Used this park for an overnight stay. It's not a park I would consider for a lengthy stay. It was OK for my needs. I called prior to my arrival and asked if spots were available for 1 night. The staff told me yes and which sites to use. I arrived after office was closed & I was unable to use the spots directed by staff. My rig was too long for me to comfortably make the lane. The property is small and tight. No other complaints as it suited my basic needs. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We arrived on a Sunday; the office was closed. There was a list of spaces open to overnighters on the office door so we parked in one of those and left a check in an envelope provided. The Wi-Fi network for the park required a password and there was no one to ask for help so we couldn't use it. The park is fine for a night or two: very basic, clean, well-spaced sites. The price seemed a bit high for a park with no amenities but there isn't much else in town. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Really enjoyed staying at this park. Close to theaters, restaurants, malls, grocery and nice bike path right outside entrance that follows the river. This is a mobile home park with rv lots dispersed throughout so the lots are larger than the usual rv park with lots of trees and well kept roads. The ladies working the front desk were so accommodating and pleasant but i found out when we left that they were being let go and replaced with new management. Shame on the owner for this! The monthly rate was 509 and included electric, very reasonable. Train does go through park and a large company is located on one side of the park and can be noisy at times but not as bad as some "resorts" that we've stayed at. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is mostly permanent mobile homes, but we enjoyed the stay. Quiet in the evenings, great pool and play ground and a really nice little community. The only draw back is an occasional bad smell from the waste water treatment plant down river. We will return. We spent one night traveling through. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a decent value for an overnight stop. It is a convenient on/off from the interstate. Wi-Fi is available at the office building in the laundry room. Although the RV sites are adjacent to semi-permanent mobile homes, the park is quiet, shady, and clean. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This the asphalt jungle. We were in the spill over lot which is a hop, skip and jump from the main lot. This is an asphalt parking lot with underground utilities that they pull up when needed. We had water, sewer and 50 amp service. They had Wi-Fi but it was impossible to get on. It always timed out before it would connect. We used our AT&T air card with no problems. There are no trees. The parking lot is well lit at night with roving security. Your biggest fear is getting run over by a golf cart. We were here for a horse show. Although it was 105 degrees in the parking lot, the arena was air conditioned. The parking lot was clean but it seems that some people can't follow the rules and pick up after their pets. Doggie dirt was every where. We camped here in a Motorhome.

A little problem if you don't arrive by 4:00 as they close. There are instructions posted to let you park and they will do the paper work in the morning. Lots of room to move around with a big rig (45 ft). As they have many events during the year you stand a good chance to attend what might be going on. We had a horse show and a old car display. The entire RV park is fenced in with 24/7 security. 3 miles off I-44 easy to get to with motorhome and toad. We camped here in a Motorhome.

All construction in the Fairground area has been completed. Campground is basically a clean, blacktop parking lot with full hookups. Sites are tight for 40 ft rigs with slide outs. Unless major events are going on, you should be able to get a site with no one parked on either side. No WiFi service available while we were here. Camp hosts are very nice and accommodating. $35/night is high for a fairground. (We paid $20 at the Springfield, IL fairground). We camped here in a Motorhome.

While Mingo is not a 'resort', it is a park with a lot more going for it than some of these reviews say. Yes, there are a lot of full-timers here, but their trailers appeared to be in good repair and roadworthy, so it doesn't detract from the park. Unlike other parks in the Tulsa area, you are not mixed in with Mobile Homes, and the neighbors are friendly and quiet. The concrete in some pads was cracked up, and ours was no exception, but it never impacted us (looked like a bad pour and age rather than neglect). We rolled in after 11P on a Sunday. The person we spoke to when we called earlier that day said she'd leave an information packet for us (they didn't). We called the contact number by the office door and the lady who answered came right up. She was happy to see us (despite the hour) and quickly checked us in. She provided a park map, area guide and WiFi info. She even piloted us to our spot so we could 'pull thru' another spot into ours (the spots are all back-in). We didn't have a "privacy fence" by our space, but we were pretty tightly packed in. That never mattered to us as we spent most of our time out with family and friends in town. There are railroad tracks a mile away, but we barely heard the whistles when we were there. The Tulsa International Airport is a few miles away, but there are very few night flights and aircraft rarely fly overhead. Neither planes, trains nor our neighbors autos woke us up. Water pressure is good, although Tulsa has slightly hard water. Radio & TV reception is great, and cable TV is available. There are trees in the park, but many campers we saw had their dishes out, so they do not disrupt service. The park has a small propane tank on site, so you do not need to go offsite to fill your tanks. The hookups are easy to reach, although the water is not on a riser but in a 'flower pot', buried below the frost line, so we had to use two short hoses to put our filter in line. WiFi is provided through Tengo, so it is throttled at 1Mbps. Passwords are available from the office, and we got one for each of our laptops. Service on our AT&T, Sprint & T-Mo cells was flawless. My AT&T card had 4G LTE service, and a neighbor said that VZW did as well. T-Mo supposedly does, but we didn't have a way of testing it. Sprint currently is building out their LTE network, but only 1/3 of Tulsa was lit up. There is no Clear (WiMAX) service. We camped here in a Motorhome.

LOT'S of full-timers here. We got in late and office was closed. No information packets available and nobody met us even though I called to say we were coming. Fortunately one of the full-timers told us we could go find a spot and pay in the morning. The office staff was friendly, but some of the spaces looked pretty rough. The "privacy fences" between the lots provide no privacy and make the spaces feel small. We will probably try to stay in the Oklahoma City area instead of Tulsa next time through. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The staff was incredible! We are new to RVing and they were extremely helpful. One of the staff members even came into our coach to show us some of the aspects of our entertainment center that we weren't sure how to use. The site didn't have a lot of extra outdoor space, but we were just there for the night so it didn't matter to us. We would stay again while passing through OK. We camped here in a Motorhome.
