We really liked this park. I'd have given them a 10 if they had free Wi-Fi and a hot tub. Otherwise, it was great. Nice pool, two laundry rooms. Wide pull-through sites. Helpful personnel. I didn't think the noise from I-10 was bad at all. Very close to a Wal-Mart and other stores and restaurants. I especially enjoyed seeing the deer at the back of the park every night. Boerne is a nice little town with good antique shops and a beautiful river. We would definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This place looks like it was a very nice park once upon a time. Now, it's starting to look a bit neglected. Staff was cheerful at check-in. Highway noise is a constant. Plenty of room and easy access for our 40-footer. Good spot for an overnight or two, but it's not a destination park for us. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Park is older but clean and neat. We were in a "pull-thru" space which was plenty long and wide enough for our 40'/4 slide coach. Office staff was helpful. Cable TV reception was good. Reception for both AT&T cell and Verizon mobile broadband was good. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Location is only about 3 miles from I-10 and is very quiet and country-like, including wild life. Sites are not evenly spaced so take a good look before deciding. Has a large tent area. Very nice restrooms and showers though we didn't use them. Good sized laundry room, but no AC or a fan, $2 each to wash and dry. Great staff; all very friendly and knowledgeable. Could use more signage to make the office easier to find. Cave is very interesting: a bit over-priced, but not bad. Well be better in future with planned upgrades. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The park is open, but not really ready. It's being refurbed, but very slowly. Still VERY outdated and unkempt looking. Evidence of past flood damage on one building. Very quiet park with very friendly owners, off the beaten path. Some gravel sites, some dirt with paved roads. One shower house was very clean, one was very dirty. Womens shower in the newer building, had backward water hookups, hot was cold, cold was hot. Mens was ok. Sorry, probably would not go back again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We found this park looking for Cascade Caverns near Boerne, Tx. The park owners are in process of updating everything. Nice long pull throughs. We were able to stay connected with a 40' motorhome and 24' trailer. We stayed 3 nights to see Cascade Cave and Cave Without A Name, only 10 miles away. The main road into the park is paved, the rest are gravel. The sites are hard packed dirt and grass. That could be a problem during heavy rains. Evidence of a recent flood were on the buildings. Owners were very nice and we enjoyed the stay there as did our animals. It will be a great park when they finish the renovations. The weather was fantastic for motorcycle riding and the roads around this area are smooth with rolling hills and very beautiful scenery. We will return here in the future. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Easy access from I-10. Has a very steep entryway and very friendly staff. Sewer hookups were too far away from the vehicle site we thought. No cable TV but good TV aerial reception from Austin and San Antonio. Too many long termers with messy sites. Really nice lounge, laundry, kitchen, showerhouse buildings, but steep climb to it. Level sites as far as we saw, some concrete, some gravel. Grass needed to be cut in alot of areas. We would return. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This campground was nice and clean. The office workers and other employees were very helpful. There was a lot of road noise because it was on a hill next to the freeway. The trucks hit their exhaust brakes all night long. The price was high for not having any cable TV. The view from the site we were in was beautiful and after reviewing a number of the parks in the area, we decided this was the best one. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Nice park. Here for two weeks, March 23-April 6. Park well maintained. Texas hill country offered beautiful views. Didn't use bathrooms, pool, spa but all were available and looked clean. Used laundry (4 washers, 4 dryers), it was clean. Highway noise from big truck traffic is there but not overwhelming. Park staff are very friendly and helpful. Prices for a week seem high for the area but include electric. Monthly rates are very good. Didn't have any problems with the permanent folks, in fact, all seemed very nice and even helpful, offering uncommon local sites to check out. Sites aren't level but not extreme. Gravel sites with local vegetation which is kept mowed/trimmed. Would definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.
