This is a very beautiful well maintained park. Nice pads and tables and beautiful grass. Most sites are on golf course. This is primarily a golf park and most RVs have clubs and golf carts. Nice laundry. Note that even though it is listed as a Spokane park you are 30 minutes from the downtown area. The wi-fi is inadequate with strong signal but slower than dial up speed (I checked it all over the park). If internet is important to you this is not a good place. It should be noted the park is up for an auction sale so who knows what the future will be. Very nice place to stay with the above caveats. I stayed for a month so got to know the park well. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

This is the type of place we'd been looking for during three years of full-timing. Gorgeous grounds, large concrete pads with plenty of patio space. The "value for money" ratio is outstanding. I've stayed at much, much worse for much, much more. Friendly staff (nice July 4th barbeque), etc. No, it is NOT in Spokane, but in Deer Park about 20 miles north. It's a clear shot up route 2/395. If you have a few days to spend, get off the Interstate and head up here. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This was our first visit at this resort. We were impressed with everything, large sites with plenty of grass area. The large outdoor pool area was very nice. Washrooms were large and very clean. Their clubhouse had a pool table. The town was only a couple of miles away when food and other necessities were needed. The golf course was within close view and it was a very nice, well maintained course. This was one of the nicest parks we have stayed in. The only thing they can improve on was their WiFi which had a very weak signal and we were camped very close to the registration office. We would definitely return. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
