This small State Park campground is fairly rustic with pit toilets, no showers, and the water supply is with a hand pump. The pluses are a great swimming pond with a white sand beach and bottom. The camp sites range from very shaded to mostly open, but they are spaced apart very nicely. The negatives are the campground is alongside a local highway which does have some traffic noise and there is a railroad crossing across from the swimming pond so you hear train whistles at all hours. But the best part of this campground was the staff of very caring state park employees who were extremely helpful and raised up the score a point or two. We camped here in a Tent Trailer.
