Hidden Gem, A bit out of town but quiet and peaceful. Close to the small town of Merlin and the gateway to the wild and scenic section of the Rogue River. The Managers are very friendly and helpful. There are only 7 or 8 pull through sites and they all face South and are gravel. Site A is the best because it has a lawn on the patio side. We stayed here a week and would stay again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Well maintained & clean RV park. Bathrooms & showers were spotless. Managers were exceptionally accommodating and we were very pleased. We choose to pay the additional $5/night for a site right along the river for a total fee of $35/night. I5 noise present but very tolerable. We stayed 4 nights in a 35' RV with 2 slides, no problem and will definitely return. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Stayed here one night on our way south. Very easy access from I-5. Sites are paved. Some pull throughs, although they were a little tight. There were picnic tables. There are three sites on the river which are very nice for larger rigs. We were able to stay hooked up in our pull through. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Wi-fi was good. Freeway noise was no problem to us. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Exceptionally clean bathrooms/showers (but only 2 + a handicapped for the entire park). Very helpful staff who gathered info on attractions. The sites were a little tight for double slide outs but solid cement pad with small grass between. OK Wi-Fi signal. It is next to the river but only a few sites have a good view (#23 was where we stayed and was right next to the river- best site and good DirecTV signal). Lots of 5th wheels seem long term. I-5 was across the river so highway noise was present but not bad if you were inside. It is In Rouge River about 20 minutes north of Medford. Stayed for a week and would come back if I could get a river-view spot again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Another jewel in the Josephine County Oregon park system. Very small park right on the Rogue River - excellent swimming ! We saw deer, blue heron, river otters, ducks, and geese. No cell phone service or Wi-Fi but we picked 2 quarts of blackberries. Camp Host very friendly and helpful. Generally we camp in California and the $22 per night fee for full hook ups was unbelievable. Would stay here again if I ever have the chance! We camped here in a Tent Trailer.

This is a good place to spend the night. Check in was easy. There is wi-fi but I could not get a signal good enough to connect and I was in space 35. The sites are long enough that I did not have to unhitch but so narrow I had to walk on the next site to hook up electric, water, etc. There is lots of freeway noise from I5 but I just turned my hearing aid off so I had no problems with it,I can see where it would bother most people. There is nice trees but not large enough to be much shade. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed 1 night. Because of the one way streets in Grants Pass, entrance into the park is a little bizarre, but manageable. The sites are a little tight for a big rig (we have a 38 foot motorhome with a tow vehicle), but it was manageable. The park is small (only 54 sites), but it is very clean. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. We walked into town for dinner and window shopping. There is quite a bit of I-5 traffic noise at night; however, we will stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Close to I-5 for a overnight stay, yet far enough that you don’t hear much road noise. Very nice park with some permanent residents that you wouldn't even notice. Nice fenced dog run. Extremely clean restrooms and showers. Nice level gravel spaces. Over the air TV, but too many trees for satellite in our site. Turkeys walking through in morning. Cute store with lots of goodies. Joe Creek Falls in the park. We stayed here two nights and will defiantly come back again. Very helpful staff and owners. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Check in and staff were great. Site was gravel but level and hookups were in the proper place. Dog run was in a large fenced area with lots of trees. There is a very pretty waterfalls on the property. Overall a nice place to stay for a couple of days. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This was our third and forth time at this park. It gets better every time. They have added a second dog run in the lower section and expanded the store. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. You frequently have wild turkeys walking through the camp in the morning and evenings. We definitely will return. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Nice family county park. We were in #5, a pull-through with full hookups. Our site was up on a little hill with the view of a nice grass area with a volley ball court. No one close to us all around. We could see the Hell-gate jet boats go by on the Rogue River also. The jet boats are a fun thing to do as it is only a few miles away. Be prepared to get wet. There are a lot of shade trees, so no roof-top satellite TV signal. But we were able to get a few over the air HD channels. As in most parks, dogs are to be on a leash. Except if you’re a little yippy dog that runs up to other dogs on leashes and has a very high pitched bark. Oh well, we will be back. Park host was very nice and helpful. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Small city park just outside Grants Pass. Very narrow road through the park and spaces are very tight. In June, it was very rough looking. Not much grass between spots and mostly weeds and dirt. Picnic tables are old. There are grassy areas around the park but not next to RV spots. Curved spots were a bit tricky to get out of when we left. River access is down the road. Doubt I would stay here again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Camp host was very helpful. Walked over to the site I requested and made sure we could get setup. Full hook-ups, 50AMP,on the air HDTV drew 21 stations, good cell phone and Wi-Fi connectivity. The CG is well maintained, clean and quiet, on the Rogue River with boat launch. Roads and sites are asphalt, a little narrow but easy enough to navigate, plenty of trees but enough sun. Speed bumps effectively exist. In some places the road needs root repair. The park is dated but clean and pleasant, automatic sprinkler system during the day. There are rental yurts. Grants Pass has all the services needed, Costco in Medford. Easy access through a residential area from OR-199. We enjoyed our stop here and will return. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Other reviewers have done a good job with the park reviews. The side hill is nice for view but steep to walk or drive. The park is very clean and the permanent residents seem very friendly. The park is on a dead end road which goes to a local park on the river. A walkway from the park leads toward downtown which can provide a nice circle walk which takes about an hour. We would stay again when traveling I-5 or if visiting the area. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This park is built on the side of a hill, but the concrete pads themselves are level. Gravel surrounds the pad. It's hard to walk around the site as it has steep pitched land due to it being built on a hill. All utilities were strong and newer. Wi-Fi ran at a strong 7 MB download. Water tasted good and 60 lbs.pressure. Leaving the park is a bit difficult due to the street layout. Only one street in the park to exit out on. Very tight turns at the end of the streets. A nice little park for an overnight. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We spent 10 days in this park. Just below I-5, but not much noise. Certainly didn't bother us at night with windows open. Nice park with friendly hosts. Sites are narrow, but are tiered, so we had a fabulous view of the mountains and valley out our windows. Cement pads and very level. Great cable and Wi-Fi. Would definitely come back again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This is an outstanding park on the banks of the Rogue River. The grounds are beautiful with grassy sites and lots of shade. The park does not have a pool or play equipment for kids so it is wonderfully quiet. The hosts are helpful and friendly and help the camper back into their site. We have been coming here for 7 years for month long stays and will continue to do so. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Nice friendly host. We were escorted by host to our site and he assisted my husband in backing into the site. The camp was clean and the river view site we had was under a large tree, which provided lovely shade to sit and watch the river roll by. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a good sized "In Town" RV park - perfect for overnighters. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Despite being very much in town, the park was very quiet at night. The pull through sited was plenty large for our 38', 5th wheel and truck. Utilities were well placed and worked as advertised. The restrooms were clean and serviceable, but were not exactly new or modern - good enough to get clean, however. This is not a resort by any means, but is a great place to stop for a night or two. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Convenient to services yet quiet for being in town. Easy access yet no freeway noise. Clean, well maintained. Courteous, responsive staff. Good Wi-Fi and cable television. There is an off-leash dog park just a couple blocks away. We look forward to staying here again. We stayed for over a month, so the price listed reflects the monthly rate. The KW hour electric rate (that applies to monthly rate) is probably about the most reasonable you'll find anywhere. Laundry a reasonable $1.25 a load each for washer and dryer. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

The manager was amazingly patient with me. I made a reservation, cancelled it a few weeks after that, then called her a few days later and told her I needed my original reservation back. She not only said OK, she was friendly and understanding about it! The park was nice, with level sites and very easy access. Walk to many different restaurants and fast food places. Even though it's right on the main drag in town it's quiet. Showers/restrooms were clean and modern. We would stay there again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
