Pros: very friendly staff, professional and helpful, wifi was excellent, park kept fairly clean. Speed bumps were not a problem for us. Spaces in most of the park were generous enough, but very tight toward the center section. Many very long term residents and plant workers here. Lots of trees, clean laundry, nice little store. Cons: this is not your park if noise bothers you. There is road noise from the highway, plus some noise from the I-10 which is about 1/2 mile away. There is industrial noise throughout the day, some of which can start as early as 2:30AM, but usually around 5:30AM. If you sleep through that, there is the exit of many loud diesel trucks as the plant workers and residents go to work. As is normal with long term residents, some obey the rules, some don't. But they seem to be enforced for the most part. We might stay here again if in the area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Mostly long term stays. Only 4 sites were available when we were here. Convenient to I-10 on the east side of Houston. Friendly staff, older but well kept park, paved streets and pads. Grass sites. Not big rig friendly, but doable if careful. We will probably try to find something more big rig friendly next time. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a very convenient campground to Baytown or other east side attractions. Very nice staff and easy navigation. One half mile from I-10. Of course, an hour or more from the west side of Houston. The site was very muddy from the recent rains, but had a level blacktop pad. We will stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Campground appeared to be nice. There were a lot of oil country full timers. We spent one night there while passing through. Roads were tight. Since our 30-ft. Airstream was smaller than a lot of RV's we managed to get out without much hassle. Our biggest complaint was the Wi-Fi service. It was non-existent. Office worker said I could walk up to the office and connect. That wasn't what I bargained for. We won't be back. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We reserved a spot with a hot tub since our backs were killing us from a long drive. When we arrived the tub was cold and took all night to heat up. I asked that it be turned on before out arrival. We decided to stay another night and use the tub the next day. The next morning went out to use the tub and workers were there draining it. I asked if there was a problem with the unit and the fellow didn't speak English. I called and was told they clean the tubs on Monday. I would not have booked another day had I known this. The next morning I let them know I was not happy and was told they would check into it. Called back and no one seems to know anything about it. Our site was ok, except there were a lot of long term renters with very noisy dogs. I had to call about the noise a few times. Would not stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Excellent and well kept RV Park. Somewhat noisy in the mornings when people start their diesel trucks to go to work. We were near the exit to the park so we got to hear them all. That is my only complaint. Everything else was great. We stayed a week and are returning for another week. The weekly rate was $209 dollars. It is a beautiful park. I highly recommend it. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
