We were expecting this to be a KOA park, but I guess it is not a KOA any longer. Still, it was a nice park. We were put in a nice long site and the staff was friendly. The campground was nicely kept and clean. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This is a typical KOA campground. While the current owners are trying to accommodate current RV requirements, it is a bit tight. (-2) We had a pull-thru that was barely long enough, it was close on both sides to our neighbors. Office personal were nice and personable and helpful when asked for information. We were visiting old friends so didn't need a lot of help. This RV Park is RIGHT on I-35 and travel noise was distracting. (-1) It would make an adequate over-nighter, but there are few other opportunities in the area if you want to stay in the area longer. 8- as a over-nighter, 7 for a longer stay. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Sites are very narrow but ours was very easy in/out and there was room to park an extra car across the road. Park is neat, clean and friendly. Propane is available at a very reasonable price. Laundry was clean. Will stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed here in with a large group of about thirty or more people. There are nice large sites if you stay at sites 25-32. However sites 2-8 are very nice too. We stayed at site 25 and thought it was really nice. The gravel pad is not level though. The picnic table has a nice cover and fine gravel all around it. This campground is nice however does not offer much as far as hiking or biking unless you just stay on the roads. The bathrooms clean but that's as far as I would take it. I'm glad I had my own... We really enjoyed our stay because of the association we got with our friends however the host were very rude as was noted by all. I also stayed here a couple of weeks ago just to check it out before our group came and the same hosts were here and were extremely rude then. Not only our group noticed this but others in the park mentioned it too. If you see a Vermont license plate watch out!! While we had a very good time we probably won't come back for a while. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

I paid $8.00 for one of the few pull-through sites using our "America the Beautiful" Senior pass. The sites were big and spread out. Each site had a covered picnic table and fire ring. Our site had a beautiful view of the lake and marina. Had good TV reception via antenna. The restroom/showers are aging but clean. A great place for walking pets. Overall a nice peaceful place top visit. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Rate is based on Golden Age Passport rate. We loved this park! The lake and scenery are just beautiful. The sites are large with lots of space in between and are nicely maintained. The staff was helpful and friendly. We had site #25, which had a wonderful view of the lake. We highly recommend this site. Although it was a back-in, it was angled to make it easier to back in. There are only two pull-thrus in the park. Each site has a sheltered picnic table and fire ring. There was a boat ramp close to our site, although we did not use it. We received good reception with our satellite TV, our Sprint Internet Card and Verizon and AT&T cards. The County Sheriff and the park hosts make regular patrols in the park to make sure rules are followed, which we appreciated. I would have rated it a 10 if our site had 50 Amp and sewer. We will definitely return to this park. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a COE park. Sites are all back in except for two or three. The sites are paved and each one has a covered picnic table and a grill. Overall appearance was very nice and the sites were clean and level. Shopping and resturants were about 5 miles away. The attendants were friendly and very helpful. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This park is a quiet place to long-term camp. Owners are very nice and helpful. Most everyone in the campground is long term. Cheap rates, close to recreational lakes and parks. Big Rig capable, but all sites are back in. Sites are gravel, and mostly level some adjustment is needed. Shower and bathhouse on site as well as laundry. Park is not clearly marked, but is near highway 190 and loop 121 interchange. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We stay at this park a lot and I agree with all of the reviews. The park hosts are great. We are even able to have mail sent to the park and they even brought it to our site. The only complaint I have is there should be more 50 amp sites and the sites should be more level. It does get crowded on the weekends during the summer but the week days make up for it. It is a great park. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This was our second stay in the park and we always enjoy our visit. Most of the spaces are very long and roomy. The sites in the lower loop are not very level but can be overcome with some shoring. We were Site 14 with 30 amp service. Had to use a 30 amp extension cord for electric hookup. A lot of folks were parking on the grass and on the roads which seems to be allowed by the hosts. Also, they allow you to dump your grey water tanks on the ground. We'll be back. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Our first time in this beautiful shady park on nice lake. Site was tight to get in but fairly level. Enjoyed wildlife and view of lake in distance. We will return often, as park is close to home. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
