The best thing about this park, is its location. If you are visiting the Bartlett, Germantown area, it is the only camp available. Other than the location, there is no reason to stay here. It is a flat open field with mud if it rains, RVs packed close together, and NO trees or flowers. The view is your neighbor eating at his table. The campground host is at best surly. We have stayed here twice, because of location. On both occasions, there were sites available that were not either mud or between two other RVs. We were told that those were reserved. Nobody ever came in to any of them. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

The best thing I can say about this campground is that it is convenient. It is close to everything I needed and is a safe location. There are many stores, restaurants close by. Otherwise, it is a big empty field, site are extremely close, there had been a lot of rain and it was a mud hole. WiFi is available, but it costs extra. No cable, but you can pick up a couple of local stations. If you are looking for amenities, this is not your place, but if you just need a place to park, it is a good one. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

I found this campground depressing. The sites were very close together and gravel, but at least our site was level. There were a number of run down looking RV's in the campground. The campground hosts were not at all helpful. The park DOES have wireless internet, but my husband had to call management to find out about it. I think if I go to Memphis again, I will seek out another campground. Power, water ,and sewer worked fine. Dogs were welcome. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Campground is located across the street from Graceland. Rate includes parking at Graceland ($15 for RVs) the day we left, so consider it a bargain. Good TV reception and well stocked store. Elvis music played on speakers - fun! Nice pavilion for cooking, but it was too cold to use the pool. Don't go to Marlowe's for BBQ, very touristy, not very good. I'd return to park, it was fun! We camped here in a Motorhome.

Area is BAD. Housing projects overlook the campground. They advertised a nonexistent shuttle to Beale Street. Too scared to see what was inside bath house. Did however have excellent strong Internet as we only had to share with 10 other customers. Most looked to be permanent residents. Park needs a face lift , shuttle, and more info on Memphis , Graceland, and Beale Street. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Park is an excellent campground for touring Graceland. You do not even have to use your vehicle to see all the sites and museums. Park was very clean and quiet. We stayed two nights and never unhooked our 5th wheel. You couldn't ask for a nicer park !! We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice little park across from Graceland and behind the Heartbreak Hotel. Plenty of room for our 42' coach and other larger coaches on level gravel sites. Not a fancy park but conveniently located south of Memphis. The staff was VERY helpful in informing us about all of the tours in the area. The bus picked us up right and dropped us off right at our site. They provide discounts at a local restaurant. The restaurant sends a limo to pick you up right at your sight -- in a "pink" Cadillac. They have a small pool with tables and chairs to relax at. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very friendly campground with lots of extras. Shuttles to downtown Memphis and local restaurants. Also a well-stocked store. Lastly, an excellent after hours check-in. Each reservation has an assigned site with a map. Best part is that the route to the site is draw on the map. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a gated type park with a security guard when you pass through the gates. It is conveniently located to Graceland and you can walk to the shops and mansion boarding area. It is located behind The Heartbreak Hotel and a free shuttle from Sun Studios comes out on the hour and takes you to Memphis and then to Sun Studio, Beale Street and back to the hotel. They also have a reasonably priced bus that takes you to and from Beale street for the night activities. For a fun dinner call the pink limo to pick you up and take you to Marlowe's for excellent BBQ. We have a 50 amp, pull through, full hookup site. It is a quiet park and we would stay here again and would recommend it to others. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is an older park but it was secure, the park no longer honors Good Sam nor do they take credit cards. But, the attendant was nice, showed us to our site, even offered to show us around town. Although close to the highway the noise wasn't too bad. The sites are level, 50 AMP service and for the price it's hard to beat. We would stay here again. These are nice people. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park has recovered from the flood. Extremely helpful owner and staff. Many concrete pads right on the Mississippi River where you can watch the barges travel by. Clean, Good 50 amp power and free Wi-Fi. Very convenient to downtown Memphis right across the I-40 bridge. This will be my choice for a campground in the Memphis area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

What makes this campground so extraordinary is the location. It is one block off I-55, two blocks from the bluff overlooking the Mississippi River, five minutes from downtown Memphis, three minutes from the Amtrak station (free parking and access to the Main Street Trolley). We attend an annual convention in Memphis and always look forward to staying at this unique urban campground. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This campground is an equestrian campground and therefore has a problem with horse droppings which results in a fly problem. The restrooms were dirty and the showers in the womens bath houses were so dirty that my wife refused to use them. I believe that the state of Tennessee could do better job of upkeep and make this a real nice campground. I would not recommend this campground to anyone for any reason until cleaned up properly. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a beautiful park just south of Memphis. It has huge trees everywhere, lots of space between rigs, and you feel like you are living out in the woods. The staff was friendly, and lots spaced far enough you felt you had privacy to just enjoy the woods. Plenty of area for walking or bike riding. Paved interior roads and sites made it easy in and out for us. A great place to feel in the country, yet close enough to visit Memphis easily. We would happily stay there again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Hard to get to, and the train yard kept us humming in time with the trains in railyard about 2 miles away. Enjoyed the birds, but the noise was too much. We won't stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

What an absolute gem! Yes the drive through some of the suburbs may raise questions however entry to the park immediately squashes any problems. This is a gorgeous park which is beautifully maintained and kept very clean and tidy. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The bathrooms are perhaps the cleanest I have seen in a long time and it even has a laundry (75 cents a load!!). It is within easy commuting distance to Graceland and other major attractions and is very quiet and peaceful. Very family friendly. Tennessee is to be congratulated on the standards maintained in their state parks. We have visited two and been very impressed by both. We would definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
