Nice KOA but no access to Bear Lake. You can walk (about a mile) to a marina but no beach. If you have a car it is a great spot to set up base camp. There is a LARGE grocery store and a True Value hardware on the premise. Also something I have never seen. A jumping pad. It's like a trampoline in the ground but it's a big blown up pillow. I'm old but I had to try it out. Great Fun!! We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed in the Garden City KOA in camping cabins for two nights and were very pleased. There were trees over our cabins and fans inside them to keep them cool. The cabins were very clean when we arrived. We were close to the bathrooms and the pool. There is a small grocery store next door for any food needs. Their bathrooms are very clean: they clean them twice a day! Our kids loved the pool, but the water was somewhat cloudy. Overall, a great place to stay with a family! We camped here in a Campground Cabin.

This park is more than adequate. The spaces were sufficient for my 40' 4 slide MH. The bathroom were clean and adequate. Our only complaint was with the wireless network. As in most of the parks, they should update the systems to be stronger and quicker. There was a market next to the park that was great. If you can, enjoy the local theater called "Pickleville" it was great and the steak was great. I would stay here again with no problems. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a Camperworld RV park for members only near Bear Lake. Sites are well maintained and big enough for large rigs. Hookups are convenient and we got Direct TV at our site. A playground area for kids is a nice little park. A marina is only a few miles away if you are into boating, fishing or other lake activities. The little town of Garden City has nice little eating places and a small grocery store.Things to see in the area are: Pickleville Playhouse, horse back riding, Minnetonka Ice Cave, and the Oregon/California Trail Center, Four wheeler trails, golf courses and beach access. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park had just opened for the first time. It has a Good size playground volleyball, and basketball. Grassy but sites were sandy and kind of unlevel. for a new park it was good its about 2 blocks from the lake. All in all it was a very good stay. We were there for almost a month in a class A We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed here after the "season" was over so there was never anyone in the camp office. The park host was not around much, but that was OK because there were only 4 campers in the Birch area. It was very quiet. The sites are very large and well spaced. Gas and groceries in the nearby towns of Laketown and Garden City were very expensive. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Want a full service campground right on the beach? This is the place!! The sites are incredibly large. The Birch campgroud has a covered patio with table at each site. Bring a tarp to hang it on the west side of the patio. It does a great job blocking the sun. If you enjoy the water, they have boat, jet skis and other items to rent. We will definitely be returning to this park!!! We camped here in a Motorhome.

Hard to find as it is not mentioned correctly in most travel books. It is in a tiny town of Laketown Utah. It is a big campground. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and found quite a few sites open. The sites are well laid out. Not to close to each other. Lots of people and lots of small kids. It is perfect for young kids with bikes. Although we do not have children, they were not a problem. We expected lots of late noise from the older people but by 10PM the place was quiet. Would stay here again. We liked it. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This CG had nice friendly hosts that met us as we drove in. Site was clean and very private. Roads and sites are paved so little dust. Had a good table, good understory for privacy, and a quiet night sleeping. We will return. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

USFS Campground located on US 89 31 miles from Logan 6 miles from Garden City near Bear Lake Summit. Campground is shaded by thick Aspen groves. Sites are fairly well separated. Close enough to Bear Summit for a nice walk for the fabulous view and information at rest area. We had some difficulty with a 30' motor home - sites are large enough but road is narrow with lots of overhanging branches. The first small loop to the left is best for larger rigs. Site #13 is large and has view of Bear Lake. Rate is Golden Age. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This campground overlooks Bear Lake. It is a nice park with fairly level gravel pads with grass between. Not too close to the neighbors. We spent the night and had no problems here. There is a car wash across the street that would take an RV, we'll try that tomorrow. Side by sides would be possible here. We camped here in a Motorhome.
