Park was poorly maintained and had trashy trailers. Too close to the local beer stop and lots of loud trucks without mufflers. Residents let dogs run loose and did not pick up after their dogs. A large number of semi-permanenet residents. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

The park owners do not enforce the rules and have dog owners keep their pets on a leash or pick up after them. Campground was noisy due to all of the locals with out mufflers on their vehicles. They also make unauthorized charges against your credit cards after you leave..paid for a full months rent and left after 17 days due to the conditions. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This new park located NW of Houston offers FREE Wi-Fi and full hook-ups with pull thrus. Nice Folks!! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
