Our site was a huge "super" site, and we were able to camp awning to awning with family on an adjoining super site. Pool area was very nice. Small beach area on the Rappahannock River was enjoyable, but difficult to get to for handicapped and elderly guests. Registration process was easy. Friendly staff. Agree with other reviewer that golf carts were out of control with many underage drivers and drinking while driving. Not enough bath houses to accommodate the size of the park. Water had a horrible "sulfur" smell. We did not notice this smell on our first visit, Memorial Day, 2012. Camp store was sparse. We rented a pontoon boat from a nearby marina and spent a day enjoying the river. This was our second visit, and we would probably visit again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This is a lovely RV park/resort. The staff was friendly and helpful. The camp store was well stocked and filled with really nice gifts. The full hookups were just perfect. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

The sites in the main area are huge and very grassy. The entire place is nice to look at. Tons to do in the area. Would get a 10 but the store is woefully understocked and the fishing pier is unusable. We camped here in a Motorhome.
