This is a fairly large park with excellent big rig accommodations and easy access. The sites are paved, narrow, and not long enough to accommodate a 38' 5th wheel, plus the truck (had to park the truck in an adjacent vacant site (no worries). The showers and restrooms were good, but not great (had higher expectations for this modern facility). The park was very quite and the staff friendly and helpful. The utilities were easily accessed and worked as advertised. We would definitely stay there again. Note - Not exactly sure on the rate paid. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here for 3 weeks paying the weekly rate. But, it still worked out to $31 a night. Way too much. Busy street on one side and a very busy train track on the other. The sites were good size and all hook ups worked well. Most of the staff were friendly except the asst. mgr. Somewhat curt and rude. They change the lock codes for the laundry and restrooms monthly but failed to notify us even though my wife was in the office the next day to pay for the next week. The manager enforces the rules to the letter! I get the impression they think this is a resort and it's not! It is a well kept, large, older park with many permanent residents. Next time in Portland we will try another park. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed here for three weeks this time. This is one of the best RV Parks we have stayed in. After-hours check in not a problem since there is always a manager on duty. All the amenities one would expect in a modern RV park. Wi-Fi worked great and was easy to hook up. The manager enforces all the rules and the results show. Park is immaculate. Restrooms are very warm and clean. No problems with noise, pets and or people. We stayed on the second level and appears to be best protected from highway and or train noise. We have stayed in this park several times and will return anytime we are in the Portland Area. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here two years ago, and don't remember the noise from the road. Also, it is on the approach path of the Portland Airport. Other than the noise, we love this park. It is close to the Columbia Gorge, Portland, and the Columbia River. There is a Camping World right down the road. The park is clean, neat, has a lovely pool, and nice sized sites. This time we were in a back-in at the edge of the park, which may mean more noise. If you were parked further into the park, the road noise might not be so bad. Noise does die down at night, as do the planes coming in to the airport. We would definitely stay here again, but would ask for a space further into the park. Nice paved roads and level sites. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Although this is next to a mobile home park it is a good place even with several seemingly permanent RV residents. Baths are very clean, nice rec room and laundry facilities. Management and custodial staff very helpful and pleasant. Good place to base sightseeing in the area. Bonus is Blue Lake RV and Truck repair one block away with excellent service. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This might be an option for a short stay when everything else is full, but not the best environment. The management is trying real hard, inherited a lot of permanents that really run the park down. They still run it like a mobile home park, and seems to attract a very negative clientele. Doesn't help that it is right next to a bar, and many of the residents take full advantage of that. Office hours are unusual, and make it inconvenient. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Price was OK for the area and what you get. Office personal was very dramatic and every request and change seemed to frustrate her. Most sites are permanent residents. Laundry and restrooms are clean and nice. Most spots have trees, making it difficult for satellites to receive. We would not stay here again if we could find another place. We camped here in a Motorhome.
