Not a bad little park. It is 3 miles off of US-101 to the park office and then .5 miles down the gravel drive to the campground which is right on the river. This gravel drive is probably the mud that was mentioned, it is a good gravel road and leads only to the campground / marina which is all the same owners. It goes through a pasture, with cows, llamaa, and a couple of goats too. Very nice effect. Had coyotes wake us one morning (5:15 am) and saw an elk track on our way to the Sunday breakfast they put on. This alone is worth coming for. $6 per person, includes coffee, juice, pancakes, bacon, sausage, eggs, and probably something else that I'm forgetting. An outstanding breakfast. We camped here in a Motorhome.

A comfortable place to camp by the river while visiting Lincoln City. The people who run the place are very nice and welcoming. We'll go back. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park is located on the river. The sites are very narrow and we did not have a picnic table. No room to sit outside so did not even unpack our chairs. We did not use the bathhouse but was clean but run down. Did use the laundry which is also run down but clean machines. The road into the park is gravel and muddy as it did rain while we were there. The park was quiet with few children even over the 4th of July holiday. We stayed here to utilize our Passport America discount. Might stay again if in the area and want to save a little money. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

The setting for this park is a beautiful meadow with a big river next to it. Lots of colorful birds and great blue herons. The employees are all so friendly. We saw elk in the meadow a couple different times. They have done a wonderful job making trails to walk the dogs. When the rain comes the trails get muddy but there's enough roads to get a good walk in. I thought the laundry room and the bathrooms a little dirty. Stayed her for a week and found it to be a great spot to explore Lincoln City and the beaches. We'll be back for sure. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed here two years ago and new owner has made many improvements. Others talk about mud; give me a break, this is Oregon coast, it rains!! Staff helpful and friendly. Cleaner and dryer than two years ago and new owner making things better daily. Like access to fishing and leaving boat at dock, extra charge but is reasonable. Restaurant offers special meal deals for RVers. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Pleasant location by the river. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Definitely some kinks to be worked out by the new owners, who appear to be working hard to make improvements. Examples include: WiFi at the campsites (the Coast To Coast directory says that it was already available, but in fact WiFi was only at the check in area during our stay), gravel at the sites (trucks with gravel were arriving when we were leaving), upgrade to 50 amp, etc. The road down to the sites and around the campground is definitely potholed, and rain makes for lots of puddles and mud. Not sure of owner's plan on that. We liked the availability of hiking paths, the pitch and chip golf course cut out of the field, kayaks, etc. In summary, a decent place now with some blemishes and hopefully improvements in the near future. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The "rules" included the statement that you could not use A/C, electric heaters, heating strips, etc. They provide 30 amps, but don't want you to use it! Maybe because it was spring they hadn't really got set up for summer yet, but there was mud all around, about 1/2 of the sites weren't really usable, the road was in HORRIBLE shape and all of the campsites needed gravel put in so you didn't sink up to your hubs. Manager had no idea on where to put units. Put us in a site that wasn't big enough. Luckily there were some maintenance men working and they helped us park in a site that would handle our rig. The camp site is about 1/2 mile from the main road (and the clubhouse) and looks like it wouldn't take much of a hard rain to have that river flooding into the campgrounds. This is a membership park and we stayed under ROD. Will not return, there are better options in the area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

A very nice park with great people. We were headed up 101 with no place to go, and this park was an oasis! This is different camping than we were used to - no fire pits, few picnic tables, and very close together. The spaces are tight - you won't get your awning out, and you might not be able to back in. This was a little disappointing considering you're on 85 acres. It's a fisherman's paradise. Docks, boat trailer parking, cleaning stations, bait, you name it. They had an ice cream social going on, and a movie in the big barn. I can't say enough for the great staff! The cable was out - they were working on it when we were there. It's obvious the new owners are doing A LOT to improve this park. I would be interested in seeing it next year! Quiet location, nice people, lots to do, VERY family friendly. We only stayed one night, but it was a great place. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a great destination campground for those that like to fish. It has boat docks and boat rentals. The river sites have great views. The interior sites leave a lot to be desired. The sites are close together in some areas and backing ingress can be difficult. The manager was nice and was helpful. The Cable TV kept losing the satellite and was very annoying and only had CNN and CNN HN cable news channels. Fox Cable News was not available. The Wi-Fi was very intermittent. The signal was good and the server would connect to the Internet, but would not connect to specific WEB sites about 50% of the time. The laundry facility consisted of 1 washer and 1 dryer located behind the office. We went to Lincoln City (6 miles) to do our laundry. The Passport America 50% off rate is good Sun-Thur. Do to the poor Cable TV, Wi-Fi and inadequate laundry facilities we wouldn't stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here over the long July 4th weekend (when we couldn't get into the State Parks.) Sites are narrow and just barely long enough for our 37' MH. The park was full and crowded with lots of big families, kids, pets., etc. but just what you'd expect on a big weekend. The owners/managers were very hands on and were constantly cruising through the park. We had a space on the river and the view was great. Don't miss the Kernville restaurant just west of the park on Siletz Road....great food, service and view. We would stay here again but hopefully in the off season when it's quiet and Passport America rates are accepted. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Pretty setting on river, and would like to give a higher rating but the bathroom was too cold & spartan, trash overflowing and showers dirty. Cable tv okay, didn't use wifi. Owner nice but didn't inform of cheaper interior sites and then he closed the office for a day which meant no laundry access. Not worth full price but PA rate for overnight is alright. Looks good for family in the summer. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We were here before the season started and it was not crowded at all as I am sure it would be during the season. Honored the Passport America half price rate. This park is right on a salmon fishing river. Our coach was 15 feet from the river. Very beautiful and serene.Seems to be well run. Entrance is a little steep. Fishing dock and rental boats right on site. All in all a well run, good place to camp. We camped here in a Motorhome.

An outstanding park with outstanding owners and staff. They make the stay enjoyable. It is as if they bought the place just on the chance that one day you would show up! We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed here for 3 nights... nice owners. We got there late on Friday.. and we buzzed them up - paid for the spot and he helped direct us into our parking spot @ 10:30PM. Park is a little too crowded - spots close together, but still ok. We came for the crabbing - but had a horrible return.. and the rented boats took forever to come up the two miles of river when working against the flow. Lots of things for the family.. they had a field with volleyball net, basket ball hoop, they had horseshoes, and some other things... tent sites where some of the family stayed were actually in a wooded area with small trails linking them. Only other part that we did not care for was it being close to the road... and some folks (which I can understand) like to go to bed too early. :-) Otherwise.. great place and would go again. They had a dock and fishing could be had - mainly for the kids though.. my daughters first time fishing and she caught 6 (un-eatable) bullhead fish - little 3-5 inchers... on her cheap pole. My wife commented that it seemed like they like to charge for every single thing or service they had to offer - but at the same time - they did not always keep the best of track. :-) Good place otherwise! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Absolutely gorgeous river. Our RV faced the water with privacy for view. Fishing dock, boats, cleaning area. Very friendly owners-best we've ever had. They provide firewood ($5) for campfires. Wildlife viewing. We highly recommend. Small store. Convenient drive to coastal cities. WiFi and cable worked well. Only negative-hookups are on the right side of the sites forcing newer coaches to face away from the river. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Staff very friendly and helpful -- escorted us into our site and assisted w/parking. Responsive to heads-up on maint. issues. The park is a mixture of permanents and travelers; the emphasis is on serving anglers (fishermen). There are two small docks where fishing boats tie up; an overflow trailer storage area; and a boat launch. Unfortunately, they do not seem to enforce their dogs-off-leash policy, and dog poop was found here and there. Water pressure at our site was low (25psi). I can see where this may have been quite a nice park at one time, but as with all parks built in the 60's this one shows some signs of its age. Driveways and sites are gravel. There is little grass other than a couple of day-use park areas. Our rig is a 42' motorhome and honestly, we got in and out, but the steep driveway in and out of the park did give us pause. And, some trees need to be trimmed in order to access the sites. We made it in and out, but just barely. They are making the effort here, and we'd recommend it to most, but probably not a rig any larger than ours. Close to Lincoln City, Newport, and beaches. Beautiful area nearby with wetlands and views. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We have stayed here in the summer for the last three years and always enjoy it. The river front lots are the same price as the other lots. You just have to reserve them several months up to a year in advance. The owners and their assistants help you park your rig and are always available to help you in anyway possible. This was a lovely campground on the Siletz River. We had a view of the river and of the docks provided by the campground. This park is fabulous for those who fish (we don't). They offer boats for rent our you can bring your own to launch. The sites are a nice size and the staff is very friendly. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This place is pretty close to perfection as RV parks go. Our spot was very adequate for a quick overnight, pull-through place. The park is close to Devil's Lake so there were lots of folks here fishing. We did not have a reservation and got the last spot available (a Saturday night). The park is very easy in, easy out and is pretty new with a lot of thought being given to the layout. We camped here in a Truck Camper.

We stayed the month of August and rate reflects the monthly rate. The park was quiet and well maintained although the sites are close together. Interior roads and site parking is paved. The Wi-Fi was fast, reliable and free. The west side of park is along a grove of trees that effectively block the wind and noise off the ocean and highway. Essential shopping is very close as is the local Indian casino. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This campground was not our first choice but the place we stayed on the sand had a large group over the weekend and we had to make other arrangements. That said, this campground was clean, with nice sites, terraced a bit so the neighbors were not much bother. All the amenities were great. Not a perfect place for our style, but in a pinch or for a couple nights it was great. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed at this park for 2 nights, only because there were no other parks available while waiting for our reservations we had at another rv park. Our site was in between permanent residents which we do not like at all. When we arrived, my husband mentioned to the lady in the office that we would prefer another site, but she had no intention on changing the site, it seemed. The sites are close. The permanent Rvs which were in very poor condition were the most negative for us. The price we paid was too high for this RV Park. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

It is a very clean and neat campground. It is extremely well maintained. The sites are all paved and are very long for any size RV and tow vehicle. It is easy to get in and out. There are beautiful surroundings of forests and hills but no trees in the park. There is great Wi-fi access. Beautiful Devil's Lake is across the street but there is no access from the park. There is a small city park with dock and ramp right up the street. It is close to casino and plenty of restaurants. The utilities are top notch. I would give this park a higher rating except for the closeness of the sites. It would have made for a lot more pleasant stay if they had just added a few feet between rigs. Our neighbor's awning almost touches our coach. There is not much room for sitting outside of your coach. The end sites are very roomy with fire pits but good luck getting one of those. We stayed here for a week and would stay here again but not for such a long time. This is an excellent park for short stays or over night although some of the back-ins are roomier. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Easy access for big rigs with lots of pull-throughs. All sites are paved. Friendly staff and we would stay here again. The con to this park is that the spaces are so close together. This is a good 1 or 2 night spot, but IMO not a place to stay for any length of time because of the size of the lots. NOTE: My Garmin GPS wanted to direct me through some back streets to the park from Hwy-101. For better access: If north bound on Hwy-101, turn right on W. Devils Lake RD and the park is located 500 yards down the road on the right hand side. We camped here in a Motorhome.

A nice clean park. Landscaping and upkeep has improved since the new owners took over. There is lots to do around Lincoln City. Sites are easy to get into and relatively spacious. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

A very nice park overall. It is a Good Sam Park and they keep it very clean. You are right across the street from Devils Lake. Our site actually had a view of the lake. Even though you are close to 101 the forest between the park and the road kept the noise buffered very well. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Have always stayed in this park when visiting the oregon coast and Lincoln City area. Very nice, clean with park all pull thrus. The only downside is the sites are close together with only a few feet separate the spaces. Laundry room has good facilities, but park does get somewhat crowded on weekends. Very good cable tv and very close to the attractions in the area would stay again when in the area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Park has new owners as of June 07. Sites are way too close together. Not one shrub or tree separating any site. Not a single tree in the park. Most sites not level. All sites had dead grass between them, but new owners appear to be removing some grass and replacing with river rock. WiFi is pay thru a provider with credit card used online when connecting. Lots of permanent trailers around perimeter of park, some with noisy kids and dogs. Park is not on lake and no lake view! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Very nice park. Washrooms & showers were clean. The one big drawback that I found was that there did not seems to be much for Kids to do there. The sites were somewhat close together and I think that noisy kids parked next to older folks might cause a bit of a problem. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park is a nice alternative to the nearby state park campground. Views of the lake are somewhat limited but the park itself is well groomed and neat. There are a few seasonal / long term residents but the park does not have the trailer park feel that many do when long term residents are present. The office staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They made us feel very welcome and were genuinely interested in finding us a site that best met our needs. A good park for overnighting or longer stays. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We have stayed here 4 times. Close to shopping and Chinook Winds Casino. All within 1/2 mile. Hospital 1 mile east of RV Park. Very friendly managers. Quiet and peaceful place to stay. We love this place. If we wish to boondock we stay at the Casino RV Parking area and they allow you to stay overnight if you are self contained. Only 3 miles north of Factory Outlet mall. I recommend it to all. We camped here in a camper.

We have enjoyed this park many times over the years. We feel Oregon state parks are among the best we have camped in. Paved sites with greenery in between sites for privacy. Path to the Lake. Across Hwy 101 from ocean. Walk to shops and restaurants. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very pretty park, easy access from Hwy. Sites are treed and quite level but not that large. Our 38' Class A filled the driveway, and additional parking for tow vehicles is scarce. Definitely a park we'll return to. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Devils Lake is tucked along Highway 101 in the middle of Lincoln City. In November it is a wet campground, with A loop nearly always closed by now - but if you can get a spot, and they are hard to come by, do visit. Part of the world class Oregon Park system, Devil's Lake is no exception. The park features a lakefront dock, a connecting boardwalk through nearby wetlands connecting to a rustic kayak and small boat launch. Walk a bit further to oft visited D River state park at the Pacific ocean. Our stay was puctuated by high winds, making the ocean a spectacular show. The park provided cable and full hook-ups were very welcome due to the heavy rains - and the sheltered nature of this park becomes very apparent when the ocean winds reach gale force. This is a great park from a people standpoint this time of year, as most are shopping or enjoying a show at the nearby tribal facility. Tehy only come in at night, and are quiet after dark. For small children the smaller loops, lake and ocean walking access, and the interesting plants all make for a memorable and non-commercial time. We come back to this park again and again, and make new memories every time. The restrooms are older, and the showers are limited to B-loop - so you will be treking if you need that facility. Everything is Oregon State Parks clean and quiet, with enthusiastic Rangers and volunteer hosts. You can't beat an Oregon State Park. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Most sites were muddy and had some standing water in them. This is a great location and a decent campground. Think this campground is worth going to only if it has not been raining for a bit to give it time to dry out. Sites not very level. Good plant growth between most campsites giving you some privacy even though sites are somewhat close together. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is one of our favorite parks and I'm surprised it was not listed earlier. It is virtually downtown Lincoln City but a rural-campground feeling. The winter rate was only $18 which included cable TV. We were here during a winter storm but felt well protected from the wind in this little cove by Devil's lake. Many of the sites were floods with 2-4" of water but we easily found one that wasn't and knew it would not get worse since it had been raining hard before our arrival. Unfortunately for the state park system but fortunate for us, very few other campers were parked here. We checked the other RV parks in Lincoln City but preferred this park for its privacy, grass, trail to the lake, quiet, dark (no flood lights through the skylight at night), price and feeling of safety during the storm. I can highly recommend...could not give the park a "10" because it lacked WIFI and did not have a pool or laundry. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a poorly engineered park with concrete slabs that are level but very close together. My biggest complaint other than the very limited space for the TV was the location of the sewer which were at the futherest back point of the site. In my case I would've needed 25'+ of hose to get close! The sites are not the same with some shorter and some longer but always with the sewer in the rear. Slabs were not level either. The casino has a wondeful breakfast and friday night buffet. Good size non-smoking area also. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Operated by Chinook Winds Indian Casino. No tax, and cheap propane. Close to town. Casino shuttle. Some sites have an ocean view. Sites are a little close together but not bad. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We were very disappointed in this park. It was very unlevel even though they do have cement pads. The sites were very tight and your table was on the opposite side of your RV. They were very nice about refunding our unused days because we were not pleased with the park. They do have shuttle service to the nearby casino and there are several restaurants within walking distance. We would not stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Small, newer park with modern full hookups, good cable, and WIFI. The only other thing in the park is a small building containing the tiny office, a laundry, and the restrooms. There is nothing else in the park. The sites are level pads and spacious, but there are no recreational facilities for anyone, kids or adults. Casino is a bit of a walk, but there are shops and restaurants within 5-10 minutes. The center of north Lincoln City is about 2 miles. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very nice park with long, paved spaces and paved patios. Small green strip of grass at each site. Full hookups including excellent free wi-fi. Very convenient to restaurants and attractions. This park has easy access off hwy 101. The park appears to be recently built. The beach is down hill approx 1/2 mile. This is a perfect park to stay a night or two. On edge on town near shopping etc. Visit casino have a cheap meal lose a few bucks. Staff were friendly. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Essentially a parking lot, little grass, very close to neighbour, especially if neighbour parks vehicle beside their unit. This really isn't a destination, did not stay, went down the road to outdoor resorts for some grass and less concrete. Staff friendly, no problem leaving early. We camped here in a Motorhome.

New park so little shade. Very nice and clean. Roomy spaces with concrete pads and grass with tables. Dog friendly. Chinook Winds Casino 2 blocks away. Shuttle bus to Casino every 15 min. Ocean 3 blocks west with peek-a-boo views. Managers very friendly and helpful. Shopping close by. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Great RV park right on 101. Many people who had stayed here before said they couldn't remember it being so windy. It was really windy, to the point you couldn't do anything outside. The laundry was great with a TV to watch as you did your wash. Nice continental breakfast and free newspaper during the week. Wonderful indoor spa (great since it was too cold outside). Very friendly people working here. I did have some trouble with Wi-Fi kicking me off Internet Explorer.Will definitely come back again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Very nice park with great people. We stayed with our Good Sam group and the club house was very nice. It would of been a 10 except for the tight spaces. We will stay again as the best in the area. Did I say the people VERY NICE. Good internet just a little hard to sign on, but FREE. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We belong to and have the Premiers "Premium Gold" card. We purchased it in 2010 and have stayed at several of their sites. We have never been disappointed in anything. Late check-in, cleanliness, friendliness, and we love getting the paper delivered every morning. It is an all around great place to stay. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The park has most amenities. The sites are cemented and level and have full hookups. They serve a continental breakfast and the staff are friendly and helpful. There are ocean views but access to the beach is contorted. It is a few minutes to the outlet mall. It has a small pet off leash area. This is a great park for staying in the city. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Our site was too short for both the 38 foot RV and the Jeep so we parked the Jeep in the overflow parking which was near our site. Couldn't pull back any further because the water hydrant would interfere with the doors on the slide. Overall, not a bad park. The beach is easy to get to by walking through a tunnel out of the hotel parking lot next door then take the elevator down to beach level and walk down a few steps. We would stay here if in the area again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park is obviously very well run and maintained, and is probably the best RV facility in the area. The personnel are all friendly and helpful, and all the public facilities are clean and functional. Our site, which was located on the upper level of the park: was good sized and easy to back into, with the help of one of the park personnel. It's not far from the beach horizontally, but vertically is another matter: long steep stairways! The morning munchies were a nice touch, and we appreciated the newspaper delivery in the morning. All in all, a very pleasant experience. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very nice fenced dog run with gravel, however our 8 pound Shi Tzu could run under the gate. No ice machine to purchase ice. Great access to the ocean. Sites were tight. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice park right on 101. Friendly staff. Nice Continental breakfast and free newspaper. Laundry, spa,exercise room and library/office area. Some sites are just wide enough for slides - ours was very wide compared to others and had a large grassy yard (Site 4). Some sites do not have room for truck or tow car but we had a separate parking space. Sites are concrete and level. Wi-Fi and cable were OK. There is a fenced-in dog area. Grounds could be maintained better - a little shabby in places. Noise from highway in front sites. Fairly easy walk to beach. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Site 65 is the hot site, ocean view. Great hot tub, cable and WiFi. Had a free wine tasting party and continental breakfast. This is a very nice park. We camped here in a Motorhome.

I consider this RV park one of the better parks in Lincoln City. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are improving the park all the time. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Rate is net of Good Sam discount and taxes. As others have said, staff is very friendly and helpful, location is good to the attractions of Lincoln City. We stayed in one of the 7 pull-through sites, which have a view of the ocean. It was long enough for our 38' motorhome with just enough space to park the car sideways in front. Because the front of the site sloped downhill, it took a lot to level the coach. Also, the sewer hookup was at the very back of the site, requiring an extension on our hose. If we should stay here again, we would get a back in site. They appeared to be more level and most have space to park a car alongside. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Clean and very friendly park. The access to the Oregon coastline is wonderful. The park has two levels with back-in’s and pull-thru’s on the lower level and all back-ins on the upper level. Sites 65 thru 68 on the upper level look out West with a view of the ocean. The staff is very helpful and friendly and so are the folks staying at the park. There is a continental breakfast each morning, newspapers are delivered to your site (except Sunday) and they have great WIFI reception. The park and area are very pet friendly. Sites are concrete, ours had room for our 35’ 5ver but a little tweaking was required to get level side to side. Very nice area with lots to do when the weather cooperates. We would stay here again when in the area. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Extremely nice work campers, esp. "Ted'. Sites somewhat level, had to do some tweaking... lots of big rigs, we had plentey of room for our slides and awning. Pet friendly. Would came here again, met some great friends we still keep in touch with. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a very clean and very friendly park. It is only a few hundred yards from the beach. The access to the Oregon coastline is wonderful. There is a tunnel under the 101 highway so you don't have to cross traffic. The sites are concrete. They are a bit narrow. The rigs of today are exceeding the campgrounds ability to adjust. There is room for big rigs and the slide outs but it leaves very little room in between. I could not get my awning out in my site because of an electric pole. I could not get my truck on my site so they gave me a nearby site to park it on. The Staff are all extremely helpful and would do most anything to make your stay with them the best possible. There is a continental breakfast each morning. News papers are delivered to your site each morning. WIFI is great anywhere in the park. I do not have an animal but the facilities for animals look to be very good. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here a few years ago and it was a nice park. But now the new owners have improved it even more. Yesterday and today electricians were installing new power poles and all the sites are now 50 amps. The staff are the friendliest I have ever encountered in an RV park. We are on the upper level and the water pressure is fine. Unfortunately the sites are a little tight. Not much room for any outdoor living. We would gladly return. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We have been to this park several times and now that it is under new ownership we have noticed that they have really spruced it up. We were in the upper loop and noticed that the water pressure was pretty bad. The parking spots are all concrete and many have a parking spot for the car right beside the RV spot. The problem is that the RVs have gotten longer and wider with slides so that many people cannot get their car parked at the site. They will let you park your car or pickup against the bluff in sites that are not used as much but that doesn't work if they get full. In spite of this we will go back. It has a great location and getting to the beach is not all that bad except for crossing Hwy 101. We camped here in a Motorhome.

If the sites were a little bigger, and if the pet run was finished (they were still building it when we were there) I would have given the place a 10. The staff was "stupid friendly", I mean that in a good way. The place was clean everywhere we looked. Nice concrete parking pads, although they were a bit small. We were able to fit a 36 ft 3-slide 5th wheel in ok. Not a dog excrement to be found. Walking to the beach is a bit of a project, you have to take your life in your hands to run across 101, then down a side street, then down a nosebleed stairway. We found it simpler to just drive. Note to owner, combine a couple of those little back to back spaces in the upper section, to make a couple of large pull-thrus. Then charge more, they'll be full every night. We were at Oceanview 2 years ago and it is not being maintained as well now as it was then. Most of the grass and shrubs are dead and there are lots of weeds. The spruce trees need to be trimmed or removed. At a lot of the sites, the slides and awnings will be right up against the trees. Sites are overpriced for what you get. On the plus side, showers, restrooms and laundry are clean. Streets and sites are paved and big rig friendly. We also were told that the park was for sale. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This was a nice "overnight" park. Sites were paved with full hookups. Fairly easy to maneuver. Although the person working sent us down the wrong direction to back into our site. Cable channels were limited but the casino down the road filled up our evening time. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

The campground itself is nice. There are level paved terraced sites, and some of them really do have a view of the ocean. Management must have changed since the previous posts, where the people said the staff were nice. The problem with this park is with the staff. When we were checking in, one of the first things mentioned was the fact that they don't give refunds. We were then inundated with a list of rules that if we didn't follow "we'll be at each others' throats and remember, we don't give refunds." The office and laundry room are only open from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, and like a previous poster mentioned, laundry cannot be started after 3:30 pm. What's with that? They used to have a hot tub/spa, but it is out of order right now, which isn't really a problem because even when it was open you could only use it from 2:00 pm until 4:30 pm! I can't say as the staff were exactly rude, but they sure weren't welcoming and we certainly did not get the warm fuzzies, which is too bad because the campground itself is nice. We had no problem with hostess or host. Others did while we were there. Lots of rules! Weeds growing instead of grass. Place is for sale. Sites are assigned upon reservations and heard complaints they could not be changed upon check in. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We have camped here many times and have been consistently treated very poorly by the lady at the front desk. Each time we hope that it will be different, however it has not changed. We have finally decided to never go back. We have no complaints about the park itself. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This place was a nightmare! First of all, why is it called "Oceanview", when you cannot see anything except the weeds growing all over their property? Next, the office lady was so rude that she threatened to take our bikes away, if we didn't obey their rules. (we were checking in and hadn't even had a chance to get them out of the truck). While we were checking in, another man came in and said," the guy weedeating cut his sewer hose". Don't go here. Oh, and you can't start a load of laundry past 3:30 pm, which means if you need to do laundry, forget the vacation plans. Horrible place. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Nice place. Wide, deep, level slots. Lots of room for dogs to walk, limited cable TV. Staff friendly and helpful whin I blew a trailer light; actually took me to NAPA to get the part. Comfortable, clean, accessable. Will return again if in the area. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

A very nice, clean, and quiet park. Friendly and helpful staff. Sites at the rear of the park have no highway noise, those at the front of the park are noisy due to nearby highway. Paved sites. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a nice well maintained park. Streets and sites are paved and large enough for big rigs. A few sites have an ocean view, but most do not. It is really overpriced for what you get. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park sits up on a hill and has nice views of the Pacific Ocean, the park was clean and the managers very friendly. The cool ocean breeze is all around you. We camped here in a camper.
