This is beautiful little park. It is older and there are a lot of full-timers, but it is still well maintained. The pool was drained for the season when we got there. The only reason I didn't give it a "10" was because the Wi-Fi does not reach to all areas of the park. A lot of people were huddled in the laundry room and sitting in their vehicles outside the office in order to get online. We did not receive a strong enough signal from our site to log on. We camped here in a Motorhome.
We stayed here 3 nights as part of a caravan. This is an older park which is shabby with many older permanents, piles of trash everywhere and old campers down in the gulley. The roads are narrow and rutted with big-rig access difficult because of trucks and trailers parked haphazardly at sites, and kids & toddlers running around. Many sites are not level. The Tengo pay Wi-Fi worked poorly but the cable TV was free and the pool was nice. The location is convenient to I-15, Zion and the Kolob Canyons and has spectacular views of the morning sun on the red canyon walls. Staff was friendly. Pet owners complained. Nice shade trees. Has been bought by Encore but needs a lot of work. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Although an older park, it worked well for our 40' motorhome w/4 slides & still gave us our privacy, which we don't get in some of the older parks. We only stayed 1 night because of work being done @ Camping World, but would have rather stayed here than at the St. George Resort where we'd spent the week. Staff & owner were very helpful. We'd definitely stay here again! We camped here in a Motorhome.
This park is occupied with old permanents. Poor Wi-Fi, but good cable. No place to walk the dog, except in a nasty pit. Highway noise is loud. Would not recommend other than an overnight on the way to Zion. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
Campsite is just north of St. George in the town of Washington. Close to the freeway so there is some road noise but quiets down during the night. Cost reflects the weekly rate. Discount for Seniors. Propane is sold on site. Mostly long-term residents but several sites available for travelers. The manager was friendly and helpful. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.
