Love this RV park. We had our campsite right on Penn's Creek. It was nice. Shade, grass and blue stones. No dust. No much going on, but if you don't want to be bothered and just relax, this is the right campground. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Small, neat campground but with only one pull through. Big rigs can get into backin sites. There doesn't seem to be anyone on site so we pulled into the pull-through in our 45' coach. They make it easy to fill out the registration form and leave the payment. Wi-Fi didn't work after a storm came through. We were told that it is busy on weekends and since you can't speak to anyone, you don't know if you have a reservation. Could be a problem. Would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.
When you arrive at this park, you’ll discover that the check-in process is a do it yourself project. A sign indicated that the office is staffed only on Friday afternoons. The only acceptable forms of payment are cash or a local check. I found no printed park rules or handout. However there was a glossy brochure touting the park which did provide some information. It appears that this business is operated to extract the maximum profit at minimal effort and cost to the owners. The Wi-Fi service did not permit internet connectivity so I ended up using my using Verizon card. To add to the negatives, the sites are directly under the glide path to a nearby airport. Mediocre and overpriced are the two adjectives that best describe this park. I won’t be back. We camped here in a Motorhome.
We love this park. Shade, roomy sites, pea gravel pads, grass, friendly staff & campers, very neat & clean, hook ups are up to date & well maintained. There is a highway fairly close to the front sites from which there is some road noise, but it did not bother us. We could only hear it when outdoors. There must be an airport nearby, as small planes went overhead, but not jets, not a problem. Seasonal sites are very neat. Small campground, no pool, but there is a creek at the back. Very quiet and peaceful. We would stay here again. We stayed for a week, one night free. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
