We stopped over on the way home, very nice park, even nicer staff at park! Gated park at night, you have to have the code to get back in. Not in a bad neighborhood either. In between Highway 59 and IH 45. More full timers than nightly campers. Level site, they have three pretty ponds on property with ducks a swimming! They were decorated very nicely for Christmas! We will for sure be back to this one. Great place to stop over or to stay a while. Close to larger city of Conroe and pretty close to Houston. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We camped there with a club and had a great time. The new owners have made a lot of changes and are constantly improving on the park. We couldn't ask for a more accommodating park and will certainly go back. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Stayed here two years ago and I must say this place is still one of my favorites. It's very clean, very quiet and a very relaxing place. You can't beat this park anywhere in the area and we have stayed in all of them. Owners very friendly and helpful, the park well-maintained and the atmosphere is great.
