We stayed 4 nights at this RV Park and loved it. The office was friendly and accommodating for our needs. The sites are spacious with grass and trees. The river is in back of the sites. Easy access around the park. We will stay again when we are in the area. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Park was nice; more like a 6.5 . Staff was great. There were level campsites but the bathrooms needed a little help. Also you had to pay for the shower even after the 38 bucks. Other than that, a great place to stay close to Cannon Beach and Seaside. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Nice older park. Good location for access to the local sights and beaches. Owner and workcampers were very helpful and friendly. Situated right on 101 but no road noise at the back of the park. Disadvantage to being at the back of the park is no Wi-Fi signal in our rig. They were very accommodating to us when we arrived without a reservation and everything in the area was booked. I highly recommend them and would stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a nice location to check out lighthouses, beaches and Columbia River Gourge. We got lucky and the weather was great. Pull throughs are long, but the grass is so thick and they cut it everyday and you track it inside because they won't allow rugs on the grass. Also everything is extra. Extra for people over 2, extra for another car even if it fits in your space, extra for your dog, etc. Also charge for showers. Laundry room is only open limited hours. If in the area we would stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

The Wifi is now reliable and fast. This is a beautiful campground in a very scenic area and the weather is terrific in August. The owner is considering adding some more full hookup sites with 50 amp service. The open areas take up about 60% of the campground so there is room for a lot of additions and improvements. For now, there is plenty of room for dry camping if you didn't make a reservation for a hookup site. The water pressure is 45 psi and the electricity is solid but the 30 amp services are old and we had to be aware of what we were running or we would trip the breaker. The owners and hosts are really nice but overworked on some days when the tent area fills up. There is a lot of grass and it grows fast here, and the grass is usually wet in the morning so you have to be aware that you might track it in. We intend to come back here again next year. The office staff was cordial and helpful. The sites are all large, but the pull thrus are extra long. If you want a back in site, that is where the lovely trees are. We were more interested in reliable internet via satellite, so we stayed in the pull thru area. Plenty of grass and this year, plenty of rain. The tent area is separate from the rv section, even have their own road. The wifi was not reliable, but we had our own. Rebooting the wifi is fine, if someone is in the office, but after hours, who is going to reboot? For us, we were happy to be there and will go back. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Park has lots of grass and trees actually a very nice looking park. Management could use some serious customer service training. They act as if the customer is bothering them. Wireless internet works great when it is "re-booted" every few hours but it is only "re-booted" when you walk up state it is not working. Staff stated it was being diagnosed. Lovely setting. Nice sites with table and fire ring. Wi-fi marginal at best. Owner, Sharon, nice to deal with. Shade trees. Nice washer/dryer facility. The prettiest of the sites we stayed on our Oregon coast trip. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Although pull through sites are available, they' re not as level as the paved, back in sites. However, the back in sites are not "big rig" sites if your motor home is over 40', towing a 20' vehicle. Also, the paved area is about 10' wide,and with all the rain, it was real hard to keep from tracking wet grass into the rig. The owners and staff were friendly, and willing to reset the WiFi several times daily. It was routinely unavailable when the office was closed, i.e., after 9pm and before 9am, we had no Internet hookup. The large grassy areas are well maintained. Each site also has a picnic table, and a fire ring. The RV park is ideal for spending time outdoors, weather permitting. Access to 101 is excellent, but the RV Park is far enough south of Seaside to reduce traffic. We would stay here again, knowing that eventually the WiFi situation will improve. We stayed in this park for an overnight and found it to be clean and well maintained. Our site was a large pull through which we appreciated. We would recommend this to anyone for an overnight or an even longer stay! We camped here in a Motorhome.

Pretty park with wide field of grass and trees, wide sites. Unsecure Wifi signal is good, but too much traffic on it til late night. Sadly, you get wifi "free" but the showers are 25c . Bathhouse were not clean in the evening. Owners live on site but weren't seen after dinner time, even with late arrivals. They lock the laundry room at 6pm; if you are lucky, you can get a key for a $5 deposit. Late comers don't get the bathroom code. This is a decent, better than average place, but seems over priced for what you get and with some of the hassles. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Big sites lots of pull throughs, level sites with lots of grass. Close to Seaside. Easy access to Hwy 101. Laundry room was clean. We enjoyed our stay here for 2 nights. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We liked this park because it is a simple, clean, pleasant park with lots of space between the sites. RV parking is on hard packed earth surrounded by grass, some with shade, some open. Tent camping is in a huge open grassy field. Restrooms/showers were immaculate. We "lived" here for a week and used it as a base to explore the coast. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Really nice park - lots of grass and shade. Plenty of space and dog friendly. Could hear the elk bugling in the morning but didn't see any. Not far from town so its convenient but quiet. Staff was low-key but very helpful. Setting is wonderful. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice grass field campground. Sites are paved and fairly level. Campground is at a good location being easy access right off of highway 101 and only a mile out of Seaside. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This is a gem of a campground right on HWY 101, large grassy and shaded sites, the management were nice and helpful, we requested the grass cut and within two hours it was done. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This is a Leisure Time Resorts membership campground so we paid nothing for our stay (site would not allow me to put in 0). Others may pay varying rates. We absolutely loved this campground. Our AT&T wireless phone and computer connections worked well in our site. No trouble connecting to Satellite. Spacious site. Park clean. Wonderful enclosed pool, hottub and jacuzi area although I did not actually make use of them. Plenty to see in the area including Astoria, Cannon Beach, Forts, Columbia River Maritime Museum, Ecola State Park. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Our first stop on our 4-week trip. I'm giving it a 9 out of 10 for this: The side we stayed on (park is split into 2 sides) was without cable and wi-fi. We preferred it, as there were more shady places and seclusion. Let's face it, you go away to get away not be right up under others!;) The pool and sauna here is awesome!! The building that houses it looks new and reminds me of a garden house with all its windows. Nice warm pool took the chill off the snowy days. Yes, it snowed here in March! Great restaurants abound in Seaside. Guido's & Vito's is wonderful - I may have those names reversed but they're correct if out of order! Nice place, quiet, away from the road noise. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is one of our favorite parks in their system on the West Coast. I would have given them a higher rating, but there is 50 amp service in only half of the campground, and cable TV on the 30 amp side, with trees blocking satellite reception in a lot of the sites on the 50 amp side. We keep coming back, and will do so many time this summer. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed here on our TT membership. The park is split by the road into two areas. The pool and spa were very nice. Small store with no groceries. Staff are friendly and keen on enforcing rules and speed limits. It is a long walk through Seaside to the ocean. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We only camped here overnight but found the sites to be large and graveled. The interior roads were graveled as well. The pool area was quite nice and well maintained. The hot tub was HOT! THANK YOU! Seaside is a very nice membership campground. Large clean sites, near shopping and short drive to beach and tourist activities. Well stocked camp store and year round activities offered at park. Large playground for children. We camped here in a Motorhome.
