This is a small older park. The sign out front says Bud's Bait and Tackle and RV Park. The biggest negative is that the park sits right on Highway 101 and the daytime traffic noise is excessive. However, it isn't too terrible at night. The park has some permanent residents but it is quiet and feels safe. The manager is very nice. We had excellent cable and Wi-Fi. We camped here in a Motorhome.
This park is well groomed, the grass is trimmed and it is nicely landscaped with shrubs and flowers. The bathrooms, showers and laundry was very clean. The hookups were well located and in good condition. The cable TV and Wi-Fi worked well. There are tent sites and full hookup RV sites. Some of the RV sites may be a little hard to back into but ours was fine. The park is located behind a general and grocery store that is well stocked and has reasonable prices. The store and office staff were friendly and helpful. The owner was on site and often was working on the grounds. The only negative was that it was located on busy highway 101 and there was quite a bit of highway noise. As far as I know they do not have a web site. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
