Owners are very friendly and laid back. Lots of dogs running loose, be careful where you walk. It had rained the day before we arrived and there was Mud everywhere. Lots of Winter Texans and workers. Needs a lot of work. We paid Passport America rate. Regular rate of $35.00 totally way too much for what is there. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Had a hard time finding this park: the website and P.A. directions were wrong. Used Google Address Search to zero into it. Pool was closed. Called in A.M., no call back twice. It was full when we arrived at 2PM so we went to the nearby State Park. No signs to lead into park and the owner "knows" a few signs are missing! Soooo we can't say much about it, only filled in blanks to post here. We camped here in a Motorhome.
