Very nice and clean. New owners are very friendly and helpful. Cost for beach front was $185, but worth the view and the beach. Will recommend this place to anyone. We camped here in a Campground Cabin.

They have a new playground now. Pictures are available on their website, Twindikesmarina.com under Resort Activities, Recent Updates. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This is a PET FREE park. Not even inside RV pets allowed. A small park on Lake Sam Rayburn with cabins on the water front and RV sites located in center. Very clean park with a great beach area. Security is very strict and always visible. I only gave it an 8 because of no pool and no playground equipment,otherwise it is excellent in every way. Owners are very nice and want to please. Have stayed here several times and will return. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
