By way of an update for 2006, I agree with all comments posted last year. Seems to cater mostly to big rig seasonals, and although the sites are very crowded together, this seems to be the norm for this area. Refreshingly excellent cable tv and wifi. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Small park really tight.Park has been cut out between to Mts so you are setting down in between 2 mts kind of like a large road going through them could not use satellite dish and no good reception on tv but had cable extra 1.50 night. Small swimming pool, no where to walk dogs cause its steep parks runs up hill. Guess I would go back but if only could not get into River Plantation about same money but lots nicer park 2 pools extra large hot tub there. This was the only park we could get into Memorial weekend We camped here in a Motorhome.

Newer park with concrete pads to park on. Sites were somewhat narrow and weren't big enough for us to park trailer (29ft) and truck without sticking out in the road. Pool was nice but small and playground was creekside and small also. A good park if you have a small camper or can get one of the few larger sites. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This was our first time at Clabough's. At check in the office was tidy, office workers were pleasant. Our site was cramped, un-level, dirty and very noisy. I could go on, but it would only sound like I had a bone to pick. I do not. We cut our stay a day short because of our experience, and we actually needed some sleep because of the noise. This was the worst campground experience in our 3 years of camping. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

4th time staying at GC. Stayed at site 114 site which was not level, and could not use awning due to having to park next to camper. However, this was not a problem due to shade trees. Sewer hook up was higher then camper outlet causing problems with back up and smell. Nice pool and playground they added, and as always, my child had fun feeding the many ducks that come to your camper. I will camp here again but at a different site We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This campground was very nice! Lots of shade, very clean, and the staff was very nice. Every evening we had a huge family of ducks come visit from the stream. Everybody seemed to get a kick out these ducks. Wifi was good but was down 1 night. The site was not level, so bring lots of wood to balance out your RV. Next time we are in Pigeon Forge, we will definitely come back and stay here! We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a nice park & convenient to anything around. Plenty of grocery stores, gas stations & shopping. We always enjoy going to the Black Bear Dinner Show & Dollywood so it was nice not having to drive a long way there. We stayed on stream side for 10 days & love the ducks (approx. 40) that are quacking, love being fed & swimming in the stream. The park is pet friendly with a lot of room to carry your dog on a walk- of course you should clean up after your doggy. The only negative we found is the parking. We stayed in one that does not have enough room for a larger vehicle to park so thankfully we have a Land Rover that could be parked sideways. There are quite a few other spots that we would like to stay in next time that has enough room for parking. I don't know why everyone says that this park doesn't have room enough for their trailers because we didn't have a problem there. Ours is a 30' travel trailer & we fit fine. We really enjoyed our stay here because of the convenience & how nice the park is. The only other negative, I guess, is the owners are not really personable, but that is fine as long as they are not mean & they weren't. You never hear from them really so as long as you follow the rules of the park you will be left alone your entire stay. We will definitely stay here again. You can't beat the price ($18 - $30 with discount clubs). During the holidays we got the 10% discount for being a member of the Good Sam Club & other times we got 1/2 off because of being in the Camp Club USA travel club. We didn't use the bath house but we heard from others that it is very clean. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Passable size sites with cordial office staff. The grounds are well taken care of. There is a huge cable line up. The pool is small for the number of sites. A good as a base for local attractions. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a nice campground, Camp Club USA and Passport America. We stayed here 4 week days. 50amp, water, sewer, cable tv and Wi-Fi are good. At first I was not sure if I would like this campground or the site I stayed in. The site was #1. The cable is jury rigged at this site and the ones next to it. Many of the sites were shared back to back but each having it's own services. Most sites are very long. I had to use blocks to level side to side but had to drop the front almost to the ground to level. This makes it difficult to raise the front when getting ready to leave. I came to really like site 1. It has a small fence around the door side and gave us a separate area to sit and our dog to lay. I would come here again. 800-892-2714 We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Passport America rate 19.00. Small older park. Pool is small, also lots of tent sites. Small sites in the area they put us also we was put in with perments no one around. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. For the rate of 19.00 in July its a great deal I guess. We camped here in a Motorhome.
