Rate reflects monthly rate which includes cable, water and sewer. Electricity is billed separately. The park is a very nicely kept park with concrete pads that are quite level and sites up where we are decent size, not huge but comfortable. Grass at almost all sites and all is constantly maintained. The bathrooms are spotless and everything works perfectly. What the park isn't is a destination park with "stuff" to do, no playground or swimming pool or spa. It is a well kept park close in for visiting the greater Portland/Beaverton area. Especially at the monthly rate it is a good value. We will most likely stay here again when visiting our daughter and granddaughter. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Friendly, helpful staff. Nice location on the Tualatin River with some long-term residents. All sites are very well kept with extremely clean baths and laundry rooms. Relatively easy access in spite of a steep downhill when entering the park. We'd definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

There are turn off lanes from both sides off Hwy 99, therefore, access to the park is easy. However, the park's driveway immediately goes into a steep downgrade right where the office is. No problem for me, some might be afraid to stop there. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was my fist visit and we could check out the park before we committed to staying. Well, staff directed us to a pull through site and we loved it. We payed for 7 nights, including taxes = $ 231.00. Full hookup with 17 cable TV channels, some of them are a bit snowy. After 3 nights I put up my satellite and got a good signal. Wi-Fi is there and it worked at the office and in the laundry room, but absolutely not at our site. The signal was there, but no data was going through. Bring your own Wi-Fi solution to this park, as some longtimers told me too. The sites are level, narrow and paved. At our site we were able to push out our slideout and our awning was just about at neighbours slideout. Grass between the sites. Throughout the week you are woken up by longtimer's diesel engines as they are going to work. The washrooms are 4 individual bathrooms with basin, toilet and shower each. Nice and clean but not superclean. There are washers and dryers too. Portland bus stops are right at the parks driveway and make it easy to go into downtown. We will return when again in the Portland area. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

As in previous reviews entry is difficult you pull in and immediately are on a steep hill and if you have a rig as big as mine you don't park and leave it. I had to stay and stand on the brakes the whole time while my wife checked us in. They were told the size of our rig and they put us in a space that only the trailer would fit. I had to park my truck in visitor parking during our stay. Also asked for 50 amp and only had 30 amp at our site. Tripped it several times. There is a river that runs along the back of the park and was shocked to have a couple of hunters in a boat shooting ducks behind the park. Mind you this is in the middle if the city. When I notified the office staff she didn't know what to do except call the owner. I told her to pick up the phone and call 9-1-1 and she still need to call the owner first. Duh!!! Would have left then but had business in Portland to take care of. Will not be returning unless there is no other choice. For what you get this park is over priced. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Clean park, but other than restrooms and laundry, no amenities at all. Narrow concrete sites, with small concrete patio. No picnic tables, no playground and cable TV was snowy. Mostly long-term residents, but everyone was quiet and friendly. Entrance to this park is off of a very busy highway, and is both dangerous when entering and exiting due to heavy traffic. There is also an extremely steep driveway leading from the roadway to the campground, which makes exiting the park even more challenging. We chose this park solely based on it's location to our visiting with family in a nearby town. Would not stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The park is hard to enter as the entrance is on a steep hill they advised us to go to our site and come back to the office to check in. The park is clean with small sites and nice laundry. The WiFi was down the first day, but was fixed by the second day and worked well. Outside of the entrance this is a good park for being in town the southwest side of Portland. Would stay again if needed to be in this area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Well kept park, nice people, sites are tight though. As long as your neighbors stay within their own boundaries one should be in good shape though. Good location for commuting to Portland and/or Washington Square. I would not want to pull in to this park after dark if it were my first time visiting. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The RV park that we normally stay in was closed permanently, so I chose this park as it was the only one available close to where we wanted to be. It is not a bad park, staff was very friendly. Well maintained. But sites were just too close together. Many sites were taken up by long term and looked like permanent renters. Did have a nice dog walk not too far away from our site. The sites are concrete and grass and were pretty leveled. Yes, we would return to this park, as it is close to where we needed to be. The only downside is dealing with all the traffic you have to go through getting to the park. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a nice park. Well maintained but small sites. We have a large fifth wheel and had a hard time getting into the site without running through the very soft site. We made a mess but were told not to worry about it and they would fix it when things dried a little. They were very nice and understanding. It is a very steep drop into the park and a hard pull when leaving. We would probably stay here again if we were in the area because of the friendly staff. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a lovely RV Park. The people in the office are very friendly. If you request a certain site or area, they put a cone in the location so that it is your spot, if you arrive late. Bathrooms are clean and so are the showers. The only complaint is that the Wi-Fi is difficult to get onto. Sometimes it works and sometime it does not. This is a problem if you depend on it for work. A few more TV channels would be nice. Overall a nice place to stay. We camped here in a Truck Camper.

Stayed here while visiting relatives, so only used it as a sleeping place. Spaces are narrow and close together but is seems most people were only there to sleep so we were never bothered by noise or anything. We had a back in site along the river which was convenient for walking the dog and letting her do her business. Restroom/Shower/Laundry room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. As others have stated the road down to the sites is steep but with our rig it was not a problem. Would stay here again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

You have to drive quite a bit away from the freeway to get to this park and then drive down into sort of a gully to get to the spaces. It was pouring rain and foggy when we got there making things more difficult. If you are looking for just one night's stay I don't recommend this park because of it's distance from I-5. The amenities were OK but the drive to it and parking the rig was a challenge. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Staff was friendly at check in, sites are fairly level, mature shade trees, well maintained grounds, nice landscaping, however spaces are narrow with small grassy areas between sites, our slide is narrow, therefore we didn’t overlap onto our neighbors grass. Utilities are good, there are individual shower/sink/toilet rooms and they were spotless. The laundry was clean and machines are new and worked great. WiFi was OK. If you come from the South, you will need to go to the next intersection North of the office and make a legal u-turn, thus you will be in the correct lane for turning into the Park. We sited, then drove back up the hill to the office to register. Some people complain that the entrance is too steep, which depends on what you are driving or towing. Shopping, restaurants, etc. are within a short drive from the RV park. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Friendly and cooperative front desk person allowed us to choose our spot. Chose 29, but would next time choose possibly 39 or 38, as 29 was high traffic, dog walk area, and trash bins. Yes, 'river' IS right behind you, but 'river' was stagnant and swampy, and you couldn't see it at all for the vegetation. Park is almost under the roadway, so some city sounds-sirens and traffic noise. Sites are packed closely together. We could hear conversation of the neighbor on phone in his RV in the evening. Not easy to access park from roadway. See previous review. That said, we really enjoyed our stay even picked containers of blackberries which were delicious! The grounds here are very nice and well manicured. The showers were spotless. The location is wonderful for enjoying the Portland area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Even though the amenities are few this is a great park. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly and it's a great location on the River. It's close to Portland, wineries down the street, shopping and recreational parks close by. The park itself is kept clean and is landscaped nicely. The bathrooms and laundry are cleaned multiple times a day. Additionally for the dog lovers there is a long dog-cat (yes I saw someone walking their cat) walk along the river instead of a tiny little area. Only down side is the sites are close together but on concrete or grass so you not dealing with mud. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

A very nice park, one of the better ones I've been to. Showers were spotless, had lots of hot water and the bathrooms were the same. Staff was cordial and the location is great: close in to Portland. My only criticism is the sites were quite close together and too short for my 38 footer and the toad. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Nice park with different levels from elevated treed back-ins to lower lot pull-throughs and water side back-ins. Something for everyone. It's a little tough to get to from I-5 and the PM traffic is a bit tough but worth the effort. I wouldn't do it as an overnighter for this reason. We were on an upper back-in and it's a little tight but with patience it's not too bad. Our back actually hung over the bank into the trees which gave a "negative edge" view from the rear window. The downside is that it's got a bit of traffic noise as it's right off the Pacific Coast hwy. Wi-Fi worked well and is included in the price. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Very nice park with easy access into Portland. Some of the sites are kind of small and they're pretty close together, but there is a lot of grass behind them as well as benches to sit on. The Wi-Fi was slow much of the time. The showers and bathrooms are huge, separate, individual rooms with great water pressure. High-efficiency washing machines are only $1.25 a load. There's a small trail that runs under the highway and takes you into a subdivision; follow the sidewalk about a half mile and you'll come to a huge public park with ball fields, tennis courts, trails. We took the bus into Portland. You catch it across the highway and can take it to the heart of downtown or beyond. It was less than $2 each way to go downtown. The highway noise is kind of loud. We camped here in a Motorhome.

A nice park for an overnight. It was our second choice (Champoeg State Park was full), so we started out being disappointed by having to go here, but we were pleasantly surprised. We got a back-in site on the river, with plenty of grass for our dog (and we didn't see any dog waste, contrary to Sept. '08 post). Sites are close together, but OK for an overnight. We camped here in a Motorhome.

I camped here for 9 days and it was very pleasant and quiet. A lot of people however, don't clean up after their dogs and it's not a great thing. The river is peaceful and fish jump, you can walk under the road as well. The WiFi is very poor and I stayed in the park studying for an exam and had so much trouble with it, I couldn't take the exam. The laundry and showers don't get cleaned daily, maybe twice a week at most. No change machine, office only and that's a long walk away uphill. It could use some updating. After 9 days camping, I was a bit late getting out and a staffer came to my RV and was very rude. So, I won't be back, but it was fine otherwise. Some people complained about the entrance being too steep, but after driving on a 6% grade to Oregon, who cares? We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a very well maintained, quiet park near the river, just outside of Portland. We have stayed here twice and enjoyed the park each time. Landscaping on the back-ins near the river is lovely, and the birds and squirrels seemed happy to be living in the area. No pool or exercise facility, but there is a nice place to walk and enjoy the scenery. Getting into the park is a bit tight (down the short steep hill with a tight turn at the end) and might be challenging for a 45' motorhome, but our 32' fifth-wheel had no problems. Note: "car" GPS routing takes you through some tight streets in a residential district, so I recommend you use "truck" routing instead. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is an older park with mature shade trees, well maintained, with nice landscaping. The spaces are small and—as pointed out previously—fairly close together. In spite of the landscaping, the close proximity of the sites results in a view of your neighbor’s sewer connection through your front screen door, at least in our situation. The pull-throughs are very short. Bathrooms are clean and tidy, and laundry room equipment is new. WiFi is also new and works well. Management is friendly and helpful. The location is on the edge of metropolitan Portland and, although off of a main highway, it is very quiet. The park is conveniently located on the TriMet bus line with service into downtown Portland. It is also a convenient location for visiting the many Willamette Valley wineries. We would definitely return if in the Portland area again. We camped 5 nights with no pets. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Good location for visiting Portland. The facility is very well kept. The Wi-Fi worked well but as noted by others, we could not get satellite reception. The entrance to the park is hard to see from the road and not easy to get to from I-5. The registration office is on a very steep hill and the sites are very close together. When we opened our bedroom slideout, it ran into our neighbors awning. The other downside of such narrow sites is that your neighbor's sewer hookup is right where you would set up your chairs. But the bottom line, the location, the price and the overall up keep of the place makes this park hard to beat. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We used this park as a home base for trips into Portland and the Columbia River Gorge area. It is convenient to both. The outer loop contains back in sites. The side of the loop along hillside has no satellite reception, the other side of the loop backs up to the Tualatin River. The middle section is pull-through sites. As other reviewers have stated, the sites are pretty close together. They are all paved and have 50 amp, sewer, water and cable. The bathrooms & laundry were both clean & well maintained. The staff was very helpful and pride in ownership really shows in this park. We would definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Great place for an overnight or a short stay. Very clean and well maintained park with a friendly staff. The river is not much to look at here but there is one and the park is very close to shopping and services. No road noise even even though it is right on Hwy. 99. The only negatives are the closeness of the sites and the fact you can't make a left out of the park. It is a little bit of an ordeal if you want to go north on 99. We will stay here again if we are back in the area. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

The only reason that I don't rate this park a 10 is that you have to position your rig carefully in some of the sites 'cuz the trees are a little close for your awnings, but that is the only reason. Wonderful staff. Lots of trees, mostly on perimeter of cg but not on sites. Bathrooms and grounds rate a 10. Steep entrance hill but manageable. Sites are all paved with grass in between. Instant phone hookup for $1 per day is big plus. Not much for kids to do except stroll by the river and the wetlands but many parks, restaurants close by and staff is very knowledgeable. Fills up fast in the summer with seasonal visitors. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Nice RV Park. People in the office are friendly. Well maintained. Restrooms are very chilly but clean. The only complaint is that you have to arrive during business hours if you want to rent a cable box. They are closed on Sunday's. If you are not there, when they are, you only get a few channels. I have stayed at the highly rated CG to the south of this one,but decided to stay here again. The place is a bit tight in places,but you shouldn't have any problems and the rule about driving on the grass is because several folks have parked their toads and ATVs on the grass and not on the pavement. They don't really say anything about the dogs going where ever they want, but I never saw any poo anywhere in the park and that's a change. I asked for a satellite TV site and the reception was great,as was the Wi-Fi. The restrooms were clean and warm. I will be using this CG again whenever I visit Portland. I wanted to comment about the rules here. The manager is strict about not driving or parking on the grass but you cannot get into or out of the sites with a big rig or even a medium rig without going onto the grass. They definitely need to widen the paved parking area and broaden the approaches and exits to the sites. The other comment is about the rules that other people have complained about. It is interesting that currently there is a tent trailer and a Volkswagen camper van in the park so their rules about no soft sided RVs or vans must be arbitrarily enforced. Rate reflects weekly rate of $249/week. The RV park is very nice and very well maintained. Every site has green grass, a nice large shade tree, a clean picnic table, full hook-ups, free basic cable and free Wi-Fi. The staff has been very friendly and welcoming as well. They allow dogs, but there are plenty of signs stating, “no wetting, no waste” in a variety of areas. The Tualatin River borders the back-end of the park, and there is a two-mile nature trail adjacent to the RV Park. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This park does not have a lot of amenities, but it is super clean, green, tall trees and in an area with a lot to see and do. There is a nice rural park next door, with a walking path on the Tualatin River and a nice shopping center within close walking distance. There are some sharp turns for big rigs, yet the place is filled with big rigs. We are 41'. All the big rig sites are pull throughs and the park is worth the tight turns to stay here. This will be our stop when we are in Portland. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Price show is for a standard pull-through with Good Sam discount. It’s odd that they itemize the price, $2 per person for cable TV and $4 per person for electric, which is included in the $38. Most of the sites need some leveling, grass areas with picnic tables and most with shade. Park is kept in immaculate condition, restrooms and showers were clean, Wifi and cable TV worked fine. Narrow asphalt roads with tight turns. They have a very extensive list of Rules. You are screened at the check-in (quote: modern, well maintained, full self-contained, hard-sided RV, no exceptions). So if you don’t mind the ‘additional’ rules, strictly enforced by park removal, well then this place will be great for you. Quiet at night, and the staff was helpful with questions about the area. We stayed here ten days and loved it. It's beautiful, with evergreens that must be fifty feet tall. The only thing I didn't like is that they are not very pet friendly. They do allow dogs, but they have signs all over the place saying essentially "don't let your dog pee here," and once an employee asked me to not let my dog urinate on a grassy place next to the road. Weird. But it's not a problem, because adjacent to the park are several miles of well maintained trails that run along the river. I would definitely stay here again. I must have arrived at the wrong time. I was turned away by the manager/owner? " after the desk clerk was already checking me in. I was in a new 2011 Chevrolet conversion van that I purchased in March and had the interior custom designed. But manager/owner said that vans weren’t allowed. It was obvious that she made the rule up on the spot. To say the least, I was very surprised, but I was polite and left. This is the only RV Park I've ever been turned away from. Heck, I've even stayed in Napa and Malibu, CA, without a problem. I’m not sure what makes this RV park so special, but whatever it is all I know for sure is that management seems to discriminate or have discriminating tastes. Depending on your point of view. Very well maintained, quiet campground. Owners very helpful & friendly. Sites are long & level, with a nice large grass buffer between sites, however the pads are narrow & most larger vehicles will go on the grass to maneuver into/outof the site. Street turns can also be tight, but doable for a 40' MH with tow. All utilities worked well, FHU/50amps. Basic cable TV. Washing RV & cars is encouraged - wish more places did this - it makes the whole campground look cleaner & neater. Wonderful town walking/biking trail on the side of the campground. We like the location of this park a lot. The managers are very friendly and helpful as well. The big negative is the narrow parking pads and narrow streets. They have several sites closed because people have made huge ruts in the grass when pulling in or out of the site. Also it rains a lot in the Portland area and even with grass you get mud on your shoes which gets tracked into the rigs. The pads have huge mud puddles which makes it hard to get into your rig or your toad. They definitely need to widen the roads, flare the approaches and exits to the sites and widen the pavement on the pads so that you can get in and out without going on the grass. I don't know why they aren't doing this since they are loosing money by having some sites closed off. If you happen to come here when it is dry then my major complaint isn't an issue. We're really enjoying our stay here. Kid and dog friendly. Staff is nice and extra helpful. The homemade cookies were a nice touch. Park is bright, clean, and beautifully maintained. A decent sized grass area and picnic table are at every site. Many mature shade trees throughout. Facilities are not brand new, but are well kept and spotlessly clean. The park is a short drive south of Portland just off I-5 but near some nice restaurants and shopping. The office is closed on Sunday but they do have sites/handouts available outside the office. The park is well maintained but the parking pads are narrow as is the roads to your site. They have free WiFi which was fairly strong at our site. Their cable TV is mostly local with a few shopping channels, so we just used our satellite. The weather was wet and very cold (in the teens) while we were here, it even snowed. We ran low on propane and a local propane truck arrived Friday morning and delivered propane to those who needed it. We will probably stay here again since it is the best location for us. Easy access off freeway. As stated, it is an older park, but exceptionally well maintained. Interior roads are very narrow, but no problem getting my 40-footer in to my site. Sites are level, and a nice grass/picnic area between sites. Park is pet friendly, and has a dog run, and other places to walk your dogs on the park perimeter. However they are very strict about requiring your dog to be on a leash when out of the RV, which in general I would agree with. One of our two small dogs is an 18 year old Yorkie who is blind, deaf and can hardly walk. I put him down on the grass beside the motorhome and he immediately does his business. (It's okay to walk them on the grass area beside your RV, but they MUST be leashed.) But one of the park employees was adamant that our old guy must be on a leash. I explained his condition, but he was inflexible. I thought in this dog's case it was ridiculous. Lots of close by stores. It is an urban setting, but very quiet. We have stayed at other parks in the area, and our opinion is that this park is far better. We will be back! We camped here in a Motorhome.

Nice park with long, roomy sites. It's quiet and well-maintained and well enough insulated from the immediate surroundings to avoid the urban park feel. The staff is friendly but not too willing to go out of their way to fix a customer issue. When we made our reservation, we had asked for a satellite friendly site and they put us in a site directly behind a tree that blocked the signal. The empty site right next to us would have been fine but it was apparently too much trouble to make the change. It wasn't a major problem however, and we would stay here again. We stayed here for 7 weeks. The park is clean and well maintained. Although it is 40 years old it has been well cared for. The staff is friendly and eager to please. The bathrooms, showers and laundry are clean. The park is on the banks of the Tualatin River. A boardwalk at the edge of the campground leads to a city park. There are canoes and kayak rentals at the park in the summer. The campground is close to groceries, restaurants and other services. This place is rated 4W by Woodall's. If it had a pool it would be a 5W. We will definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This campground is pretty urban. It is surrounded by condos and a 7-11. We were just passing through and needed a place to stop. If you are visiting the Portland area or need a place to sleep, this is a good place though. Although its urban, the upside is that it is close to stores and groceries. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and efficient. There are trees and shade. There's some grass and a picnic table. The hookups were in good condition. Best park in the south part of Portland. This is where we always stay. Easy access off I-5, near I-205, close to shopping, restaurants, and gas. Hiking/biking trail right next door. Well maintained park. Narrow paved roads and sites, some not level front to back. Almost all pull-throughs, capable of parking my 45' truck-trailer rig. Front half of park is for transients, where it is noisier, back half is mostly full of permanent residents, but no junk. They are very serious about speeding, and have aggressive speed bumps on access and egress roads. Very helpful and friendly staff. On a previous trip, I had a medical emergency (did I mention there is a hospital within a mile able to zap kidney stones?) and the staff was able to extend our stay for four extra days. To get the negatives out of the way first. The parking pads are narrow. They need to be widened. Some sites are not level front to back but are fine for trailers and fifth wheels which can be lowered at the front end. The monthly rate in the summer is about $400 higher than in the winter. Now to the good stuff. We have been here three years in a row and love this park. We are full timers and come back every year to see friends, family and our doctors. We treat this as our home base. The management and office staff are about the most friendly people that we have ever come across. They will go out of their way to help make your stay a pleasant one. The park just has a friendly, comfortable feel to it. The location is perfect for staying in the Portland area. There are lots of shopping and services available nearby. We did not have to sign a 4 page lease agreement to spend a month here like we did at that park in Fairview! We don't get kicked out one day a month like in that park in Wilsonville either. Oh, by the way, they even have beveled leveling boards available for free if you need them. We will definitely return next year. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is the second time we have stayed here. As others have said, detraction's are narrow access roads and narrow pads, although this time, no rain, no mud, but no guarantees in Portland! Great access to all the Portland metro area, wonderful walking trail next to the park into a regional park. Nice off leash dog area in the back of the property. We stayed here twice in last 3 months. Please be aware of surroundings. There is a pervert with access to office information. We received obscene and perverted phone calls on cell phone during both visits. The cell phone number was only available to 90 yr old parents and RV office. It's a shame. The location is great but will never return to this place again. The office management is poor with no computer records. There is no communication between staff regarding reservations. We liked this park, it was the perfect location for our visit to Portland. It is clean and well maintained. The freeway is a couple of blocks from the resort which made it easy to head north to Portland or Beaverton. The roads to your site was narrow we had to unhook in order to make the turns to our site. If you want WiFi at your site there is a charge but the service was good. There does seem to be a lot of rigs that stay extended period of time, we were told many stay to be near the hospital for medical reasons. We will stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a very nice RV park near to Portland. It has long pull throughs with paved sites. The higher numbered sites are shaded by huge fir trees and the lower numbered sites are good for those who need satellite access. I would have rated it a 10 except for the width of the paving since most rigs now have slideouts. This makes you walk on the grass which is always wet. We will definitely return. We liked being close to fenced dog area, since we have two small dogs and also were adjacent to river walk (boardwalk which leads to a park). This park is about eleven miles from Portland. The length of the sites is very long and can accommodate a large Class A without disconnecting the toad. However, the sites are narrow - under 11 feet wide thus making it difficult to step out of your rig without stepping on the grass. The park "streets" are also 11 feet wide. Although the streets are one way, it is still tricky driving through the park. It is tight! Bathrooms are absolutely spotless and have plenty of hot water. There are no amenities (e.g., clubhouse, pool) - just a spot to park. In the summer, we heard that the ratio of "dailies" to permanent long term is about 50-50. During the winter, the ratio may be higher. If you like to walk, there are walking paths right outside the park, shopping malls within a mile and direct bus service into Portland. This is the one of the cleanest and neatest RV parks we've ever visited. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Free coffee and cookies and daily newspaper in the office is a nice plus. Large park that is easily accessible from the I-5. Large grassy and treed sites. Washrooms and laundry room were maintained to a high level. Wi-Fi is good, but expensive @ $7.00/day. Office closes at 6pm. No store on site, but there is a 7-11 and other businesses just across the busy street. Nice walking path just off the property that follows the river. Definitely big rig friendly. Almost all seniors staying there. No one left their rigs. No one sat outside in the evening. We don't have kids, but if you do, don't stay here because there is nothing for them to do. There is no pool, no hot tub, not even a park to play in. Lots of rules and lots of signs posted telling you what you can't do. They allow pets, but judging from the rules and signs, they would rather not. For example, they have a rule that says you cannot let your dog urinate on the grass of another site unless you have the permission of that site's occupant. Don't get me wrong, I always pick up after my pet and have no tolerance for people who don't, but try to explain to a dog that he can't lift his leg and even pee on a tree at the edge of someone's site? Please!!! We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Howdy neighbor. What a wonderful park. Located at the Southern end of the I-205 and I-5, real close to Portland and all kinds of shopping centers. The staff was wonderful, very helpful in directing you to your destination. The park has a gang of BIG trees that give you plenty of shade. They don't mind if you clean your rig in your space. The Wi-Fi was kind of miss and hit (other wise it would have been a 10). Almost all sites were pull-thru's. Cable TV with 71 channels. The restrooms were handicap accessible. Well maintained RV Park. Lawn, big trees (but many spaces where satellite reception is OK). Reasonably close to the freeway, but far enough away that it's reasonably quiet (some street noise from a nearby busy street -- but generally quiet). Seems to have a fair number of long-term tenants, mostly at the back of the park. Cable TV has about 70 channels -- better than most parks I've been in. WiFi has been quite good and is (now) free. The interior roads and sites are asphalt paved. It was difficult to maneuver our 43' rig (toad unhooked at the office) as the roads are quite tight. There's a city-owned walking path that leads into a small park that passes next to the property -- makes a nice morning or evening walk. We stayed for a week (reflected in the daily rate). Very well maintained park. Tight roads, but we were able to negotiate them even with our 55+ foot rig. Sites are 60' max. Laundry and restrooms were clean. Staff is extremely helpful, even recommended an area dentist when we needed one. It's definitely a city rv park, next to apartments (though still quiet); across the street from a 7-11 and a McDonalds. We walked to Panera Bread for breakfast and free wi-fi, instead of the $6.95/day at the park. All sites have grass, and trees are throughout the park. The RV Park of Portland is south of Portland a few miles. There is Camping World fairly close. The park is in a residential area with apartment complexes on each site. The park is full of permanent guests. I have a 45' rig, and the park is not designed for big rigs. It is very hard to get around the park. Great park! Although it is about 10 miles outside the city of Portland, access to and from downtown is easy on I-5. The RV park is very clean, well maintained with beautiful trees. The restrooms were clean, showers were hot and water pressure was quite good. The park is far enough from the interstate so that you get no road noise. There is a great hiking path that goes right by the park and winds back through the neighborhoods. The surrounding area is nice, feels safe, and you are close to grocery stores, malls, Whole Foods, movie cinema, and restaurants. The owners of the park watch you carefully and will correct you if you are not following the rules (for instance, we had put our mat out on the grass, which is not allowed. When we returned they had moved the mat to underneath our camper). But we are happy to comply and they were not snippy about it at all. They obviously take very good care of their park, so following the rules is worth it. We would definitely camp here again! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Wonderful park, very close to the city, but yet quite rural and relaxing. The managers very accommodating and helpful, make you feel very welcome. Have been back a few times now, and will continue to stop there. Very handy on stops down the I-5 south from Vancouver. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This campground is in an excellent location. You can walk to shopping, restaurants a supermarket. You can also walk along the river on marked trail. The staff was friendly and helpful. Access in and out was easy. I would recommend this place. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We love this place! Great customer service. When we couldn't get our satellite to work because of a tree, they had no problem letting us move to a different site. We love to take long walks and there are lots of places to walk to from this park. Besides the hiking trail along the Tualatin River which goes through a park, we walked to restaurants, our bank, a post office and more. It's a quick drive to Lake Oswego and Tigard, where we shopped at Whole Foods, saw a movie and ate at great restaurants. We stayed 2 weeks. We will definitely stay here when we return to the Portland area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Beautiful park with many large grassy sites. They don't reserve specific sites upon request, the people here are extremely strict with their rules and policies. Even the RV's close by came over and made us feel very unwelcome for menial things. We were very polite, quiet, respectful and empathetic of other campers. Its as though they were sitting here watching us, then running over to boss us around. It felt more like a retirement park, and has been the butt of our jokes ever since camping here. I got reprimanded 3 times within the first couple hours of pulling in. I am a middle aged female alone with my dog, until my husband and other RV friends showed up later that night. They soon got scolded also. They do allow dogs (any size) and have a wonderful bridge trail and park along the river. Very fun place, however the campers and employees just REALLY need to lighten up and learn to have fun! Overall great place. Largest downfall: you have to pay $6 day for internet. That in today's world is totally ridiculous. Because of that, we often stay at other beautiful parks in the area. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed one night at the RV campground. Lots of pull through sites. It was very quiet and there was a little path by the river where we could take the dogs out for a walk. The showers and washrooms were very clean. I was very impressed with the tidiness and cleanliness of the entire campground. The staff were very nice and helpful. This is a Good Sam campground. We camped here in a Truck Camper.

Nice, clean park with good-sized spaces. Easy access in and out. Lots of shade and grass. Nearby, there's a nice trail along the Tualatin River. Friendly neighbors for the most part. Good customer service. If you need to stay in or near the south side of Portland, this is a very good park. Especially if you need to be near the hospital. Easy access to I-5, without the noise of the freeway. A main thoroughfare to a nearby hospital runs right outside the park, though, so street and ambulance noise can be heard. I'd stay here again if I needed to be in Portland, Oregon. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Rate is for water/electric site only. Full Hookups slightly more. Wifi is $7/day. Sites are gravel/grass and quite level. Internal streets are paved. Mature trees make satellite iffy. It's an older park - bigger rigs may have trouble maneuvering. Seems like lots of long-term folks, but we were there just one night, so hard to tell. Staff friendly and eager to help. Location is excellent if you need to be in south Portland area. We'll stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Wonderful park to stay at. Tualatin River runs past the end of the park with a beautiful paved, handicap accessable nature walk with your own private entrance starting at the park also. Large pull thru site accommodated our Big-Rig and toad with ease. Friendly, caring staff and lots of trees and grass! We camped here in a Motorhome.
