This is privately owned. Out of the 200 sites, there is approximately 40 RV sites that are shaded with lots of trees. If you have a generator then there are sites with water that are on the waterfront. They have cabins, tent sites, and other sources for camping. There a 5 small lakes that provide catch and release bass fishing, regular crappie and catfish fishing. It is very clean, with security running 24/7 to maintain the grounds. You can bring a boat, but you can NOT use any gas motors, in fact, jon boats or canoes work the best in these lakes. There is also a store for most needs. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
Once inside the resort, the road turns to dirt. The dirt road is a much better road than the paved road! Approximately 1 1/2 miles from the entrance. Some sites do not have sewer hookups. During our stay, we were 1 of only 4 visitors to the resort. The resort had no working laundry facilities. Apparently, locals abused the use of the machines and they were removed. The day we left, water pressure dropped off to a trickle. There were irregularly scheduled security patrols, much appreciated. The sites were cement pads and pretty much level. We camped here in a Motorhome.
