Our stay was 8 months after the previous post and there still is no landscaping and no cable TV. Sites are very narrow and without landscaping: when it rained we walked in deep mud. Wi-Fi was excellent. There are no amenities at this location. This is not a destination stop. It is merely here to establish residency in South Dakota. The office staff is very efficient at helping you do that. We camped here in a Motorhome.
This is a small new campground located on the premises of Americas Mailbox, the mail forwarding service for RVers. It is brand new so there's little grass and it's rather plain. It's intended as a service to customers of Americas Mailbox, but anyone can stay there. The rate is the member rate. Cable service is installed but was not operating while we were there. Sites are gravel and level. They are rather close to each other and in one row, RVs are parked rear to rear. Wi-Fi service was good. The location is near a truck stop and the interstate but noise level was low. It's convenient to Rapid City and not far from Mount Rushmore and other attractions. We would stay here again for a short stay when passing through. We would probably give it a higher rating when the landscaping is completed. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Newer, clean park with no trees and rather narrow sites. There are pull throughs but maneuvering is not the easiest. We stayed here a week but would only recommend for just a stopover before moving on. We camped here in a Motorhome.
