My rating would be a point or two higher if our group had been clearly told what to expect when we made our reservations. We were told there are 50a sites with full hookups. There are, but VERY few w/sewer and even fewer w/50a. "Sewer service" (ie. honey wagon provided as needed) is OK, but it is NOT the same as having a sewer connection. Most sites cannot receive satellite TV due to heavy tree cover, local OTA TV is extremely limited and the campground is wired for CATV but CATV is not available. Water pressure was extremely low. We have a 40' motorhome and were parked on an unlevel tent site requiring significant blocking up on one corner. Our 30a electrical outlet had barely usable voltage around 108-109v most of the time, low enough to cause possible damage to electronics, AC, etc. I understand the campground is under new ownership and the couple on site was very friendly and helpful face to face. But this campground was far below what we were led to expect would be available to us. In addition to the problems with RV sites, we had to hold our meetings off-site in Centre Hall because the available "meeting space" was a small open air pavilion, not at all usable for other than small social activities. All said and done, we paid a premium price for marginal facilities. I doubt any of our group will be back. We camped here in a Motorhome.
