Rented space for a month. Price quoted does not factor in $20 to read electric box, $25 for two rigs (including the one you pull with). Overflow parking, 5 spaces. Even tho they take all info down your rigs may not fit the space. Might have to drive your 2nd vehicle to park elsewhere. Hwy 99 is six lanes here, getting out is difficult even in a car. Washing machines were dirty with a sign that said "Please wipe down when finished", they obviously don't clean them. One dumpster for 65 sites, full before pick-up day. Gravel, no grass. Friendly manager, but this park has problems. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

As soon as I drove into this Park, I knew it was going to be a disappointment. It is very obvious on entry why the Park website has artists drawings of the park and no photos. The layout is as described on the website, but the sites are very overgrown and neglected. The description of the park on the website is probably the worst case of false advertising I have ever seen. Most of the sites are occupied by long term residents, and their belongings, piled around and under their RV's. The sites are gravel (overgrown with weeds), with what once was a grass strip and cedar hedges separating them. The cedars have been cut down, and the grass is mostly weeds. The person in the office was friendly. The website advertises 99 channels of cable TV. I got 27 channels, three of which were shopping channels, and three of local government. This park is way overpriced at $42.00 per night. I would not stay here again! We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a trailer park with many old (old) RV's. The sites are incredibly small. We had less than 4 inch clearance on either side when backing in and could not open our awning as we were far too close to the neighbors. Most of the permanent people work shifts at Boeing, so our neighbor came home in his truck at 2-3 am every night. Manager (owner) not helpful and will tell you anything to sell you the site: as a few FT RVers like us found out the hard way. Many RV's are too long for the sites allocated and have to park out onto the road. Sometimes 3 feet which is against fire regulations and dangerous as the street is very narrow. You can not get a refund once you pay, so take extreme care if you chose this park. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

The park itself is a 5 but the management is a 10; they are very friendly and helpful. Sites are pretty cramped, and you likely won't be able to open your awning. The sites down near the small lake help remove the feel of being right smack in the middle of Everett. Very little road noise. Lots of permanent residents. Wi-Fi is spotty at times. We were there for a softball tournament, and for that purpose the park was fine. They periodically stock the lake with pan sized trout, and for $12 you can get a permit to catch and keep five of them. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This is a very nice park for being in an urban setting. Each site has hedges between it and your neighbor. That and the lake (ok, really a small pond) help remove the feeling of being right on a busy main street with shopping malls and businesses everywhere. The park is set behind other businesses and slightly down hill. It is remarkably quiet back there. Typical of urban parks there are plenty of long term residents, but, everything was neat and well maintained. The location is convenient to local attractions. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This park is a HUGE blacktop parking lot, and the sites are so close we could not put out our window awnings on one side. Most of the sites are unleveled. Our second day here, the police were out here on a call and again the following night. We chose this park for the convenience to local attractions, but will be moving and won't mind the extra drive time. The cable television is a joke and so is the Wi-Fi. We were told they were having trouble and were working on it, but if you read the other reviews about this park, that must be the office's STANDARD excuse. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Rate is Good Sam. Good things first: The park is very clean and facilities are modern. It's surprisingly quiet in spite of being on a busy street. There are lots of trees surrounding the park, and the between-site trees and shrubs are nicely done. It's about as convenient to Everett and Seattle as you'll find. The rate is on a par for the area. The staff was pleasant enough. The Wi-Fi worked reasonably well except some evenings when it bogged down. The bad: CRAMPED. WIthout a doubt the smallest sites of any campground I've ever seen. The property really isn't big enough for more than 2/3 the number of sites they've crammed in here. The spacious (their claim) back-in assigned to my 30 foot single-slide RV was barely long enough. With my slide right up against the electric stand there was barely enough room to park my tow vehicle. Space between sites is measured in inches. The laundry is tiny. Sites ar far from level, most requiring 4-5 inches of leveling blocks on one side. It's several miles drive to a decent supermarket or shopping center. Everett is an aircraft town, so be prepared for airplane noise from nearby Paine Field, but only during the day. As a pilot, I happen to love it, but be forewarned. I'd stay here again, but only as a last resort. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Clean park with a friendly office manager. So crowded that no one comes out to enjoy the outdoors and visit. Basically all concrete and asphalt. Sites so unlevel that you need 6-8" of boards for one side of your unit. People park everywhere blocking access. Main entrance onto extremely busy street creating very long waits to enter or exit on occasion. Wi-Fi does not work on most modern computers. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Operator was very friendly. Restrooms/showers are new and clean - very nice! Driveway has a bend in it and is set back from the road, so highway noise is very minimal. No trouble whatsoever about our 50 pound terrier. We will stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.
