close to I-40 so there is some road noise at all times but it is far enough away that the noise is not too intrusive. Their Wi-Fi works good and it is free. The campground is only a few minutes drive from downtown. If you like to ride your bikes or walk there is a river path that starts at Meridian Road, a couple of exits to the East, and goes all the way to the downtown area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Based on my criteria, this place is a 9. It's close to the interstate, but far enough away so the traffic noise isn't a problem. Good, free wi-fi is available. There are plenty of sites where one can use a rooftop satellite dish. Sites are level (gravel though, and this is why I didn't give them a 10). Very friendly management. Good maintenance. Pleasant enough surroundings and the units belonging to permanents seem to be well-maintained indicating a caring management intent on providing a nice setting for us overnighters. Easy access to DT OKC and WalMart, Home Depot, Camping World, and lots of dining options are within a 2 mile radius. I am grateful that they don't have a ton of other amenities that I wouldn't use (pool, clubhouse, playground) as it keeps the rates very reasonable. I pass through OKC often, and this is where I'll stay from now on. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We're from South Texas; Pearsall, to be exact. Stayed across the street at another park and moved to this park. We really liked this park better, it is secure with personnel around the park making sure everything is OK. I personally loved the idea of the storm shelter, if you know anything about tornado alley, this is essential for a safe stay. We had two storms while here, and the third storm the sirens and lights went off. Luckily for us the tornado jumped us and hit right north of the city. Really nice people here, made us feel really comfortable. Thank you. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

A decent park, just on edge of town with quick access downtown. Easy access and only a half mile off I-40, but no noise at our site. Large sites with very little going on in the park. Great for a shorter-term stay. Wi-Fi works great! Would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very clean RV park right off the highway but not too loud with highway noise. Just west of Oklahoma City. Helpful on-site manager. Sites are long and level. Good place to stay for a night or two while visiting Oklahoma City. We will return in our Motorhome. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed there for one night. It is only a couple of minutes from Camping World and on I-40. Campground was very clean, everything worked fine including wi-fi. The reception was one of the best I've seen at a campground. Very nice person working the desk. Very nice stop. We camped here in a Motorhome.

An excellent basic park. Parking surface is grass. No pool, no clubhouse, no golf course. On the plus side, it's clean, the folks that run it are nice, the bathrooms and laundry are good. Huge pet walking area. And it's close to downtown while still being out a ways. I would definitely stay there again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Extremely friendly staff, very knowledgeable for the areas interest to visit. Knows where all the best local restaurants are. WiFi was mostly strong. Spaces are wide and comfortable. The owners are fairly new and have great plans for the RV Park. If you are ever in the area stop by. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a small, tight rv park. Not big enough for large rigs. The road going in is full of pot holes but the interior roads are good and paved. There are no children under 16 allowed. The lots have grass and shade. Right next to Denny's. The WiFi is very poor. Weekly rates are $115 including electric and monthly is $350 including electric. The residents are mostly working full timers. I will stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a fine campground for the money. We stayed one night in a motorhome. This is a small park without any frills. No pull thrus. The managers are new, and very nice. You are parked on the gravel and there is some grass. Not much room for a tow car, but you can make do. Last review said the fee was $20. and it is now $23. Denny's is right next door, and we are not far from the City. We would stay here again if for an over nighter. We camped here in a Motorhome.

It is a small park, but the lady who tends to it keeps everything clean, mowed, limbs picked up and does not put up with noise or things that would disturb other tenants. It is close to the interstate and on one of the streets in Midwest City that has several restaurants/fast food places. If you want a clean park, with no frills, this is the place for you. Would not recommend for more than one night. The sewer is at the back of pad, will need a long hose. This is mainly a mobile home park and not a nice one. Everyone that came up, including park maintenance man had a beer in hand and told us not to go to end of street due to rowdy residents. maintenance man told us they had gotten rid of most of the druggies living here but still had a few to get rid of. This is also not a good part of town. We left before checking in, will never stay here. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Two Thumbs up. Short and sweet, this RV park has huge RV spaces in a quiet neighborhood environment with just enough trees. Easy access to the major freeways and shopping. $100 moved me in and after that it was still the best deal in town at $199. Great manager and my neighbors kept there RV space clean. My wife and I have been long term resident here for a year now and Moore Estates is perfect for us. Close to shopping and easy access to I-35 and Hwy 240 let us go anywhere in the city quickly. The manager allowed us to install a privacy fence and a storage shed and the parks rates are unbeatable. I think we pay $199/ month and received our 3rd month Free. This is home for now until we head back out to Portland. Keep up the great work and I can definitely recommend this place. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a clean, quiet, and small park. It is fine for a night or two. The laundry is old, smells musty, and needs cleaning. The owner and staff are very nice. There is some highway noise, but it is not noticeable. There is good access from Hwy 35 and 40. It definitely needs upgrading and the sites that are have broken concrete, needs to be fixed. Sites are long and wide enough to be comfortable. There is grass between sites, which is nice. I don't have strong feelings as to nice or not nice. It's just another RV Park for passing a night. We camped here in a Motorhome.

I can tell this is an older park (concrete slabs are breaking up) but the amenities I sought are all here: close to downtown Oklahoma City, easy in and out, clean restrooms & showers, good Wi-Fi and cable service. The reception was excellent. Even though the highway and train tracks were very close, we slept soundly. The more permanent RVs were around the perimeter which left the pull throughs for me...nice. Park is easy to get in and out of, convenient to I-35. Concrete pad pull through sites. We had site #4 which was level. Some of the pads have been upgraded with new concrete. Services are well located and easy to hook-up. Friendly and helpful staff. The only problem we had with this park is the constant noise from I-35, trains and aircraft. If it were not for the noise, I would have rated this park higher. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park is well kept even though aged, but so are we. The sites are adequate for our 34' with a tow. The showers are clean, but old. The freeway noise almost becomes white noise as it surrounds you. There is an occasional train, but it really did not disturbe my sleep and I am a very light sleeper. The laundry is well priced @$1 each. The sites are cement and a little off, but plenty of space for our tow. We feel safe which is important. We will stay here again if in the area. Stayed here as a stopover. For one night, this park is convenient to freeway without being too noisy. Whoever designed the pull through sites has never hooked up with a trailer connected. The sewer connection can't be reached without unhooking the toad. Overall, it worked OK for one night. Much longer than that would be a no. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Nice older park the concrete pads are a little broken up making it necessary to use blocks to get level. The WIFI was very good, but we were next to the office. Cable TV, older but clean bathhouse water pressure was good and the water was very hot. The campground was convenient to downtown. For gas we found a place that was 20 cents less than the rest of the town at the ML King exit on Rt. 35 - worth the trip to fill the rig. The owner was VERY friendly and VERY helpful, and is planning on expanding in the future. Rate reflects GS discount - $27/night. We would stay here again! We camped here in a Motorhome.

Manager/owner comes in around 11 or 11:30 am, and the office remains open until 7 pm. Very polite manager but he has different rules for different people. Sites are close together but they have grass and one small tree. After checking other campgrounds in the area, this one was cheaper and cleaner than most. Would stay again if needed to. We come through OK City once or twice a year and had been staying at a couple other parks. But one park is getting dingy and the other is starting to get really pricey. So we thought we'd try Road Runner. We're glad we did. This park is very clean and neat. Spaces are tight: good on length but not much space between rigs. And they are level: we just put our jacks down for stabilization. Be cautioned: they charge $2 or $3 extra if your rig exceeds 38-feet. I think this park would be fine if you are going to spend your days sightseeing and then sleeping in your rig. Othewise I'd want more space if I was going to hang around the park to read, relax, etc. The showers: I would rate them a 6. They're in desperate need of paint and new shower curtains. Typical campground showers: very narrow. But on the plus side the shower/restroom was clean, the water hot (although it took a few minutes to get hot), with good pressure. The cable TV was fine although a couple of channels had weak pictures. Isn't that always the case? The Wi-Fi was good and strong in our RV, initially. After a few hours, and after the office closed, their node stopped responding. Bottom line: if you're looking for an overnight or a couple of days for sightseeing then this is a good place to stay. If you just want to relax and kick back then I'd look elsewhere. The price I listed reflects the 30-amp/full hookup/Good Sam price. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The park was very clean; all roads are paved with concrete pads, most of which are pretty level. Each site has a small grassy area, some have picnic tables, ours did not. The staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed there twice, about a week apart. The first night we were close to the office and had great wi-fi service, the second night we were at the far end of the park and could not get any wi-fi. Dish TV is free with a pedestal at each site. This is a very small RV park just off the freeway. There was no one there when we got there; just instructions to pay and pick a space. No bathroom code, but got it from another camper. We used this park as an overnight stopover. We called ahead and she saved us a long pull through site. Check in was quick and efficient. Landscaping in park was nice and made for a clean environment. The roads are wide and blacktop and the sites are a concrete pad that need some repair as they are breaking up. The site was long enough to accommodate our 45'er and the tow. Site was wide enough for any number of slides. Utilities worked well, but the sewer was located at the rear of the site which meant you needed over 30' of sewer hose. Site had no table. WiFi worked well. Seemed like there were more seasonal campers than overnighters. We thought is was a good value park for an overnight stop and would use the park again. The science museum will take you two days to go through and it's a "touch me" museum. We oldsters really enjoyed it. Also, the national memorial of the Oklahoma bombing was very interesting. Office staff was excellent. They were very helpful. I needed an RV supply store and they gave me directions there. I had a problem with internet connections, and they were very helpful with that. wi-fi is good and has strong signal. Campground is immaculate and well maintained. This is a nice campground. The manager was very accommodating when we asked to stay another day because a bad weather front was hitting where we were heading and flood and hail was expected there so we felt it would be better to wait it out here. He had someone scheduled for our spot; but, moved them so we did not have to move. Only 3 1/2 miles to the the National OK City Memorial (NOCM). Also close to I-40. Because we stayed the second day, we took the opportunity to visit the NOCM and were very glad we did. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We camped two nights at this quite and clean well situated campground that has level concrete sites. Although the campground is wooded it is not shaded so satellite users will have no reception issues and the wide sites easily handled our four slideouts. Each site’s sewer connection is closer to the rear of the site but we prefer that in order to have the additional space to park are tow car in front near the front door of the RV. This park does not have a dump station because every site has full hookups. The bathrooms and showers were spotless. The campground manager is friendly and helpful. We will definitely return here. A very nice park, but the dump station location is a big problem. I would have given this park a 9 except for the dump station location. We had to unhook the car and so we could leave the RV at the extreme back of the pull through pad in order to reach at all. It defeated to purpose of having a pull through site. What this meant is that when it was time to leave, I had to do my chores, then pull the RV to the front of the pad before I could connect the tow car. It was pouring rain, so I really felt that not being able to connect the car the previous day was a major inconvenience. They really do need to fix this. I visited with other RVers who just did not use the dump station and waited until their next stop. I only dumped gray water because I had to. Other than dump station, I agree with the other reviewers. The location is great, the park is well maintained, and has pleasant small trees and grass. The paved sites and very nice. We stayed there in April 2009 in a 32 foot Class A, pulling a small car. I may stay here again since it is the best location option, but would go elsewhere if there was an equally good option. This park is next to a storage building facility. It is well kept grass and concrete. There is no gravel. We arrived late because of a flat tire, and the fellow at the desk waited for us to arrive when the football game was on. There are a number of long term campers, but clutter was at a minimum and their rigs were well maintained. The shower building is concrete block and older, but was clean and painted nicely. The Wi-Fi worked well, but the sewer was far back on the lot and required 30 ft of hose to connect. We stayed two nights to repair our blowout tire, but would stay again if we are in the OK City area. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This park is small, clean, and we love it. We are here for a month, visiting. We tried to stay at Twin, and were told we couldn't get a monthly rate for 4 weeks. We stayed there for two years, yet now they were very rude to us. So, we found this park and are so glad we did as we will never go back to Twin. This is a no frills park but is beautiful and well kept. They have a laundry and it is only $1.00 wash and dry. So if you don't need a big club house, this is the place for you. It is well lit at night which we like, and it is quiet. You can hear the trains at night but we love it. We would highly recommend it as we will be back here every few months. The owner and staff are so friendly and will do anything to help you. The Wi-Fi works great. Gee for OK: this is the place and it is close to everything. We give it a 10! Just like the other reviews. There are nice long, wide enough concrete pads with manicured grass between them. There are enough trees to look good. There are many long-term campers here, but they are kept in a very orderly fashion. My only complaint is that the sewer connection is all the way in the back of the site; (40' of hose) . I should have disconnected the truck. This is a beautiful place right in the city. We would definitely return. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very clean friendly CG, no amenities, great for 2 or 3 nights stay to see Brick town and the memorial. The staff was extremely nice and went out of his way to highlight places to see and restaurants to try. Very easy on and off highway and far enough away that there is no road noise. I give it a 6 because it's exactly as advertised. It is neat as a pin, office staff were really pleasant, and the site was clean & accessible. The location is convenient to the highway but not much else. There are no amenities other than the site & laundry. Beware if you are alight sleeper, there are really bright (sodium) streetlights right over the transient sites! Good for security, not for sleep. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Wonderful location. Right off of I-35. Easy off and on. It is amazing how little road noise there is. Restrooms and Showers clean and nice. No internet. Had to stop because we lost parts to our brake buddy and needed to have the brakes checks. Sites are good size and level. You park on cement pads. Have stayed before and will stay again. This is our kind of campground. We do not need all the services that many enjoy. We like a clean friendly campground with asphalt and/or concrete and a ample grassy space at each site. Very close to I-40 just off of I-35 and no highway noise. This is perfect if you enjoy a city setting. The campground is 10 minutes from "Bricktown", the happening area in the downtown. And 10 minutes to the Oklahoma City Bombing Memorial. Tom the campground manager went out of his way to give us all kinds of info about the city and his favorite restaurants. We almost did not stay here because Trailer Life gave it a low rating. We are glad we took the chance. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This was a nice campground in Oklahoma City. It was concrete and grass which was nice, but the sites were not level at all. Most of them sloped toward the front of the rig so badly that some people had to use wood under their jacks to get enough height. It is definitely a park where a lot of working people live while on assignment in Oklahoma City. The staff is friendly and helpful and the sites are nice size. We would stay here again if in the area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Stayed for a month. Nice, clean, and friendly. Can be a bit noisy with the freeway nearby and railroad tracks on the otherside of the freeway. Concrete sites are a big plus. Sites are angled for easy entry and departure. Would stay here again if in town. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a very nice RV park. All RV's park on concrete pads, have grass around every site, very clean and nice to look at. All sites were spotless. Very low road noise from I-35 and no problem to get on and off I-35. Staff was nice at check in time. People come to this park a lot, all like this place. We will come back in the future. A very nice clean and well managed campground. The grounds were well maintained and the grass was cut and trimmed around all concrete slabs. I would go back if ever in the area. While staying in the area I drove to the other LARGE print campgrounds that were in the book and compared Roadrunner to those...Roadrunner was head and shoulders above the other two in eye appeal...absolutely no comparison...I did not go in to check

Water pressure was a dismal 25 PSI and there were dog droppings on the roads around the park. When brought to the attention of staff we were told "we'll let management know" implying something might be done. Never was in the 3 days we were there. Park is very old and run down. We stopped here to wait out the high winds of a storm. We'll never come back. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very narrow sites and picnic tables were in short supply. Mix of seasonals and transient. Some of the seasonal sites looked a bit shabby. Indoor pool and spa was occupied by children and didn't look particularly inviting. Buffalo are not free roaming, but tightly caged awaiting slaughter. Sign on office door advertised Buffalo Meat for sale. Seems that everyone pays the same rate regardless of club affiliations. It is an easy on and off from I-40 and convenient for an overnight or short stay. Dog walk is a narrow patch of grass along the perimeter fence line. I would look for something else if in the area again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Nice for what we used it for which was an overnight stay at a place with a pool. There was a dog walk at the end of the drive from us that was nice. Park host was very nice and friendly. The pool says heated but I would have described it as not ice cold. It was fine though especially with the hot tub to get you warmed up. To be fair it was pretty cool outside in the low 60's. Would stay here again if in the area. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This is the second time we have stayed here. The first time was four years ago and I feel there has been some subtle improvements. The grounds seem to be cleaner, the office seems to be updated, the pool and spa seemed cleaner. We enjoyed our stay. This park has easy access to I-40 heading west so you can leave early without getting into commute traffic or going to work traffic (nice). We would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a very nice, roomy, clean RV park. We had some doubts about noise as it can be seen from the highway, but it's surprisingly quiet. The people are super friendly and there are a lot of beautiful large rigs in here (including us) and it doesn't fit one of the reviews on here. I don't know who posted about the rusting equipment, used RV lot feel and unsavory characters hanging about, but it's NOTHING like that. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Make sure you turn left into this park and not the one across to the right as you cross the interstate bridge of I-40. Spaces were easy in and out, yet close but no problem to us. Met nice neighbors as always. We came in without reservations and stayed 4 days(should have made them) and they worked us in. Seems a lot of long time residents have reserved sites. Don't complain about the buffalo herd being little...remember you are in or near downtown OKC and there's little open pasture for them to roam! We camped here in a Motorhome.

The high ratings on this campground must be from one of those pay-for-good-ratings businesses. There is an indoor pool and spa that we could see behind key-card protected rusting doors, with broken equipment wrapped in caution tape. Unsavory characters hanging around; it looks as if you are parking in a bad used RV parking lot. I was afraid to go out to take out the trash. Couldn't find the buffalo they advertise. They definitely pay for the publicity. This place is a first class dump. You would do well to keep driving and park in WalMart for the night, it would be safer too. Good cable though. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We had no restroom access as we arrived after 7pm and there was no provision to provide a key despite having made a prior reservation. This taught us to call each park earlier in the day. There was no hot water in the men's bathroom for the week according to one fellow camper. It's been a long time since I took a cold shower... The office staff stated their policies and procedures, and offered no sympathies, when I told them that I almost left at 11pm when I discovered the locked bathroom after dropping off our camper and going out to dinner. Very poor customer service to this overnight/transient camper. We camped here in a Tent Trailer.

Good park for what it's worth. Anymore you can't beat $30.00 for the night, for full hook ups. Stayed here just passing through. Right off the highway and convenient to get to. Looks like there are long term rigs here. Everyone is friendly and the staff was helpful. Stayed for one night and was able to check out the National Memorial downtown and take in a Redhawks game. Not a resort, but a good place to spend the night. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We came in without a reservation on Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend. We got one of the last available sites. It is a pull through site and a bit tricky to get all the hookups connected. However, under the circumstances not all bad. Sites are gravel and level. Our site 26 is close to the office. Cable and Wi-Fi work well. As a passing through one night stay location close to the interstate I would stay here again if I pass this way. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Rate based on weekly rate. Seems to be mostly long terms. Gravel sites, a little grass at end of each row and sites are close together. Try not to laugh at their advertised "buffalo herd". It's a couple of buffalo in a relatively small pen. Wifi is a joke...slow when you can get a connection. We wouldn't stay here again. Price seems to have gone up, $30 was with the GS discount. Things weren't dirty, but they weren't clean. For instance, had to wipe off the laundry table to fold clothes. Several of the machines were broke with no "out of order" signs available to put on them. Sites are level but close so we get to hear everything. Had a hard time sleeping with the general noise and bright lights. Good wifi except in the evening. Lots of cable channels. We camped here in a Motorhome.

On our site as soon as we walked out the door, there was the sewer, water & electric hookups for the site next to us. They need to clean up the place a bit. The pool & hot tub area needed cleaning. The water in the hot tub looked green. The cable worked fine. I thought the man who checked us in was a smart Alec. I mentioned the motel at end of the street has a campground at half the price, he said go stay there, he said the police are there all the time. We would try NOT to stay there again. This is a great campground, level and large sites. Easy access from I-40. $28.00 is with Good Sam rebate. Wi-Fi works very well and 48+ TV channels. We spent one weekday night here in early November and had a FHU, pull-through site with cable TV (50 channels). As with several parks on this trip, we were unable to connect to their WI-FI in the evening but were able to get on the next morning. Most sites are FHU, pull throughs with cable but there are some back-ins and some sites without cable. Most sites were a bit narrow but many were long enough to not unhook. There did appear to be quite a few extended stay or maybe permanent customers. The park is bordered on 2 sides by unoccupied land, another side by the interstate, and the final side by a road and a business. Why the previous reviewer called the neighborhood "questionable, I have no idea. There are several stores and eateries just across I-40. Except for the WI-FI, everything worked fine. We did not use the indoor pool or large laundry. I'd use this park again for just an overnight stop. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Based on the ratings and large ad in Good Sam book I was really disappointed in the visuals. The sites are so close together that our picnic table is butted against our neighbor's sewer connection. The grounds are clean enough, but the showers could be cleaned and renovated. Laundry equipment is old but in working order (and a real bargain). As stated in the ad, this park is right on the highway so there is a lot of traffic noise, and the neighborhood seems a little questionable. The restrooms and laundry are all card-keyed, probably for safety. Our cable box didn't work, and the front office didn't seem to care much, but fortunately our neighbor has satellite and allowed us to hook into his box. They provide free coffee, fresh muffins, and a newspaper, which is very nice and the cost, at $28 per night is a real bargain. I might stay here again if passing through. However, don't expect to enjoy sitting out in a lawn chair in this park. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Nice Park. Friendly staff. Stay an extra day and go and visit the National Monument at the Federal Building. Ask the staff the best way to get there and save parking fees. Get a free trolley ride on the way. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Although we issues receiving DirecTV and had a lousy picnic table, this was a great place to use as a base to visit OK City. We were parked by the office and indoor swimming pool. Don't know if that was park of our satellite problem. Cable was good, but we missed some of our "programs." They had a Bluegrass Festival over Labor Day weekend. Would be happy to return here. There was no one at the desk when we pulled in and with 103 degree heat. Had to wait and then he wasn't friendly nor seemed interested in his job. Every contact with him was the same. The park advertises trees, but it is basically a flat gravel/paved lot with trees that did not provide shade. Spaces were tight together. The location is great because it is close to shopping and restaurants. It was not clean and we would not stay there again. A quick overnight stay might not be bad and it is close to on and off freeway. Don't stay when it is really really hot. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Not sure why a previous review said the sites were wide. This is a gravel parking lot with narrow, short sites. The rude welcome when checking in got us off on the wrong foot and things went downhill once we pulled into the park. The office looks nice but that's where it ends. Very easy to get in and out of with a big rig. Down side is, the lack of trees makes for a very windy area. (We were here in April.) Mostly just gravel with a few trees, but wide, level, sites. Free cable TV, pool, hot tub. Great dog area. Live bison. Efficient and personable staff. VERY convenient to I-40 which makes for bad congestion at rush hour. No road noise. This park is right off the Interstate in western Oklahoma City. Across the Interstate from Camping World. Level all gravel pull-thru sites with lots of trees and no grass. Very dirty and dusty when the wind blows. Indoor heated swimming pool (heater not working) and hot tub. Good Wi-Fi when it works. We spent 8 nights here and the Wi-Fi worked 3 of those days. This was not a bad RV park considering it was in the middle of Oklahoma City. The inner roads were paved, and the sites were on gravel. The sites were pretty leveled and were a little tight (some more then others). The electricity was good. The bathrooms were clean but not appealing. We did not use them. The indoor pool and spa was a nice touch and very refreshing. Verizon air card and cell phone worked well here. This campground also had free Wi-Fi, but we did not use it. Part of the campground had long-term tenants but was well maintained. There was little road noise at night. The freeways were very chewed up and there was lots of road construction. We would come back to this park if we were in the neighborhood. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This place was fine for a 12 hour layover on our way home. It was a rainy, cold night and the park had huge puddles everywhere which made it difficult to navigate. The office was closed and did not offer a night check-in option. We paid up right after it opened and they were kind enough to charge us the "plain" rate even though our site had telephone and cable options since we needed to take the first open spot (see giant puddles above). The Wi-Fi had been out for 3 days so I didn't get a chance to use it. Not many easy places for the dogs to potty but they did get it done. Looked like they had some long-term residents. We saw a trailer with a wooden porch and a dog that was allowed in and out of the trailer into a pen. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Level gravel sites but watch for the high curbs on the end of each row! Sites are very close together so we didn't even try to lower our awning. Grounds don't look kept up as some other nicer parks can be & some of the lots with monthly renters look sloppy & cluttered. Lots of flies, maybe due to the Bison on the property. Water pressure not good & internet didn't work. We stayed a week and wished we'd have looked around for a better park. Probably not bad if just staying overnight; they do provide coffee & muffins. My wife hates it, but I think it's ok for overnighter. Just a big gravel lot, but some trees and all the amenities. It does have a pool, despite what others say, and a spa, both indoors. I did not use them, but they are there. The Wi-Fi is typical, slow and up and down. They do have cable TV, something nobody else in the area has, so you can watch Food and Bravo etc. Wouldn't be a bad spot if you're visiting the Bombing Memorial or other spots in town, but I've been to them before so just passing through. Stayed east of town at Choctaw KOA for the 10 year anniversary of the bombing in '05, and it is great. Loved it. This is ok. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The plugs are excessively worn and need to be replaced the operator of the park seemed unconcerned when I reported the issues and said just to find a site that worked. We had several problems with our RV that day and wound up staying until 5. They were very helpful and accommodating, and didn't make us pay extra. The pool and hot tub were wonderful! The lot is all gravel. They have a night registration where you can pull in late and see what's available and pay in the morning: no reservation required during off season. There is a very big commercial area just over the highway, (Rockwell is right off the highway). It was great to find some things including Starbucks, Radio Shack, Home Depot, Wal-Mart, and lots of food choices. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed here overnight. The showers and bathrooms were utilitarian, but clean. I agree with former post berating sewer hookups being next to picnic tables. It is on the outskirts of Oklahoma City. There is very casual, but friendly, staff. There is a gig dip (drainage?), that is hard to notice on way out that resulted in a few catcalls from the family on board. I thought I'd warn you. Not a bad park. I suggest that you pay the little extra for a pull-through to have a better site with breathing room. Sites are bi-directional, so utilities for adjoining sites are between the two units, and length of sites means that you actually have a sense of spaciousness even on the site that shares the utility island. Pool and spa are open until 9:00. Fire department only 3 minutes away and the firemen are very wonderful. But that's another story. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This campground is the only one we could find along I-40 in Oklahoma City and it was a big disappointment. The sites are all gravel with a few islands of grass. Our picnic table hung over our neighbor's sewer connection and the site was not wide enough for us to open our awning. There are lots of permanent residents. We did not use the pool or restrooms. We have been on the road for seven months and this is one of the worst campgrounds we stayed in. We would not come here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We paid the Good Sam discounted rate. The campground has large sites and trees. The cable TV hookup is wired only to every other campsite (see later comment). It has an indoor pool, and complimentary newspapers and coffee, and free muffins from 7:30-9 AM. When entering the office, we waited over 5 minutes for someone to appear. The staffer was polite but visibly unmotivated when signing us in. He neglected to tell us that we'd been put on a site with no cable (and had no cables to loan to reach an adjoining site). We also noted that at the bottom of the receipt we received was a statement reading, "WARNING: THIS PARK SUBJECT TO FLASH FLOODING." As there was a "dry" forecast for the next 24 hours, we decided to stay. We would have rated the campground a 9 if the customer service had equaled the facilities. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This is not a resort, but it certainly is better than other overnight spots we have used. If you wanted to explore the OKC area, this isn't a bad park. It's very easy to get to and to maneuver. The sites are long and level. The cable was okay until the cable company had a problem. The Wifi worked most of the time. The pool was clean, and when we were inside we didn't notice any noise from I-40. I wouldn't hesitate to use this park anytime in the area. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We have stayed at a lot nicer places than this one. Staff wasn't very friendly just OK. They allowed pets but no where to walk them. Restrooms were OK and we didn't use the pool but looked OK. I didn't like the sites but just stayed 3 nights wouldn't won't to stay very long. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Not a bad place to stay, you have some noise from the interstate since the park is located close to I40. The big plus we found here was Price's RV repair. They will come to the park and check out any repair you need and if possible repair your unit at the park. I wish more parks would try and get quality RV repair people to come out to their parks. It has easy access from I-40, Exit 143 (west of OKC). It is nice big open campground with lots of trees. We had to share cable TV with site next to us (We were glad we had a 100ft cable or we wouldn't have had TV). Sites were pull through and all gravel and pretty much level. The staff was very friendly. We received the Good Sam rate. There was free coffee, muffins and newspaper in the morning. We looked forward to a nice hot shower. The shower rooms were very clean but the men's did not have any hot water and very little pressure. The wife said her water got warm after about 10 minutes but still had little pressure. There was a second building with showers and they worked fine. The park says they have WIFI but I haven't found it yet. We used our wireless 881 air card instead. We would probably stay here again if we were in the area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park was recommended to us by another camper, and we spent two nights here because we wanted to shop in Camping World which is right across the road. Our site was clean and quiet, and we had no problems with cable and WiFi. We were also able to walk our dogs outside the park along the access road although you can walk anywhere as long as you pick up. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This park is right off the highway, but noise isn't bad. Access is good and sites are long and wide. The price includes excellent cable TV and Wi-Fi. We were near the office and the signal was usable but weak. I didn't see any other antennas, so if Wi-Fi is important let them know at check in. There are some permanent residents with junkie sites. Not fancy, but it is good for overnight stay. There is free coffee, muffins, and newspapers in the morning. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Although this park is conveniently located off I-40, we found the sites to be unkempt and dirty. Our site was littered with old rags, beer bottle caps, fallen branches and lots of leaves. We did get a pull-through site, as requested, but our cable TV connection was on the opposite side of the coach hookups (shared box next door with dual plug ins). The thin strip of grass used for the dog walk is covered with prickly burs which we had to consistently pull out of our dog's paws. OK for an overnight stay, but we would probably not stay here again in the future. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The park is easy to get into and out of from I-40. The staff was very friendly. The sites are level, pull-thru spaces, many of which would accommodate the largest RV. There are some trees, but we asked for a satellite space and had no difficulty getting TV off the roof. We were parked quite a distance from the office and, although I could see the wi-fi, was unable to connect to it. They have a great indoor pool and hot tub which I thoroughly enjoyed after a long day on the road. We would definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

The Good: park is very close to all of the attractions OKC has to offer. We stayed 2 weeks and did alot of sightseeing and never had to fill the gas tank on our tow vehicle. Free newspaper, coffee & muffins in the office every morning & staff is very helpful/friendly. McClains RV Superstore, which does service work & contains a Camping World is literally right across the freeway, along with a Walmart Superstore and large strip mall with lots of shops & restaurants. The Bad: Campground is right on Hwy 40 so it is very noisy. Sites are close together without much 'patio' room. The laundry facilities are clean but very old and in need of updating. Wi-fi worked intermitently and we were parked right at the office. We enjoyed OKC and if we return we would stay here again just for the convenience that this campground offers. Also, McClains does great work and we would recommend them for any service work you may need done on your rig. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park is just off I-40 West of Oklahoma City. The staff was helpful. Newspapers, muffins, and coffee are provided each morning in the office. Most sites are pull through. Some have shade trees. Great for over night stay. WiFi works good. Cable is good. Sites are not paved and I can see that it might be a problem with tracking in dirt especially if it rains. Staff friendly. It appears to be an older park with lots of permanent people. But on this night the available over night sites were filled up quickly. We over-nighted, and were not in the park much because we visited our daughter and family in their motel, but I was very impressed with how clean the park was and how easy it was for these "newbies" to get parked and set up. Even though it had recently rained, and there was some water standing, it was not in the RV sites, nor was it a problem. The location was very convenient, and although close to the interstate, we did not experience any highway noise. Office staff was not "overly friendly," but not rude, either. The homemade muffins and coffee were a nice touch. We did not use any of the amenities (showers, swimming pool/hot tub, laundry), but we look forward to staying here again so that we can experience more that this campground has to offer. We will definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

I give this park best marks for its staff. They were kind enough to let us stay over a few hours when we had an appointment in town, and they also let us use the wi-fi a day after we checked out. The wi-fi is better than most we've experienced in RV parks. They are also very close to Camping World, Walmart, Home Depot, Texas Roadhouse and a bunch of other stores and restaurants. Like any other, this park has it's pros and cons. THE PROS: heated indoor pool and hot tub, full hookups, free coffee and muffins, discount tickets to area attractions, relatively level sites. THE CONS: extremely low water pressure (35 psi), staff isn't overly friendly (which has been mentioned in other reviews), sites are pretty tight (ours was less than 21 feet wide), traffic noise from the interstate is noticable and constant (but not to the point of being bothersome). WE WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park has the feeling of a gravel parking lot with paved streets. The indoor pool was clean and so was the hot tub. The highway noise can be heard, but didn't seem to create a problem for us, as the road was only 1/4 mile away. Depending on what Rv you have, you will hear the trucks. The sites are mostly side to side, with some back-ins. The management was not overly friendly, but answered all questions and seemed to care about the customers in the park. Not all sites have cable TV or phone service. The free wifi was very sporadic and not all sites can receive the signal. It would be a strong signal, then without warning drop off to nothing. Glad we were not paying for it as we would have been very ticked off. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

If all your going to do is pull in and sleep, then this park is ok. Big huge parking lot with some trees. Sites are pretty close together. Staff isn't overly friendly. Laundry facilities work good. They don't watch what comes into their park. We had people coming and knocking on our doors trying to sell stuff. The pool didn't look like anything that I wanted to swim in, didn't look very clean. They say they have WiFi, but if your not parked right behind their office your not getting it. It is easy access on and off I-40 and to eating places, Walmart, Camping World, etc... While the park advertises free wireless internet access, this is only available by using your computer in the office or at the swimming pool between certain hours of the day. The ad for the park was very misleading, and it led me to believe that wireless internet was available at each site. While there are many sites, I had the feeling that I was in a gigantic parking lot. I will not come back here. In fact, I checked out to find another park. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We live two hours away in a small town. This park is by I-40 easy on-off. We like it because we are close to Oklahoma City and all it has to offer for restaurants and shopping. Great for overnight stopping. People are very friendly. Indoor heated pool, 10 person hot tub which we love. Game rooms, meeting rooms, private showers, clean bathrooms, free coffee, continental breakfast. Level sites. 2 blocks from RV sales, repair and parts store. We camped here in a camper.

Rate reflects GS discount. $40 per night otherwise; a little pricey in our opinion. However, it's a nice full service park. The sites are level, but as previously stated, they do drop off in front and back. The park is terraced. The park was very clean, and there were several staff persons working. No litter or animal droppings that I saw. Leash rule appears enforced. Electric steady, water pressure good, and the Wi-Fi was fast and steady. Many longer term campers, but sites were mostly neat and clean. They offer fresh made pizza through the office. There is a nice little store and pool, but it's drained. Not sure if that was for seasonal. Also a horseshoe pit, little mini golf course, fitness room, and laundry. Rated this park down a little because of the freeway noise. It's very loud 24/7. Park sits in the cross between I-44/I-35. We would stay here again if necessary but would try for a quieter environment first. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Nice well kept RV Park. Sites are mostly cement pads and are flat/level but sites drop off for your truck or tow vehicle. There are some gravel roads and gravel sites. Location is a mile to the Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum. Everyone I talked to at the front desk were very friendly. Rate is based on weekly charge. This park is our home park when in Oklahoma City. We love the proximity to family. The park has very good overnight sites and fair monthly sites. The amenities are decent but some need improving ASAP as this park stays busy all year. The restrooms and showers are excellent. The store is good. The club room is very comfortable with lots of activities for everyone. The laundry is woefully inadequate for a park of this size and hopefully they will improve soon. The water pressure was low but I don't know if that's the fault of the park or the city. Sadly, the hot tub is only open in the summer. It should be open year round. The rate listed reflects the average for a month's stay. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This Good Sam daily rate was based on a week stay. Easy access to this resort from the freeway and convenient to attractions around the city. There are partial paved streets with cement pads for level sites. Cable TV and WiFi were included in this rate and worked good. This resort has approximately 100 full-time residents living and working here so the traffic is busy from early morning to later evening.The swimming pool and hot tub were drained when we arrived and weren't told about this when we phoned for ammenities provided. Bathrooms, showers,laundry very well and well maintained by staff. Various hosts work the front desk at this resort and friendly although one older gentleman wasn't interested in answering my questions about shopping, attractions and was rude to the point of walking away. We felt safe in this park and would probably come back again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Destination park in the suburbs of Oklahoma City. Easy, well-marked access off I-44 or 1-35. Close to many attractions in the area. Friendly office staff. Good paved interior roads with level concrete, long sites with room to maneuver. Lots of room for slides with shade trees . Utilities conveniently located and worked properly with good 50 amp service. Good, free Wi-Fi. Strong cell phone signal. Good cable TV and off air signal. Clean showers and laundry rooms. Park has an “urban” feel to to with lots of traffic noise and bright lights from the nearby horse racing track. Lots to do in the well-maintained clubhouse and store. Propane sold on site. Very clean well groomed park. Sites are far to close together. Parking is a breeze even with quite steep grades yet the site itself is very level. Check in was courteous, professional and fun after a long days drive!! Trees should be trimmed higher so as not to rub RV rooves. Any positive perception of this park is soon turn negative with the constant noise from I-44 so prices should reflect this terrible distraction not the exorbitant fee they charge even with the GS discount. Rate paid reflects Good Sam/FMCA discount of 10%. If you're wondering why this campground has no photos of campsites on their website, wonder no more. It's terribly hilly, with some amazing slants for tow or towing vehicles, although the actual pad for the camper is level (cement). Sites are reasonably spaced, some with more privacy and territory than others. Campsites on the north side of the campground are literally feet away from and below I-44. Highway noise is constant. There are 4 washers and 4 dryers in the laundry room for this large park, so we had to find a laundromat elsewhere in town to meet our needs. We were visiting family in the area, but might choose another park in the future. We understand the park is open year round, and apparently there are many full-time residents who work at the nearby casino. Great RV Park. Bathrooms were pretty clean (a small amount of mold in the showers, but I've stayed in high end hotels that were in the same shape). The entire place is very well kept. The only problem was even though I made my reservation 2 months in advance and advised them that I had a large 5th wheel rig, they put me in such a small pull through spot that the RV and the truck wouldn't fit. Luckily, the folks in the huge pull through next to us with their tiny trailer let me park my truck behind their RV. I will stay here again, but I will call a few days in advance and will demand a large enough spot for my 5th Wheel. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Easy to get to this park and it is a nice place. Many of the sites are too hilly but we had a long-level pull through for a one night stay. All paved and nice facilities. The negatives: no sign to tell you which entrance to enter, laundry room too small, full of permanent residents, highway noise galore. Our biggest problem was with a lady on the staff. We called ahead to reserve a site and were immediately told to hold on. She put the phone down on the desk so we could hear the conversation at the check in area, how unprofessional! Then, she forgot about us and after about 10 minutes of waiting and actually shouting hello to get her attention, she started to dial the phone to make a call! My husband shouted that someone was on the line and then she responded. He let her know she had forgotten us and tried to hand the phone to me to make reservations. At that time she was abrupt and just took our last name from him and said to come on in. She obviously did not want to talk on the phone as if we were bothering her. We hung up wondering if we would have a reserved site or not. When we arrived the next day, we found that she did not print up a reservation as she literally took no information from us beforehand. Although we were pleasant and did not mention the phone call, she was rude when we arrived and handed us over to her husband. He was very nice and gave us an excellent site so we could stay hooked up. She acted like they were doing us a favor to let us stay! Obviously, this is a work camper who does not like people or her job. This was absolutely the worst reservation/call experience we have ever had and we are full time. Despite the negatives, this is the nicest, newest park we have seen in the area and we would stay again. Big rigs, make sure you request a level, non-hill site. We can not rate this park any higher due to all the negatives. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park is very clean and shows it. The site we had, 67, was semi level cement, had green grass and trees. The Wi-Fi worked great, satellite signal was good, but the site was by the entrance street. (The morning noise was bad.) The staff was friendly and we would stay here again. The store is limited, and there seems to be a lot for kids to do. A portion of the park looks like San Francisco, Ca. The site is flat on the upper portion for your RV, then the front of the site drops off and your toad is parked on a good incline. It's something to see. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a very nice park well located to access the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum and the mall. The rate reflects a AAA discount. The park is paved with nice landscaping. It has adequate WI-Fi and cable. The bathrooms are modern and clean. The location is between a busy road and I-44, so if road noise is bothersome you may want to look elsewhere. The campground was quiet with a few barking dogs that were addressed by management when brought to their attention. The staff was friendly and efficient upon check in. We would stay here again. We spent a few nights in this park and have stayed here several times before. It was a clean park, some traffic noise from the two nearby highways (I-35 and I-44). The front desk help was not the most accommodating we have ran into, but are kind people. Mostly paved areas with a few gravel roads and spots on the edges of the park. They have a new swimming pool (free for RV + 2 guests and don't forget your armbands or they will be telling you to trek across the RV park to get them even if your just sitting at the pool watching your children), 18 hole miniature golf ($6.50 adults - $3.50 children) and a new workout room. Very nice park. The only issue is the fact that they want you to wear wristbands to use the pool. I understand you do not want neighborhood kids in the pool, but wristbands are not the solution. This is an overall nice RV park. Some of the driveways and parking areas were concrete. Where we stayed was gravel. There is a really nice swimming pool, a brand new mini golf, ping pong, 2 pool tables, TV, fireplace, small kitchen, grocery area, basketball, etc. They have bikes to rent. A couple of spots have a nice view of downtown. It is pet friendly. The staff helped us with a couple of things we didn't know how to do since we were first timers at this RV thing. We have camped here twice before and thought it to be a good park, however we did not encounter any problems previously. The first night we camped here, a tree fell on our trailer. We have to agree with other comments, staff was rude. We were told we could not stay until our insurance paid to fix our trailer. The WiFi is fair but disconnected at 7 pm every day. We were assigned site E43, one of the newer close together gravel sites, for the same fee as the spacious concrete sites. The newer sites did not have picnic tables and our site had a fire pit just two feet from our door step. The tornado warning sirens sounded that evening. We went to the advertised storm shelter and discovered it could only hold a small fraction of the guests. The shelter air quickly became uncomfortable due to the lack of ventilation. Many of the concrete pad sites have steep exit and entrance ramps with many scrape marks. The dumpsters were overflowing. The remaining facilities were very good to excellent. We will not stay here again We camped here in a Motorhome.

We agree with the previous review about the stench from the garbage dumpsters. There was so much garbage that someone took a front end loader and smashed the garbage down into the dumpster as it was falling out all over the ground. There are 90 full time residents in this park with lots of kids running through all of the sites and yelling. Aside from road noise, kid noise and unbelievable odor from the garbage, I guess it's ok to stay for one night. We hope we will never have to stay here again. One good point--the WiFi was very strong. We were told to leave our trash at the front of the site and it would be picked up. It was not, so we had to actually walk close to the stinking garbage dumpster. The owner is on site building a miniature golf course. You would think he would see all of these things and correct them. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a nice park in Oklahoma City. The grounds are well kept. However, the park is right next to the interstate. Highway noise is always present. My chief complaint and the reason for the 5 rating is the smell of garbage from the dumpster is overpowering in the 90 degree temperatures. We arrived on a Wednesday and the dumpsters were full. I asked at the office about the stench and was informed the garbage is picked up once a week, and would not be picked up until the next Monday. If you come here ask for a spot upwind from the dumpsters. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is by far the best RV park in Oklahoma City and one we visit often because our kids live in OKC. This year a putt-putt course was installed which gives the kids something more to do. They have a pool and playground and also rent bicycles. It is a pet friendly park but there is no fenced area for them to run. The office help can be very friendly or very rude, depending on who you get. It is close to Remington Park, the Zoo, Omniplex, and Western Heritage Museum (Cowboy Hall of Fame). The traffic noise is bothersome during the day, but not so much at night. We recommend this park over any other park in town. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Nice park with a new feel to it. Friendly hosts and the campground store and lodge has a lot to offer. But they don't sell firewood, even though the sites have pits. The pool was closed this time of year and that would've certainly added to our enjoyment. My one complaint is that they put us in a slice of a site which was practically located in the parking lot. Seems like there are plenty of seasonal/regulars here and if you're a visitor your treated as such. Someone was kind enough to let us know the area of our site my kids were rolling around on was a favorite of all the local dog walkers. Had I known I would've asked for a different site. This park has received some rave reviews, which we cannot endorse. Yes, it looks great - nicely paved internal roads and concrete pads, heated pool, game room, etc - but the traffic noise coming from both the interstate and the frontage road is nearly incessant and very annoying. And there's no escaping it. Additionally, although nicely paved and appointed, some of the sites are situated on some very difficult inclines, making it difficult for some big rigs and long 5th wheel combinations to maneuver. This in not a park that I would elect to stay at for longer than a night or two as I passed thru OKC. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is by far the nicest RV park in Oklahoma City. This is not the typical "parking lot" campground. There is adequate space between sites with grass, trees, fire rings, and tables. The pool and hot tub are a new addition this year with a beautiful waterfall. Outside facilities include a large pavilion, shuffle board, horse shoes, and recumbent bikes for rent. This is a hard park to rate. Some parts of it are a 10 and some parts are a 5. They have many nice level sites that are concrete, however, only overnight or very short term visitors get these. We were here for a month and the first site they assigned us was a disaster. We pulled into it and the rear of the trailer almost drug on the concrete. There was no way I could crank down the rear jacks. We ended up in a gravel back-in site that was OK but nothing special. Basically, if you are here for a month or more or are not friends with the owner, you get a gravel back-in site. Fortunately the water pressure was good and also the voltage was good and the site was level side to side so it was a fairly good site. All said we would probably stay here again, but try to get a better site. The rate reflects a monthly rate. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Laundry room is way too small (4 washers, 4 dryers) for a park of this size and with this many long-term residents. Showers also in short supply (there are only two) and a long way from many parts of the park. Most parks this size have a second bath house/laundry. They would do well to convert some of the space devoted to pool and ping-pong tables to showers and laundry. Overall park looks great: paved roads, concrete sites, grass, trees and nice landscaping everywhere else. Sites have small patio with 3’ x 3’ metal table, but no chairs. Sites also have fire pits. I would not have wanted to use ours, as it was about 8 feet from our neighbor’s truck, but most did not have this problem. There is some noise from the interstate, which is about 100 yards from the north edge of the park. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Tell you what: this is a great campground for OKC. The grounds are beautiful: concrete pads, well-kept grass, utilities all good. The main building/office/shop/pool area and bathrooms were all top-notch. The only issue was that the entire campsite is built into a bowl-shaped hill with a highway above it. Most of the sites are level but have a hill down and off the site onto the roadway. If you are long with a toad be sure you get a site long enough for it. Fairly easy to get to (with a GPS of course) although the signs are obvious. This a beautiful park, with shade trees, and spacious level concrete sites with adjoining green space for each. The midsize park is hilly in a cute way, but laid out nicely for about any kind of rig your using. The centrally located washrooms/pool office area is easily walkable from anywhere. This place is a "resort" and so you can expect a bit of luxury in your surroundings. We would recommend this place to anyone who ventures near. We Canadians truly appreciate this kind of treatment on a long trip. Staff were great and accommodating. We'll be back. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here for our 1st visit as an overnight stay, part of a longer trip out West. We were very pleased pull-thru site that easily accommodated our 38 ft rig (all sites appeared to be pull-thru actually). All sites were full concrete pad with full hook-ups (including double sewer) and all roads were paved. The sites were spacious with considerable effort to maintain trees for shade. There was a sparkling clean pool, kiddie water fountain, hot tub and playground right off the main office. There was also a very large covered area with grills available for large groups or families. We used the commercial dryers for bathing suits & towels without difficulty. The very few cons of this park were: no picnic tables at each site, no enclosed dog park or designated dog walk area and no visible street signs. Overall, this was an excellent park which we'd highly recommend. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Great access to major interstates, clean facilities and great neighbors. Indifferent owner has some (not all) people working there who are unable to provide any help or guidance whatsoever. Owner is NOT customer friendly; my outdoor water hose has been cracked for over a month and he couldn't be more disinterested. NO communication whatsoever in this regard; I had to pump water into my freshwater tank daily to use and, while this wouldn't have to be a problem, the freshwater tank froze due to extended periods of cold. That said, I had NO running water. We then elected to hook up to the water faucet behind our rig; it took about 60' of hose, though, and we had to heavily insulate it so it, too, wouldn't freeze. The part got ordered and has been in the owner's office for about two weeks. In all likelihood we won't be back. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is an excellent park to use as an overnight stop or a visit to Oklahoma City. WiFi and water was good. They are in process of adding an exercise room and pool. They were also very helpful in finding a knowledgeable serviceman to come onsite to fix our hot water heater problem in the MH. As all the reviews state, this park is really nice, and we found the counter folks to be very friendly. We stayed two nights and had no problems what so ever. Yes, some of the lots are steep in their approach, but the center of the sites are level. Unhooking a 5ver might be an issue in the east end of the park. I agree that this is the nicest RV park we have found in the area. The drawback to staying here long term is the traffic noise on the interstates. The park is in the corner of adjoining roads and has noise from both of them. We ran the A/C units even though it was winter, just to cover the noise with fan noise. All roads are black top except the far west area, and most sites are concrete. The grass is nicely maintained and is on a watering system. We use this park every time we are in OK City !!! We camped here in a Motorhome.

Price reflects Good Sam discount for a pull through site. Park is well kept with mostly concrete pads and shade trees that could present a problem for satellite reception. We got a good Verizon signal and did not try the WiFi, but did enjoy the cable TV. There were fire rings but no picnic tables. As other reviewers have mentioned there are some sites with significant slopes in or out where rigs have dragged and lots of highway noise. Generally we enjoyed our stay and would return. We were here for a rally. This is an exceptionally nice RV park that is well designed and has some of the cleanest restrooms we've seen anywhere. The rec rooms suited our purposes very well and the staff is nice. The CATV and WiFi systems worked well for us. The negatives are that there is lots of freeway noise at all hours of the day and night and the location is quite some distance from shopping. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Very nice place to stay. We're here for three nights in October. They put us in a site that sort of feels like it's in a traffic island, so no privacy. We are right up front with people coming and going all the time, but it's a nice enough site, with a concrete pad. Nice clubhouse with super-clean restrooms and showers. The campground in general is very pretty and picturesque, with lots of trees and grassy areas as well as the fountains. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very new and attractive park with nice sites. Wonderful location for attractions and good staff service. Would have given a higher rating if it had not been for the extremely busy and loud roadways surrounding the park. In addition, there were too many loud motorcycles coming and going from the park. So, if we came to OK City again, we would probably seek out a quieter park. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed here for three nights and the park is convenient to local attractions as well as Interstate 44 and 35. The park would have gotten a higher rating except for the fact it borders I-35 which, if your a light sleeper, could present problems. Also lots of grass which gets watered at least twice daily along with your RV. 50amp electrical was great as was the water pressure. Staff in the store were friendly and the store was well stocked with essentials and some RV supplies. If this is your first time through this part of the country be aware of Spring storms. They don't call it tornado alley for nothing. The lady in the office said last May a big storm came thru with large hail that caused considerable damage to RV's in the park. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is supposedly the premier park in OKC but being located in the apex of the intersection of I-35 and I-44 with an extremely busy surface street forming the triangle made for an extremely noisy stay, 24/7 road noise. Park is on a side hill with a number of pull throughs where anything over a 10’ travel trailer would certainly high center. Wi-Fi might as well have been non existent. All in all, a forgettable stay and park to which we will not return. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park is located in a very convenient location. The paved sites were level. Picnic tables were located on cement pads. The property is well maintained. The staff was courteous and very well informed. A shuttle is available when you stay here. The wide paved roads afforded us easy entry and exit to our site. Propane gas is available in the park. The National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum is a short distance from the park. You must take time to visit this unique museum. These people know how to design and operate an RV resort. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We stay here every time we pass through the area. It is one of the nicest RV Parks in the US that is still an RV Park. There are no Park Models or Mobile Homes here, although there are lots of people living in their RV's, it still gives you the RV Park look that most RV Parks are missing today. This is one of the best RV parks to stay at in Oklahoma City. It is a beautiful park, with plenty of grass and trees. Most sites allow generous space between you and your neighbors. The WI-FI is excellent and fast. It is close to OKC zoo, museums, and Coyboy Hall of Fame. There is only one men shower stall, and only one women shower stall in the entire park. These are located at the clubhouse. If you're not close to the clubhouse then you'll have to walk a ways. And if someone else is using the shower, then you'll have to wait. Likewise, there is only one men bathroom (with only one stall), and only one women bathroom, again these are at the clubhouse. Laundry room is at clubhouse. There is no swimming pool, as indicated on website map. Trash is picked up each morning in front of your camp site, which is necessary, since the only dumpsters are also at the clubhouse. Customer service is fair. The owner is always very friendly, but he now is in the back room of office area. The folks who now check you in are sometimes nice, but on occasion they can be rude. They will sometimes squeeze you into as small a space as they can, and then state that upcoming rally's are the reason. All sites are level, some gravel, but most are concrete. There are extreme slopes of entry/exit to many of the sites, especially on the east side of park. This can make it difficult to hitch/unhitch if you've a travel trailer or 5th wheel. They now offer Direct TV which is nice. Freeway traffic is loud at the upper levels of the park, and not so loud a lower portions. Dog friendly park, but no dog run. It is a nice environment to walk your dog around, though. Overall a fairly nice park if you're staying in Oklahoma City. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Beautiful park that's taken care of, they even come by to pick up your trash in the morning. Most sites are very spacious-some are concrete, some gravel. We looked at several RV parks in Oklahoma City and by far this is the most attractive-lots of trees & grass. Very nice people at the front desk, they even have a shuttle & bike rentals. Sites are mostly concrete, although the outer sites are still gravel and are for the long termers mostly. The elevation changes makes for some unusual site approaches and exit, some very steep. The level area area is just adequate for a big rig. For the price it's the best park in the OK City area. The cable TV station channel selection is very limited and consists of some unusual stations: of the ESPN's for example, they only offer ESPN-U. The WiFi is fairly good and holds the signal well. When back in the area we'll stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

If you just want a nice place to park, this place is fine. The center part of the park is nice with the concrete pads, which is better than the gravel area we were in. Our check in was strictly "give me the money and get out of the office" attitude. We felt like they really did not appreciate my business like most RV parks do. This park is great, especially for the price! A portion of the park has paved roads and concrete sites (this is where we stayed), while a portion has gravel roads and sites. It is true that the interstate runs right beside the park, but if you ask for a "pond view" site, you will get put in the front of the park, where road noise is a little less. It did not bother us anyway, since we were running our AC. They DO have cable TV now (newly installed), so don't let that confuse you like it did us. Easy access to all OKC sights and several casinos about 30 minutes away. We would return anytime we are in this area. WiFi worked GREAT and Verizon air card had a strong signal. This is a beautiful campground at first glance. Older people in the office didn't get our name right when we called for a reservation, but we were able to get in. Sites are hilly, with center part level for RV, and tow vehicle at the end of site heading uphill or downhill. No pet walk, and rules said not to let your pet go on the shrubs or trees! Easy on and off interstate which means the road noise is intense, especially for those sites right next to it. Not a real problem for us because it was hot and A/C was on. Near Cowboy Museum but across town from other attractions: Stockyard City, Bricktown and OK Memorial but the interstates take you to those places in just a few minutes. The Memorial was especially well done and meaningful and the cattle auctions (Monday and Tuesday only) in Stockyard City were very interesting. The campground is very neat and the sites are exceptionally wide. We were on concrete with a grass sideyard: nice. Roads were wide and easy to maneuver in our 45' motorhome. The only drawback is that there are no picnic tables, but only wooden reels from cables which aren't really useful. WiFi signal was strong but didn't always keep the connection to the internet. BBQ fans: it's close to County Line BBQ. Would definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Nice campground, everything is concrete, but campsite in on a hill and sites are kind of like a terrace. Site's were level. Check in went fine.Just make sure you read the direction's carefully. The direction's in TL directory are confusing. East 63rd street stops at MLK Blvd and then starts up again about one hundred yard to the south. Even with the directions, I would stay here again. Nice park: we had a 2 night stay. The staff was courteous and helpful. We had a pull through site with a concrete pad. We disconnected the toad by the office, and were glad we did!! Although our site for the RV was level, the toad area was VERY sloped, we would not have been able to easily disconnect at our site. The park is fairly new, so you would think that the hookups would be logical: no. You will need to position the RV, depending on the length of e/w/s cords and hoses. Poor planning, but the hookups are in good working order. The cable TV was very clear, but there was not a large selection of channels. WiFi is still being "worked on", but we had a good Verizon signal and used our aircard. The cg offers free shuttle rides to the cowboy museum (great - plus excellent lunch buffet), a very nice touch. Stayed here overnight. Couldn't find anything available on I-40 so took the quick ride up to I-44. Easy access, easy and short ride back to I-40. Well worth the slight detour. Clean, very pretty RV Park. Site was level and cement, with good space between. Has full hookups. We have 40 ft 5th wheel and had no trouble with access in and out or in park. Great value, located next to the Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum (don't miss this... the fine art collection was a great surprise). OKC zoo is nearby as well. This is a clean park with lots of amenities. Pavement and gravel everywhere. Restrooms were large and first rate. Big rec room with 2 big screen TVs. Only negative: They were "working" on their Wi-Fi... (I've heard that before!) and converting it to high speed. It drove me nuts, kicking me offline every 10 minutes. If Wi-Fi is important, make sure their changeover to high speed is complete. [I'd rate this place a 10, but for the frustrating Wi-Fi.] We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This is one of my favorite overnight RV Parks. Although it is a little noisy being so close to the Interstate it is not a problem for me. It is also very convenient being so close to the Interstate. I paid $28.80 with a Good Sam discount. The park is expanding so there was ongoing site construction on one side of the park. The sites are all good sized with plenty of grass in between sites. Most sites have concrete pads. The restroom/showers were extremely clean and maintained. Good Wi-Fi and cable connection. Plenty of room for walking pets. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a modern, well-maintained, and clean campground. Park is well manicured; grass on sites is cut short. There are shade trees in this campground. It was a great location for four nights. It’s close to The Oklahoma City Museum and Memorial and the Cowboy Museum. Roads are paved; some sites have full concrete pads others have a patio pad. This campground is pricey for what it has to offer. No matter where you are in the campground, you hear the highway traffic. In addition, they advertise cable but you can only get about 10 channels. You can’t get ESPN, ESPN2, FOX, CNN, etc. You get basic cable only, i.e, local channels. We were able to get good satellite reception. Also, there are no picnic tables. They give you a cable spool table to use as a picnic table. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a beautiful park with wide spacing between pads (concrete) and lots of trees. All facilities are new and everything works--Wi-Fi, cable, electrical, etc. Well manicured and lots of grass and oak trees. They even have a free shuttle bus to take you to and from Oklahoma City attractions. One of the nicest laid out parks I've ever been in, with terraced topography. Right in the middle of America, we intend to make this a permanent stopover as we go back and forth between Idaho and the east coast. Sure there are roads nearby, but I have all my coach windows open as I type this and its hardly a concern. Parks don't get much better than this and for $28 its a steal. This is an extraordinary park with lots of room for big rigs. It is clean and inviting with well paved roads. The pull thru sites are roomy, shaded, level, and paved with spacious, grassed areas between. The back-ins are at the perimeter of the park and are closer to the highway. A nicely maintained park, with lots of trees, nice employees, and cable TV hookups are suppose be coming very soon. Dog potty bags are provided. The showers, bathrooms and laundry rooms are clean. There are concrete pads for daily and weekly and gravel for monthly sites ($550 mo). I-44 is on the north side and 63rd Street on the south side of the property, make this a noisy place to stay. A bicycle and laundry were stolen from our neighbor. It was also reported that a motorcycle was stolen during the same time. We stayed 30 days. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a very nice, well maintained RV park. A lot of the sites are terraced on the gently sloping hills. All sites have concrete pads and plenty of shade. I agree in part with some of the other comments. Camping is such an individual enjoyment . The road sounds were no problem for us. Since we were running the air conditioning almost all the time, we didn't even hear it. The back site was perfect for us because it gave our dog more area to investigate without bothering others. I found the office staff very nice and the grounds could not be cleaner. The many trees provided havens for birds and shade for the campers. We were here for the softball tournament which was only one mile away. All the 'city' entertainment was within a very few miles with a large shopping center a short distance. We got their last spot at Memorial weekend. They were next to their exit and - also several other sites are - very close to a busy road - no fences. There is also a Highway on the other side of this campground, so it is a very noisy place! The clubhouse is nice, but the sites are small and there´s only little space for your own chairs etc. - no tables or benches present. They don´t have a pool either and because of all these circumstances I can NOT suggest this place - especially not for families . If you chose this campground anyway, try to check out the map and try to get a site in the middle. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a beautiful park with concrete pads at each site, though make sure you get one that fits your rig. Two major draw backs, though. 1) VERY spotty wi-fi. Wife was unable to stay connected and it was a very weak signal. We were across from the office. 2) Being an in city camp ground, the road noise was very bad. Interstate on one side, busy street on the other. The clubhouse was big and empty. People at the desk were friendly. Good water pressure. Had two sewer drains at my site, very handy. Site was level and easy to get into and out of. Lots of shaded sites. We stayed next to the "twin fountain pond" and we could hear the fountain and bull frogs at night, when the traffic died down. We have stayed here before and will stay here again although it is priced too high for a park that does not have cable tv or a pool. It is close to the highway and you have to keep your windows closed at night to sleep. The lots are designed with the electric on the end towards the front of your RV. We don't carry 50 ft of 50 amp cord so we had to use 2 30 amp cords to reach the electric. The lots are fairly level as long as you stay in the center of the lot. It is a nice place to stay to visit OKC. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is an absolutely beautiful RV park! The sites are spaced nicely with many trees and nice hills to make someone feel as though they are out in the woods somewhere, even though you're right in the middle of a city. The restrooms were large and very clean and the laundry room was spacious and had plenty of washers and dryers. The down sides: no cable, Wi-Fi stopped working and no one in the office could figure it out. We would stay again when visiting Oklahoma City. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a nice park. At our site, W11, we had excellent WIFI and excellent water pressure. Setting up the satellite dish could be a problem at some sites because of the trees and the power lines along the road. The park sits on a hill and there is a pretty good slope as you drive into the sites and as you exit the sites. Our pad was level and there were two sewer connections, one at the back of the site and one more to the middle. The park’s location at the intersection of two interstates made it easy to get around the city. The price reflects a weekly rate. I would encourage the park to have recycling available for its guests. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is generally a nice park, but overpriced. The monthly rate is $549.00 which is about $150 more than other local sites. There is also a water problem that the owner seems reluctant to fix. Water is an orange color from the outside line. This coloration stained the pex pipe in my new 5th wheel, ruined 2 white hoses, and clogged my kitchen faucet. The owner said it has been like that for 2 years. I don't think this is healthy. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

One of the nicest parks we have ever stayed at. We were planning on staying just overnight, but after finding that the truck had mechanical problems after stopping, we spent the next 7 days. The staff could not of been more helpful in trying to help us in any manner possible while our truck was being fixed. The campground is extremely clean, well located to all the area attractions (we saw them all), and easy to access from the interstate. The only reason this camp doesn't get a 10 is because it is right on the interstate. Our campsite was 50 feet from the roadway. Had we been on the south end I think it would have been quieter. It is a very beautiful camp. There are many trees and much shade in the park. The bathrooms and showers are very clean. WiFi worked well. This park has come a long way in the past 2 years. We stay here about every 4 months for a month.They have raised their monthly prices this year and I think they are way over priced. $549.50 is a bit much for the area and on the interstate, with a lot of noise on the back side of the park. We refuse to stay at the back of the park as it is too noisy 24/7. The wi-fi finally works well. We have heard a lot of complaints from big rigs on getting into some of the sites. The office staff is ok and the owner is there every day. They do have problems on scheduling sites. I would advise calling if you have made reservations and make sure you get the site you requested. Over all it is the best park in Oklahoma City and they do have a beautiful office area and covered patio for reunions etc. Also have kitchen facilities. We will always stay here when we are in town. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a very nice park in the NE corner of Oklahoma City. All sites are paved and level, although the front and rear approaches to the pads generally were not. This can make hooking up or unhooking a trailer tricky. The sites have dual sewer hookups, which is nice. They have a small playground. The park appears to cater more to the retiree/full-timer crowd, so no organized children's activities. They had good Wi-Fi. The only negatives are there are no picnic tables at the sites and the lack of cable TV. Although Oklahoma City has many broadcast TV stations, I would have expected cable in a park of this caliber. Overall, a very nice park. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Beautiful RV park in Oklahoma City, Park is right off of I-44 and I-35, nice wide roads, long paved sites. Some sites look to have steep exits, but the overnight spots are level. Excellent water pressure and electric. Nice layout, most sites with there own yard, mainly young trees in park, but nicely trimmed. Highway noise is minimal, casinos nearby. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Checking in staff didn't know what sites were available. Had to send a young kid to check for sites. We asked for a site for a 40 ft., explaning we were LOW to the ground. They gave us a Very steep site, so unlevel we dragged our muffler clamps going in and ripped our rock guard OFF going out. They double parked a smaller Handi capped van on the site next to us (cross wise). The lady was in a wheel chair (felt sorry for the older couple). Called the park to let them know about the site so this wouldn't happen to anyone else, and the gentleman said THINGS LIKE THAT HAPPEN! We were having work done on the motorhome in Ok City . This is first and last time for our stay at this park. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The rate is based on a Good Sam discount. This park is relatively new and there are definitely some good things about it. However, there are some downfalls that brought down our rating. On the positive side, the staff was very friendly. The store is well stocked and the clubhouse is large and nice. The restrooms were very clean, the showers had a dressing room and was clean. The laundry room looked OK, but I did not use it or go into it. The door was locked and I only looked through the window. There is a nice covered patio in the back of the office. They offer a shuttle service to many of the attractions in the area. There are two sewers - one at the front and one at the back of the site. I thought the sites were decent size and you were not on top of your neighbor. Wi-Fi connection was free and excellent. On the down side, there was no direction as to where to park while we registered. They had our reservation wrong even though I had a record of calling and changing the number of nights we were going to stay. Some of the sites had a sloped approach. They were cement pads but the slope made it a bit difficult to get level. Our toad was parked on the slope. The pamphlet given out at check in says there is a weight room and pool. Neither have been completed yet. If it is warm and you want to sleep with the windows open, there could be quite a bit of traffic noise. We would probably stay here again even though there was a downside. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This RV park is listed as one of the diamonds of I-40, A very dull diamond. It has new cement pads but poorly laid out and hard to get into. Its stated as big rig friendly but I think the only reason you see them there is because of the low rent fee. Very loud traffic noise 24/7. We will not be back. We camped here in a Motorhome.

WiFi worked good after they had it re-set. Pads are a little odd for pulling in and out --we had to back out and hook the toad in the street. Laundry not all it should be for a park like this. A little noisy but livable if you are not outside a lot. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a new campground and extremely well maintained. The roads are paved with concrete pads. It is very convenient to I-40. All the sites are close together on hilly terrain, but the pads are level. The park is big rig friendly with an escort to your site. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Great location. Hard to find. Very nice campground and plenty of room for my 45' Only negative thing I can say is that some of the entrances to the parking slab are steep. Watch out for dragging in the back. You could stay here forever and not see everything. Everything is easy to get to, and from, the campground. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is probably the finest RV park within four hundred miles. WiFi problem mentioned by others has been fixed. Lots of shade with asphalt roads and cement pads and patios. A few of the pull-thrus have steep exits and may not be good for actually pulling through. We understand that a lot of new sites are being added soon. They have a shuttle service to many of the near-by attractions, including horse racing, casino, Cowboy Museum and much more. Great park for visiting OKC as Interstates 44 & 35 are very near. He highly recommend this park. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Rate was for 4 adults. Nice concrete pull through sites with thick grass and a small patio at door. Our site, the last available site on a Friday night, was on a hill and although the trailer pad was level, the truck pad was on a steep decline. It made hooking up more difficult and dragged trailer bottom on the way out. Not all sites were like that. Beautiful grounds and really nice building with indoor/ outdoor area and nice bathrooms. The park is very close to interstate so sites along that edge of park would hear lots of road noise. The wi-fi only worked at building and only sporadically. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We love this place! We stayed here for a week while visiting family in Oklahoma City. The sites are concrete pads and very spacious. The park was very clean and every member of the staff was very friendly. We felt safe there. The sites did not have picnic tables or cable tv. This brand new park is a good place to stay in the OKC area. There isn't a whole lot of shade available, but the sites are very large, very level, and spaced very nicely from one another. We were not able to access the Wi-Fi from our camper, but with the torrential rains this are has had in recent weeks, we may not be able to grab the signal although we are pretty close to the clubhouse. The sites are all asphalt and concrete and ours is perfectly level. Utilities are placed well and function perfectly. This is a great place to stay! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This is a nice, new, well maintained park. It is beautiful and quiet. There aren't many negatives, but it doesn't have picnic tables and at our site the patio area was small and didn't line up with the door of our motorhome. Additionally, our site was off some of the only unpaved area on a gravel entry and the car and motorhome ended up with red mud on the tires and mud flaps. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The facilities are very nice. Some of the sites would be very difficult to get into because much of the campground is on a hill. However the the hill also helps minimize the noise from the 2 interstate highways that border the campground. We were assigned a site near the edge of the campground and the road noise was very distracting. When we were there the WI-FI was not working because they were changing providers. If you are planning to stay there, request a site as far from the highway as possible. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a beautiful campsite nestled in the trees right in Oklahoma City. The sites are spacious, concrete, and level. The only negative thing about this park is the road noise. The park and its facilities are kept very clean. This is the nicest park we found in Oklahoma City and will stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Visited park in 40' motorhome with toad. Park is still under construction. All roads are paved. Very nice clubhouse. Staff was friendly, but not knowledgable as he sent us to our site backwards. Sites are concrete, terraced, but some have steep entrances and/or exits which can cause dragging. Our site shared an exit with neighboring site which meant he had to move his car so I could exit. Nice well trimmed trees. Big rigs can maneuver and park if no cars parked on streets-we had to knock on trailer door to have them move car off street so we could get by. Landscaping new and recent rains caused red mud to wash across some sites. Would rate park higher if they had a pool or spa and when construction ends. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We 'overnighted' twice in this park on our recent SW trip (January and April). The park is ideally located to either I-35 or I-44 for travelers moving through the area. This is a new park, very modern and exceptionally well designed, carved out of a woodland area with mature trees surrounding every site. Full concrete pads, about 2/3rds are 'pull-through' sites with easy access. The 'backin' sites on the perimeter are angled well to the interior roads giving good backing approaches. The location, about a block off I44 and a quarter mile off I35 made us apprehensive about traffic noise (we're both 'fussy' sleepers) but the combination of tree-surrounded sites and other landscaping practices mitigated the noise nicely and we actually had to 'pay attention' to notice the traffic. While our two visits were 'transient overnight', I'd also select this park for a longer term visit to the OKC area. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

A new campground with final construction work being completed. Good instructions and signage to campground. Two wide entrances to campground and good area to park and register. Good wide paved access roads to large pull-thrus and back-in sites. All sites have concrete pads which are flat despite being on a hillside. Full hook-up services with good electricity and water pressure. Sewer connections are in a slightly strange position but manageable. WiFi worked OK but no cable TV. Large recreation building. Have managed to keep some of the mature trees while developing the campground so has a nice ambience. Two minutes from National Cowboy Museum and easy access to downtown Oklahoma City. The only disadvantage to this site is that it is right next to I44 so quite a bit of road noise. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed four nights (bitter cold snow storm) in 42' motor home. I agree with the previous review, plus location is great for many museums. Propane is also available on site. The staff was wonderful and we will stay here again! We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a brand new RV park that isn't quite finished yet. We we're so glad to have found it. They have quite a few sites open and are opening more every day. We stayed here 4 weeks because of working in the area. We very much enjoyed our stay here. The staff is a great bunch of folks eager to please their customers. They have a nice big club house with a store in it that was very handy. You could even buy fresh cut T-Bone steaks from it. Nice pavilion in the back, stocked pond in front of park with two fountains in it. Nice paved roads and pads with patios, well lighted at night. We didn't use the restrooms, but did check them out, very nice and very clean. Nice laundry facilities. The best part was all the trees they left in the park, but are very well trimmed so not to get in the way. They have a playground for children and a shuttle service to area attractions which we thought was nice. There is traffic noise since it is beside I-44 and I-35, but didn't bother us because it was such a nice change from where we we're staying before. We will stay here again when in the area. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
