This park is full of noisy Quads. It is geared for ATV users. Trails are accessable right from the camp site. The site we were assigned was level but small. The water and power were poorly located. The roads were dusty and the wash rooms were located far away at the Office/Service Station. For an ATV user, this place may be ideal. For us it was....not so much. We will never be back. We camped here in a Motorhome.
My experience was opposite from the others who have left comments, and we stayed here for 4 days for the 4th of July. We have a 36ft class A and had no problems getting into our spot or driving in/out of the park. The down sides of the park were, no TV reception, no cable, satellite unable to work, and only 30 amps. However there were things we really enjoyed. The air was very clean & clear, nearly 8,000 feet in elevation, lots of beautiful large pine trees, you can hike into the forest right from the campground. This is a small park which was a nice change from the large busy parks with people racing around all the time. The small park environment was very welcomed by us, the spots are larger than most. The staff is very friendly. And even though it's a small park, there was an added bonus of a Chevron/market at the front which carried supplies. Just a short 5 minute walk down the country road was a restaurant to eat at. Lakes nearby offer fishing, close to Bryce Canyon entrance and plenty of back roads to explore. We would definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Stayed at this park two nights. It is convenient to Bryce Canyon National Park. We were planning to stay four days, but left after two because of power issues. We have a volt meter and voltage was so low we couldn't run the air conditioner or microwave. Also we had to run the refrigerator on propane so as not to damage it. The voltage went as low as 81. Our money was refunded and I would never stay there again or recommend it for a big rig. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Don't go there with a big rig, pool not heated, spa not working, and they are not in the campground. They are located 200 yards down the road. No Wi-Fi at campground that also is 200 yards down the road at the Lodge. Not maintained well. not level sites, dusty road and only 30 amp, do not believe the ads. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
Trees in the way, no signs, roads bad, many sites not level. You get the picture not a very nice place. If you have a small rig this place would rate much higher. We were in a 40 ft. MH and all turns and sites were very tight. Had to trim many branches just to get into my site. Wifi is 1/2 mile down the road at the motel office, we did get Verizon phone reception at the site. We camped here in a Motorhome.
We drove past this place a few times before we realized that the check in is in the gas station. This place was a dustbowl with loud ATVs. There seemed to be plently of sites available, but we were placed very close to what looked like a permanent motohome where we would have had to share hookups. Since we were only staying one night, we opted to use electric only. The one staff person we dealt with both days was less than friendly. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Nice small park with shady sites. Even though it is located behind a convenience store/gas station it still felt like a campground. Only 5 minutes from Bryce Canyon, but a much more peaceful environment than Ruby's. Negatives were that the wifi and pool are 1/4 mile down the road at the motel, and that the showers are scalding when the toilet is flushed! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
Sites are gravel with large pine trees for shade. Some sites can be difficult to get into with large rigs. Be careful when making reservations for more than one site in the same name because even with confirming two sites when we arrived we only had one. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
Very peaceful park. RV Park is across and down the road from the motel and restaurant. The trail ride is worth every penny. We rode in Red Canyon and it was awesome. Trail ride is discounted for RV park stay. 30 amp, water and sewer at pull through site. Picnic table and fire pit at site. A little rustic but a good value for the $$. We would definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Site #A8 we got some TV for one day then it disappeared; full hook-ups, good Verizon signal for phone and internet, but low power at our site. Treed, not crowded, quiet and close to Bryce Canyon without the crowds and hubbub of the places closest to the park; we liked it a lot. There is an RV friendly gas station at the entrance of the park and the store has basics. We had a very nice breakfast at the Bryce Canyon Pines cafe just down the street. We have a 30 ft class A. We camped here in a Motorhome.
This is a nice, small park just five miles from the entrance to Bryce Canyon. It's away from the busy-ness of Ruby's Inn, and there's very little noise from the road. The bathrooms and showers were very clean. Good sized laundry area, and a little store in front. This park is also close to Red Canyon, another good place for hiking and sightseeing. Full signal on Verizon Wireless cellular. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
This campground was very quiet. Our campsite was toward the back of the property, abutting the National Forest. I would guess that the campsites toward the front of the property might get a little more highway noise, although the highway does not get much nighttime traffic. The office staff (one person) was very helpful and knowledgeable. The laundry facilities were also excellent. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
Although not as fancy as Ruby's down the road, we found this to be a pleasant campground.
There are both back-in and pull-thru spots, some close together that look like they might be a bit tight, but when we were there this was not a problem. Bathouse was clean, the little store has a laundry room and a pool table. The restaurant across the street was good, and the horseback riding into Red Canyon was a great value ($40 for 1/2 day). In April '04 the pool out of order. Overall a good experience. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Average park with very tight hard entry sites at most spots. Trees are a bit too close but we were able to negotiate into our site because the neighboring site was vacant. The pool is in a small building next to the motel which is 1/4 mile away. Staff is frieldly and store is stocked with limited groceries and they have gas but no diesel. They do offer horse back riding in Red Canyon which was fantastic. The horse back riding brings their rating up 1 point in my opinion. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
The folks that checked us in lied about the rates at the other campground in the area. This "campground" is more aptly described as a trailer park. Gravel sites, no trees, bathrooms closed, and it is just an extension of the local trailer park. Old pickups cutting through at high speed, raising dust, absolutely unattractive. Rather stay in a rest area. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
We stayed 3 nights. 30 amp power would have been nice as night temps were in the high 20s. Big sites, even for our 37'LOA 5er. Near empty even though first night was a weekend night. In park location & walking distance to canyon are big features. Can't complain about the rate either. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
We reserved our space online. Cost with a golden age pass was just $5 a night. Of course, being a National Park, there are no hookups, but you can use your generator anytime from 8am to 8pm. Most folks just used them when needed. Saw many Eruopean visitors in rented RVs at this campground. Enjoying the extreme beauty of the park! We loved it. We camped here in a Motorhome.
We camped here in a 36' MH. We also helped a 40'er park in a site near us. There aren't a lot of sites for our size rigs, but if you get in early you have a good chance of finding a spot. We both unhooked our toads and selected our sites. We stayed in site 34. If you don't need full hookups North Campground won't disappoint you. We camped here in a Motorhome.
North and Sunset campgrounds are similar. Both are inside the National Park and neither was designed with large RVs in mind. They sites have no hookups which is typical of most National Park campgrounds. There are a few sites that are big enough for an RV larger than 30’ but not many. This is a good setting for tents and popups. Campgrounds are in a Pondersoa pine forest setting. Some of the roads are narrow and may be difficult to navigate with a large RV. About half the sites in the North campground can be reserved and the rest are first-come-first-served. All of the sites in the Sunset camground are first-come-first-served. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
Very convenient to Bryce Canyon National Park. This area is mainly for tourists. The restaurants and shops were very busy during our stay. We had site #112, a very, very long site. No problem for TV satellite. Was able to get a Verizon signal for cell and internet. We were very satisfied with our site. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Here's my problem: You are in a fairly remote part of Utah so why go to the busiest campground/hotel/store in probably all of Southern Utah? They jam you in side by side with no privacy. Yes, you can walk to the nearby store (choked full of people from tour buses). Go somewhere quiet and enjoy mother nature! We camped here in a Motorhome.
Ruby's is very commercialized with big lodge and all that goes with it. Easy access for 40' MH but site assigned was nowhere near level. Looked at a coupe of others and all had same problem. Fairly empty this time of year. Close to Bryce which is what you are there for. We camped here in a Motorhome.
This is a nice full hookup park with its location being its biggest asset. We were able to see so much more of the National Park because we were so close. We could hike during the morning hours, drive back to the rig for a break and then still go back to the visitors center at night to attend the evening ranger programs. The pool and hot tub were especially nice after a long day of hiking. Having a full service grocery on site was great too. Buffet at the restaurant was very good too. Price for the buffet was a little high but not given the area. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Bryce Canyon National Park. We camped here in a Motorhome.
We got here on Labor Day and it was great, there at the most 25 rigs total in the park. It was quiet! This park is located just outside Bryce Canyon National Park. The park operates a grocery store, restaurant (cowboy buffet!), fuel station, and general store. Large sites and very clean including restrooms and showers. Great time to go, right after the holiday. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
We stayed here after Labor Day and the park was very quiet. Lots of ATV's and jeeps, but we had no issues with noise or dust. Very large pull through sites in the trees. Plenty of space between sites. Paved interior roads and gravel sites. Ours was level and easy to access. They also have water/elect only with a dump station available. Separate area for tent camping, so I imagine during the summer this could be a very busy place. Internet access located at the nearby motel. Overall, a great base camp. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
lots of kids, noise, atv's, rude adults not watching their kids..close to bryce canyon and that is about it. resturaunt awful and over priced We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
Park is at entrance to Bryce Canyon, very busy complex. Paved entry, level gravel sites. Sites are wide, but short. Picnic tables. Good cable connection. Very clean, well maintained, convenient to park shuttle, restaurants, laundry, gift shops, groceries, etc. Somewhat noisy at night, particularly with traffic going in and out. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
The campsite was dirty with beer caps scattered throughout and trash in the rock enclosed circular fire pit. The site itself was small, uneven and offered no privacy what so ever. Upon arriving the staff was extremely rude and the check in was unorganized. Our experience with the outdoor pool was not any different, cold, overcrowded and a mess. The indoor pool was littered with towels and was extremely over-crowded. The only positive note was the close proximity to Bryce. We stayed for two nights during a cross country trip this summer. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
Overall our family had a good experience. The facilities are good, but everything is overpriced. Check-in is disorganized, no computer system and they lost reservations and payment records. We were here with a family reunion. The staff's rude behavior put a sour note to the experience. They somewhat rudely questioned us whether we had all paid. We had, it was just their poor record keeping. Those of us that were staying one more night had just said goodbye to the rest of the family and were talking at a table. A staff person came and rudely told us to vacate the area and move our vehicles--he had a motorhome coming in. There was no call for that attitude--we were not blocking access to any campsite and as it turned out, no motorhome came in all night. If you have ever done a rodeo, ATV tour, or horseback riding you will be disappointed with what they offer here. We camped here in a Motorhome.
This park was fine. Nothing to set it over the top. The western village it's set in was entertaining for our pre-schooler when we weren't in the various surrounding parks. I will say that we learned a very good lesson here though. Always ask for a site away from the group sites. We were here for several days and placed next to two BIG group sites. Several different groups came and went. They were all VERY noisy. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Nice campground. Spread out over a large area. No one to guide you to site. Numbering of the sites is not the greatest I've seen. Shuttle into the park is easy to get, and the only way to see Bryce Canyon. Staff was friendly, but rushed. I would stay here again. Of course, if you are going to visit Bryce Canyon its the only place to stay. We camped here in a Motorhome.
This is the closest campground to Bryce, and without a tow we had little choice but to camp here. Next time, we will rent a car and camp elsewhere. New to the park, so we had no clue. This was the worst tourist trap we found in 48 days on the road. We arrived around 6 p.m. and the park was 1/3 full, but office staff said all sold out, so we dry camped for $25. We checked all night until 2:00 a.m. and next morning at 5:30 a.m. and for the next 3 days and the park was still 1/3 full. Needless to say, we believe they scam to avoid refunding reservations, even though there are rv campers like us asking for a site. The laundry was just plain sorry; dirty, filthy, and not nearly enough for the hotel overflow who used the facilities. Pool was closer to the hotel than the park. Roads in park were tight and bumpy. The tent area was not suitable for rvs, never got level and kept slides in. Total disaster. Next time we will stay inside the park. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Over rated dirt lot. We stayed 3 nights, got put in the overflow lot. No sewer and only 30 amp. Not level and dog poop all over. Noisy traffic from hotel and work trucks. They have the corner on the market at being the closest to Bryce. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
The closest park to Bryce, but still ant farm camping. The spaces were not level, and didn't have fire rings. There were supposed to be shade sites, but the trees were few and far between. I would stay there again, but just because it is the closest to Bryce. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
This is the best place to stay in the Bryce Canyon area. It is very close to the park, Ruby's Inn is fun just to explore the shops and grounds.I would advise stocking up with groceries as the store is limited and rather expensive. The site we had was shaded, quiet and fairly level. The only problem was the Wi-Fi but we went to the laundry and all was well. We would definitely stay again as a great place to see multiple parks such as Bryce, Zion, Capitol Reef and Scenic 12. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Nightly rate includes taxes. Ruby's Campground was a very pleasant experience; most of the sites are tucked in around the pines. The Wi-Fi didn't work at our site due the terrain; however, it worked in the laundry room, next to the office. The staff was very pleasant and willing assists the guests. We would recommend this campground to anyone visiting Bryce Canyon. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Stayed 2 nights here as a base to visit Bryce Canyon. Got cold enough overnight that the staff warned people to disconnect the water lines. Made sure my water tank had plenty of water. Nice campground with reasonable room between sites and nicely treed rows. There was WiFi, but even with my external booster antenna I could not get a connection. For restrooms, it required going over next to the office. But they clean with well equipped. Cable TV would have been nice, especially this time of the year when it gets dark early and the nights are cool. So I found it a little pricey for what you get, but you can't beat the location. I would camp here again, but I might check the competition out first. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Really nice park close to park entrance. Store and restaurant are very good. ATVs and dust were not a problem mostly due to 5 mph speed limit in park. WI-F did not work unless you are very close to the office. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
Stayed here for 4 nights. This was my second year in a row at this campground. We stayed in a full hook-up site with lots of trees. The site was narrow and we couldn't put our awning all the way out. There were several families with ATV's making a lot of noise during the day. The overall amenities at the campground are great. Very clean restrooms and the pool area is maintained well. Lots of restaurants within walking distance, food store and gasoline. The laundry facility at the campground is great also. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
Access to Bryce is what this park is all about. It is a hike to the general store and restaurant but worth the trip. Good food and an amazing store (Prices are very high though). A lot of ATV's but they were all polite folks and kept very quiet. The pool was too crowded to use as a teenage camp was visiting. We would definitely come back! We camped here in a Motorhome.
We chose this RV park because of the park shuttle, which picked us up right outside the park. Sites are very close together which takes away the pleasure of the high desert/forest setting. Only real complaint is that the pool and bathrooms are a bit of a hike if you have one of the outlying sites - only 1 bathroom for the entire park, except for those attached to the pool. Also the restaurant and store are also quite a distance from the RV park if you plan to shop. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Stayed two nights as we LOVE Bryce Canyon! Quite dusty, which is the only thing we found that we did not care for, but no big deal. Lots of ATV's, but no problems of all night parties or anything, all very well mannered. Had long pull thru site (102). Will be going back again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
The only thing about this campground is the closeness to Bryce National Park. Like others have said it is ATV heaven. And very dusty. We had site 101 which was a pull thru and very close to your neighbors. You could use Bryce National Park shuttle and leave your vehicle at the campground. No WIFI is speak of and no TV reception. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
We had a nice pull through site with plenty of room. I would have given this park a rating of l0, but on the 3rd day the 4 wheelers arrived. Now if you go to ride 4 wheelers this park would be heaven, but if you don't like dust you better not stay here. We had kids doing donuts on 4 wheelers in front of our site. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Very large park. Personnel very busy. Sites very close, trees made parking very difficult. Facilities were in good shape. We camped here in a Motorhome.
The campground office and laundry were very clean. The campsites were unlevel,we had to block front wheels to get semi-level. Our site was advertised as a pull-through but it was not. The whole campground was dusty. This is ATV heaven. At 2:30 AM we were awakened by loud trucks coming in. I think the ATVers should be separated from those of us that wish peace and quiet. No wi-fi at campsite. One very snowy TV station. The only plus is that the campground is convenient to Bryce Canyon Park entrance. We would not stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.
I cannot really give this place more than a 5. Some of the pull thrus are very long, but they are very close together. My site, 110, was on the end, and it was level and long, but narrow. The thing that bothered me the most happend on my last day. I spent Tues-Thurs for 3 nights. My first two nights were quiet, but on Thurs a lot of toy haulers arrived. This is ATV and motorcycle country and the kids were riding their ATV's and motorcycles back and forth. I had returned to the camp for lunch and hopefully a quiet afternoon nap, and the noise was very annoying. I guess if you don't come on the weekend, you might not encounter the off-roader. It is convenient to the park which is nice, there is a well stocked store at the main lodge, skip the campground store. TV reception as others stated is very poor. I disagree with the previous comments about dish, though, as I was able to set up my satellite internet dish without problems and it seemed most sites you could see the sky just fine. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
Very handy campground to Bryce NP. Site was spacious and long. WiFi was only available from office area (we used laundry). There was hardly any TV reception - this park needs cable for sure. The park was suitable for a short term stay but I would not stay for any length of time due to poor WiFi, TV, and distance to pool and showers. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
Great location for Bryce Canyon. Very friendly and helpful staff. WiFi did not work at all at our site and we were told to go the Lodge down the street. Would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Definitely a rustic park. Nice laundry facility. The pool was not heated but we were allowed access to the heated indoor pool at Ruby's Motel next door. It's nice that the store in the motel is so well stocked as there is nothing else out here. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Large, nice, rustic CG. This might not be everyone's choice, but it is just up our alley. Large, wide, shaded sites most with full service. No cable TV, but a couple of over the air channels available. (reception dependent on location) Well treated at reception, and nicely appointed facilities. The whole Ruby's facility is nice especially the camping/food store. We were very happy there. If you MUST have, on-site, internet AND a bazillion cable channels look elsewhere. We have 2 large dogs and there was plenty of space to walk and exercise them - that is a PLUS for us. We will return here, definitely!!! We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
We camped there for four nights up to the 4th of July. The shuttle service into the park was the clincher for us as we don't have a toad for the RV yet. WiFi was spotty, but otherwise the only things keeping this from a 10 are more pavement and larger sites. Very nice people and very quiet considering the number of people, their proximity to you, and the number of ATVs. We'll be back. We camped here in a Motorhome.

I felt the staff here were less than friendly. We had one of the few sites that were semi-private (#153). It was a pull-thru where rigs were parked end to end. Their map looks as though one side is not near the road. This is not the case. The roadway is next to the site on both sides leaving only enough space for the awning and picnic table. There is a small forested area on the other side of the roadway separating the site from the next group of sites. There were enough trees for comfort but we still could get satellite tv. It is, as others mentioned, dusty! There is not Wi-Fi in the campground. There is pay for access internet available in the laundry area. The laundry area was dirty. I did not use the other facilities, they seemed over run by a group of teens in a tour group. I agree with others, the best thing about this park is the location, so near to beautiful Bryce Canyon National Park. We camped here in a Motorhome.
This campground has gravel roads, uneven gravel sites, tall uncut weeds around sites. We had to pull our fifth wheel to front of site, so our door(which is in the middle of trailer) was not on top of the next site's sewer hose. I did not see any sites with patios. There is no TV reception and tall trees blocked dish connection if you need to know this. Plenty of ATV's keep the the dust stirred up. The campground layout is hard to figure out. The office help is courteous, but did not give out much information. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

If this park was anywhere but 2 miles from Bryce it would be empty. The sites are laid out strange, out of level in many cases, and mostly dirt. The dust is terrible and no one has cut the weeds. To stay 7 days we had to stay in 2 sites. We asked for a site with no trees and they put us in a site with nothing but trees. When we went to the office to get a new site they said "What Trees?". The help is mostly work campers and I don't think they've ever been in the park. I won't stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.
This is a nice, clean park with level sites and good hookups. Nice restrooms and showers. It also has a pool and jacuzzi on the premises. Within a short distance is Ruby's Inn with an indoor pool you can use. Lots of shopping is near as well as helicopter rides and 4-wheeler rentals. With everything there, it felt over-commercialized to us, but you may like the convenience. The roads in the park were dusty and a bit rough, but not overly so. The best thing about this park though is the nearness to Bryce National Park, about one mile away. Park buses stop at the campground every few minutes. We definitely recommend you visit Bryce and staying in this campground is most convenient. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Park was well maintained, very clean. It is true that management was not very helpful, but aside from that I would highly recommend the park to everybody. Location is a plus with many trails nearby inside and out of Bryce Canyon Park. I will return to this park next year. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is a private campground about 2 miles from the entrance to Bryce Canyon. We stayed here Memorial Day weekend and the place was packed and all hookup sites reserved. The staff offered to put us up in overflow and we found a nice dry camp site under a couple of large Ponderosa pines. Dry camping was $18 and full hookup was $31. Several water spigots throughout the dry camping/tent areas. Large modern bathhouse and laundymat. Considering the large nubmer of campers in tents, the bathhouse was pretty clean. Nice, but small, pool. Free Wi-Fi was available at the Main Lodge about a half a mile away from my campsite. A large general store at the Main Lodge with a good selection of RV and camping supplies. Interior roads and sites were dirt with some gravel which made it dusty during windy conditions. Most sites were level. Good, but expensive restaurant in the Main Lodge. This campground has a full array of amenities and is in a prime location. This campground is a magnet for ATV enthusiasts because the surrounding area has off-road trails. Probably a hundred or more ATVs in the campground but it was surprisingly quiet. If the interior roads were paved and sites had a pad and patio, I would give this campground a 10. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
This was a lovely place. Everything was clean and well maintained. The shuttle stop for Bryce Canyon is right in front of the campground. The sites were well spaced and not crowded at all. Groceries and supplies were well stocked in their camping store, and there was a bigger grocery store a quarter of a mile up the road. We camped here in a Truck Camper.
This is primarily a family RV park, with lots of kids (all ages). Most sites have campfire pits and quiet time starts at 10:30pm. Great location, 1 mile from the Bryce Canyon entrance gate, and a shuttle bus stops at the campground. Horse rides, ATV rides, bicycle paths, swimming pool. No cable or phone at site, but they have free WIFI in the Ruby Lodge lobby (next door to the RV park, about 1/4 mile). Huge gift shop, lots of tour buses stay over-night at the lodge. Some RV sites were close together, some had lots of room. They had 8 Indian style TP's, tent areas, and small log cabins for rent. We enjoyed our stay here. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
The park power ran consistently LOW the entire time we were there. It dipped to 108 before we left - not a good thing for your appliances as you know. Roads are small and narrow and do not accommodate big rigs. The roads were made out of red clay and some light gravel, which turned very muddy when it rained. We spent three days mired in mud and it really put a damper on our visit. The Inn is very commercial in nature and could make great improvements if it would just be more Rv'er-friendly. You get the sense from staff that they know they’re the only game in town. We camped here in a Motorhome.
The pull-through site we were assigned was very large and level. This park is Big Rig Friendly. The park is very clean. The staff was very friendly and efficient. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Sites are shady but pretty narrow. Verify the size of your site since the one we were originally assigned was shorter than our unit. Be careful you don't make too large a campfire or a rude CG employee will drive up, scold you, and make you nearly put it out, while your neighbors (who are very close) watch! We had intended to stay three nites but only stayed one. No chance to use the amenities. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Okay campsite if you don't mind being on top of your neighbor. Our awning almost touched the slide of our neigbor and their sewer was 3 feet from our door. Not all sites are shades (one small pine tree?). There are some sites that are more spaced out and have more shade so make sure you specify exactly what you want. Many sites didn't have fire rings at all so that could be a problem. Over all it is a very well kept CG! Clean and the employees were very nice as well. This is more like a hotel for RV's and it doesn't feel like you are really camping. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Convenient to Bryce Canyon, only a mile down the road. Some sites are long and narrow, while other sites are a bit wider due to small trees that give very little shade. Campground has small outdoor pool, while hotel (a short walk) has indoor pool. Plenty of showers. We camped here in a camper.

This site was O.K. for couple nights only. Roads are small in park and hard to get in and out of site. Staff was not happy that we ask to park before 12:00 noon. The hold park only had about ten units and I told her that we would move down street to a parking lot, see the Canyon and move on. At that point it was O.K. to check in. Older campground, but nice. Within one mile of the entrance to Bryce Canyon National Park. Staff is not particularly friendly, but they are efficient and polite. The interior roads are a bit on the narrow side. I managed to have a close encounter with a tree while turning my 32" fiver. Sites are reasonably level and have fire rings with tables that are in good condition. Overall, a nice place to stay.. We camped here in a camper.
