Rented space for a month. Price quoted does not factor in $20 to read electric box, $25 for two rigs (including the one you pull with). Overflow parking, 5 spaces. Even tho they take all info down your rigs may not fit the space. Might have to drive your 2nd vehicle to park elsewhere. Hwy 99 is six lanes here, getting out is difficult even in a car. Washing machines were dirty with a sign that said "Please wipe down when finished", they obviously don't clean them. One dumpster for 65 sites, full before pick-up day. Gravel, no grass. Friendly manager, but this park has problems. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
As soon as I drove into this Park, I knew it was going to be a disappointment. It is very obvious on entry why the Park website has artists drawings of the park and no photos. The layout is as described on the website, but the sites are very overgrown and neglected. The description of the park on the website is probably the worst case of false advertising I have ever seen. Most of the sites are occupied by long term residents, and their belongings, piled around and under their RV's. The sites are gravel (overgrown with weeds), with what once was a grass strip and cedar hedges separating them. The cedars have been cut down, and the grass is mostly weeds. The person in the office was friendly. The website advertises 99 channels of cable TV. I got 27 channels, three of which were shopping channels, and three of local government. This park is way overpriced at $42.00 per night. I would not stay here again! We camped here in a Motorhome.
This is a trailer park with many old (old) RV's. The sites are incredibly small. We had less than 4 inch clearance on either side when backing in and could not open our awning as we were far too close to the neighbors. Most of the permanent people work shifts at Boeing, so our neighbor came home in his truck at 2-3 am every night. Manager (owner) not helpful and will tell you anything to sell you the site: as a few FT RVers like us found out the hard way. Many RV's are too long for the sites allocated and have to park out onto the road. Sometimes 3 feet which is against fire regulations and dangerous as the street is very narrow. You can not get a refund once you pay, so take extreme care if you chose this park. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
The good: Park is convenient to Walmart (across the street). The bad: Very tight park with units right next to each other. Many of the residents looked to be full timers or close to it. Not the type of place you want to come and bring your kids. Water came out very rusty and had to let it run for several minutes to where it was close to usable. I certainly wouldn't drink the water. If you're just looking for a place to hook up for a night or two, and you want to be right in the middle of a congested area, I guess its OK. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. Park is conveniently located to shopping areas and to Seattle to the South and Victoria, B.C. to the north. They do have a problem with standing water but they are working on it. Has cable TV and Wi-Fi. Places are fairly close to each other. Road noise is tolerable. We would stay here again if we were passing by. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
New owners have done a great deal of work to improve this campground. It has recently been paved, has laundry facilities, and a dog run. This campground has very few trees and no recreation on site. It is located off of a very busy street across from Wal-mart. The sites are a bit tight, but additional parking is available. There are quite a few long term tennants who are very friendly. There is no playground so far, but it is a possible improvement in the future. Daily, weekly and monthly rates available. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

Kind of hard to find the entrance off Highway 99. Signage pretty obscure. They have welcoming office staff. We drive a 37 ft. motorhome and tow a Honda CRV. Site was narrow, but doable: couldn't extend our slide-outs fully. Park amenities were adequate and the bathroom/shower was clean. Dog area was at the end of potholed rutted area, and unpleasant w/droppings. Wi-Fi service was available for $$. We camped here in a Motorhome.
If you like to find used condoms in your gravel, tiny space for your RV with a transvestite nightclub in the front of the park then this is where you stay. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
The park itself is a 5 but the management is a 10; they are very friendly and helpful. Sites are pretty cramped, and you likely won't be able to open your awning. The sites down near the small lake help remove the feel of being right smack in the middle of Everett. Very little road noise. Lots of permanent residents. Wi-Fi is spotty at times. We were there for a softball tournament, and for that purpose the park was fine. They periodically stock the lake with pan sized trout, and for $12 you can get a permit to catch and keep five of them. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
This is a very nice park for being in an urban setting. Each site has hedges between it and your neighbor. That and the lake (ok, really a small pond) help remove the feeling of being right on a busy main street with shopping malls and businesses everywhere. The park is set behind other businesses and slightly down hill. It is remarkably quiet back there. Typical of urban parks there are plenty of long term residents, but, everything was neat and well maintained. The location is convenient to local attractions. We would stay here again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
This park is a HUGE blacktop parking lot, and the sites are so close we could not put out our window awnings on one side. Most of the sites are unleveled. Our second day here, the police were out here on a call and again the following night. We chose this park for the convenience to local attractions, but will be moving and won't mind the extra drive time. The cable television is a joke and so is the Wi-Fi. We were told they were having trouble and were working on it, but if you read the other reviews about this park, that must be the office's STANDARD excuse. We camped here in a Motorhome.
The office staff was very helpful and went out of their way for us during the reservation process. The maintenance staff proved a bit clueless when asked about cable connections. The park itself features a nicely maintained pond/park area but the sites are very narrow (but with hedges) and very few are even close to level. If leveling is a challenge for you (luckily not for me) you will be in for some frustration. The WiFi did not work, but the area we were in was down the hill from the busy road and surprisingly quiet. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Very nice park with neat, clean facilities including 3- laundry rooms. All paved sites with paved roads. My only complaint is spaces are close, but you do have tall bushes as privacy. We stayed here for 6 days and would stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.
You will not find a nicer RV park in Everett. It is well managed and maintained. Bathrooms and laundry facilities are very clean. The park has easy access to Interstate 5, shopping and dining. This is an older park, built on a sloping hill. It is not just a "parking lot". Sites are close for modern day expandable RV's but have privacy shrubs. There is ample room to navigate and park. Many of the residence are on temporary work assignments with Boeing. Few if any children and pets are not allowed to be a nuisance. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
The RV park is nice. We have stayed here 3 times. A problem is the Wi-Fi. All three times that we have stayed, the internet has not worked. When you call, they tell you that Wi-Fi is working. When you arrive they tell you: they are working on it. It has been over a year that we have heard the same story. They tell us to come to the office or park directly in front of the office if we want service. Cell service was non existant. Verizon is the best for that area and we could not get service unless you were next to the office. The spaces are not very wide and you do feel a bit cramped. We camped here in a Truck Camper.
This rate is based on their monthly rate of $400 plus electricity. Sites are small for a rig with slideouts. Management is very friendly. Lots of long-term residents, some of whom don't keep their sites cleared of junk. We stay here because it's close to our kids. Stayed at the park September through December. Laundry is spotless. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Had a nice lake with a walking trail. The dog park was large and fenced in. Had plenty of places to walk your dog, even supplied bags. Had a lot of full-timers living their, one part of the park looked like they used for storage of old and new campers etc. Lots are very close, although they do have privacy shrubs separating. We camped here in a Motorhome.
This is a great place to park to see the sights of Seattle and north to Canada or the San Juans. It is easy to find, quiet, the office personnel are helpful, the park is clean, has cable, and we were lucky to have 50 amp service. Our spot was a bit crowded with the trees/bushes on either side so we were unable to put our awning down. Next time we will ask for a different pull-through. They have a neat lake stocked with fish. I would have scored it higher if all spots had 50 amp. There were quite a few people that left for work between 5:00 and 6:00 AM. It is close to Wal-Mart and many restaurants and small businesses. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
It has small sites close together, but that is standard for city parks. It is close to Boeings Future of Flight which is worth seeing. The washrooms were clean but wi fi was intermittent. It was good for a night or so. The staff is friendly. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Basically, parking lot camping. Sites are very tight & the original one they had reserved for us wouldn't work because of hill at the end of the site. We never asked but only very basic cable was at our site. Very convenient for the softball tourney at Kashe Park though. Wouldn't stay there otherwise just due to no amenities. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
Rate is daily GS with taxes. They now have Wi-Fi in the park with an access code. One reviewer reflected an unfriendly host; however, the group that registered us were very friendly and even served us birthday cake. As for the odor, apparently this dog no longer resides around the office. The note regarding the tight spaces is accurate. Shrubs provide some privacy from your neighbor. Parking your toad may be iffy depending on your RV length. In order for us to leave our pull-through site, we will need to back out but this issue may be unique to our spot. We would return to this park in the future. When they give you directions to the park vs. your GPS route, write down the instructions! We camped here in a Motorhome.
Pros: We have stayed at Lakeside RV Park in the past and have always had a good experience there. It's near enough to our family and friends in the area. We have a 37 ft. motorhome and tow our Honda CRV. Our 2 mini dachshunds travel with us too. The big rig, pull through sites are not roomy, but we have no trouble getting in or out. You need to pull in centered enough to allow for the slide outs. We don't spend a lot of time in the park, we're out visiting most of the time. We find the facilities to be well kept. I take the dogs to the assigned area and the management supplies bags and scoopers as well as a disposal container. Con: The only big drawback is the lack of internet access. This is the 21st century. I always have my laptop and need to have Wi-Fi or a modem available. If we were ever to need to make our stay longer, I wouldn't return here unless internet was on site. The next door RV park has Wi-Fi and we'll stay there next time if there is no internet here. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Managers on duty were very rude. She was curt in her answers and uninformative - did not seem to know the area very well. Obnoxious smell in the office from an elderly dog with gastric problems. Most sites were occupied and empty sites were clean with exception of a few. Cable TV was limited to 20 channels. No Wi-Fi in the park. Was told they were working on it. No deadline mentioned. No modem hookup. Only had pay phone available. Propane pricing was higher that the local service station. No swimming pool available, no other amenities. Overheard bathroom cleaner talking to a guest - was very rude to the guest. There was a sign posted in the men bathroom that said the restrooms were a privilege and would be closed if someone continued to get water on the floor - in the shower area no less. The tent site was closed for the season, not to open until summer. The cost of a nightly rate seems rather high compared to the amenities offered in this park which are rather poor. I would not recommend this park to anyone, and will not be coming back. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Not as dismal as suggested by others. Some landscaping and nice pond (lake). No Wi-Fi. I got Direct TV without a problem. A bit tight but some pull throughs and good sized sites if only 18-22 feet wide. We have a 44 foot 5th wheel and it was fine. Mostly long termers. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
This was an overnighter so we could go to Costco and Trader Joe's to load up. This place has absolutely no ambiance. It's a huge asphalt parking lot with full hookups, very depressing and definitely not a resort destination! Could not get satellite TV reception. The lady in the office, who was very nice, informed me that they use to get about 90 channels but the cable company cut them down to 29 channels ( Huh?). We think it had something to do with the cable company raising their rates. Some of the sites were not very level with rigs way up in the air. Had a good Aircard and cellphone signal (Verizon) but we did use our booster and antenna to hike up the signal. We would stay overnight again to stock up or maybe even head into Olympia where there is a new Trader Joe's opening soon and a Costco that's just off the freeway. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Park is near 100% asphalt in a urban location. Sites are plenty wide enough for any slide-outs and there is an evergreen bush barrier between sites. It appears that many occupants are seasonal or permanent residents which is not offensive because all rigs appear to be in fairly good condition, many with huge flower arrangements. They have a green area with a large, perhaps 1/4 acre, off-leash dog park and a private fishing pond inhabited by lots of ducks and geese. Cable TV reception was OK and is basically limited to networks and shopping/government/evangelist channels. There were no normal basic CTV Channels such as USA,TBS,TNT etc. Wi-Fi is available from a park resident for $3/day or $15/week and worked well most of the time. If all residents/guests were home with extra vehicle parked by their rigs, entry and exit of many sites could become difficult. Nearly every square inch of asphalt is dedicated to parking or road. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
I enjoyed my stay here at Lakeside RV Park. I didn't really care for the management. as they were rude. However, those employees who did the maintenance around the RV park were wonderful. The bathrooms were super clean everyday. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
This is an average park with some good points and some bad points. The staff is very friendly, but not very flexible. We extended our stay for two nights, but had to move sites for someone scheduled to check into our space for only one night. Though the park comes with a fairly scenic fishing pond with many ducks, the spaces close to it are taken by residents. The majority of spaces are a bit narrow and have a parking lot feel, mitigated somewhat by some hedges planted on either side. The dryers give you a whole hour of drying time for $1! The wireless Internet at the park is a hobby of one of the residents and costs $3 per day, fast even with a poor signal. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
This place is ok for a night or two but probably not for a season. The staff is friendly. The sites are long enough and paved, but very narrow. You can open your slides, but that's it. There are shrubs between sites, but no grass. The "lake" is what I would call a small pond. The park is on a busy road but you don't hear much traffic because it's located in a hollow. It's about 20 miles to Seattle, and the trip is ok as long as it's not rush hour or you run across an accident. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
I wound up with a bad heart staying here. Neighbors next door let their animals roam and do it where ever they wanted. Their homes were full or yellow jackets and wasps which they migrated to my MH. Neighbors were up all night, making banging noises and scaring me to the point where I would fly through the roof when woken up. Neighbors would walk by and taught you. Neighbors were constantly on my side of the MH doing repairs and leaving a mess for me to clean up. And lots of ducks walked by and left droppings. I was given a 30 day notice when I had called the police one night at midnight. And then I had a heart attack. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Park staff were friendly. The restrooms and laundry facilities are clean. The waterfront sites are all taken by the full-timers. The park is really nothing more than a parking lot and the spaces are very close together. Given the area and the closeness to Seattle it is still a good value and safe place to stay. We stayed here for one week. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
We stayed here 2 nights. The owners or managers were very nice. The sites were wide enough to let the slide out. Definitely could not put out the slide and the awning. It was one or the other. The lake was very pretty it was peaceful. We were there memorial day and the day after and the second day you had to put up with a RV dealerships loudspeaker during business hours. The bathrooms and laundry room were VERY clean! I was impressed. Overall if we were in the Everett area again we would stay there for short term. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
Long site, wide enough for our slides, but not much more. There was no room or grass at the site for the dog, although there was a nice walk around the "lake". Excellent laundry and bathroom facilities. Very pleasant management. There are a lot of permanent or seasonal residents, but their sites and rigs are very well maintained. We have stayed there three times when in that area. We camped here in a Motorhome.
We are full-time RVers who have stayed in over 80 campgrounds in our 2 years on the
road. This was one of the worst. The spaces are extremely narrow, making putting up your awning impossible in some spaces. Their ads refer to a lake. It is a small, dirty pond. Their ads also say you can jog/walk around the lake. You can't. You can walk perhaps 1/4 block and then you are facing a fence and must turn around. Goose excrement is everywhere. There is no grass so it is like camping on a parking lot and the staff is very unprofessional. If that is not enough to discourage you, the park is also located in a very undesirable part of the city. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Park was all pavement except for small walking areas and playground and dog area. Bathrooms, showers and laundry were the cleanest we've seen anywhere. Managers went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Sites were narrow, but big enough for triple slides without hitting your neighbor. Seasonal sites were well maintained with management discretion on age of RV. Considering the few RV parks in the Seattle area, this is one of the nicer ones. We'll stay here again when in the area. We camped here in a camper.
Rate is Good Sam. Good things first: The park is very clean and facilities are modern. It's surprisingly quiet in spite of being on a busy street. There are lots of trees surrounding the park, and the between-site trees and shrubs are nicely done. It's about as convenient to Everett and Seattle as you'll find. The rate is on a par for the area. The staff was pleasant enough. The Wi-Fi worked reasonably well except some evenings when it bogged down. The bad: CRAMPED. WIthout a doubt the smallest sites of any campground I've ever seen. The property really isn't big enough for more than 2/3 the number of sites they've crammed in here. The spacious (their claim) back-in assigned to my 30 foot single-slide RV was barely long enough. With my slide right up against the electric stand there was barely enough room to park my tow vehicle. Space between sites is measured in inches. The laundry is tiny. Sites ar far from level, most requiring 4-5 inches of leveling blocks on one side. It's several miles drive to a decent supermarket or shopping center. Everett is an aircraft town, so be prepared for airplane noise from nearby Paine Field, but only during the day. As a pilot, I happen to love it, but be forewarned. I'd stay here again, but only as a last resort. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
Clean park with a friendly office manager. So crowded that no one comes out to enjoy the outdoors and visit. Basically all concrete and asphalt. Sites so unlevel that you need 6-8" of boards for one side of your unit. People park everywhere blocking access. Main entrance onto extremely busy street creating very long waits to enter or exit on occasion. Wi-Fi does not work on most modern computers. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Operator was very friendly. Restrooms/showers are new and clean - very nice! Driveway has a bend in it and is set back from the road, so highway noise is very minimal. No trouble whatsoever about our 50 pound terrier. We will stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.
The next review pretty much says it all. It is a good place to spend a few days, but the sights are very difficult to level a fifth wheel. They have a slope on the front and back of the pad as you pull through, and have a 3-4 inch slope downhill towards the bottom of the park. I found the boards they provided helpful, but would have been better if they had simply graded the sites properly to begin with. Internet was intermittent quality between poor and excellent. Cable service was good. We originally planned to stay 4 days, but shortened it to three due to the costs. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
This is a decent urban park, meaning the spaces and roadways are quite tight. The facilities and restrooms are spotlessly clean, the roadways are paved and the sites are concrete. Since the park is on a hill, some of the sites, particularly those at the bottom, are not level. To help compensate, the park recently provided wooden leveling ramps to run up on the low side to help level rigs. These are helpful, but not perfect. The park is surprisingly quiet for an urban park. The sites are quite narrow. We were able to park our tow vehicle next to the fifth wheel, but the passenger side door couldn't be opened. There are no picnic tables and no fire rings. The park is convenient to shopping and the Boeing Future of Flight Tour, and the staff is helpful and friendly. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
We stayed at this resort for one month, and found it to be very clean, neat, and quiet. In addition, the staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. All RV and patio areas were concrete with plants between sites. City services and shopping were easily accessible from the park, and the hot coffee is served free daily. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
I've read the comments on this review site and i have found them to be really askew. Great management, and staff, immaculate bathrooms (hot shower runs for days). The staff has an intimate knowledge of the area. Amenities are all you need for an urban populated area. That being said while it on a busy highway, it is very quiet. I will stay here every time I come to the area. I love the staff here. They are amazingly helpful. We camped here in a Motorhome.
When we arrived the lady at registration was very friendly and helpful. Due to the fact that the site was not level, we had to park in the site at an angle and use blocks on one side and it still wasn't level. Since our dinghy was a full size pick up truck, we had to park it on the road in front of our rig. I asked the office if I could park the truck in the spot next to us (it was empty). Office lady snapped at me and said she would have to charge me for the site 1 night's fee and that we wouldn't have this problem if we had parked in the site correctly. No amenities, no pool, no rec center, "dog walk" is a public alley behind the park. This place is a joke. Better off at Wal Mart or Casino parking in Tulalip 10 miles North. We camped here in a Motorhome.
If you have a big rig do not stay here. It said that pads were level but they weren't and the most important word is flat, which they are not. Spaces are close together and in a motor home that has air leveling we could not get level. We camped here in a Motorhome.
I have stayed at 4 RV parks in this area and this is by far the best. Yes, the sites are tight and not real level but the place is immaculately maintained by a great friendly staff. The dog area is not a "seedy alley," if you go left out the gate, it's a small path through trees, blackberries, wildflowers, and teens on weekend nights. If you turn right out the gate it's a nice residential street for walking Fido. I have been here for the summer (hence the daily rate) and plan on returning next year. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
The management was very nice and helpful. It has VERY tight sites that are NOT level. Wear flip-flops in shower. The dog walk alley is rather sketchy; wouldn't walk very far at night. There are restrictions on setting up a pen for small dogs :( Best to just sleep here and head to the city for the rest of the day. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
We could not find too much to be at fault with this park, except that the spaces were tight. You become very cozy with your neighbor. The worst thing that I could say about this park, is that it is expensive - more than the neighbor park at Lakeside RV Park. We camped here in a Motorhome.
Do not believe their ad in the Camp Ground Directories. Maple Grove is one of the tightest "sardine cans" I have ever stayed in. There is no pet walk unless you go out into a seedy ally outside of the park. Not a safe place you want to walk at night. There is no room between sites and the sites are back to back unless you have a big rig then you occupy two sites, if you can even get into the site in the first place. Maple Grove is located in a very seedy area of town, not an area we felt comfortable in at all. Do yourself a favor and don't even consider this park, it is a BIG ripoff. We tried to leave early, however they do not give refunds. My fault for paying for 3 days up front, never again. The Wi-Fi does not work unless you are 3 sites from the office. One of the worst parks we stayed at on that trip which was 9,000 miles. We camped here in a Motorhome.
While the hosts are very nice people and the campground is immaculate: don't stay here if you are claustrophobic! The aisle is so small that only the most skilled motorhome driver can manipulate to get into the sites. There are kids (nice) everywhere and they play in the aisle in front of your RV. The park is very hilly and difficult to level in most of the sites. You are closed in on all 4 sides. We will not stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Don't be fooled by their add in the campground books. This place is a very old park with very tight sites. After calling based upon the add, I asked the age of the park and was told it was 7 years old. They thought they had one spot available for a big rig, but it might be tight. I assumed they new what size could fit so I made a reservation. When I arrived, there was no way I could fit into the site. My slides would not open due to trees and the front of our coach was protruding into the very narrow street. When I told them that I could not fit and wanted my deposit back, they refused and charged me $41.00. I feel that these people have a very poor business policy and misrepresent what their park is really like, very old and not designed for larger coaches. We camped here in a Motorhome.
I have been in this RV Park since May of 09 and am here until October 09. My unit is a 40' 5th wheel with 3 slides and when open the living room is almost 14ft. It took me a couple of tries to back my unit in because of the length but I found it no problem. The spaces are a little tight but nothing anyone can't live with. The Manager and her husband were and are very pleasant and accommodating. There is not a thing that I have asked for that they not been more than willing to help with. You won't meet nicer people. When I first came to Washington I did not realize it was so hard to find a decent RV Park. The manager helped me into a spot until I could locate another RV park to stay for a monthly rate during the summer. The manager came to me and said she had a cancellation for a long term and if I wanted to move my rig to it I could have the spot until October. For this I was very grateful. I would recommend this park in a minute. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

Spotless bathroom and showers and laundry. I could not connect to the WiFi, the office said to go outside of our RV cuz of all the metal all around. I dont want to sit outside to get on the Web plus the sites are very very close and there is no place to sit. You are looking into the next sites windows. I think this place is very overpriced. Not the premier pacific northwest RV resort that they claim. Lots of permanent residents. Would not stay again. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
Clean and nicely landscaped (small planting strip between sites), but park is situated on the side of a hill and sites are definitely not level. We spent the entire week on a tilt no matter how many blocks we placed under our motorhome jacks and/or wheels. Price shown is based on a weekly rate which we felt was overpriced, but closest park we could find near Seattle. Sites are paved and wide, but not long enough for big-rigs. Many tow vehicles extended into the streets on either end of the pads. Facilities are very clean and staff very friendly, but we would not stay here again. We camped here in a Motorhome.
I knew going into it that this wouldn't compare with a state park. We found it difficult to maneuver into our pull through site, plus the way the utilities are our electric cord wouldn't reach. Owner/Managers are very picky about how you park your tow rig. Spots are really packed in. Mostly permanent residents, clean, but not conducive to kids as they couldn't ride bikes or play ball. Was cheaper and more comfortable than a hotel. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
Clean Park - Friendly staff. Park has high number of permanents - well kept. Maneuverabily is an issue for larger RV's. Narrow. We camped here in a Motorhome.
A bit pricey, but not a bad place. The restrooms were large and very clean, except for the overflowing garbage bin. (It was like they cleaned the bathroom but forgot to empty it.) The showers were spotless; the handicapped shower could have fit several people. It's a parking lot-type setting with the sites next to one another. It's on a busy road, although I heard no road noise. Good for a night, or a few if you're visiting the area. We camped here in a Motorhome.
OK Park but definitely not an "RV Resort". Pull thru sites are wide enough for extra car and awning but are "spartan". Park is not pet friendly. No grass areas in park, all cement & asphalt. Brochure claiming level pads, patio's and deluxe landscaping is a joke. Pads are not level, the landscaping is a 2' wide bit of wood chips between each site, and the dog walk is through a locked fence to an unlighted road behind the park. Park has a number of full time residents. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
Everett has little choices for your RV and this is the best pic. We are full-timers and the price in the summer months is the full $35 nightly rate (almost $1000 mo.) They gave us a "break" at $750. There is no parking for your 2nd vehicle and they are sticklers for making sure you don't go over the yellow line in your small spot. We can barely get in our door and must maneuver our vehicles just right to fit. The very helpful and friendly managers do a great job of keeping it neat and clean. The pet walk is just a back alley. Everything is concrete not gravel or grass. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
Clean park with friendly staff but very tight & short spaces. Park site has a significant downward slope requiring a lot of levelling for only a 1 night stop. Short site meant we had to park our tow vehicle along side - so tight we couldn't open the awning and barely had room for slide-outs. No plans to stay here again. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
We couldn't get into our usual Seattle area park - this was the only one with a spot available. It's newish, clean, paved and landscaped, with nice management. Lakeside RV is right next door. The spaces here are very tight! We have a 40' rig & tow with 1 narrow slide - we barely fit in - but there was a big Prevost up the aisle, so anything is possible. Our tow car fit beside us. No tall trees, so our satellites both worked. The surrounding area along Hwy 99 has lots of RV shops & supplies. Freeway access (leaving) is fairly easy via Airport Rd. We came in from the I-5/I-405 direction, connecting to Hwy 99, which worked well. We camped here in a Motorhome.
The owner proudly calls this a resort but the only two features provided are WIFI and a dog walk (access to an alley out the back gate). The restrooms and sites were very clean as it is a relatively new park. Sites are very narrow and the park is very tight to maneuver through. In the perimeter sites, it is necessary to park your tow vehicle in front of your rig if you have a slide. Rigs over 30ft should use the pull-thru spots. There are no extra parking spots in the park and they are sticklers about keeping your vehicles within the site lines. Sites are concrete but deliberately not level "as required for water drainage". We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
