Assured by phone when making reservation they can handle a 45ft coach with tow car. Arrive to find booked into a "drive in" 36 ft deep spot. Find only longer sites are 3 pull through's that are kept exclusively for "overnighters." Our coach stuck out over 6 ft into the road after driving forward off the pad onto grass area in front of spot at direction of park manager. Location called "Grants Pass" but park is about 7 miles south of off ramps for central city. Will try different place next time through here. We camped here in a Motorhome.

I’d much rather be sitting outside enjoying the great weather than writing this review, however no picnic table along with very limited space makes outdoor living unrealistic in this neat and clean little park. Unfortunately in an attempt to rake in every almighty dollar it seems the owners have found every nook and cranny to place hookups to pack in as many RVs as possible. With rigs on either side, my TOAD to the rear and the two rigs parked in the road in front of me, gave little space to sit outside and enjoy the “Bridge View.” By the time TOADS are parked, navigation in and out of some of the sites is difficult and requires a second person to help (camp host assisted upon our departure). The hosts are pleasant and helpful though there was a minor mix up with my reservation that was resolved to everyone’s satisfaction. Grounds are pretty and well maintained. My site was a drive-in/back-out that over looked the river and I-5, although to gain higher cash flow, the park has turned the side of the road way into “premium river sites” that blocked my view. Traffic noise was bearable but evident none-the-less. Park is pet friendly with a nice designated area for the family favorite and plenty of room to walk along the river bank. My site barely contained my 37’ motor home with absolutely no space available for my TOAD which I had to park alongside the road (as did everyone else) making the once easily passable lanes much more difficult to navigate in larger rigs. Power tower and other hookups were convenient and worked as they should, although a donut was needed for the sewer for a secure connection. The supplied cable vision came in clearly on most of the channels and the Wi-Fi worked but was weak, however the hosts were aware and working on its repair. Due to the cramped conditions in an otherwise very likable RV Park, I’ll be cutting my stay short and moving north hopefully to find an RV park with a little more breathing room. Very helpful, friendly staff. Smaller park, our site was right on the Rogue River. Everything clean and well cared for. Even flowers in the unfenced bur free green dog area. There is road noise from I-5, did not hear it inside the rig. Great location to see historic Grants Pass and Jacksonville. Don't miss the jet boat ride to Hellgate Canyon. Crater Lake is an easy day trip. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We have stayed here several times. The managers keep the park well maintained and clean. The managers are nice and very helpful. Nice river frontage of the Rogue river. You do get a little of the freeway noise but, it is not bad. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Very nice and hard working caretakers. Very clean. I would rate higher but the freeway is across the river about 1000 yards. Watched salmon work up the river. Pet friendly and all pets were on leash while we were here. We were going to stay a few days and ended up staying a week. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very Nice people running the park. Park is very neat and clean. Spaces are pretty close together, with most all available space devoted to RV's. Freeway is right across the river, about a 100 yards away, so freeway noise is significant. WiFi is frequently slow. Appears to be an all adult park, so noise of children is not present. We arrived on June 1st in a 36 ft motorhome. We were dry docked by the office, due to size of motorhome and availability. We have two small pets. There is a small "pet area" for pets to relieve themselves which is not kept clean. There is a grassy area along the river to walk along with your pet, however, we encountered several aggressive dogs not on leashes. The management comes across very nice when you first enter the park, however, once settled in there seems to be no shortage to her "harassment" over the rules. The noise from the freeway is very noticeable, the Wi-Fi is a joke, 32 channels offered on cable, lucky if you get 6. When calling the office to question an issue, the management states, no else is complaining; leaving you feeling humiliated for wasting their time. Would I stay here again, I don't think so. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Asphalt interior roadways and concrete pads on a sloping property. Very well kept grounds. Few if any cluttered sites. Sites are small and close and all are within 200 yards of the Rogue River. Plenty trees and well groomed grass. Water/electric/sewer connections are well placed. Interstate is on the opposite side of the river and it's roar can be heard. Laundry facility is well equipped and spacious. Management is attentive. Good Sam's rate is advertised but no discounts are given. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park is actually in Rogue River not Grants Pass. Very well run facility. We booked for one night and ended up staying a week. Well spaced, level sights, most with view of river, with grass in between. Great pet area and spotless clean facilities. Some traffic noise from I-5. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable on the area. This was a lovely park. The staff was helpful and very gracious. They escorted us to our site, made sure that we were comfortable, and were happy that we had a dog to play with theirs. The Wi-Fi worked too! All and all a good time was had by all. We stayed one night. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here over a 3 day weekend with a group of RVing women. Our trailer was put in an overflow area which was actually the parking lot right outside the office. We had everything we needed except dumping ability, but we were free to dump upon leaving. We got a reduced rate for this inconvenience. Our Wi-fi connection was great, but some of our members who were farther away from the office did complain of dropped signals. The park owners went out of their way to make sure the group had everything we needed. We had use of their clubhouse area and they brought in extra tables that allowed us to sit outside for our group meals as well as inside. With our group, the park was full for the weekend. Saturday morning they provided coffee and pastries to everyone in the park. The setting was lovely with some sites right across a driveway from the Rogue River. You could hear a little noise from I-5 but overall it was very peaceful. About half the sites were occupied by long term residents. We would stay there again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Very clean! Noise was minimal. We had a riverfront site and was very good. Good cable and excellent Wi-Fi. You can't see the bridge from the campground like the website shows, but that's not a problem. Just something to point out. They have free coffee, tea, and on Sunday morning there are cookies and other things. Would stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Great staff, helpful and friendly. Tight squeeze through lot (it IS a big parking lot) to our riverfront site (level and asphalt). No satellite pick-up in our #29 space, but good extended cable TV, poor to fair (free) WiFi. Fair reception from Verizon and Sprint Air Cards. Private bathrooms with personal showers are very clean, and have a heater available. Very convenient off I-5 South. Price is after GS discount. Would stay here again if riverfront site available. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a great RV Park. Has very friendly attentive managers. Nice facilities that are clean, attractive, and kept up. It is also right on the Rogue River. There is one big problem and one consideration. The problem is the freeway. It is right past the river and quite loud. As one of my neighbors commented though, "my hearing is shot so I really don't notice it". If your hearing is not shot you will notice it. Our motorhome has double-paned windows and is quite well insulated. We did not have a problem sleeping. But I only left the windows open opposite the noise. The consideration is for big rigs. There are three pull through spaces. If you are over 40 feet, ask for one of them. It was twisty and hard to get to our space. We had no problem pulling out, but pulling in was not for the faint of heart. If it were not for the noise this would have easily been a 10 rated park. On Sundays the camp host makes breads and cakes. Very nice but noisy place. Did I say it was noisy? We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed one night on the way from Northern Oregon to California. Coming southbound on I-5, the park is a good 4.5 miles from the highway. The park is clean, has nice pads and a small area of grass. As mentioned in earlier reviews, it is somewhat a "tight squeeze" park, but do-able. The "River Front" spaces are nice. We did not see one goose as mentioned in an earlier review. We were not able to connect to the WiFi either Friday or Saturday morning. The office comment for the problem was: "There are a lot of people in the park." The problem wasn't slow service, it was NO connectivity at all. My husband went to the office a second time and their suggestion was to come sit at the table outside the office (the modem is hanging off a post outside the office). We would stay again if in a river front space. The same people own "Bridge View RV" which is immediately off Hwy 5. Maybe we'll give that one a shot next time. We camped here in a Motorhome.

You literally could eat off the floors in the bathrooms and everywhere else. When we checked in, we were not only escorted to the site, we were personally taken around and shown the bathrooms, showers, laundry, and social areas and etc. Neat as a pin everywhere you look, everywhere you go. I have rarely ever seen anything like this. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed at this wonderful RV Park over Memorial Day weekend. The Rouge River is right next to the RV Park, with many sites that have River View/Frontage. We got an interior site, which was OK and was roomy enough for our 30' Travel Trailer. The RV Park is far enough off the Highway, to make it very quiet. We used the Wi-Fi which we found to be adequate but not too fast. The Park is very well kept up and that is very refreshing, as some we have visited are less well kept. The Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially when we first arrived giving us an escort to our site, and assisting us into our site. We had some nice weather, and the large trees within the Park made most sites pretty shady, but not overly so that it got too cold. We really enjoyed our stay here and will most definitely will return. I forgot to mention that the RV Park is located within easy access of the I-5 Freeway, making it a great stopping place for those traveling the I-5 corridor. The City of Grants Pass is a beautiful City located along the banks of the World Famous Rouge River. On Memorial Weekend they have a Celebration called Boat-Nik. This involves some really fun Jet Boat races over many miles of the Rouge, and draws teams from around the world. There is also a really fun to watch, slalom Jet Boat Race right in downtown, making it easy and fun to watch. There is also a Tour Company that offers Jet Boat Rides downriver through the Hells Gate Canyon. We have done this trip, and it is well worth the dollars spent. With the RV Park being so close to the City of Grants Pass, this makes for a great location to bring your RV, and enjoy everything the Rouge Valley has to offer. Great RV Park, lots of outdoor activities, fishing, jet boats, outstanding wineries, and great scenery. What more can you ask for? We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Although this park has a Grants Pass zip code, it is actually in Rogue River, nine miles to the east of Grants Pass. Very well maintained grounds with excellent water pressure and very fast Wi-Fi. It is adjacent to a small county park. Nearest off-leash area is in Schroeder Park, on the west side of Grants Pass. Sites are on the narrow side without picnic tables. Although there are a few geese on the grounds, contrary to an earlier report, droppings were not at all a problem. We will return. We camped here in a Motorhome.

There's not a lot of room to maneuver your motorhome around: close quarters on turns. We stayed here for one night only. Parked down by the river with a beautiful view, but there was so much geese droppings around you could hardly go out side. We chose not to hook up to the facilities because my husband didn't want to kneel down on the grass. Had a hard time even trying to walk my dog. Would stay here in a pinch, for one night only, but not for any length of time. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a very nice and relatively new campground. Good paved roads and concrete tire strips. It is situated next to the Rogue River, very pleasant setting. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a pleasant place. It is on the bank of the Rogue River and there is good access, but only a few sites that are truly "waterfront". You can't see the namesake bridge either but that is a minor issue. Our biggest complaint was the noise from Interstate 5 which is very close by. Although we prefer the sister Riverpark location a few miles down-stream (it was full), we would stay at Bridgeview again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We found this to be an enjoyable park to stay in. Right on the Rogue River. Sites are level cement with grassy area. We stayed 3 nights while visiting family in the area. The older couple that run it are very nice and helpful. There are a lot of permanent residents around the edges of the park, but still fellow travelers to visit with. Beautiful surroundings and convenient to Grants Pass. Laundry area was clean and reasonable. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed here for almost 3 weeks and loved it. Site #12 is an awesome back-in site that will accommodate a large rig, and fronted directly on the river. Nicest site in the park. This site rates a solid 10. Many of the others were not nearly as desirable. Only about 5 sites directly front the river, and #12 is by far the best. Nice friendly folks, guide you to your site. Quaint little town of Rogue River is walking distance from the park. For the record, this park is NOT in Grants Pass, but in Rogue River. Mailing address is Grants Pass, but not location of park. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very good, but very narrow paved interior streets. Level concrete pull throughs with grass at most every site. Riverside sites are parallel to the river giving a great view. I would have rated this place much higher except that management has allowed a bunch of long termers to stay at the park, and those spaces look cluttered. They also seem to all drive very loud diesels, and they all go to work at 4:30 AM. Despite rules prohibiting parking on the interior streets, virtually everyone of the long termers were parking their full sized vehicles on the street. The street in front of my pad was so cluttered that I was afraid that I would not have manuevering room to exit the site. When I spoke with management all I got was a shoulder shrug. When I mentioned that fire trucks would have difficulty going down the street, the reply was "they have big bumpers". Also, this place is not in Grants Pass, but is in the city of Rogue River, which is 8 miles south of Grants Pass, just off I-5. There is freeway noise, but not enough to bother anyone. I would go back, despite my complaints...but this could be a 9/10 rated park instead of a 6. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice clean park just off I-5 in Rogue River. Staff was very friendly and helpful, even helping me back into our site. Sites are all level, paved, have a small lawn, and are large enough to easily accommodate 2 popouts. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Park is located on the bank of the Rogue River. I-5 is on the other side of the river and just up the hill so there is a little bit of highway noise, but not bad. No pool, playground, or WiFi. We used the park as a stopover while traveling and would not hesitate to use it again as it's a good value, offering 10% off for Good Sam or AAA. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We love this park! We've stayed here several times, and even though there is some freeway noise, it never bothered us at all. Sites are paved, grass is trimmed, shade trees are between sites, and there's lots of room. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Very clean and well maintained restrooms and showers. Very clean park with concrete pads, asphalt roads, and grass between spaces. Easy access for big rigs (used to have one) and the back in spaces for smaller RVs were easy to get into. Walking distance to a couple of decent restaurants and several fast food joints. Freeway noise can be annoying, especially if you have open windows and vents. Some spaces "back up" to the freeway fence. Pleasant and helpful staff. Rate reflects discount. We'd stay here again as we've stayed here many times when passing trough. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Freeway noise was unbearable, it was like trying to sleep in the middle of a freeway. It is in a cold area where freezing is common, but faucets are not protected against freezing. A little piece of covering is used with most of pipe left open to freezing temperatures. Even if you disconnect your water line etc, in the morning you will have no water as their pipes are frozen. The Wi-Fi is outstanding, the sites are clean and reasonably spaced, the only thing that saved this park from a lower rating. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

WARNING pet owners. This park has a pet area they wish you to use. It is full of little sticker that immediately attach to animals. We spent over an hour removing them from our dog after 5 minutes in their fenced area. We stayed here last year and had the same problem but did not remember until it happened again. We will not stay here again. If a park says they have a pet area it should be clean and SAFE. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The management in this park is very rude and unhelpful, or shall I say indifferent. Their doggy area is a joke. You go up some stairs to a dirt walk way, that has dog droppings along the way to a path along a waterway with stickers. The grass was overgrown and soggy. The noise from the freeway directly behind the park is so loud we couldn't hear our TV. The facilities are not kept clean through out the day, I went in to take a shower (female side), someone took a big dump and didn't flush in two of the toilets...the smell was awful. Will I return, no. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We had no trouble with the staff. Enjoyed the use of the small but efficient gym. The traffic noise will drive you crazy unless you can take out your hearing aids or wear an IPOD to bed which is what I did. It was very convenient to where we needed to be so we liked that part. It's a little difficult to negotiate the one way street with the BIG rigs but we really liked Grants Pass, and the park worked for us. We stayed here for a week. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

I stayed here for 2 months. The park itself is clean with large spaces. It is located right next to the freeway, so there is a lot of traffic noise. The WiFi is extremely spotty, even next to the office. The problem is with the management, they are extremely rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. They also used my credit card number to make unauthorized charges after I had moved out, due to a dispute with them. I would advise paying with cash if you decide to stay here, or stay at one of the other nearby parks. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice RV park right on the 101. Can be noisy but didn't bother us. Level spots with nice paved area with a picnic table. Office is closed from noon to 2 p.m. Our reservation was on the office door and we set up the trailer then went back at 2 p.m. to pay. Many good restaurants in this town and a great Farmers Market on Saturdays. We have stayed here several times and will do so again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Located on a one way street right next to I-5. Highway noise is definitely noticeable, even at night. Lovely landscaping, long concrete pull-thrus in addition to back-in sites. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Very good Wi-Fi. Unobstructed view of southern sky for TV satellite dish. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Very clean, very nice landscaping, decent space between rigs. Not all that pet friendly, only allowed on the streets until you get to the pet area at the farthest end of the park. The highway noise was very noticable and constant and if you are a light sleeper it will probably bother you. Cable TV and Wi-Fi were excellent. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We were parked in a back in site for the month of June at a rate of $325, you pay electric, about 100' from I-5 with highway noise which finally shut down between 2:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. We were never so happy to get out of there. Park grounds were manicured nicely but at each site out your door you will be in wet grass due to the underground sprinkler system. Office does not open til 9:00 a.m. then closes between 12:00 noon til 2:00 p.m. then closes at 5:00 p.m. which gives free loaders a chance to come into a site, stay for the night then get out of there before the office opened. There were some problems while we were there with on site residents, we saw police in and out a few times we were there. Good location to town and wonderful city dog park less than a 1/2 mile west of the RV park. We only saw park employees once, and that was in the a.m. when they were checking available sites. I doubt we would ever stay here again unless it was a one nighter. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very nice landscaping, well-kept place but right up against the interstate and next to motels. Freeway noise was bothersome, but liked the park for 2 nights. Good $$ rate w/ Good Sam and other discounts; rates vary by rig & site size. No place handy to walk dog in our area. Very clean bathroom and laundry, little fitness room. Verizon access fine. We stayed here for almost 5 months while getting property ready to build on. It's very clean with courteous employee's. Some freeway noise but not horrible. I would stay here again without hesitation. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Clean and neat camp ground. Rock solid power. Wi-Fi strong and fast. Yes there is some freeway noise. The navigation into and out of the park is good for even the largest rig. The cable TV system works well. The office was not attended on our arrival but the reservation and spot was posted on the door. Envelopes available for payment. We stayed here twice within a few days and were happy with our stay. We would recommend this campground for their long pull-throughs. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

As many previous reviewers have mentioned, this is an attractively landscaped, fairly new, small park with FHU, cable and Wi-Fi. Unlike some others, we had no problems with the Wi-Fi even though the park was quite full. I also did not find the sites to be too close together, but do admit that you can hear I-5 which does not bother us. There is not much for kids and there seemed to be a lot of extended-stay customers. Just about every imaginable fast food joint is within blocks of the park but I did not see any grocery stores nearby. We camped here in a Motorhome.

As the man said, “when all else fails, read the instructions”. One other reviewer pointed out the difficulty in getting to the park and I think it’s worth mentioning again. When you leave I-5, at exit 58, you’re going south on 6th street, which is one way. You’ll need to go too the second stop light ‘Hillcrest Dr.’ turn left and then left again, at 7th street, which is one way northbound. The RV Park is on the right and shares a common driveway with La Quinta Inn. No problems with the Wi-Fi, but we were close to the office? We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

My only complaint about this park is that while they advertise WiFi, we almost never were able to access it from our site, number 34. When I mentioned it to management, I received a very "so what" type of response. Other than that, it is well kept. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This campground is beautiful. Nicely landscaped with large, level sites. We ran our fan to drown out the I-5 noise, so it really didn't bother us. Not very pet-friendly. We would not stay here for more than a day or two because of that. Long walk up to the pet area that is very poorly maintained. Rating of '8' is mostly based on that. Wi-fi was spotty. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Excellent. A great, relatively new park. Immaculately landscaped. Not a blade of grass out of place. I would have given the park a 10 if not for the I-5 noise. Caution: Street Atlas [GPS] tried to send me down 7th street which is one way. Go about 2 blocks south on 6th then do 2 lefts to get onto 7th street north bound. Entrance is into the La Quinta Motel parking lot - take a right off 7th street. Easy pull-throughs. Friendly staff. I will stay here again when in the area. GPS: N 42.461639; W 123.318489. This is the third time I've stayed at this park. The park is very nicely landscaped and is spotless. Sites are level and have sufficient space between them. Access to the highway is easy. Shopping and city center is nearby. The only downside to this park is the closeness of the highway. There is traffic noise, and is somewhat noticeable. Hopefully when the trees get bigger they'll help reduce the noise. I will stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Beautifully landscaped park, close to Interstate, pretty noisy. Restrictive pet rules and a poor pet area, probably responsible for my first comment! It is hard to maintain perfect landscaping with irresponsible pet owners. We will not stay here again, only because of pet issues. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Far enough away from Interstate 5 to be quiet and close enough to unique nature (waterfalls and a swimming hole!) to be unique. Sites are not, however, far enough apart or private enough to merit the 9-10 score, even though the bathrooms and shower facilities just sparkle. Gotta have some bushes and yards in between sites to get the high scores ;-). But beautiful place. Store open 8AM-9PM--such hours. And the folks running the place are very competent and friendly. Can't beat the price ($27 w/ Good Sam discount). We camped here in a Motorhome.

This place was great. New, clean and nice people. We would stay here again. I only give it 9 out of 10 because their internet site was not user friendly and they did not respond very quickly to e-mail inquiries. But those small concerns would not stop us from visiting again. Agree with everything said, but didn't have a problem with my Garmin GPS. Just realize you'll have to go an extra block south before you can come back up a one-way street to get to NE Morgan Lane (until you find the secret passageway)! Very well-kept park: manager really cares and it shows. Good power and cable TV, great grass and flowers. In fairness to other RV'ers, I have to add that the park is sandwiched tightly between I-5 and a Home Depot-type store. It will likely be the noisiest place you've ever stayed, although trains are not a problem here. Spent a month, and will go back again because I got used to the noise, and earplugs help. The slightly-higher cost sites are a little better shielded from I-5. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The park's official address is Morgan Lane. If your GPS tells you to turn on Hillcrest, pay attention and do it: even though you will pass right through Morgan Lane. Making this error will cost you five minutes of having to go around the block. Secondly, once you see the La Quinta hotel, immediately ignore your GPS! Instead, keep going straight between the La Quinta and the Super 8 and you will be there. If you make the grievous error of listening to your GPS (and turning left before the La Quinta), it will cost you dearly! You will find yourself at a dead end on a slightly steep narrow road, and the only way out of this snafu is to drive backwards (about a third of a mile), to include backing around a sharp blind curve. This is a terrorizing experience if you are by yourself. When I checked in, I asked the desk attendant what the "body count" (sarcasm) was for people who obeyed their GPS and went up the dead end road. She said it happens way too many times. The park is located on a sloping piece of property behind the La Quinta. Back-in slots are on the perimeter. Good pull-through spots are in the center. I don't have a toad, but I do carry a scooter bike. They let me have a pull-through so I would have room to unload my bike. The slots, which have concrete paving, are terraced and fairly level. However, they are close together, with a thin strip of grass separating the slots. My windows were open, and my cat was gazing sleepily out the window. When a huge diesel pusher pulled into the slot next to me, my cat fluffed his fur and fled into hiding. Showers and laundry room were clean. The laundry room had a change machine, always a good thing to have! Laundry prices were about what you would expect, $1.50 wash, and 50 cents to dry (20 minutes). Other good features of the laundry room were a deep sink, ironing board, television, book exchange, phone for local calls, and a modem hookup if you don't have a wireless card. There is also an exercise room and a small mini-golf range. The Wi-Fi, which was unsecured, was a bit flaky, fading in and out (I was in space 34 in the middle of the park). I got the signal at my dining table, but not in my bedroom. However, I got enough use of it for my needs. The cable was limited, only 24 channels, but all were networks and good premium channels, no "junk"channels. I felt the rates for this park were very reasonable. RV park rates have really gone up and I was surprised at how inexpensive this park was compared to parks with the same amenities. Because this park has reasonable rates and is in a good location (fast food restaurants are within walking distance if you don't pull a car), I'm willing to overlook the "neighborly closeness" factor. Just make sure you don't go up the dead end road trying to find the park. One more thing. Apparently, this park is quite popular with full-timers for "wintering." We camped here in a Motorhome.

We had planned to stay one night, but this RV park was so nice that we extended our stay by four nights. The landscaping is beautiful, nice exercise room, putting green, level concrete sites, clean showers, and it even has a trail (not long) on which to walk dogs. The staff is very friendly. This park is very clean. Plenty of room to get my 43' coach in and out of a pull through. Sites have a near-level concrete pad for the RV with asphalt road ways. I did not experience any trouble with long-term resident's vehicles as mentioned in another review. I've stayed here several times as an overnight stop and will do so again if I pass by this way. One thing to note is that the office is open rather short hours but allows payment in an envelope through a slot. My after hours arrival was handled by having my name and space number posted on the door -- I was also given the space number when I made a reservation. Got 10% off with Good Sam. We stayed here as an over night on the way north to the Monaco factory. Checked in after hours and had our pick of level concrete pull-through sites. Small park with several folks living here in perimeter sites. Very clean, newer and well kept grounds. Don't know how it's a Resort? Again we checked in after hours and left before the office opened. They have a slot in the door you just fill out all your info, put it in the envelope they provide and push it through. Very easy process for us. Would stay here again for the night without question. Rating is for Big Rig ease (we're 65' w/toad) and cleanliness, not for the amenities as we have our own. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Recommended for an overnight stay. Negatives include no pool, no hot tub, and freeway noise. The positives far exceed the negatives. The park is clean, new, and situated conveniently for easy freeway access and purchasing fast food and gasoline. Office staff was friendly and helpful. I requested over the phone a space near the office and was surprised when I arrived to find space 52, across from the office, reserved for me. Office staff had gone home when I arrived but self check-in procedures are posted on the office door. This site had strong wireless internet access. The cable TV included a wealth of 24 channels. The pet area was outstanding because it led to off-park trails on the adjacent mountainside (publicly owned?). Didn't see any park patrol, which was a relief for me since I had to traverse the whole length of the park to get to the pet area. The mens bathroom and showers (3) were very clean, roomy, and functional (my wife not with me to inspect the women's room). We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very nice "resort" atmosphere. Level sites. Be prepared for noise from nearby I-5. We ran a fan as "white" noise to cut down on some of the invading truck sounds, but they still got through. This park was very easy for my big rig to enter and leave. The park has both back-in and pull through sites. I stayed in a pull through for 5 nights as I was having work done in town on my motorhome. I entered and left daily. The park was very clean and well maintained. Attractive grass and tree plantings. The only detraction was the proximity to Interstate 5, so there was some highway noise. Very nice "resort"-type park despite loud road noise. Especially nice laundry. However, if a park is going to allow pets, it should allow them to walk on the grass. Here, we were handed a rules list that prohibits our dog from walking on the grass even in our own site! (It's close to 100 degress here this week!) We are expected to walk her on the blisteringly hot blacktop roads to the "pet area" (not a fenced exercise area; a dirty space outside the fencing surrounding the park). The rules sheet included a threat to throw out all the pet owners in the park if people persisted in breaking these rules. We will not return. Perhaps that's the idea. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a neat park with a wonderful choice of paved, landscaped sites. The Mgr worked well with us to assign a site he felt would likely get us a satellite signal for my spouse (and we did). However, I really hoped to get a WiFi signal at my site and was never able to. There are "hot spots" nearest the Office but I eventually just toted my laptop to the laundry room and got on the Internet by phone. Unfortunately the local weather was suffering under record highs we couldn't cope with so we asked for and got 3 days cancelled - with no hassle. For the good customer service attitudes shown by the Staff, it deserves high marks and we would return again another time. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Fairly New Park very clean with grass area around level cement pads and picnic tables. Not many full time residences. Very Friendly & helpful staff. Very impressive cable TV selections as well as the overall appearance of the RV park. No WiFi yet (working on it) and near Interstate 5 with some road noise (not bad - at least NO trains). These are only reasons it does not rate a 10. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed here one nite and this is a great place to spend more time. The hosts/owners were extremely nice and helped with everything. Everything worked as it should. There was plenty of shade if wanted and open space if you wanted that. Extra large dog area if needed. We would stay here again when in the area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Best campground we have ever stayed in and were very sad to leave! The manager is so nice and welcoming! We really appreciate her hospitality! Such a refreshing change from dealing with impersonal online websites that we normally have to make reservations through. Joe's Creek Waterfall RV is immaculate. The grounds are beautiful, the bathroom and showers are large and clean and the camp store is very well stocked. The campground is just off of the 5 fwy and it is conveniently located to white water rafting on the Rogue River, to Oregon Caves National Monument and to many wineries in the Applegate Valley. Our group consisted of 8 adults and 8 kids ages 7-11. We had 3 trailers and 1 tent and stayed in sites 4,5 & 6. Nice pull through sites with full hook ups. The waterfall and swimming hole were a big hit with all of us and made us wish we could have stayed a few more days to enjoy it more. We did not experience any freeway noise at our sites. One morning we work up to see a group of wild turkeys walking past our site! So cool!! Loved this campground and would stay here again in a heartbeat! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We recently stopped at this park for one night on our way south on I-5. We are frequent travelers on this route and often stay in and around Grants Pass, which is about our half way point for most trips. This is the nicest park we've stayed in so far. The owners were very welcoming and friendly. The park was clean and easy to navigate for our 30 foot travel trailer. Our kids loved the view of the falls and the turkeys and chickens wandering about. The park is close enough to I-5 to be easy on/easy off, but just far away enough to avoid most highway traffic noise. We will definitely plan to stay here again. Unfortunately, the owners have the park up for sale - we hope that the future buyers take as good a care as the current ones. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Stayed here overnight on our way to the Portland area. Staff at office/store very friendly and helpful. The store is very well stocked with groceries, etc. since it serves as the store for the surrounding area. Sites in the lower area along the creek seem to be taken up by all long term tenants. The sites up the hill where we stayed were nice. We had a pull through site that was very level, located in a stand of oak trees, shaded, gravel. restroom/shower was very clean. Large dog run area was located across the road from our site, our Aussie enjoyed it very much. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Very nice park with terrific owners. Only a few of their overnight sites are suitable for big rigs. Quite a way out of Grants Pass, but it is still convenient to that town as well as other attractions in the area for day trips. As others have said, it is off the freeway and in a wooded setting so it is very peaceful and quiet. They have a fully stocked convenience store on site that even sells beer and wine. Nice place for kids as there is a creek and waterfall for them to swim in at the bottom of the hill. Laundry facilities are small and a long way from the overnight sites. The park is currently up for sale, so things could change if new owners take over. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

As noted in previous reviews this is a great little park about 10 miles north of Grants Pass. The owners are very friendly and helpful and the facilities are in great shape. The free WiFi is excellent but there is NO cable. Great dog park if one travels with you. Be sure to visit the water falls located on park property. They're about 200 yards down hill from the main park area but its worth the walk. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We full time in a 40 foot big rig, and it sooooo nice to stay at a small park, in the forest, by the waterfalls, and far away from the freeway. This is just a pleasant smaller RV park, run by the nicest people you ever want to meet. We will stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Here is a beautiful little park in a natural setting just right for a family weekend. This could become a favorite spot for folks to return to year after year. The staff is helpful, the sites are relatively widely spaced. The creek and waterfall for which the park is named are a treat to hike to, and would be a wonderful swimming place in summer. Rental cabins are available, but they are unfurnished and must be rented for a month at a time. The pull-through site was generous in size. We would definitely return. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Really nice check in staff. The main building had a small store inside. Gravel roads, gravel pads, almost level. The layout is kind of weird, but that was a good thing to me, since it's a change from the glorified parking lots that many other parks are. There is also a water fall and a small swimming hole that looked nice had it been summer. Would stay again, and would recommend. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We needed a place with no train, plane or traffic noise and that is exactly what we found. Didn't even hear a coyote or any wildlife. Easy to find following their website instructions. The general store/office is well stocked, and staff and owners helpful and friendly. We had reservations, were escorted to our site, help given in setting up, and he even cut branches from a tree so we could pull out our slide. The site was level even though park is set on sloping land in forest with natural waterfalls as well as a private section of Jumpoff Joe Creek. While we only stayed 2 nights, the WiFi signal strength was excellent, and free. There are quarters needed showers, laundry facilities, and doggies are welcome. Give this place a try if you need some peace and quiet. Gave it an 8 due to no TV signal, but not owners fault. If you want a forest setting, then one has to give up some things. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Incredibly lovely setting - we were there when the waterfall was full and the creek was rushing. The swimming holes would be great in summer. There is a fenced area where you can let your dog off leash - my dog loved this! Nice people, good Wi-Fi and one of the best stocked RV stores I have ever seen. We will return. The owners are very helpful and friendly. There quite a few permanent residences, but the rigs are clean and kept up well. This park is very pet friendly, it has a fenced dog run where you can take the leash off and let them go. The only down side of Joe Creek is the lack of TV reception. If this was improved it would be a 10 rating from us. We stayed 3 days and will stay there again. The store is well stocked with exceptionally fair priced merchandise, less expensive than most convenient stores. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is the second time we stayed in the park. We find it to be a delightful place with good shade trees and off the highway. It is a small park but the owner makes the effort to keep things in A-1 shape. We felt very safe and comfortable here. The creek is seasonal but when there is a decent rainy season it runs through the back end of the park and you can swim in the creek. By the way, it DOES have a waterfall, too. Yes, there are a full timers here but so what? They are quiet and the RVs they live in are neat and show a pleasing appearance. The grounds and pull through sites are on gravel and not perfectly level but that is what you have blocks for. We enjoyed looking for the wild turkeys that would wander through a couple times a day. The owner, and his wife keep a neat and well stocked mini grocery, too. We will be back if in the area again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This park has 90% permanent campers. There are very few sites available for nightly or weekly campers. Those sites did not look all that level and would be a little difficult getting in to. All sites close to the creek are filled with the permanent campers, each of which has one to two vehicles. The roads and sites are dirt and gravel making it very dusty. Park is located off the interstste and is quite. The owner is very nice. The little store appeared to be pretty well stocked with a few staples. If you are looking for an overnight spot this campground would be fine. If you are wanting to stay for a week or month this is not the place for you. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Excellent, clean, safe RV park. Though the campgrounds in Grants Pass were also nice, it was nicer to be outside of town - the drive is 10 minutes tops. We almost stayed in town at Grants Pass, but Joe Creek is rural and comparatively quiet, as we preferred not having to be surrounded by commercial properties or be planted within feet of I-5. The owners are very hands-on, good folk who work hard to keep the place in order. Our rig was secure when we left it here: they kept an eye on it even when we weren't here. We had no problem moving the 35' rig around, and hookup/leveling was easy. The waterfall is at the rear of the campground, not at the front as one other reviewer stated. It's a peaceful swimming hole, plenty of water running. The store is amazingly well stocked and there are rental video DVD's. There is a mix of permanent and pass-through people, everyone is quiet and easy-going. Downsides? Not anything to really complain about. It's a good, clean place. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Park is almost full of permanents. I would not say this park is big rig friendly either. And wow when you read the website then arrive you are shocked. Waterfall is a pile of rocks by the gate maybe 3 feet high. This is one park where the web pictures are very very misleading. The employee we dealt with was nice. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

A quiet, rural setting with full grown shade trees and a very accommodating staff. There is a fully stocked country market. We enjoyed this park because of its woodsy uniqueness and the fact that it was our first time after staying at a park right off the freeway last year where there was loud traffic noise all night long. This park is off the freeway just north of Grants Pass and has excellent access both off and on to I-5. There is a large fenced dog run, adequate pull through gravel sites that will require time to level your rig, but the showers left much to be desired and at $.25 for a few minutes of warm sporadic mist coming from the shower head, I decided to go back to the motor home to finish my shower thus the lower rating. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This was a great place to stay. We pulled in a little late and got a personal escort down to our site. Most of the residents are permanent, but the grounds are very well kept. The convenience store had everything that you could need while out on the road. The waterfalls were a lot of fun to visit. Bathrooms and showers were quite possibly the cleanest we have ever seen. We would definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Wonderful people running the campground. They even took my wife down to the see the waterfall in the golf cart since she has a leg brace that could have made the trek back tough. Sites are not huge by any means but our 36' motorhome with slides on both sides fit comfortably. There is a table at the spot, sites are gravel. Ours was pretty level use the legs to stabilize more than level the coach. Would have given a higher rating but they do not have a pool or spa. They do have a wonderful stream with a waterfall and deep pools to swim in however. We will definitely stay again if in the area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We liked this park very much. This park is heavy forested. When we called for reservations we requested a site that had a clear shot of the southern sky for our satellite Internet dish and Connie, the owner, made sure that we got the only one that met that criteria. The less than perfect rating we have given it was because our site was not level. We liked lots of things about this park: the "middle of the woods" feeling; watching the wild turkeys wander the grounds; the separation of permanent residents from the temporary visitors; the store that had everything with staples, wine, fresh food and antiques mixed for a fascinating display; and the friendliness of the owners who made us feel right "at home". We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is one of the best parks we visited on our 2 week journey from So. Cal through Yellowstone, Washington, Oregon and back home. The owners went out of their way to make you feel at home. The campground was very clean and well kept, the store was very well stocked and the prices were reasonable. Our only regret was that we were not able to spend more time at the resort. We will definitely return on our next trip to the area. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Would have given this park a higher rating if it had wifi reception and cable. They do have wifi at the office but the signal at the sites is way too low to be of any use. No cable and little or no TV reception, but that is really no big deal. Other than the above, this is a nice park and one I would definitely recommend. Very nice owners, decent sized sites (some overlook forested areas and are very private), 50 amp (great for A/C), well-cared for place. Easy on/off I-5 and yet no discernible noise (other than that distant "traffic echo"). About 8 miles north of Grants Pass. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We chose this park from the Trailer Life Directory as an overnight stop off of I-5. Much to our surprise it was an incredible park. Very rustic with natural waterfalls and swimming holes on a private section of Jumpoff Joe Creek. The pull through sites were large, with easy access and although the signal strength was low, Wi-Fi was free and accessible. It was a hot day and we were glad to have the 50 amp service. The general store/office has just about everything you'd need at very reasonable prices. The owners were very helpful and friendly. We found out that they purchased this once run-down park and turned it into this haven in just two years. In addition to the RV and tent sites they have three cabins that are rented monthly. They have laundry facilities and a fenced in doggy run with waste scooper and can. We will definitely plan to stay here again. It's refreshing to find a park that really caters to its customers. Good Verizon cell reception. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We and another couple made reservations a couple of months in advance to stay at Josephine Schroeder County Park requesting sites to accommodate 36' motorhomes. When we pulled in after 7 hours on the road we were told our RV's were probably too big for the reserved sites and that there were no other sites. We went ahead and were able to easily park. The other couple's electric went out and they had to use another site's electric even though we had informed the host. None of the other sites were ever used and on the day BEFORE we were to leave, we found out a group that annually stays here was coming in. Some of the group came a day early and informed us - and guess what? That electric was fixed the morning we left! We've never felt less welcome. Certainly won't return unless they get a new host! We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a Josephine County Park with RV sites and it is a neat place to stay. The sites are paved, there is access to the Rogue River, including boat ramp, and the Ranger is full time and always ready to help or offer assistance. The restrooms and facilities are a little dated but he keeps them clean. The Park is a great place to stay and is well managed and it is a pleasant place to relax, away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to the city, Grants Pass, that you can do all your shopping within ten minutes of the Park. There is an internet coupon available for the first two nights stay. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here a month while our home was being remodeled. The park is very nice, the staff are extremely friendly. The manager is on site and very accommodating. I rated the park an 8 because the sites are very small and there is no POOL. Wi-Fi worked great. This park is about 1 mile from town but with quick and easy access to shopping. I would recommend this park to a friend. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Very nice county park on the west side of Grants Pass. Looked like a municipal park, with big trees and winding roads. Long pull-throughs, back-ins, tent sites. Staff and host very friendly. Well maintained, particularly since they fund fully through fees. Large dog park, split for big and small dogs. Site 1 pull through is pretty small arc, not for large rigs. Watch heaves in the road from tree roots. As well as the last curve around the bathroom near the exit. We will certainly return. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Park is next to the I-5 but not much noise is heard, none in our trailer. Staff are very friendly. The park is very clean and well maintained. There are 3 washrooms with large showers which were clean and there are 3 washer/dryers costing $1.75 per load to wash and same for drying. The sites, which are narrow are on a terraced hill which makes for great privacy but there was no real place to put a chair out and sit as we were 3 feet away from the edge of our pad. The Wi-Fi is very strong. We were woken up at 7:00 am by a garbage truck picking up a bin which was located next to our site. We would stay again, it's a great place to overnight. Very nice park but it's a little tight for any coach over 40 foot. It is close to the freeway, but sits nicely below and the noise is not bad at all. On site host was great to visit with and takes excellent care of the facility. I would stay here again. Only reason I would not give this site a score of ten is that their internet is really slow. I have seen dial up transfer data faster. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Rate is daily rate with Good Sam. Park is right next to I-5 (though getting there takes some winding around). Road noise is obvious outside but not inside the trailer. Overall noise is not too bad given proximity to freeway. Good wi-fi and cable. Park is down a rather steep hill, but sites have all been leveled / terraced well and have concrete pads which helps with leveling. I had site 22 which was long enough to keep my truck hooked up to the 5th wheel (since just in 1 night). Some sites are back ins and / or shorter which would not allow this. To my liking the roads are a little narrow for what is obviously a newer park that they invested in to make level sites down the hill. Would stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

A little freeway noise but quiet other than that. Terraced sites with enough room between them. Wi-Fi is excellent and cell phone coverage is no problem. Would not hesitate to stay here again! Campground manager is very friendly! We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a really nice place, but as previous folks have said some of the sites are kind of narrow and a bit awkward to get into. We got there after the office closed and had to self-register which was OK. We did see the manager the next day and he was really nice. I would stay here again as it's quiet, outside of town, and actually well kept. We camped here in a Motorhome.

I would have given this park a 10 except the site we were given was extremely narrow. Pull through site 19 was plenty long enough and level but just really narrow. The usable site width was only 14'8". With our coach placed so we could open the slides we couldn't walk past the coach to the rear. The driver side had a 6' steep slope up to the next site and the passenger side had a 3' drop off to the site below. You had to be very careful when stepping out of your coach. Still, the park was beautiful with the trees changing colors this time of year. The park was also very well kept and the staff was extremely friendly. Even with the narrow site we would stay here again. The park is convenient to town, gas stations and grocery stores. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park was delightful and extremely clean and well maintained. Clean rest rooms and showers. The Park management was very accommodating and friendly and very efficient. Easy access from freeway with their directions to follow. I would certainly stay here when ever passing this way. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This is a great RV park. The location is close to I-5, however we were not bothered by freeway noise. It was close to stores which was convenient. There are full-time rigs in the park however they were well maintained and you didn't feel like you were in trailer trash. The park was exceptionally clean, nice landscaping and level sites. The manager, was a pleasure and if you needed anything he was right there. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. Nightly cost are based on a 30 day stay. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Campground sites are level but the whole campground is on a hill so there is a lot of walking up and down hills. Dog area is at the bottom of hill and full of rocks and gravel. People are friendly and the manager was very helpful. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very clean park with many permanent residents mostly on the edge of the park. Interior sites were mainly pull-through and easy to enter and exit. Hosts were awesome - very helpful, knowledgeable about other camping opportunities in Oregon. Park is on a hill, so if you like a good walking workout this is the place. Showers were clean as was the laundry room. Close to the freeway, but noise was minimal. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very nice and clean park. If you follow the directions on it's web site it's easy to find. Nice level concrete sites. Far enough from Interstate Highway 5 to be quiet but not too far. We made our reservations in June so that might explain the lower rates. Wi-fi is free and available on site. Good satellite access. AT&T phone worked great. We will stay again. When we checked in, the manager said the park was a "hidden gem". He was right!! It's VERY well kept and quiet at night. It is tucked away from town about a mile and even though it's close to the highway, the way it is situated you don't hear it! Sites were wide, long and level. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

A lot of sites in a small area: good thing they are terraced, which gives the impression of a little more space. A valley view from most sites is OK but definitely not spectacular. Not a blade of grass anywhere: paved interior roads, concrete pads with gravel and some young trees and bushes for landscaping. RV park is newer, clean and well kept. Most sites are narrow, only a few sites have picnic tables, mine and many others didn't have room for one. No fire pits. They charge 2 dollars extra for each dog. Two dog areas are basic and dusty. Park is very close to I-5, sites furthest away are best but all sites have at least a low and constantly there freeway din. Wi-Fi good, cable tv good. NOT my type of place. I like some grass, no road noise, a little room to roam and enough space to put out my awning and relax. While some sites do have a little width many do not. Mine had 4 feet of space outside my door before the slope/terrace started. Would not stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We loved this place and were so impressed by it. We really liked how the sites were terraced so you never felt like you had a neighbor right next to you. There is a lot of mature landscaping, so the RV resort is really pretty. The on-site manager was very friendly and helpful to us. We arrived after hours and he quickly showed up to help us get checked in, drove us to the site, made sure we were set up before leaving. The site was really wide and long so we never had to unhitch our tow vehicle. If in the area, we are definitely staying here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The pictures on this park's web site do not do it justice. All the sites are terraced, giving each space a great view of the valley. Just as Jack's Landing RV and Bridge View RV Park are located right next to Interstate 5, Moon Mountain RV Park is also on the interstate but you do not see the highway as there is a hill and many trees and shrubs between this park and the highway. These features also cut down on highway noise. You are just down the road from Pearce Park, a beautiful park on the Rogue River. Sites are level concrete pads. We have 40' coach with four slides. We had plenty of room for the coach and our tow vehicle. Cell service is great. Wi-Fi is strong and constant with only a minimum of down time. Water pressure good and electric service constant. The laundry and bathrooms are the cleanest I have seen. The on-site Manager, is very knowledgeable of the area and more than willing to help you with information on places to see as well as all the good places to eat. We stayed here two months and used this park as our home base while visiting many of the attractions in this part of Oregon. If you have time you should see the following: Crater Lake, Thundering Waterfalls Scenic Byway, Jacksonville loop, Oregon Caves, Giant Redwood National Park located on the Pacific Coast just to name a few. We will definitely stay here any time we are in this area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Price shown based on a 7 night stay. This is a nicely kept little park. Most sites are terraced on the side of a mountain, and at first glance, look like maneuvering might be difficult, but its not. We had no trouble in our 35' fifth wheel. Sites are a bit narrow, but you'll have no trouble getting slides on both sides out. The owner and manager are very nice, and very helpful. I got little gift packages for each kid AND the dog when I checked in. I know a previous poster had an issue with the lower dog walk being near a leach field, but I've never heard of that being detrimental to anyone's health. The upper dog area is up a steep hill, and there is some rubbish up there, not trash, but bits of broken up concrete, wood pile, brush, stuff like that. Neither official dog area is ideal at all, but there is a nice spot up on the hill behind the office where you can go, and would be a perfect place to fence in for a really nice dog run. The other negative here is the price of the laundry facilities. $1.75 for washers and the same for dryers. I thought that was pretty steep. There are also only 3 of each machine, but I didn't have any trouble getting my laundry done. I would have done more, but decided to save it for the next park due to the price. We found this park extremely convenient to get around Grants Pass, which is a lovely little town. We would definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed a month. Close to town. Close to Rogue River. Beautifully landscaped. Very clean. Very accommodating. Fast Wi-fi connections. Highly recommend. We camped here in a Motorhome.

I wasn't thrilled with this place. We have a 26" MH, and the owner (owner's wife) stuck us in a tiny space (#17) that we barely fit in, lengthwise. I had called for a reservation; we were arriving late at night; and there were plenty of empty spaces that she could have assigned us to. It felt like she wanted to keep all those spaces available for big class A's that just might also happen to show up at 10pm with us. This tiny space didn't have its own sewer, like the bigger spaces. We would have had to used the fixed dump station. The location is nice, and there isn't much freeway noise given how close it is to the freeway. Many of the spaces seemed to be long-term residents. This isn't a park for pet owners. There are two "pet areas." But the lower pet area is actually a steep hill that leads to a very busy street. Oh, and it's also a septic leach area, which is very unhealthful for our dogs, not to mention the humans walking them. There are signs that prohibit dogs from urinating on plants and bushes (like we don't know that already) and the park rules state that they will fine anyone who doesn't pick up after their pets. I don't have a problem with penalizing owners who don't scoop their dog's waste, btw. But the overall tone of the park is that they don't like dogs at all, and they prefer that we don't bring our dogs to their park. But they do charge a $2 per pet charge on top of regular park fees. For what? This dog owner won't be going back. So they get their wish. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The park is still a nice place but the main problem is that it is overrun with permanent residents and ones that leave for work early on noisy motorcycles! Not good for the weary traveler. I realize that park owners need the income but at the same time they are running off good customers. Friendly check-in. Some freeway noise. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Clean, well landscaped park. Friendly helpful staff. Some long term tenants but spaces were well maintained and clean. Good access to Hwy 5 but minimal noise from freeway was not a problem for us. Best thing about this park are the bathrooms. Instead of just a shower stall, you get a big bathroom with huge shower, sink, toilet, heater, seat, hooks for clothing, etc., all to yourself, and they were immaculate. Only reason I'm not giving it a 10 is the lack of spa or pool. We camped here in a Motorhome.

If you are passing through Oregon on I-5 and need a place to stay for one night (or even longer!) stay here. This was a very nice park, level sites and spacious for all rig types. Highly recommend this park to fellow RVer's. We camped here in a Motorhome.

I give the campground an "8" and only because of no wifi and the closeness to the freeway noise otherwise it could be a "10", but the owner's wife a gets a "1". We arrived and paid for 3 nights stay and while gone all day on the second day we arrived back to find a nasty note on our rv that stated "Checkout time is 12 noon!!! This site has been reserved." When we arrived around 4 pm I went to the office to find out what they meant and was told sorry they had made a mistake and we were fine where we were, and the owner's wife had left the note, but did she come back and remove it, NO! She was also overheard complaining that somebody had left the lights on in the men's bathroom. I understand that this park has been sold and waiting for the new owner to take over, thank god or we would probably never stay here again, and we have stayed here several times before! Very nice campground. Friendly owners, they lead you to your site. Sites are all "tiered" and spacious with surrounding hill and mountain views. All paved roads and concrete pads to park on. Park is only a few years old. Many trees planted and will provide shade in future years. Instant phone hookups are $2 extra per day. Would return if in the area again. Appears to be a fairly new facility. We were quite surprised that though the I-5 freeway is pretty close, we didn't hear a sound -- the park is downhill from the freeway, so guess that had something to do with it. Showers and bathrooms were immaculate, staff are very friendly and helpful. There are not a ton of planned activities, which made it ideal for us. We'd rather stay in a nice clean, quiet place and go elsewhere for our recreation, than have all the campers around us doing their recreation in our face. Would definitely stay again if we're in the area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We had stayed here before, several years ago. The park has changed ownership and the result is that many of the delightful art pieces of the former owner are now gone. But the setting remains beautiful, on the river and quiet. We camped on a river site. We were greeted by a friendly person and would consider staying here again, but next time I would bring my fishing pole and a license. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Owners were wonderful, helpful and courteous. Showers were very clean. Camp sites are too close together. We were promised a larger site, but when checking in we found that it had been given to someone else. We were sandwiched with 5 feet between us and the two units on each site. No room for any privacy at all. There were many children in the park, which did not allow for quiet reading time along the river, as planned. A great site for those with children and those who don't mind camping atop another camper. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Beautiful campground, one of the prettiest campgrounds we have visited. The owners are very helpful. Paved well kept roads, nicely paved level sites, quiet with large shade trees. This RV park is right along the edge of the Rogue River, only minutes out of Grants Pass, Oregon. We stayed here for a couple of weeks. They were full most days yet it was still quiet. Kids bring your bikes. This park is on our return list of parks. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The park is nice enough but very shaded. The sites are close together, but the river access is okay. The management are friendly and we were told that they owned another site with better river access. My wife and I are going to try the other site on our way back home. I did not see 47 sites as mentioned. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here one night because it was near where we were going to have some work completed on the fifth wheel. The roads were very narrow making it difficult to get around with a 38' fifth wheel. I do not think, because of the narrow roads, we would have been able to get into most sites. However, they did have one open near the end and because it was near the junction of two roads we could back in, but it was still tight. The rest rooms were clean. They have steps going down to the Rogue river to be used later on in the warmer seasons. Because of the tight quarters, we would probably not stay here again unless we were assured the sites near the end were open. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Loved everything about this campground. Staff were very friendly, grounds were immaculate, as were the laundry, showers, and restrooms. There was grass between each site and we backed up to the Rogue River. Yes, there are some tight turns and yes, some of the sites are tight to get into. We stayed here in a 40' motorhome, had the tightest site on the river, and had no difficulty maneuvering. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Quiet and clean park. Our spot was not right on the river but could still walk to it. We were in "B" spot and the concrete pad was very even. Great place to take pictures of the Rogue River! Nice place to stay on the Rogue. Lady at check-in was nice, but I think I disrupted her TV time or something. This place is small and tight to get around. Most sites you had to be directed into by a competent employee (which they had). We saw every size make it into their site. The river front site was worth the extra money. Resort was clean, but the parking pads need work. They were still fairly level, but cracked. Sites were long, a little close together with grass. Trees provided shade. All hook-ups working. Laundry was in good shape. The river was fun for the kids (and adults) with river goers thru out the day. It was nice and cool next to the river as opposed to Grants Pass. We had a good time here and even though it was full, it was fairly quiet. The same owners have this resort and Bridgeview down the road. Close to shopping areas in Grants Pass. We visited Oregon Caves and did the jet boat tour(Both recommended). Carlos restaurant in Cave Junction was good and the food on the jet boat tour was good. We would stay here again. This is a very clean and shady RV park along the Rogue River. The staff is very friendly and accommodated us for two nights on a weekend with no reservations. They help guide us into our site. Our site was level and clean with lawn all around all the sites. River front sites have a beautiful view of the river, There is a small beach like area along the shore of the river to swim, fish or just lay out and enjoy the scenery. We just happen to stumble upon this RV park on our way to Newport as we were having a problem with our tow vehicle and had to take it to a local dealership for repairs on Monday morning. The repair shop said our truck would be ready between 1:00 and 2:00 pm. We told the office staff we would be a late check out until our truck was done, They had no problem with our late check out. Well we didn't pull out of this park until 5:00 pm, We went to the office to pay for the extra time we were there and the office staff refused to take our money, They said just come back and visit us again. We will indeed make this a stop anytime we are in the area. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We chose this park because we like our quiet time. It certainly lived up to our expectations. Quiet and clean. If we had paid $6 more we could have had a river view. Our spot was not right on the river but could still view it. We were in "B" spot and the concrete pad was very uneven. Had to put something under one side to lever our 5th wheel. A small park with limited space to move your RV or 5th wheel around in. Great place to take pics of the Rogue River! Staff was very friendly and helped us pick a great local restaurant to eat at. The best thing about this park is the beautiful location on the Rogue River. The sunsets reflected onto the water are gorgeous! The road and pads are narrow, making it very difficult to maneuver our 36 foot fifth wheel and making us very close to our neighbors' sewers and awnings. Our site held a badly cracked, broken, and uneven concrete pad. The stairs down to the river are broken and missing. The washers and dryers are outdated and had dog hair on the lids and in the lint traps. I feel that this park could be a very nice park with some TLC and improvements. The setting is beautiful! This is a beautiful well maintained park, with great views. I would have given it a 10, except for two things: -the water pressure is terrible - the Wi-Fi rarely works. We camped here in a Motorhome.

I was impressed with this park. Once we checked in, someone was there to assist us while backing in our rigs in. The park is clean, and will maintained, the Wi-Fi signal is very weak if you are park next to the river. But you can always take your laptop to the office, during business hours, or sit outside on the porch after hours. The highlight of our trip was the jet boat tours (I highly recommend them). We loved this park! Quite, serene and beautiful. You have to like just relaxing and enjoying the scenery - not a whole lot of activity here and quite small but wonderful river side sites are available. Not anywhere near the freeway to let noise spoil the ambiance thankfully (but only a 5 minute trip off I-5). A great place to escape for a couple of days - we will be back! The sites are a little tight, but we were able to squeeze in our toad in front of the motor home. The location is great; right on the river. The bathrooms could use some updating and cleaning. This park is under new management. They have upgraded the electrical, water hook ups and have trimmmed trees. There are great restaurants nearby. Owners are friendly and will help you park, if needed. Spots are right on the bank of the pristine Rogue River. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

I have read the other reviews and agree with them. This park is in a wooded area along the Rogue River and would be lovely during the warm summer months. We were there in late January just for an overnight. The park was quite full that evening and apparently has a lot of full/part-timers. The cement back-in pads were covered with wet leaf debris and were quite narrow. But overall the park is OK. Did not use the facilities as they were a long way from our campsite, so I cannot comment on their cleanliness. The manager/artist is quite a colorful character. His artwork is all around the park. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Very nice small park right on the Rogue river. Clean facilities and well-groomed grounds. Cement back-in pads. Sites are somewhat narrow. Several sites back right up to the river. Lots of trees. Stayed there a week in March so the spring tree droppings (sap and bud pods) were pretty serious on the roof and awnings and the little "bark beetles" were thick everywhere - but these are seasonal problems. A unique feature is the many sculptures placed throughout the park by a local artist. Pretty place. Would stay there again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is neat little campground. We visited them in the winter of 99 so lots of leaves were falling from the trees, and it was raining. One of the quietest parks around and I imagine it is wonderful in the summertime. We camped here in a camper.

Restrooms and showers are clean and good. Site are adequate with grass between and level. The site surface is asphalt so we didn't use jack pads. Our site access was easy and the park roads are also asphalt. Internet is good. No noise that we're hearing. The managers are friendly and helpful, and the park is well maintained. Wi-Fi had strong enough signal for Skype. Friendly office staff who allowed me to use their private phone to activate my own phone. I would use this park again if in the area. This park is fine for an overnight stay. About 10 sites available for overnighters. All are nice pull-throughs. BUT this park is not very pet friendly. You must walk your pet all the way across the park to a little fenced in area. Normally this would be OK, but they need to keep this area free of leaves and add some new gravel. We would stay here again if we are in need of a stop. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Easy access to park. Friendly check in. Pull-through was long and wide enough to accommodate us without disconnecting our tow. Site was level and all services were well placed and working fine. It was clean and quiet. There are some long term residents but their areas were not terribly cluttered. The dog walk is very small. It's not really a walk just a small pen. There was only one thing that really bothered me about this park. The toilet stalls did not have doors. There was instead a shower curtain for privacy. The shower stalls had doors. Still, all in all a good overnighter. We paid $30.25 including tax and Good Sam discount. We will return. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The sewer pipe is flexible, accordion type pipe; we could not use a screw-in type connector nor a "donut" type; I had to have my wife hold down the sewer end of the hose to keep it from jumping out. In addition, the electricity was not sufficient to run the AC on a hot day and night. Obviously we will not stay there again. This is a Good Sam park, and I have written Trailer Life Directory stating that this park should not be a Good Sam. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Good for an overnight on your way down I-5. Easy on and easy off the freeway but far enough for little road noise. Dog park is small but there is a small grassy area near the fire house across the street that appears to be dog friendly (with doggy bags). We'd stay here again for an overnight. The rate we posted is based on our multi-month stay, and does not include the electric bill which averaged about $60-80 month during a fairly cold weather snap. We ran computers and space heaters which made our bill pretty high despite the low kWh charges. The hosts were great and very helpful, the laundry room was clean, and the place is one of the best choices for an in-town RV stay away from the I-5 corridor noise. There is some noise from the commercial district, but it isn't as bad as hearing high speed I-5 traffic. It was a good launch point for shopping, RV repairs, long walks in the Grants Pass neighborhood, and we felt very safe. The hosts live on site and watched our rig when we went out of town. The spaces are gravel in the upper area, and concrete in the lower area. We stayed on the gravel, and other than a few pebbles making their way into the rig every so often, everything worked out. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

I stayed here for 6 months so the nightly rate doesn't count, but the $30/night is, and has been the rate during the entire time (for what it's worth). The facilities are nice and are kept up, it is not fancy or anything. The management is excellent, they will work with you. I would go back, cheapest in town! We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Friendly staff here and the park was easy to locate, but is definitely in town and you must contend with the noise. Sites were spacious with green lawns and picnic table at each space. The pet area was an insult to any animal and should therefore not be labeled as pet friendly: a small space, all gravel. Hubby walked our dog outside the park in a nearby lot. Management goes beyond the norm in assisting residents with tourism and advice on local roads. Very helpful. Nice game room available to residents. Good shopping availability surrounds campground. We camped here in a Motorhome.

For some reason the name of the park and its location right on a main street made me apprehensive that it would be small, dirty and cluttered. It is not. We're pleasantly surprised. They have a few extra-large spaces and we got here early enough to get one -- we have more than ample room to park our fifth wheel and long truck. The water pressure is good and there's a grassy space with a picnic table at each of these sites (although not at all). Some of the sites are more shady than others but most have at least some shade. Staff was friendly and helpful. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

As an overnighter we found this park to be excellent. Easy off, easy on and "quiet". The staff were friendly and helpful. WiFi is free as is cable TV. Our site was big and level. We did not have to disconnect our toad. Fast food and restaurants (and a bar) are very close by if you don't feel like cooking. We would return to this park. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very nice. Daytime hosts were very helpful when we needed directions to repair facilities. They even gave us a map. Checked in, in the evening..nightime host was grumpy at 7pm. WiFi was pretty good, could have been a little faster since we were in town. Showers and restrooms were very clean. Park is near lots of food and services. Lots of permanents in the lower part of the park...gave us the creeps. We would give this park a 8 or 9 if it was not for them. Otherwise a good park to stay a few nights. We'd stay here again We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
