This is not a destination park. If you have to visit Dallas Texas for any reason this would be a nice place to stay for a short period. Nothing fancy here but not a bad park for parking. No Bath houses or laundry. No pool but they do have some nice ponds to fish in. Not sure I would eat the fish. Pull throughs are OK but if it rains they can get muckier. Had no problem getting my 37 foot 5th wheel in the pull through site but did have some problem leveling up due to soft ground. Overall this is a nice park and the residence here are real nice. A few RVs need some repair but overall most are nice rigs. We will continue to use this park when we are in the area. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
