2 sides are very loud: Highway side & the truck stop side (Flying J). While not being unkind to animal owners, the park needs to more fully enforce animal droppings' pick up on the 2 far right side isles that are pretty bad if you need to walk on the grass that gets you to the far right back restroom or the long grass to the right side of the park (agricultural side, not the Flying J side). This is a new situation, feces all over the grasses over there. There's a new manager "Randy" openly standoffish toned. The part-owner authority, Ms. Kim, who was present managing up until earlier in the year & the year prior, is generally a very kind person in contrast & it seems she's unaware of the new interaction negative. The park generally is overpriced whether you stay monthly ($600) for wind mill work or a couple nights ($35). The hot tub is generally kept with unclear, unchanged water (chemical treatment isn't enough, they need to 'change' the water way more often) & the pool in a very murky state. Most tv posts don't work so don't count on tv, & a "satellite" cable is needed because a 'regular' tv cable isn't effective on the posts that do work. I think a maintenance man's (Steve?)working on some of that so if you can tell him of a bad post, he tries to change a rusted connection that's gone bad on a lot of them but not sure how long that takes, if it can be done before you're gone (just test/fix them all?). Other than that, it's hard to get noticed negative management interaction issues told to someone that's concerned. Ms. Kim needs to enforce a large, noticeable sign imposed in the lobby that allows contact information to the ownership above the management for a more respectful, positive interaction presence when needed because it's likely very safe to say ownership is unaware this is now going on. You bring the apartment when you bring your motorhome, so $600 for a work month is quite a lot. It's sad it is one of the only places in the area available though. It's nice to have options. A plus is the restrooms were clean, but no one voluntarily turns the lights & fans out although there's signs asking for this; they were on each time restrooms were entered. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Pull through sites are long and reasonably wide. Check in at the Days Inn where the RV park sits directly behind. Park was clean and easy on/off to I-90. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The campground is right next to the highway in a somewhat industrial setting so there was a lot of traffic noise at night but easy access. We had free access to the pool and hot tub at the motel. Breakfast was available for $3 but we didn't use that service. The greeting was warm and friendly and the check in was quick and easy. There was no dish washing area in the wash house. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Very typical KOA. Nice overnight stop. Gravel but level sites. Right on the Yakima River if you fish. The only down side was a lot of sites are made to pull in both ways so you can end up sharing your picnic table area with your neighbor. Great if you are traveling with friends. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We had a sight backing on the Yakima River. All sights are gravel and seem fairly level. The river sites are water and electricity only with a fire pit and table. If it was a busy weekend, you would be close to your neighbor. Shade trees all around. Main complaint is location. I-90 is right there so you hear road noise all the time. Access roads are dirt, so dust is a problem. If you have kids, they have the typical KOA kid stuff with pool, play area, etc. Bathrooms were spotless. Not only typical of this park, but most we have been to lately, why are there so few garbage cans and located far apart in the parks? Long walk to dump your trash. We would stay again for a night. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This is a very nice campground. Well maintained, pleasant staff. I was parked on the river which was wonderful. Level site, good grass, lots of shade trees; however, there are no sewer for the spots right on the river. The dump is free for those folks and they do have a honey wagon for those so inclined. I did not use the Wi-Fi. I have my own Verizon. I did use cable and there were lots channels - as many as my satellite package. Would definitely go back. We camped here in a Motorhome.

The price per night quoted is for the first 3 nights if you are Passport America. The 4th night ,and from then on, rates are $42 a night. There are no showers and there is one porta potty in the campground and that is why I rated them a NO. On the positive side the sites are pull through and level. There are campground hosts there now. They are also Good Sam affiated. It is a great place if you like to fish or want a spot to stay when you are checking out the area. We will stay here again and will recommend this park to our friends. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

OK for a overnight stay if you get the Passport America rate, otherwise too pricey. You have a choice of hookups with and without sewer, sewer costing $7 more, or no hookups. No facilities, outside of a portable toilet. It was quiet, the sites were level and long. Would stay here again for overnight as long as the P/A rate was available. We camped here in a Motorhome.

We spent one bad night here. The woman that runs the park is extremely rude and chastised me for being too loud while trying to help my husband park our 44 foot motor home! It was quiet during the day (only 7 R V's) while no one was here, but at night it was the loudest park we've ever stayed in due to their own animals. The cows and donkey's were so loud all night we couldn't sleep, and the trains that run through the property about 500 hundred yards from the campground, didn't help either. There are NO amenities at this park, no restrooms and no office. There was a kiosk with information about the park and how to pay by check only. The woman was very negative about restaurants in the area, as well. Needless to say we will never stay at this campground again. In all our travels we have never met an owner or attendant that has been this rude! We moved the next day to another local R V Park. We camped here in a Motorhome.
