We enjoyed our stay at Chief Timothy. The park was clean, had a very friendly manager, lots of green lawns and adequate privacy between the many pull through spaces. There are lots of trees and shade. The park is not modern or fancy but has full hook ups, paved roads and sites, as well as plenty of room for most rigs. There is no Wi-Fi and we could not get a 3G connection either. The park is located in a canyon like area so when vehicles travel by on the highway the noise can be annoying because it deflects off the canyon wall. When there is no traffic it is a very quiet and peaceful place. But again we were there in the off season and nearly had the place to ourselves. The manager said they get very busy during the peak season times so keep that in mind. We would come back. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a really nice COE park, although, as has been noted, the federal Senior Pass is not accepted. The large, paved, pull-through sites are arranged along the road so you do not have anyone near you when you are sitting outside. There is a small beach and playground for kids. Hookups are 30A. There are lots of trees and we couldn't get satellite reception, but that might have been because of the mountains on either side of the river and not the trees. If that's the case, probably none of the sites will a get satellite signal. We did have a strong Verizon signal and it was in the ~1 Mbps range. The work-kampers who checked us in were very friendly. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park is an oasis on an island in the high desert area of Washington. It is located on a large island accessed by a bridge. It has many trees and grass when the surrounding area is quite barren. It is a COE park but management is contracted out so there are no discounts for the Golden Age pass, but $28.00 is still a good deal for a full hook up, drive through site. Sites were large, on asphalt and near level. Hookups were in good condition and well located. Bathrooms and showers were reasonably clean. There are fishing docks and a boat launch. There are also a couple of new camper cabins. The lady at the office was pleasant and accommodated our request for a shady site. There is no cable TV or Wi-Fi but our Verizon Mi-Fi worked great. We enjoyed our short stay and would come back. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

What a gem of a park. I understand Chief Timothy was a state park, but is now privately run. The park has an interesting space arrangement, all of the full hook up spots are put throughs, with trees, on opposite sides of the road through the park. Riverfront spots are a premium, but have to deal with the walk-through traffic heading to the docks throughout the park. The swimming beach was very nice for families. Park staff was friendly and informative, and basically invisible, except coming through to check on garbage dumpsters. The river was gorgeous, and Clarkston is nearby with a Costco and Wal-Mart. The boat launch looked convenient. A relaxing getaway. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

The sites at this park were roomy and many had shade trees. There were many waterfront sites. The tent sites were very nice. The host at the check-in station was friendly and helpful. They had a nice swimming beach. There were several bathrooms that were reasonably clean but not spotless. There was a good boat launch and several docks so you could tie up your boat near your site. Our site was level and the hookups were well located. There were a few negatives. It cost 50 cents to get 3 minutes of hot water for a shower. They over watered the grass and some sites became muddy. Overall we were happy with our stay here and would recommend this campground to others. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

The site was grassy, with a table, and close to the water. The bath house closest to us had one shower which was out of order. The bath house farther away had toilets covered in waste. We were unable to use the sewer hookup, as it was too far from the fifth wheel. Right after we arrived, the maintenance man started mowing with a drivable mower. He had no care and just about hit our vehicle and me as he attempted to mow. He just gave us a dirty look, like we were supposed to know what he was going to do next. During the night there was a terrible smell, which we assumed was from the factory in town. It was enough to make me nauseated. The whole campground lost electricity for about 15 minutes in the evening. Our rig was filled with bugs and mosquitoes. The next morning, large sprinklers came on soaking everything. We later saw a sign at the check-in window saying there was an irrigation system. No one ever mentioned it to us. If you have a boat and are out on the water all day, it is probably a good spot, but otherwise, it was a very bad experience. Would definitely not stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is the former Chief Timothy State Park, which is now privately managed but owned by the U.S. Government. It is located about 8 miles west of Clarkston on Hwy 12. Very good paved interior roads, and paved sites. Most all (if not all) hook up sites are pull throughs. This park is located on an island in the middle of the Snake River. Very popular with boaters and fishermen. There is some shade, and the sites are grass. We look for excuses to come this way and stay here. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Staying here for a month hence the $12 per night. Monthly rate is $380 for a pull-thru and free WiFi. Nice swimming indoor pool and hot tub. I would have given it a 10 except the long term campers let their kids run through your site and scream while they are doing it. Nice grass site with each site. WiFi is strong and free. Good price!! All site are concrete with paved roads. Nice. Will stay here again when in the area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a nice park well laid out spaces and easy to get into. The hook-ups are done so you can access from either side. it makes it nice if you are traveling with some one to be door to door. The space in between the sites is wide. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. We have been here before and will come again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This park has everything that the web site says it has, and is in great condition. The problem is that what is not listed on the web site. The location is right next to an off ramp for Highway 12. The off ramp is elevated, and every truck that comes down the ramp is leaning on its Jake Brake. Then at the corner, the trucks idle waiting for the light to turn, and then accelerate down the road in front of the park. The only sound barrier is a thin row of bushes. And then there was the smell of a nearby paper plant that hung in the air. The two small dog yards for the pets to use are really kind of a waste. Other than that, you must walk the pets around the small park. I was going to stay for a week at this location, but left after one day. I didn't even care that I got charged for an extra day. The park amenities are fine, just know the whole picture that you are getting before coming here. I won't stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We enjoyed our stay here. I would have liked to have seen more campground signs along the route, although we did find it ok. Check in was easy, our rate is with 15% Escapee discount. We had a pull through, level concrete pad. The utilities are in good working order, cable channels a bit limited, Wi-Fi worked great, and a clear sky for satellite dish. Each site has a picnic table, and well maintained grassy area between sites. The indoor pool was downright cold!! Brrr. The mills in the area are stinky, not overwhelming, but noticeable smell in the air. We took the jet boat tour that leaves from the marina right at the campground, very convenient and we enjoyed the day trip. Overall, a very good campground, and if ever back in the area, we would return. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The rate I posted was including Good Sam discount and with tax added. Nice park with great landscaping. Very clean everywhere I looked. Really my only negative was the early closing time for the pool area. 7 PM is just a bit early in my opinion. I realize that they want an employee around when it is open, but I think that with push button combination locks on the doors, they could leave it open later for their guests. Other than that irritation, the stay was great. Beautiful river and the sun setting across the water was great. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Plain and simple this is an excellent RV park. It is clean, well run, the sites are paved and reasonably wide and the staff is friendly. What more can you ask for? We stayed for over 2 weeks (rate was based on the monthly charge) and our grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed the heated, indoor pool and hot tub as well as the giant-size chess board. Satellite TV reception is easy and there is a decent Verizon signal; the local Wi-Fi is among the better ones found at campgrounds. There is some highway noise, but it isn't an interstate and we didn't find it to be a concern. We would definitely return here if we are in the area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This topnotch park is located on the Snake River. The interior roads are blacktopped. Forty-nine of the sixty sites are pull-throughs. All pads are concrete and are long and wide enough to park the biggest rig and another vehicle. Each site has a set of FHUs on each side which allows you to enter your site from either direction. The well maintained park has clean restrooms, an indoor pool, nineteen cable TV channels, and good Wi-Fi. The staff is friendly. A possible negative is road traffic. It is located at the intersection US 12 and an industrial park road. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Very nice park. Great Verizon air card and phone. Very clean and neat. Staff was very friendly checking in. Has a lawn and cement patio for your site. Pool and hot tub area is enclosed and you see the tiles on the walls tells a lot of history. This park of the Lewis and Clark trail and they have nice story stamped in the cement sidewalk. You can also get the jet boat trip right at the end of campground entrance very convenient. We stayed here 3 nights in a travel trailer. Oh one other thing the sites are set up you can pull in either way with connections on either side for you. Good power supply for A/C as it hot here this week. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

New and very clean park. Lots of pavement and no shade, very hot. Right next to Hwy 12, much traffic noise including some semis using Jake brakes. Wi-Fi was dead when we arrived, stayed so until (apparently) the weekday manager reset it. Disappointed considering the cost, we will probably not return. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed at this park after a very bad experience at the park down the road. The staff here was very friendly and courteous to my entire family. The accommodations at this park are great if you have children travelling with you or you just want to relax. They have many great amenities that include an indoor pool/spa with waterfall, ping pong, computer access, dog park, boardwalk along the river, and many nice full bathrooms with showers. They do not charge extra fees for children or pets and have large grassy areas at every site. They also have "patio" areas at every site with picnic tables which I found very nice for outdoor meals. All sites are level with full hook-ups. If we ever travel to this area again this is the park which we will be staying at. I highly recommend this park to anyone visiting this area, it is well worth the extra few dollars then the other parks in the area. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Rate is daily rate with Escapees discount. Roads are asphalt, pads concrete. Nice wide sites with multiple hookup locations. Has traffic noise from nearby roads, but unless you spend all your time outside, is not that generally noticeable. Enjoyed their Lewis and Clark sidewalk, and also the great service at their office when we arrived without a reservation on a busy weekend when we discovered another nearby park we had planned to stay at was full. While it is certainly not a resort in the fullest sense of the term, it suited our needs and we would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a beautiful campground in a poor location. It is at the intersection of highway 12 and the main bridge over the river. Trucks use their Jake brakes to stop at the intersection. It is set in an industrial area at least 2 miles from any services such as groceries or dining. Do not come here without a toad. The Highway department has a facility next door that starts their trucks at 5AM! If it were not for the location I would rate it a 10. I was rather put out in checking in as they had assigned the location at the time of my reservation to someone else. Assigned me a place four back from the water. Really, only four sites have a decent view of the water. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Friendly and helpful staff. Bathrooms were immaculate. We saw them being cleaned daily. Indoor pool was awesome. We have 2 young children and they enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Sites were very wide (could almost fit 2 RV's side by side) Picnic tables were provided. No fire pits. Right across the street from Walla Walla Community college (Clarkston campus) Plenty of places to go shopping. We walked along the dock and fed the ducks. No place to really "hike" or even go for a long walk. Fantastic views of river and hillside. Very clean park with some long term spaces. Cable was good about 10-15 channels. Internet was fast as we were close to club house. Not a whole lot for kids to do except the pools. We will be back for sure to enjoy the pool. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Signage to campground was good. There was limited area to park and register. This is a small compact campground next to the river. It has wide paved access roads, concrete pads with grass and mainly pull-through sites. There are no trees. There is a slight slope on the pads. Services are well positioned for easy hook-up. As previous reviewers have said have choice of service hook-up so one can pull into sites either way. There is some road noise. There are good clubhouse facilities and it is excellent value for the money (On winter rate). We camped here in a Motorhome.

This park is very well designed and built in 2006. Sewer hookups and water are on both sides so you can pull in either way. Bathrooms and showers were spotless. Pool well maintained. There is a medium sized meeting room that wasn't being rented out that we used to lounge around. RV Park is fully paved with cement pads, tables and a grassy area at each site. Sites are divided into Zones. Zone 3 is back-in for smaller (30-35') RVs. Zone 1 sites are "suppose" to have a view of the river which isn't very scenic in my opinion to warrant the extra bucks. We chose Zone 2. The resort sits at a major truck junction so there is some road noise throughout the day starting at 6am. However, at night, everything is quiet. Rate reflects a one week stay with Escapees discount. We would camp here again if we were in the area. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Price paid was $32.40 plus 9% local sales tax, for a premium site with Good Sam discount. This place is immaculate and manicured. Would definitely stay here again to explore the area. Not sure the premium price tag is worth it unless you get one of the front row sites (1, 20, 30, or 40) - our view from site #41 was mostly blocked by a big SUV and trailer. The water is a bit in the distance, but it was nice even to have a glimpse of it. Best wifi we have ever had in a commercial campground. Amazing bathrooms - check out their website. In most places you would pay a lot more than this for this level of "resort". We camped here in a Motorhome.

Outstanding resort. Concrete pads, roads all paved and in excellent condition. Lush grass between sites and around perimeter. No dust or gravel areas to be found. It abuts the marina and river. Something that I have never seen is dual hookups for the sites. We had our choice as to which way we pulled into the site, the site actually has four sewer drains to pick from, two on each side, front and back. Electric, water and cable are also on both sides. WiFi is very strong from site. This is without a doubt one of the top parks in the area. We drove by a couple of others and they do not compare. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed here for a week. The management was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed ourselfs. They have a pool and a hot tub. Very well maintained. Very well kept, friendly hosts, nice river front view, pool & hot tub are nice restrooms and showers are clean. 3 washers and dryers- work very good- a Good Sam campground. The only drawbacks are there is no shade and the pavement tends to get extremely hot, was 113* F when we were there, also highway runs close but the noise tapers off at night. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a nice park if you want to stay overnight or do a jet boat trip and stay for a couple of nights. The sites are lined up in rows and on gravel, but you have quite a bit of room and a patch of lawn. Lots of full-timers, but the park is well maintained with beautiful restrooms and laundry area. Kind of noisy from the busy street that you come in on. Close to the jet boat staging areas so perfect if this is what you plan to do. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Staying here for a month so figure the $10 per night rate. We are paying $235 plus electric for the month. Park is full with most long term with fairly nice rigs. We got the last monthly space because someone just left. We have a gravel back in site that is about 60 feet long. Width is only about 16 feet but OK for the length of time we will be here. Streets are paved and very clean. Close to downtown and on main street but very quiet. Would stay here again when back in the area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Nice park, we were across from the office/laundry room. We were worried about traffic noise but it turned out not to be a problem. Water, power and sewer worked fine. Site was very large and level and we were very close to shopping and Costco. You can wash your car and coach here too. We asked in the office if there was anyone who washed RVs in the area and they gave us the phone number of one. He arrived the same day and charged us $75.00 to wash our 38' coach. We were very happy!! Just didn't have the energy to do it ourselves. Great park, helpful staff and the laundry facilities were some of the best I've seen in the last 6 years! We will stay here again when we head south for the winter. If it had a pool (it was blazing hot) I would have given it a 9. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a very nice, clean, and well maintained campground. Extremely nice facilities in all respects. We stayed here for about two months. It's right in Clarkston so very near many businesses located on Bridge Street. The only downside is the Manager is a woman that likes to let you know she's in charge. I found it best to just avoid her. There are quite a number of "permanent" residents here, but all keep their sites very clean and orderly. Maintenance personnel are always visible keeping the grounds and facilities in good shape. Great cost reasonable choice if you need to be in Clarkston. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is our second time staying here. Its very convenient to downtown Lewiston, Costco and a nice water park. It has great WiFi, gravel sites, and a small plot of grass on most sites. Cable and WiFi work great and the office staff is super friendly. They have a large laundry room that is actually clean and modern. You can walk across the street for A and W ice cream and food. There is a casino next door. There isn't any shade in the park but there are small trees planted around, so eventually they will grow up, but for now, Lewiston is in triple digits for heat. As one reviewer said, there are lots of permanent people, but they are rarely seen and the park is very quiet, although right on Bridge St. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Park is located right downtown. OK for an overnight stop, but not a destination park. Park is 95% filled with permanent RV's. Only a few overnight spots right next to main street running thru Clarkston. We really didn't care as we were gone all day on a Snake River jet boat trip. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

I don't usually post but after staying at this resort, I just had to. This place is fantastic - one of the best I've ever stayed at! Super clean restrooms, free morning newspaper, beautiful location on the river with great landscaping, sites are paved with plenty of room, cute gift store, large pet area and super friendly staff. The gentleman checking us in was very efficient offering great customer service. I've never felt more welcome - will definitely stay again - highly recommend!! We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is NOT a resort but just an ordinary RV park. It doesn't have any amenities, no pool, etc. It has paved sites but they are narrow and short. Trucks have to park in front of TT and sideways, thus street looks like a city street full of parked pickups. It is not an easy place to find. Man in office was inefficient as it took him three tries to process our check in, even though we had a res. with a print-out that he refused to look at. Kind of a grouch. We did not enjoy our stay and will go down the street next time. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

I had been wanting to come here for several years. My expectations may have been set too high. For an in-city park, this is a nice. The adjacent conveniences of Costco, Walmart, Albertsons, Basalt Winery, and Riverpoint Brewery are nice. The park itself is mediocre though. Although big rig friendly, it is deceptively tight. There is a local factory which gives a nasty odor to the whole area, but more-so, there appears to be a septic problem of some sort as several times during our stay a sewage smell wafted through the park; once as we were having dinner outside. The riverfront sites are lovely and the grounds are nicely kept. But, at nearly $50 a night, the park offers few amenities to justify the cost. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Excellent Park. The Clarkston/Lewiston area is a great stay. The Snake River is in your frontyard and there is a great biking/walking trail that goes for many miles along the river front. In the the summer you can pick gallons of fresh blackberrys that grow wild along the rivers. Plan a couple day trips up to Pullman, Washington and/or Joseph, Oregon. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Pay the extra and get the pull forward to the river (or lake as they call it). Restrooms are clean and the park was quiet...only complaint was a god awful smell sometimes in the morning from some industrial plant. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We have stayed here before and typically have been happy with out stay. The trees in the park need to be trimmed back in many areas in the park. Rubbing limbs down the side of your coach is very likely throughout. The WiFi is hit and miss. When it is working good, the speed is minimally adequate. When it is working in it's usual manner, speed is poor. Management acknowledged the WiFi needs to be upgraded. This is the same acknowledgement we got the previous year with no change in the system. The park is clean, and maintained well, (except for the trees as mentioned earlier). Management needs to learn what a clock is. Several times during out stay the office was to open at 9am and didn't open until 5-20 minutes late. With the other choices in Clarkston, we don't know if we will stay here in the future unless they trim their trees. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

I always enjoy staying at the park. I stayed a week. They had a luau on the Sunday that I was there. Played golf at Lewiston CC. I will stay here again when in the area. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Price is for a water front site. Paved roads, sites, and table pads. Green grass between sites and always well kept. We have stayed here many times and keep coming back. Right behind the Costco, but quiet; don't even know it is there. Bike/hiking trail at your front door; golf close or a driving range next door; food, wine, starbucks within 3 blocks. Not a lot of shade, so it will be hot here in July and August. It can get windy too, so be prepared. We would stay again obviously. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Very nice, newer RV Park. Great location, very quiet, right on the river. Worth the extra cost to get a river view spot. Great walking, biking trail along the river. Pet friendly. Very nice staff, good Wi-Fi. We will definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We love this park. The view of the valley is awesome and being near the river is an added plus. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The grounds are neat, clean and well groomed. The restrooms and laundry rooms are always clean. Location is ideal, with a Costco, Super Wal-Mart, Albertsons, and a several restaurants all within walking distance. Clearly the best RV park in the Clarkston. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

When we arrived our site was still occupied so the manager let us take a different site. The resort is immaculate, the staff works very hard and takes pride in how the park presents. The Snake river is beautiful, the back ins along the river are worth the extra money. We would return again with no hesitations. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This location is fabulous: looking right out at Granite Lake and it fronts on a 16-mile bike/walking path that follows the Snake and Clearwater Rivers. The park is clean and beautiful and conveniently located within walking distance of shopping/eating/jet boat trips. The staff is helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again! Park has gone down hill. I have stayed here in the past and was surprised at the physical condition of the park. Grass is burning up, lots of weeds in landscaping, cracked patios, water puddling in sites, unlevel sites, and many construction workers with multiple vehicles, work vehicles and recreational vehicles in spaces. One spot has a fifth wheel, boat, car, and truck. Guess they do not need a patio! All the extra vehicles make it hard to navigate and the park is crowded. No more continental breakfast, but there is a sign that it has been eliminated to keep rates low!! Office staff is friendly and helpful, but it's obvious that ownership has cut back on everything. Park is no longer worth the rate. I will not stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We would not stay again. Other reviews are appropriate as to trails, shopping etc but we found the back row pull thru sites to be quite unlevel, also the pulp mill smell was very strong. No longer have free continental breakfasts but did deliver a daily paper. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Nice and clean park, conveniently located right next door to Costco and Wal-Mart. Great walking trail along the river! Laundry wasn't great: the machines were slightly older and not working very well when we were here. It was nice waking up on the water, even the interior sites have a nice view thanks to the layout. It's not the park's fault, but Clarkston does have an odor. Just never got used to the smell of the paper mill. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We enjoyed our stay at this park, and would most likely call it a 9.5, but not quite a 10. We enjoyed the pull-in site that overlooked Granite Lake so we could watch the fisherman (the salmon were running). The continental breakfast was good, and we enjoyed having the paper delivered each morning (except Sunday). The only things that caused us to drop the score was the laundry facilities were a little old, and they seemed to water a lot (the grass was always wet and mushrooms growing; but they picked up the grass). The wi-fi worked well. There was no exercise equipment available, but a nice walking trail along side the resort. It was also within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and Hays Produce (a great store to visit). We would definitely stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is an outstanding park with outstanding service! Quiet, a Costco and Wal-Mart close by. I have been there two times and have enjoyed my stay. The Snake River is right before you. There is a nice breeze in the evening to help alleviate the flying pests. The campground is one of four in the family, all well taken care of and staffed with the just the right people. Showers and laundry room were cleaned everyday. Where does one get a paper delivered to their front step every morning but Sunday and an ice maker in the laundry room for the occupants. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This is another highly rated park which we are staying at for the first time in 3 years. Again, I can not rate this park higher than an 8 because it lacks a pool in an area where 90+ degree temperatures are the norm during the summer. Others have commented on the park's positive (and a few negative) aspects. Among other things, I found the bath and laundry facilities to be small for this size park when full and some sites are not very level and have end of site hook-ups. This is one of those parks with "resort" in the name but, in addition to not having a pool, they have no recreational facilities in the park. It is a very nice park but does not rate being called a "resort" in my book. We camped here in a Motorhome.

$32 per night reflects weekly rate. We loved the location, right next to the Snake River, and 16 miles of walking/biking trail. The management gave us a list of fantastic drives to take in this area. The continental breakfast in the office was consistent and it's nice to get coffee! It was also great to have a morning paper delivered to our door, every day except Sunday. The only area we could criticize would be that some parking areas are awfully tight for big rigs, especially when other customers park outside their own spaces We camped here in a Motorhome.

Excellent, other reviews point out the positives of the park and we agree with them 100%. Our experience was a little different. We intended to stay for one night but had transmission problems with our tow vehicle, and ended up staying a week. What boosts this park's rankings above all others is the quality of the managers and staff people. They helped us get accommodations for the holiday weekend and into the next week. One of the staff helped move our 5th wheel (twice) with his truck, well above and beyond the normal call of duty. They furnished us with a day trip guide, which had 5 different local scenic trips/directions which were great. We cannot say enough positive remarks about this park. There was even a newspaper on our doorstep every morning! Thanks again to the staff. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

All I can say is a big ditto on the previous reviews. This is what an RV Park should be. Have been traveling since April 09. Premier is the nicest park we’ve stayed - not over priced and very reasonable for such a clean, attractive park in a great location on the lake. Other park owners could take a lesson from this park’s philosophy of the customer comes first. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Nice paved campground with good views of the Snake river if you can get a site in the front row. Other sites behind the front row are fine for Big Rigs but are close together. The campground is incredibly clean and tidy. Daily continental breakfast and newspaper was a plus. There is direct access to a fabulous bike/walking path which winds along the river. There is not much to do in Clarkston or Lewiston but this is a nice stop. We will stay here again in. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We stayed overnight. The park was very nice and the staff was exceptionally nice. All spots are paved and very level. Not much for privacy and the shade trees are still small. The bathrooms are very well kept,the laundry is also. If there was more for smaller kids to do,we'd definitely stay there again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

We stayed at Granite Lake RV from Oct,08 thru April, 09. We enjoyed the friendly managers plus immaculate showers and laundry. The close access to the walking path was another great plus. My husband brought his boat and enjoyed the steelhead fishing. Also there are some good eating establishments and shopping within walking distance. Activities in the club house were fun and a chance to meet other guests in the park. Overall we would highly recommend the park and plan on coming back. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Park was very clean and staff very friendly. We liked the daily newspaper and breakfast. Laundry was clean but small with only 4 machines and very busy. Very nice path along the "Lake" which is really the Snake River. It was very close to the jet boat launch which was great. Make sure you try the 410 Drive-In on Bridge Street. The only thing missing is a pool. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed here for eight days. Everyone was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had an enjoyable time. They even make reservations for us for several activities including a 190-mile all-day Jet Boat Trip on the Snake River. The park is directly behind the local Costco store and the sites along the road (across from the store) had a complaint about the back-up alarms on the forklifts as they unloaded freight from trucks at 5am each morning. We did not have a site in that part of the park so did not hear the forklifts. They offer a free continental breakfast from 8-9:30 each morning. The breakfast should start at 7am for most folks traveling through. This is an excellent park and we will stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a very pretty, well maintained park with a very helpful, accommodating staff. The grounds, restrooms, showers and laundry room were immacultate. The staff is working hard to make the park even better. The lake itself, really a river, is not attractive, with murkey brown looking water and a railroad track across the lake. But if you must stay in the Clarkston, WA/ Lewiston, ID (twin cities) area, this is a good place. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a very nice park located on the Snake River. Roads and sites are paved. Beautiful view or the river and countryside. Grounds are manicured and all facilities are modern and well kept. Great RV Park next to a lake. Several pull in spots allowing an unrestricted view of the lake and boating activity on the water. Next door is a nice golf driving range. The RV sites are level and asphalt with lots of grass next to the sites. Very friendly and helpful staff. The park is located directly behind Costco and close to other shopping and downtown area. A nice spot to rest up for two nights after a tough trip through Hells Canyon in our coach. Although surrounded by industry and retail, the lakeside location is nice. A 16-mile bike/walking path runs in front of the park and continues along the riverfront. Costco and markets are walking distance. Sites are a bit tight but the concrete pads and grass areas are good. If all RV parks were of this caliber more coaches would be "on the road." We camped here in a Motorhome.

Attractive, newer park in a nice setting with full facilities, nice sites, FHU, good cable, and WIFI. New clubhouse and pool building is under construction. For us, walking access to stores, restaurants, and town is a big plus. That's why we chose it over the Hell's Canyon Resort at the west end of town. That made the higher rate here worth it - even for two days. The only thing really lacking is; in park recreational facilities. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Clean, well cared for park. We took a water front site, but any of the sites were close to the river and the bike path in front of the park. One block to Costco, but no road noise from there. Grass was green and well watered. Some type of screening between sights would be nice, but this appears to be a fairly new park, so trees haven't had much time to grow. It would be a hot place to stay in July and August since Clarkston gets to about 100 degrees many days in those months and no shade. We would go back for the bike trail if nothing else. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This park is one of our favorites. It's well located right on Granite Lake with a bicycle/walking path running just in front of the park. The park management is very accommodating and everything is clean and well maintained. We particularly enjoy the free newspaper deliver to our site each weekday morning! We had planned on four nights, but switched to six nights after we arrived because it was so nice. Riverfront sites gave a clear view of the Snake River (aka Granite Lake). Only a public walking path separated us from the clear view of the river. Lots of grass, but no spray on coach. Narrow pads, but with nice patio area and ample addition space between sites, requires you to step out of coach onto sometimes wet lawn. Rolls, coffee and juice available free each morning. Lewiston Tribune delivered each morning to your doorstep. Wonderful climate here with an average daily high for July & August, per Yahoo, of 88 degrees. Walking distance to Beamers Hell Canyon boat dock. Recommend the full day trip for about $120 per person. Resort will make reservations for you. Great friendly smiling staff in resort. Young trees, so not a problem with satellite (either DirecTV or DataStorm). WiFi available, but I did not test. Bikes for rent for $5 per day. Public walking / biking path in front of riverside site runs for 15 miles, and connects with others. Beautiful path. We will be back next year for a much longer stay. We camped here in a Motorhome.

A shame we had scheduled only one night! A beautiful clean park right on the lake. This park is really a destination resort and we will be back. Continental breakfast now served in season and the helpful management will assist you with tee times, tours or whatever else you need.Costco,Albertsons and lots of shopping close by. Riverwalk goes right by the park. Cannot say enough great things! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Just want to warn others out there - that they will not accept all type of pets. We travel with our very well trained rottweiler and they would not allow us to stay there. RV parks have the right to choose what type of animals they allow, as I have the right to choose what type of pet I have too. Things worked out better with us not staying there, stayed at Hell's Gate State Park across the bridge at Lewiston and found out it was just fine for our needs. And a Whole lot cheaper. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Beautiful park with paved sites and right on the Snake River (Granite Lake). Bike, walking path runs by the park and you can take a jet boat trip up the Snake from here. Park is just behind a Costco and Albertsons. No road noise. Some boat and logging plant noise (across river) but certainly not distracting. Vehicle washing allowed. Nice destination park. Will return. We camped here in a Motorhome.
