This is a very small park that needs some upkeep. There are no definite pads to park your RV, looks like you can park where ever you want around the electric pedestal. The facilities are not keep up, dirty, and not working properly; there are no showers. The biggest complaint is how dirty the campground is - littered with trash and broken glass. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

If you have a travel trailer or smaller 5th, this place is OK, only OK. Sites are dirt, not level and not at all suitable for a NICE motor home. Owner was very nice but this place is a 2 on a scale of 1 to 10. Only good for one overnight. You don't want to spend any time here. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We parked here because all other parks were full and a storm was predicted. The manager was friendly and helpful. The bathhouse was unusable - both restrooms and showers. Parking was tight. Only good for an essential overnight. We camped here in a Motorhome.

For an overnight spot, it's OK. Payment is on the honor system. There are no office hours. Billboard says "lower rates" but when you fill out the envelope, the lower rates are scratched off and a higher price is hand written in. Swimming pool needs some attention as does much of the campground. The floor in the showers are squishy, probably floor is rotted. No shade, but then again most of TX has no shade. We would stay again if passing through, but not for an extended stay. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Good in and out park. We stayed one night on our way through Texas. 40 foot rig with a 20 foot trailer was no problem. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park is simple, great for a one night stay. The woman that runs this park is so sweet the bees leave their honey. The steak house behind the park is a do not miss, amazing steaks! Kmart and Walmart are close to stock up for the onward trek. Wi-Fi is free and fast. If you walk around outside be prepared for the evil Texas ants. Several permanent residents but everyone has been very kind. This is not a park for the country club set. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed two nights at this small RV park. We were in a pull-through site that accommodated our 36' rig with 4 slides. Owners/managers were very nice and helpful and lived in a mobile home on site. Their office hours were 3pm to 7pm, but they have an answering machine you can leave a message. Our call was returned promptly. Our only complaint was the man next to us, who appeared to be a resident, talked on his cell outside and was yelling at the person whom he was talking to. This happened both days early in the evening. Otherwise, it was quiet a night and we weren't disturbed. We would stay in this park again, but only for 1 or 2 nights. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
