We just finished staying here for a 12 week work assignment. Very well run, clean, organized park. Unlike a couple other RV parks on 101 this is set back from the road just enough so that noise is not a problem. Plenty of space between sites and lots of green/lawn area. (Three of the other RV parks in town are just a parking lot on Hwy 101 with hook ups). Bathroom/showers are newer and kept clean. Even on full July/August weeks (we were not here on weekends), this campground was pleasant and everyone respected quiet hours. If you have kids and want activities/pool/playground there is another campsite in town that might be better. We enjoyed the quiet and chose Circle Creek for this reason. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Stayed here over Labor Day weekend. The office people were friendly and helpful. We had a site near the office to ensure good Wi-Fi signals which was great however it also let all the highway noise drift over us. US 101 is a very busy highway normally and holiday traffic is unreal. The tent campers are in a different section of the park which is good as they tended to make the restroom/showers busy and dirty. The cable TV worked very well. All in all it was a positive experience and the resort town of Seaside is a delightful place to visit. Price of $35 is with our Good Sam discount. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Outstanding! If you are looking for a luxury resort this isn't it but it is near perfect otherwise. The grounds are grassy with a lot of trees and the hard-top sites are widely spaced in a random pattern. Some have shade. There is a river running behind the park but the banks are covered by dense vegetation and are not visible from the sites. It is adjacent to Highway 101 but we had no problem with traffic noise at our site at the back. The office staff was courteous and helpful. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Park has very friendly and helpful staff. It's not far from town, a good walk of 2 miles. Sites are large with lots of grass in between, and there's a big clean indoor pool. Had great pressure and hot water in the bathroom showers. Would definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This park is in 2 sections. One only has 30 amp and is a LONG walk to activities. The other side has 50 amp and is near the pool and clubhouse. Very well kept park. Cable is $3 a day but we had a satellite dish. Wi-fi is only at clubhouse or in parking lot. About 1/2 mile to great outlet shopping and a mile to the beach and what Seaside calls the "prom" or a paved walk along the beach. Resort town and very heavy traffic downtown but park is just far enough away to be quite. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed under membership ROD (Resorts of Distinction) so really paid 0 for our 4 days. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very nice Thousand Trails Preserve. Stayed at the South area. North area has 50 amp service but was pretty full. Very well maintained. WiFi available at Laundry (South area) and Clubhouse (North area). Cable available at South area for a fee. Will stay here again when in the area. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
