Very friendly campground but not really for big rigs. This is a beautiful campground but looks to be mostly for a summer family 'get away' for those with small RVs or a permanent summer spot. Roads are very narrow but two-way traffic exists with many unsupervised children in the roads. We stayed in a pull through site but it was impossible to pull through and had to back out. These sites are all very un-level. Also, very expensive for only water and electric. Our neighbor had roof damage from just trying to get back to the pull throughs (said entire roof would need replacement). We had no damage from this stay but also were more than very cautious on the roads and would just stop instead of trying to pass anyone on the internal roads. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
Great family camping! Free hayrides, three nice clean beaches, planned activities, enforced quiet times, pet friendly, clean store with helpful family owners. Permanent sites are HUGE! Temporary RV sites are a nice size but run parallel to the roads within the campground which doesn't allow much privacy. Nice "Snack Shack" next to the beach with reasonable rental rates. FREE hayrides for the 4th of July. Retro game room with ping-pong! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
