The kids loved the water slide here. The cabin was nice, could have used a little more cleaning. Roads are very narrow. We would come back again. We camped here in a Campground Cabin.

Campground is older but it was clean, especially bathrooms. Our tent site was level and staff came by to ensure we had gotten set up okay. Fishing Pond looked in bad shape but Jack Tales were greatly enjoyed by the kids. Site has bike rentals and a paint your own pottery station in the store. The store had a good selection of products and the pool was sparkling clean. The waterslide was a huge draw even though it is a bit older. We camped here in a Tent.

There are only four 50 amp spots in the campground and they are not on the stream. Could use some landscaping. The 50 amp spots need to be re-leveled. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This was a beautiful location near Gatlinburg and the personnel were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Trolley stop for transportation to downtown Gatlinburg was located at the entrance to the campground and the trolley system was very well organized and easy to use. Great restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely return when in the area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Excellent campground very well kept. This is the only place we camp in Gatlinburg. We come here at least 2 times a year. Not to crowded either, very quiet. Trolley comes right by. Our dachshunds love the creek and I love the pool. This couple do a fine job! Wish it wouldn't close until after Thanksgiving. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We had family from Switzerland with us and had a large group of kids. This place was a blast! The younger kids were told about the Junior Park Ranger Program and we were on! Very educational ranger programs and lots of things to do! All the rangers were very helpful , knowledgeable and friendly! Can't wait to go back! We camped here in a Tent.

We arrived late one evening, got our site set up and drove into Gatlinburg to gather some supplies. Gatlinburg is kind of like a beach boardwalk, so it may or may not be what you enjoy. Even in the middle of July, the humidity was very high. It rained all 3 days we were there, so we never really felt dry. The campers beside us gave up and went to Knoxville. The river/stream is awesome. It has a good flow rate, and generates a nice sound when sleeping at night. We let the kids float part of the stream on some tubes. They loved it, but the water is cold, so have some nice big towels to bundle them up in when finished. The shade is very dense in the park due to the amount of very large shade trees. The restrooms were cleaned daily, but there are no showers in the park. I loved the park, but the damp/wet weather made our trip a bit difficult. If you had a few days of clear and dry skies, this might be an almost perfect place. We camped here in a Tent.

No hookups whatsoever are available. Clean restrooms with flush toilets and water is available throughout park. No showers but you can take a dip in the river which runs through the park. Don't use soap in the river! Portable showers are not allowed in the park either! Construction is taking place just outside of camping area but it is quiet at night. The construction appears that it will be completed before winter. Lots of improvements such as paving has been done this year throughout the GSM NP. We camped here in a Tent Trailer.

This site is not well kept. It was dumpy, worn out and the hostess was completely awful. It took me 15 minutes to make a reservation on the phone. This person could care less about being customer oriented. Our cableTV jack did not work, I went to have it fixed and they said the person would come by in 1/2 hour, they never showed. The sewer wasn't flowing correctly and almost resulted in a big "mess". I was able to get it to flow by dumping slowly. ONLY stay here if you want a place to sleep and then be on your way. This site is not a place I would want to stay for several days. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We also were surprised to find this campground had openings during the peak fall season when no other area campground had a site available for just a Friday night. The reasons became obvious once we got there. The campground was 90% empty. No credit cards, only cash. A recent heavy rain left the campground with a lot of standing water and mud. The pool was partially drained and the water that remained had a nice green color. The cable TV at the site we picked was not working. We did find cables run between trees split numerous times ending with a bundle of cable hanging from a tree at the next site over that we could connect to. Needless to say the picture quality was not great. The real excitement started once we were setup and ready to catch the trolley into Gatlinburg. The manager/owner of the campground was threatening to beat-up and kill an elderly man who was giving him some sort of trouble. A minute later the police pulled in and got involved. We watched this all unfold as we were waiting for the trolley and wondered if we dared to leave our RV there unattended or even to spend the night there. Being the slightly adventurous types we decided to stay. Our sleep was interrupted a couple times with sirens stopping in front of the campground and what sounded like a gunshot later on. The reviews we've read on this forum have been very helpful and pretty accurate. If we had checked this campground out before our stay we could have avoided paying the going rate for a one night stay in a run down and scary campground. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Stayed here for 3 days and was a very nice experience. Park is very well kept and staff is very friendly and helpful. Some "rental" sites are hard to back in, due to angle of road to site and up hill angle. Our site, #30, was right on the creek w/a nice terrace and fire pit, although it was a bit tight for our 35' 5'er w/triple slides, especially on the road side property line. Some older units, but all are in good shape. Many units for sale. Biggest disadvantage is the distance form town which is almost 9 miles, but otherwise an excellent place to stay to enjoy the scenery and just relax. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

The Good: Park was clean and well kept. Most all sites are heavily shaded although our particular site had adequate shading but still open and large. Lot #157. Electric was good as was cable. Had approximate 100 channels. Pretty lake with center spray for effect and several creeks and branches. Every one in the park was friendly. Many permanent trailers and occupants. All were well kept. Had several rental spaces for motorhomes. However be advised that 40ft. is the limit and that's for a reason. Problems or some negatives: The campground/resort can present some maneuver problems especially with a 40ft motorhome. We had to pull and straighten a few times to get backed in. But all was OK afterward. The water pressure is low, about 25 lbs. As I said the cable is good but we have not been able to acquire satellite even though it appears we have a clear view. The sites that adjoin the Hwy. 321 are noisy as the road is well traveled. The pool was closed but appears to be a large multiple shaped pool. Nice tennis court. Has a mini golf area (Carpet golf) A small playground but clean and has nice play equipment. The restaurant was closed. Can't assess. All in all, a nice resort although very full. Kept in mind that most all campgrounds in this area are geared to smaller trailers and coaches. And the majority are limited to 40' for motorhomes. It is away from Gatlinburg to the tune of about 10+ miles. That's a negative, but we have our towed and motorcycle so not an issue. If you want to be real close to Gatlinburg, with trolley service and have a pretty nice campground then Twin Creeks would be my choice. One last suggestion. Make sure you drop your towed at the front and some of the turns are too acute with it attached. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The nicest campground I have ever stayed at. Yes they are mainly an owner occupied park, but everything was very well kept, not like some places you see where folks have permanent spots. We backed up to a beautiful peaceful stream, paved roads and far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg to relax. The workers showed me a back route into Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge to avoid all the weekend traffic. I have already booked another trip for this summer. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

A super clean and very nicely landscaped RV park with nice amenities. Lots of beautiful flowers. Friendly owners who treated us more like guests than customers and utilities all worked well. Access to and in the park was easy for our larger RV if you listen to the park owners directions ref: getting to the park. Park faculties (paved roads, pool, etc) were all in very good condition. Super clean restrooms. Reasonably sized and nicely landscaped sites. Only downside: its a bit of a drive to most Smokey Mountain attractions and the most popular National Park areas, but we expected that in order to be away from the crowds and noise at the end of the day. We would definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Immaculately maintained park, very helpful and friendly owners and staff. It's a bit of a drive to Gatlinburg, but this park's focus is the GSMNP, and they encourage you to take advantage of great hikes you can get on from the campground. Close to Greenbrier and Cosby (read far from the maddening crowds) areas of the park with trail heads and excellent trout fishing located there. Very nice concrete pull through pads, and plenty of maneuver room for the back in spots as well. Drove through a couple of the nearby campgrounds and didn't think they were nearly as nice and well maintained. I would give this one a 10 if they improved their laundry, it was all in good repair, and the facility was nice, but there were only 2 washers and dryers-think it would really be a problem come summer time. Highly recommend and will stay again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a good campground but quite aways from Gatliburg. Overall it's a good value for the money. I would have said it's a great campground but like all the other campgrounds that are along Highway 321 the road noise is terrible and all the locals need a new muffler We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We had a great stay here. There are the most gracious hosts. Our family includes two little girls (aged 3 and 1 at the time) and they were most welcome. Bathrooms were cleaned. We stayed over July 4th, and they had a guest demonstrate cast-iron cooking (peach cobbler). Great stay. We would definitely stay here again if we were to ever go back. The one downside is that we had to drive through Gatlinburg every time we wanted to go somewhere - this added 10-15 minutes to our drive. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

I've never seen a cleaner campground! The bathrooms were spotless and the showers were super clean. I am not a fan of concrete pads, so if you like that they have plenty. Staff was very friendly. There is a supermarket, gas station and post office in walking distance. The sites here look better than other campgrounds we passed that were jammed tight. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Expensive RV park. Nicely shaded with good Internet service. We didn't have problems, but I heard they are picky on the rules here. Good access to Gatlinburg, but that means road noise is fairly high. Bizarre payment scheme. The last night is free if you buy $35 of clothes. That means you save money at the same time you get new clothes. But most of the clothes are the type that have been "bedazzled". Not my style. We camped here in a Motorhome.
