Quite friendly staff: the very young lady who checked us in provided a lot of local information and was very helpful in reminding me about their Good Sam discount. While the property is sorely in need of a significant renovation, the sites were clean, and our site in particular was absolutely level. No TV reception in the area and Internet access through WiFi was $1.00 per ten minutes. Great if you just want to check e-mail or the latest baseball scores. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

If your staying close to Barrie , Ontario this campsite is a good overnight stay. Its well out on Highway 11. Sites needed some care, long grass etc. Check-in was interesting, one person was handling the pool, telephone calls, laundry room cleaning etc. Another counter person was needed. This is a gated park. Long stay campers pay $25 for card access, overnighters like us have to honk and hopefully the busy person hears you to open the gate. We were told no access after 7 PM. This trapped our travel companions outside with their groceries. They phoned the emergency number to be told to park outside the gate. This park served its purpose as an overnight stay for us. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
